“Looking forward to FRESH sushi!”

We are a family of three looking to take our soon to be high school graduate on a trip to Japan. Grant from SLT was super patient and great to us. We floated many potential itineraries and not only was he very reponsive but also gave great advice and things for us to consider. He was very knowledgeable on his industry and all of the possible options available. I would HIGHLY recommend placing your trust in SLT to get you connected to your next travel destination.

“Price was too expensive! Twice the amount that I can book myself through Google Flights.”

Supervisor came to that phone fuming and explanation was not clear. Agent was argumentative instead of being open minded for solution.

I had to reschedule a flight

I had to reschedule a flight, on United from Tel Aviv to Newark for a later date. At first the options were very bad. Flights from Israel at this time are crazy with limited options. My agent told me to be patient, and everything worked out well as he said.

I think Chuck, wishes he never spoke to me. LOL I drove him insane changing dates changing days changing everything. Basically he went through Scandinavian airlines Delta Airlines, American Airlines back to Scandinavia and back to Delta final he put up with me which is amazing. He was really really EXCELLENT

Good price, but a long time on the phone

The rep I worked with, did a good job communicating what was going on. But once I decided on the flights, it took about two hours (!!!) to get everything finalized. I'm not sure what was going on, or why it took so long but I had to go to bed before it was finalized, which was rather distressing since I'm going to cancel another reservation to get the Skylux better deal. But what's with the two-hour wait???

Remarkable Service

My husband and I were fortunate enough to have been helped by an incredibly patient and understanding gentleman named, Hardy. We needed several flights and they were complicated. We first requested Business Class and Hardy was able to figure out our difficult flight path. We were hesitant because we were stretching our budget and Hardy suggested we try Economy Plus. He then had to redo all of his hard work, to find us flights in that price range. He worked on our trip for several days and gave us MANY options from which to choose. Unfortunately, we suffered a loss in our family and now our plans have changed. If and when we are able to reschedule our trip, I would seek out Hardy for help. It was an absolute pleasure to work with him and I highly recommend him because I am CERTAIN that everyone will share my opinion.

Travel Agent too Pushy

I ended up using different service because Greg was too pushy. We were looking at all of our options before deciding and he couldn't seem to accept that. In a 10 day period, I received 30 emails, 30 text messages, and 23 phone calls from him or Sky Luxe. I found a less expensive option elsewhere, but wouldn't have gone with him anyway, simply because he was pushing too hard for a decision.[
