ANAマイレージモール利用規約

• ANAマイレージモール利用規約（関連するリンク先の規約、プライバシーポリシー、ガイド等を含め、以下「本規約」といいます。）は、全日本空輸株式会社（以下「弊社」といいます。）が提供する「ANAマイレージモール」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）の利用に関する条件を、本サービスを利用するお客様（以下「お客様」といいます。）と弊社との間で定めるものです。

本規約では、以下の用語を使用します。

• 「AMC」とは、 ANAマイレージクラブ会員規約 で定義するものをいいます。
• 「会員」とは、 ANAマイレージクラブ会員規約 で定義するものをいいます。
• 「マイル」とは、 ANAマイレージクラブ会員規約 で定義するものをいいます。
• 「提携パートナー」とは、本サービス上で紹介するウェブサイト運営企業のことをいいます。
• 「コンテンツ」とは、文章、音声、音楽、画像、動画、ソフトウェア、プログラム、コードその他の情報のことをいいます。
• お客様は、本規約の定めに従って本サービスを利用しなければなりません。
• お客様は、本規約に同意をしない限り本サービスを利用できません。
• お客様が未成年者の場合、親権者等の法定代理人の同意を得たうえで本サービスを利用してください。
• 弊社は、弊社が必要と判断する場合、本サービスの提供のために必要な範囲内で、本規約を変更することができるものとします。その場合、弊社は、変更後の本規約の内容および効力発生日を、本サービスもしくは弊社ウェブサイトに表示し、または弊社が定める方法によりお客様に通知することでお客様に周知します。変更後の本規約は、弊社が定める効力発生日から効力を生じるものとします。
• 本サービスを利用するにあたっては、AMC会員になる必要があります。AMC会員の管理やその他のAMC会員の利用については、AMC会員入会時に承諾して頂いた ANAマイレージクラブ会員規約 の定めによりますので、あわせてご確認ください。
• お客様は、本規約および本サービス内に掲載される利用条件に従って本サービスを利用することができます。お客様は、本サービスの利用権を第三者に対する譲渡その他の処分をしたり相続させたりすることはできません。
• 本サービスを経由してなされる提携パートナーのウェブサイト等の利用については、それらを提供する提携パートナー各々のサービスの利用規約等に同意いただく必要があります。
• 本サービスは、弊社以外の第三者が提供するサービスまたはコンテンツを含む場合があります。かかるサービスまたはコンテンツに対する責任は、これらを提供する第三者が負います。また、かかるサービスまたはコンテンツの利用の際に当該第三者が定める利用規約その他の条件が適用されることがありますので、お客様ご自身の責任で当該第三者の利用規約等をご確認ください。
• お客様は、本サービスを利用するにあたり、必要なパーソナルコンピュータ、携帯電話機、スマートフォンその他の通信機器、オペレーションシステム、通信手段および電力等を、お客様の費用と責任で用意しなければなりません。
• 弊社は、本サービスの全部または一部を、年齢、本人確認の有無、登録情報の有無、その他、弊社が必要と判断する条件を満たしたお客様に限定して提供することができるものとします。
• 弊社は、本サービスに関連する業務の一部を第三者に委託することができるものとします。
• 弊社は、お客様に対して、お客様が本サービスを利用し、弊社および提携パートナーによる承認があったことを弊社が確認した場合に、弊社が定める一定のマイルを積算します。なお、提携パートナーごとにマイルの積算対象についての条件および利用についての定めは異なります。これらの事項については、弊社ではなく提携パートナーが定める事項になりますので、マイル積算対象の条件の詳細については本サービス内の提携パートナーページ等をご確認ください。
• 積算されるマイルは、弊社が定めたルールに従い計算されます。当該ルールの詳細については本規約および本サイト内に記載します。それらに変更がある場合も同様とします。本サービスで獲得されたマイルは、お客様が本サービスを経由して提携パートナーで商品やサービスなどを利用し、提携パートナーがお客様による利用を承認した後（以下、提携パートナーによる同承認を「成果承認」といいます。）、提携パートナーから弊社へお客様のご利用情報が提供され、弊社が提携パートナーによる成果承認を確認した後に積算されます。
