A:  its a clip, when the scooter is in the folded its attaches to the rear wheel cover/fender for a much easier way to carry the scooter.

A:  That is the locking clip. It locks on to the rear fender when you fold the scooter.

A:  The Hover-1 Journey e-Scooter does not have Bluetooth.

A:  Yes. Overcharging should be avoided.

A:  Please be sure to avoid all water, moisture and mud.

Q: Hi I just bought the hover 1 journey e scooter and am having trouble with the cruise control. I tried pressing throttle twice... nothing. Tried holding the speed limit steady, still nothing. Idk what’s wrong with it .

A:  To activate cruise control, you must hold the throttle at a constant speed above 3mph for 5 seconds. For example, if you want to activate cruise control at 10mph, hold the throttle at 10 mph for 5 seconds. You will hear a beep and the cruise control indicator will light up on the LCD display indicating that it is activated. Cruise control on the scooter can be turned off by gently touching the brake throttle.

Q: How long does the charge last? How long does it take to charge?

A:  A charge can last up to 16 miles, depending on rider weight, terrain, temperature and battery condition. It takes about 5 hours to charge.

Disappointing but hopeful...

I too ordered this scooter on Dec 10th, said to be delivered Dec 24th. I talked with someone in chat as the order said shipped, but there was no tracking activity. Was assured they were still expecting delivery by Dec 24. I should have at this point canceled and bought somewhere else. Then on Dec 23, it seemed apparent the order never left the facility. Too late to do anything different at that point so They reordered a replacement, which status is still packaging. Hopeful this indeed show up.

Disappointed

I ordered this product on December 10. My invoice said it would be delivered by Dec 24. No delivery. It had never been shipped! Invoice had never been updated. Very irritated as this was a Christmas gift for my daughter. Needless to say we had a disappointing Christmas...
