Our all-inclusive dove hunts take place outside George West and Rockport, TX. These hunts are designed to provide a full-service hunting experience, which includes chef prepared meals, lodging, shooting, and excellent wing shooting. The all-inclusive hunting packages include 3 days (4 Hunts) and 2 nights lodging. We have 4 different lodging options available for these hunts. 2 in Rockport, TX on the water and 2 in George West. Both options in George West are adjacent ranches and will each sleep up to 20 hunters. All-inclusive packages include your own personal STHO chef. Our chefs will prepare a large brunch after the morning hunt, appetizers will be out during the day as well as snacks. After the evening hunt our hunters will be greeted with appetizers when they arrive back at camp, followed by a large supper. Our all inclusive dove hunts have a 10 person minimum, we can accommodate up to 30 hunters. Your group will have exclusive access to the lodge. These hunts take place in a variety of fields and crop types, we also have some excellent dove hunting opportunities over water. Hunts will take place over planted fields and water holes. All-Inclusive Hunts $975/person. (3 days/2 nights) CAST & BLAST PACKAGES Our cast & blast packages take place in Rockport, TX. We use the same lodging as our all-inclusive packages. This package includes 2 evening dove hunts and 2 morning fishing trips. On your fishing trip you will be targeting redfish, trout, drum, and flounder. A professional USCG licensed guide will be taking care of you. This package also includes your own personal check that will prepare 3 meals per day plus appetizers for your group. We have a 8 person minimum and a 12 person max on this package. The price is base on a group of 8, if you have more than 8 in your party please inquire for pricing. Cast & Blast $1,350/person. (3 days/2 nights) SEASON DOVE LEASES STHO offers season dove lease opportunities in the Tynan and Alice area. Prices range from $400-$500 per spot for a season lease. Please inquire for more information. DAY HUNTING Opening weekend of dove season in South Texas is synonymous with a state holiday in Texas. South Texas Hunting Outfitters hosts groups of dove hunters from all over the United States for our annual opening weekend dove hunt. It is hard to beat a good dove hunt, if you are looking for a hunting experience full of excitement and fun. Our dove hunts provide excellent hunting opportunities to corporate groups, and medium or small size groups. Our South Texas Dove hunts take place in several locations. We offer day hunting as well as “all-inclusive” hunting packages. Our day hunting packages are offered near the towns of Tynan, George West, and Alice. Our “all-inclusive” dove hunting packages are done on farms near George West. Our fields are planted and our focus is to hold birds throughout the season. Our day hunts are based on a morning and evening hunt, or a limit of birds. We typically meet at a designated location on the morning of the hunt. Location depends which field we are going to hunt that day. We contact our hunters several days before the hunt to arrange the meeting time and place. After meeting we will drive to the field which is normally less than 15 minutes from town. A guide will give everyone a safety briefing then you will be allowed to hunt. The fields we hunt range in size from 100-700 acres. Each field will only allow a certain number of hunters. Safety is our number one concern, we will not over crowd a field. Come down to the Rio Grande Valley to experience some of the best Dove hunting Texas has to offer! Your outfitter, Arnold, manages close to 17,000 acres down here and has miles of planted crops and food to draw legions of White-Winged Doves and Mourning Doves from across the Mexico border. South Texas Dove Hunts

With 8 lodges and sleeping for over 170, we can handle groups of all sizes. Be it a family outing, get away with friends or the largest of cooperate outings. With access to thousands of acres of peanuts, milo, wheat, sunflowers and sesame you will have ample opportunities to get your limits on your south Texas dove hunt. On this hunt you will follow your guide out to the field where you will be able to spend the day (or however long it takes you to get a limit). Lodge hunts will include meals and the use of the lodge grounds. For the day hunts, you will stay at a local hotel and we will meet you in town to take you to one of our previously scouted dove fields.

Dove Hunting Prices:

Lodge dove hunts.

• Catered Lodge Hunts: $750 per person for a 2-day/2-night
• Non-Catered Lodge Hunts: $550 per person for a 2-day/2-night

Each lodge will have a minimum head count that will need to be met. Please view our lodging page to see each lodge’s minimum. Lodging can be booked with fewer people, but will be billed as the lodge minimum.

***Lodge Hunts check in Friday noon, check out Sunday noon.

$150 per person ***Afternoons Only Monday – Saturday. Morning only on Sunday.

Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required to reserve all hunts. The remaining 50% will be due at the beginning of the hunt. We will email you confirmation of deposit received and your hunting dates. All Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions. Dilley Dove reserves the right to cancel or postpone any type of hunt due to inclement weather or other conditions that are an act of God. There will be no cancellations by hunting party for weather related events. If you want guaranteed good weather, we recommend an indoor sport. If Dilley Dove cancels a hunt due to inclement weather we will reschedule anytime that is available for both parties within 1 year of the original hunt date. Dilley Dove will work with your schedule to the best of our ability. On certain hunts with shorter seasons the deposit may be applied to another hunt.

If a client cancels a hunt or does not make the hunt on the agreed upon day, he/ she forfeits their deposit. If a member of a group cancels, he or she forfeits their deposit. Their deposit does not get applied to the total cost of the group’s hunt.

Next to monster whitetail bucks, South Texas has long been synonymous with dove hunting, and here at Four Seasons Ranch, we offer world-class dove hunts that are second to none. With over 10,000 acres of prime agriculture land to hunt, we offer numerous opportunities for our hunters to get their limit. Either overlooking cut corn and milo fields or sitting on frequented waterholes, our hunters consistently fill their limit hunting traditional Mourning dove as well as White Wing. Simply put, we will put you on the birds. Four Seasons Ranch can accommodate up to 40 hunters at a time, and offers first-class accommodations to our groups. After a successful day in the field, our guests will return to the main ranch for an evening of great food and relaxation in our 20,000 square foot main lodge that offers private rooms with en-suite baths and private entrance. The lodge also has numerous activities that can entertain large groups including billiards, shuffle board, washers, horse shoes, and a full bar. Recently we have finished the new Cantina located on the main ranch property that is located immediately adjacent to the bird-cleaning and meat care facility. Our Cantina has a full-bar and billiards table for our guests to enjoy at their leisure. During midday breaks, most groups also enjoy a friendly skeet shooting tournament from our trap shooting machine located just outside of our main lodge for easy access for our guests. Our guests are treated to a wide variety of meals from traditional Tex-Mex to prime cut rib-eyes over mesquite coals to various Italian dishes all prepared by our renowned Chef Andrew. Texas dove hunts.

Prone Outfitters Texas dove hunts take place in several locations depending upon where the birds are flying. Usually we’re somewhere around Abilene, Texas though.

Dove Hunting Packages

Central texas dove hunts, dove hunting texas.

Aside from opening day, Prone Outfitters Texas dove hunts begin and end at noon. A three-day hunt will cover three FULL days, beginning at noon on day one, and ending at noon on day four. You will begin on opening morning if you hunt the first weekend of the season.

Best Time to go Dove Hunting?

“If you want to choose the absolute best hunt times, the second and third weeks will likely be hard to beat.”

One cannot predict the best days of the Texas dove season well in advance. The opening few days of the season are typically decent hunts. However, until we get a cold front to push birds down from the North, the amount of birds will be fair.

On the other hand, we will be LOADED with birds once a couple cold fronts move the birds down. Usually this is the second or third week of the season. If you want to choose the absolute best hunt times, the second and third weeks will likely be hard to beat.

Throughout the rest of the season we will hold a solid amount of birds just because of the food, water, and bedding our properties contain.