• 本サービスによりマイルを獲得するには、本サイト内にあるリンクから提携パートナーのウェブサイトに遷移した上で、提携パートナーのウェブサイト上でのご利用の完了が必要です。本サービスに掲載されていないサービスを利用した場合、本サービスを経由せずに直接提携パートナーサイトおよびアプリを利用した場合、または本サービス画面から直接のリンク先以外のサイトおよびアプリを利用した場合は、マイル積算の対象になりません。
• 本サイトにログインせずに提携パートナーのウェブサイトを利用した場合
• 本サイトを第三者のAMC会員番号でログインしたまま利用した場合
• Cookieを削除した場合
• 本サイト又は本サイトから遷移した提携パートナーのウェブサイトの利用の途中で別のパーソナルコンピュータ・ブラウザを利用した場合
• パーソナルコンピュータのソフトのインストール状況や通信環境について、予期せぬ環境で利用された場合
• 提携パートナーのウェブサイトの利用の際に、マイル以外の提携パートナー等が発行するポイント、商品券等を使用して商品の購入等を行った場合は、マイル積算の対象とならないことがあります。また、提携パートナーにおいて、一部の商品またはサービスについてはマイル積算の対象外とされている場合があります。どのような場合にマイル積算の対象外とされるかは、お客様において、本サービス内の提携パートナーページ等をご確認ください。
• 弊社は、お客様による利用が、本規約等で弊社が定めるマイル積算条件に従っていなかった場合、不正または不適切であった場合、本規約に違反する行為によるものであった場合、その他マイル積算が適切ではないと合理的に判断した場合は、マイルの積算を行わないものとします。また、マイル積算後に本項に定める内容が発覚した場合は、積算した一切のマイル（将来積算されることになっているマイルを含みます。）を取り消すことができます。
• お客様の端末のブラウザ設定において、cookieが拒否されている場合は、マイル積算の対象として正しく算出できない場合があります。本サービスを利用される際には、お客様の責任において自身の端末のブラウザ設定において、cookieの受理を常に承諾するものとしてください。お客様のcookieの受理設定により、マイルの積算対象として算出されない場合、弊社は一切の責任を負わないものとします。
• お客様の通信状況の不具合、震災、サーバーの混雑等予期することができない事由によって、マイルの積算が行われない場合があります。これによりお客様にマイルが積算されない場合や、マイル積算の時期に遅れが生じた場合も、弊社はお客様に一切の責任を負わないものとします。
• 弊社は、プログラムまたはシステムの不具合その他の理由によりマイルが正しく反映されなかった場合は、弊社の権限において表示の変更等調整により正しい内容に変更することができます。
• 提携パートナーによる成果承認もしくは弊社へのお客様のご利用情報の提供の遅れ、または提携パートナーの規約変更等によって、マイル積算の時期が遅れる場合があります。提携パートナーの責任によりマイル積算の時期に遅れが生じた場合、弊社はお客様に対して責任を負わないものとします。
• お客様は、本サービスのご利用にあたり、 弊社がお客様のご利用情報を確認できない場合、弊社がマイル積算の確認を含むカスタマーサポートの提供をできない場合があることに、あらかじめ同意するものとします。これによりお客様にマイルが積算されない場合でも、弊社はお客様に一切の責任を負わないものとします。
• 弊社および提携パートナーは、各々の裁量と権限において、成果承認又はマイル積算について審査を行うことができるものとします。お客様へマイルを積算するか否か、積算するマイル数、その他マイルの積算に関する最終的な判断は弊社の裁量によるものとし、お客様はこれに従うものとします。また、当社の判断については、お客様は異議を述べることができず、金銭請求その他のいかなる請求をすることはできないものとします。
• 弊社は、お客様に対して、マイルの積算、取り消し、その他の弊社または提携パートナーの裁量による判断による措置についての理由を説明する義務を負わないものとします。
• マイルの積算に関してお客様から問い合わせをいただいた場合その他弊社が必要と判断する場合には、弊社は、お客様に対して資料（本サイトを経由して提携パートナーのウェブサイトで商品またはサービスに関する契約を行ったことを示す領収書等の写し等）の提供を求めることができるものとし、お客様は弊社の求めがあったときはこれに協力するものとします。なお、上記についてお客様の十分なご協力が得られない場合、弊社がマイルの積算を行えないことがあり、またはマイルの積算時期が遅れることがあります。これらの場合でも弊社はお客様に一切の責任を負わないものとします。
• 弊社は、キャンペーンや初回利用の特典として、お客様にマイルを積算することがあります。各キャンペーンの詳細および条件については、各キャンペーンページにて告知することにより弊社が定めます。各キャンペーンにおいて違法または不正にマイルの積算を受けることは禁止されます。弊社が、お客様が違法または不正にマイルの積算を受けたと判断した場合、弊社の裁量によりお客様へのマイル積算の停止、取消または解除をすることがあります。お客様へのマイル積算の停止、取消または解除に関する最終的な判断は弊社の裁量によるものとし、お客様はこれに従うものとします。
• キャンペーンによるマイル積算の時期は、弊社が別途定めるとおりとします。
• マイルの積算等に関するその他の条件等は、本規約「7.マイル積算」に定めるとおりとします。
• 不正な手段によってマイルを取得する行為またはそのおそれがある行為
• 弊社または本サービスの運営を妨害する行為（不正アクセス、有害プログラムの送信、弊社のシステムやネットワークに過度の負担をかける、正常な作動を妨げるなどを含みますがこれらに限られません。）または信用を毀損する行為
• AMCを含む弊社が提供するサービスの運営を妨害する行為、またはそれを試みる行為
• 不正の目的をもって本サービスを利用し、または他のお客様もしくは第三者に利用させる行為
• 弊社が本サービスにおいて提供する情報およびコンテンツを弊社の承諾を得ることなく改変する行為（当該情報およびコンテンツを改変した上でウェブサイト上等で第三者に発信することを含みます）
• 弊社または提携パートナーに対して暴力、威圧行為、侮辱行為または脅迫的な言動、またはこれらを試みる行為
• 弊社または提携パートナーならびに第三者の権利（著作権、商標権、特許権等の知的財産権、名誉権、プライバシー権、その他法令上または契約上の権利を広く含みます。）を侵害する行為
• 他の会員の同意を得ることなく、他の会員のID、パスワード等、個人情報を入手し、またはそれを試みる行為
• 第三者になりすます行為
• AMCを含む弊社が提供するサービスの利⽤に際して重要な情報について、虚偽の情報を申告する行為（申告すべき情報を適切に申告しないことも含みます。）
• 法令、本規約、弊社が定める運送約款やその他の規約やガイドライン、条例等または公序良俗に違反する行為またはそのおそれがある行為
• 弊社または提携パートナーが負う法的責任を超える範囲の対応を要求する行為
• 弊社係員等への暴力、威圧行為、侮辱行為、著しく威圧的または脅迫的な⾔動、またはこれらを試みる行為
• 弊社から不正にマイルその他金銭的利益等を取得する行為
• 弊社または提携パートナーを欺もうする行為
• その他弊社との信頼関係を著しく損なうものと弊社が判断する行為
• その他本規約または弊社が定めるその他の規約（ ANAマイレージクラブ会員規約 を含みますが、これに限られません。）のいずれかの条項に違反する行為
• その他弊社が不適当と合理的に判断する行為
• 租税公課を滞納して、滞納処分を受けた場合
• 手形交換所の取引停止処分があった場合
• 差押、仮差押、仮処分、滞納処分、強制執行がなされた場合
• 破産手続開始、民事再生手続開始等法的整理の申立があり、またはこれらが開始された場合
• お客様の本人確認を行うことができないか、もしくは著しく困難である場合、または本人確認を行った結果、本人であることを確認することができなかった場合
• 反社会的勢力の構成員またはその関係者である場合
• (i)から(vi)までに定めるもののほか、お客様との信頼関係が失われた場合その他お客様への本サービスの提供が適切でないと弊社が合理的に判断した場合
• マイルの非積算または剥奪
• 本サービスの全部または一部の提供停止
• 違反したAMC会員の会員資格の取り消し
• その他、弊社が必要かつ適切と合理的に判断する措置

10. お客様情報の取り扱い

• 弊社は、お客様のプライバシーを尊重しています。
• 弊社は、お客様から収集した情報を安全に管理するため、セキュリティに最大限の注意を払っています。
• 弊社は、本サービスの不正利用の調査に必要だと弊社が判断した場合、提携パートナーに対して、お客様の登録情報、取引履歴情報、その他不正利用の調査に必要な情報を開示することができ、お客様はあらかじめこれに同意するものとします。
• クリック日、注文日、処理日、注文ID、広告主ID、広告主名、プログラムID、プログラム名、注文個数、注文金額、ステータス、承認期限、リファラー、アイテムコード、商品コード、商品名、アイテム個数、商品金額その他の本サービスにおける利用履歴
• 利用時のブラウザ・アプリ・デバイス情報（OS、端末識別子等を含む）、Cookie等を通じて収集されたウェブサイトの閲覧履歴、当該第三者が付与したID・種別コード、利用日、成果可否、獲得マイル数、利用状況
• その他、弊社は、AMCに関連して提供を受けた個⼈情報を弊社が定める最新の ANAプライバシーポリシー に準拠して取り扱います
• 弊社は、本サービスに関する瑕疵（セキュリティ等に関する欠陥、エラーやバグ、権利侵害を含みます。）がないこと、ならびに安全性、信頼性、正確性、完全性、有効性および特定の目的への適合性を明示的にも黙示的にも保証していません。弊社は、お客様に対して、かかる瑕疵を除去して本サービスを提供する義務を負いません。
• 弊社は、弊社の故意または重過失に起因する場合を除き、本サービスに起因してお客様に生じた損害について責任を負わないものとします。
• 弊社の故意または重過失に起因する損害について、弊社がお客様に対して損害賠償責任を負う場合であっても、弊社が負う損害賠償の範囲は、弊社の行為を直接の原因としてお客様に現実に生じた通常の損害に限定されるものとします。
• 本サービス経由で購入された商品、または、利用されたサービス等は、弊社ではなく、提携パートナーが販売または提供しているものであり、弊社は、 商品またはサービス等の内容、品質、正確性、信憑性、適法性、最新性、有用性等について、一切保証せず、その責任を負いません。また、商品等に関する契約は、提携パートナーとお客様との間で直接に成立し、弊社は、商品の売買契約の当事者にはなりません。お客様は、当該商品等に関する契約にあたり、自らの責任で提携パートナーの規約および個人情報保護方針等を確認のうえ、お買い物等をしていただく必要があります。お客様は、商品等の取引に関する一切の事項（商品等の購入、送付、受領、代金の支払、契約の取消・解除、契約不適合責任、返品・商品代金の返金等を含みますが、これに限られないものとします。）について提携パートナーと直接やりとりを行うものとし、弊社は当該取引に関してお客様に生じる損害につき責任を負わないものとします。
• 弊社は、本規約等に別途定めるもののほか、お客様と提携パートナーを含めた第三者間で発生した一切のトラブルについて責任を負いません。お客様と第三者との間で、本サービスに関連して、裁判やクレーム、請求等あらゆるトラブルを含む紛争が生じた場合、各自の責任や費用で解決するものとし、弊社は、当該紛争等に関し、一切関与しません。お客様は、当該紛争等の対応のために弊社に生じた弁護士費用を含む、直接的または間接的を問わず生じたあらゆる費用および賠償金等を負担することに同意するものとします。弊社は、お客様が利用した機器・通信回線・ソフトウェア等によりお客様に生じた損害について、直接的か間接的かを問わず、一切責任を負わないものとします。本規約等において、弊社がお客様に損害賠償をすることになった場合でも、その賠償の範囲および金額は本b.に定める内容に限られるものとします。

13. 本サービスの中止、変更

• 自己の設備の移設、保守、点検または工事等の作業が生じたとき
• システムのメンテナンスまたは修理の実施を行う場合
• 火災・停電等の事故、天災、停電、戦争、暴動、労働争議等の不可抗力により、本サービスの提供ができなくなった場合
• 通信回線、コンピュータ、システムの障害が発生した場合またはシステムに負荷が集中した場合
• 弊社、会員、提携パートナー、その他第三者の利益を保護するためにやむを得ないとき
• 提携パートナーによる本サービスの提供に必要なメンテナンスや障害対応の場合
• ANAマイレージクラブ会員規約 に基づき、AMCを中断または停止するとき
• iからviiまでに定めるもののほか、弊社が必要と合理的に判断した場合
• 弊社は、弊社の判断により、あらかじめお客様に通知することなく、いつでも本サービスの全部または一部の内容を変更することができます。

• 会員は、弊社が本a.の該当性の判断のために調査を要すると判断した場合、その調査に協⼒するものとします。
• 弊社は、会員が暴⼒団等反社会的勢力に属すると判明した場合、催告をすることなく、直ちにその会員資格を取り消すものとします。弊社は、かかる会員資格の取り消しにより会員に生じた損害について、一切の責任を負いません。

20. 準拠法・裁判管轄

• 準拠法および裁判管轄については、 ANAマイレージクラブ会員規約 の定めによるものとします。

Rakuten Card and ANA Launch Rakuten ANA Mileage Club Card

Tokyo, February 16, 2016 - Rakuten Card Co., Ltd. and All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd. (ANA) have entered into a partnership for the issuance of credit cards, and today began accepting applications for and issuing the “Rakuten ANA Mileage Club Card,“ a Rakuten Card supplemented with ANA Mileage Club (AMC) functions.

Holders of the Rakuten ANA Mileage Club Card will be able to earn either Rakuten Group’s Rakuten Super Points or ANA miles for credit card transactions, by choosing in advance between a course that earns points or a course that earns miles. The course can be changed even after registering, allowing cardholders to enjoy a course that matches their changing lifestyle.  

Cardholders can earn one Rakuten Super Point per 100 yen (including tax), or one ANA mile per 200 yen (including tax), from purchases when paying with the card when shopping at various places including Rakuten Ichiba, department stores and restaurants *1 , or when purchasing flights from ANA or Star Alliance Group members or on AMC related services.

In addition, the card also comes with functions of the Rakuten Point Card service and the Rakuten Edy e-money service. By utilizing both services, users can earn Rakuten Super Points in a wide range of everyday situations, including at convenience stores, department stores, restaurants and gas stations. Furthermore, cardholders can also utilize the SKiP Service *2 , which allows customers to board ANA domestic flights without going through the check-in process at the airport.

To commemorate the launch of this card, users who have newly applied *3 for a Rakuten ANA Mileage Club Card and have made bookings on the ANA Raku Pack *4 , a dynamic travel package of ANA domestic air tickets and accommodation facilities, will be presented with a coupon of a value equivalent to 4,000 yen, which can be used on the ANA Raku Pack.

Rakuten Group, which has approximately 106 million members (as of December 2015) and ANA, which has 29 million AMC members (as of December 2015), have been striving to improve customer convenience by providing exchange services for Rakuten Super Points and ANA miles. Through the launch of the Rakuten ANA Mileage Club Card, Rakuten Card and ANA are aiming to further enhance customer satisfaction.

*1 Transactions on Rakuten Ichiba will earn double the points, and transactions at stores affiliated with the point program will earn triple the points. *2 The service enables customers who have already completed reservation, purchase and seat allocation to skip the check-in procedure at the airport and to proceed straight to the security check. *3 Applies to people who have passed the card eligibility review process following application. *4 The ANA Raku Pack is a dynamic travel package combining ANA’s domestic air tickets and accommodation facilities with rental car services.

Rakuten Travel, Inc. and ANA Raku-Pack exceeded 10 million users. Starts campaign for full refund of travel fees.

On November 21, Rakuten Travel launched the “ANA Rakupack Great Appreciation Reduction Festival to Commemorate 10 Million Users” to commemorate the cumulative number of users of its domestic tour product “ANA Rakupack” surpassing 10 million.

In the first phase of the campaign, which runs from November 21 at 10:00 to December 19 at 9:59, 100 winners will be selected in a drawing from among those who have booked and actually traveled with ANA Rakuten Pack during the applicable travel period, and will receive Rakuten Points (entry required). The eligible travel period is from departure on November 22 to return on March 31, 2023.

The second phase (coupon distribution) is scheduled from 10:00 a.m. on December 19 to 9:59 p.m. on January 10, 2023, and the third phase (original goods) from 10:00 a.m. on January 10, 2023 to 9:59 p.m. on January 23, 2023, details of which will be disclosed later.

How to Apply for a Rakuten Card

Rakuten credit card applications can be completed online . Choose the card type, then fill in the form with basic information such as your full name, gender, date of birth, phone number, and email address.

Choose to Opt-in for Newsletters

Below the email address field, there is a section titled “Rakuten Card and Rakuten Point Card Newsletters.” Select whether to opt-in or opt-out from e-mail newsletters detailing exclusive event and other notifications. If you don’t want to miss out on any deals, then select “opt-in” (受け取る).

Occupation Status

In the section titled “Occupation and School,” select “Student” (学生の方) if you’re enrolled in a university and fill out information on your school on the next page. If you’re a part-time employee, a full-time company worker, or have any other occupation, then select “Employed” (お勤めの方).

Bank Account Balance

Bank account balance (預貯金額) refers to the current amount in your bank account. Select the amount of money you can spend on credit payments in a year. You will be asked to provide information on your bank account, so please select appropriately.

Select the Purpose of Use

On the card's "purpose of use" section, the selection titled “for everyday shopping” (普段のお買い物に利用) refers to those who will use the card for daily purchases. “For borrowing funds” (現金のお借入れ等に利用) is ideal for applicants who are applying for a card to borrow cash. If you intend to borrow money, it would be best to select this option.

Applying for an Installment Plan

You can apply for an installment plan by checking apply (申し込む) in the section titled “Apply for Automatic Revolving Service” (自動リボサービス申し込み). This is not recommended for automatic payments as additional fees will be incurred. If you don’t require this service, check “do not apply” (申し込まない).

In the dropdown menu for “Card Cashing Limit” ((カードのキャッシング枠), select your desired cash limit for withdrawal.

ETC Card Application

For those who drive, an ETC (Electronic Toll Collection) card would allow you to pass through expressway tolls without stopping. Another benefit is the ability to earn points from expressway fees. While the annual fee for the card is 550 yen, the cost is waived under certain circumstances.

Rakuten Edy Feature

Rakuten Edy is a prepaid e-money feature that can be added to your credit card. The “Edy Auto-Recharge Setting” will automatically recharge your balance once it dips below a specified amount. The sample above is set so that once the card dips below 3,000 yen, it will be recharged with an additional 3,000 yen.

In addition to not having an annual fee, Rakuten Card is easy to apply for. But what exactly are the merits of this cashless payment method by Rakuten Card?

1. It's Easy to Earn Points

In 2020, Rakuten credit cards won first place in three categories (Japanese): “Most Points Earned in the Past Year,” “Customer Satisfaction with Point Integration,” and “Points Customers are Happy to Receive.”

The card's shopping reward points are the reason for these top awards. You earn 1 point for every 100 yen spent shopping with a Rakuten Card. You can also shop for bargains on Rakuten Marketplace (Rakuten Ichiba), their e-commerce website, as many sellers offer a high rate of return on points.

Points can be used while shopping on Rakuten Marketplace, Rakuten Books (Japanese), and other affiliated stores with every point equivalent to one yen. Moreover, you can earn or use points for daily purchases using the Rakuten Pay app—a mobile payment system.

Rakuten Card members are placed into categories according to the frequency and amount used on their credit cards. Benefits and rates earned during exclusive events change as your status level upgrades. The more you use your card, the more money you save!

Types of Rakuten Credit Cards

Rakuten Card

The Rakuten Card is the e-commerce giant's namesake credit card. The company holds exclusive campaigns that either reward 2,000 points to newly registered members or 5,000 points for first-time users of the card.

This card also comes with convenient services for overseas travel, including international travel accident insurance, loss and theft protection, Wi-Fi rental discounts, and more. Even if your trips abroad are infrequent, we still recommend this card for those who travel overseas.

Rakuten ANA Mileage Club Card

We recommend this card for those who frequently fly for travel or business. It includes the perks of the ANA Mileage Club on top of the existing features of a Rakuten Card. Every two Rakuten Super Points earned can be converted into one ANA mile.

Campaigns are also held during certain periods. Some include the ANA Raku Pack’s (Japanese) 4,000 yen coupon that is valid on Rakuten Travel (an online hotel booking website), 2,000 bonus points for new members, and 5,000 points for first-time card users.

Rakuten Card Academy

Students between the ages of 18 and 28 are eligible to apply for this credit card. You can earn up to quadruple points when purchasing books or DVDs on Rakuten Books. Additionally, triple points can be earned when reserving an express bus through Rakuten Travel.

Rakuten PINK Card

This credit card allows customers to select an adorable design for their card, such as Mickey Mouse or Rakuten's official mascot the Shopping Panda. This card earns up to double the points on Rakuten Travel. It also gives female cardholders the ability to join accident compensation insurance.

Additional Benefits of Using Rakuten

When applying for your card, you can save additional money by consolidating your bank with Rakuten Bank . The application to open an account with Rakuten Bank can be completed online. With every card transaction, you can check your balance or make a bank transfer through the app.

As of October 2020, the interest rate for Rakuten Bank is 0.02%. By linking your Rakuten Bank account to your Rakuten Card, this rate will be increased to 0.04%.

Checking in at the Airport

Passengers who have not checked in online  need to check in for their flights at the airport.

• Please complete check-in for yourself and your bags by 60 minutes before departure.
• You may not be able to board after 10 minutes before departure.
• Departure time is the time the aircraft moves away from the gate.

Counter Check-in Instructions

Please confirm that you have all of the documentation required for boarding (passport, visa, etc.), as well as your international flight ticket or e-Ticket itinerary receipt.

When you are at the counter, ANA airport staff will check passports, visas, and any other necessary documents and issue you a printed boarding pass.

This is also when you can request upgrades, change seats or conduct other pre-flight processes.

Check-in and other boarding procedures must be completed at least one hour before your flight's departure time.

Collecting Required Passenger Information

For passengers flying to Japan, South Korea, Mainland China (excluding Hong Kong), Taiwan, India, the United States, the United Kingdom, or Canada, carriers are required by the applicable government to collect the information called Advance Passenger Information (API). When booking flights, you will be asked to provide this information and ANA will send it to the government of the arrival country.

Passengers traveling elsewhere need only provide passport information.

What Passenger Information is Collected?

Passengers on applicable flights need to provide:

• Full Name (the first and last name registered on your passport)
• Date of Birth (according to the Western calendar)
• The U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) grants Redress Numbers as a means of protecting passengers who may be incorrectly identified as being on a watch list due to various reasons, such as sharing a first and last name with a suspected terrorist.
• Passengers will have to apply to the TRIP (Traveler Redress Inquiry Program) to obtain a Redress Number.
• A Known Traveler Number is a PASS ID provided to members of trusted traveler programs, such the Global Entry Program. Those in possession of this ID are eligible for TSA PreCheck®, the TSA's expedited screening program.
• Passengers who are eligible for this program are able to experience quicker process of U.S. airport security screening by passing through a dedicated lane and are not required to remove shoes, belts, light jackets, laptops and liquids. Children 12 and under accompanied by an eligible passenger may go through the dedicated lane as well. Learn more about TSA PreCheck® .
• The Alien (Registration) Number or USCIS# on the front of the card.

Do You Need a Visa Before Traveling to a Foreign Country?

A visa grants you permission to enter your destination country. Some countries to do not require visas or only require them of some passengers.

To check if Visa is required at your destination, please see the information the Airport and City Info .

The visa number is the red number on the lower right of the Visa (usually 6-8 digits). When entering this information, you must enter a total of 8 digits.

• If the Visa number is shorter than 8 digits, please enter one or more zeros (0) before the number.
• For entry requirements at all the airports served by ANA, please see the information for that airport on ANA's Airport and City Info .

Baggage Drop After Checking In

If you have checked in online, but still need to check bags, you can do so at the check-in counter or at a self-service bag drop machine if one is available.

Please note: When traveling between Haneda and Narita airports or Itami and Kansai airports to connect from a Japan domestic flight to an international flight, your baggage will be checked in for your international flight at the departure airport for that flight. About Your Ticket/ EMD

Tickets (e-tickets and electronic tickets).

A ticket is either an e-Ticket itinerary receipt or electronic flight ticket. In addition to your boarding pass (whether mobile or printed), you'll also be issued an e-Ticket itinerary receipt that will show your 13-digit flight reservation (starting with 205) and travel information. This receipt may be required for check-in and/or immigration procedures, so be sure to save it.

Ticket Rules

• Tickets are valid only for the passenger named on the itinerary. Names cannot be changed and tickets cannot be transferred to others.
• Special fares have different validity periods that apply accordingly.
• Please use flight tickets in sequence from the place of departure indicated in the ticket. If any sector is unused, the ticket itself and any remaining sectors will become invalid.
• Please reserve and purchase your ticket in the sector where you will actually board. If the sector you are not boarding is included, you may not be able to use the ticket as it is and you may have to purchase a new one. Example: When a round-trip ticket is booked and issued for the purpose of a one-way trip. When reservation/ticket is issued including sectors where you do not plan to board, etc.

Ticket Service Charge

Tickets for international ANA flights incur a designated ticket service charge per passenger, per ticket. Multiple sectors may be included within the ticket.

Electronic Miscellaneous Document (EMD)

An EMD is an electronic receipt issued by ANA that shows your 13-digit reservation number (starting with 205).

• When seeking information about changes or refunds to your flight, refer to the EMD number at the top left.
• Depending on the currency used for its payment, currency restrictions may prohibit the EMD from being used in countries other than the country of purchase.

Examples of EMDs

Reservation Change Fees: When changing a reservation, an EMD may be issued as a receipt for the amount paid to make the change.

Residual Value for Refundable Balance: The EMD will show any refundable balance due to itinerary changes. If you purchased your ticket through a travel agency, contact the agency for more information,

Upgrades: An EMD will be issued as a receipt showing the required Upgrade Points or mileage deducted for the upgrade.

Lounge Access: If you choose to pay for lounge access, an EMD will be issued showing the amount paid.

• EMDs are valid only for the passenger indicated on the document. Names cannot be changed and tickets cannot be transferred to others.
• EMDs are valid for one year from the date of issue.
• Ticket service charges do not apply to EMDs.

ANA SUITE LOUNGE Check-in at Tokyo Narita Airport

First Class passengers and ANA Diamond members can check-in for their flight at the ANA SUITE LOUNGE at Narita Airport. You're also welcome to bring one guest. Once you've checked your baggage, go through priority security and find the lounge at Airport Terminal 1 (South Wing).

ANA International Airport Check-in Counter Opening Times

• Opening times are subject to change without notice.
• Opening times are subject to sudden changes depending on flight status.
• Counter opening times at boarding gates or transfer areas area vary by airport.
• Departure and arrival terminals may vary for codeshare flights operated by partner airlines. Please contact the operating carrier for further information.

Flights Departing After Midnight

Airport check-in opens one day prior to the departure date for flights departing after midnight (any flight between 12:00 a.m. and 1:59 a.m.).

Please be aware of the date and time of your arrival, as the check-in and departure dates could be on different days. Airport check-in procedures begin one day prior to the departure date for flights departing after midnight.

• For example, if your flight is leaving at 12:01 a.m. on April 1, check-in will start on March 31.
• There have been instances when passengers have either mistakenly booked the wrong departure date or have checked in at the airport one day late.

Passengers need to check in before the airport check-in counter closes, 1 hour before departure.

Arrival Dates for Flights Departing After Midnight

Please check the arrival date at your destination when making your booking.

Arrival dates are shown as follows on the Check Availability screen when booking flights:

When arriving the same day: No date displayed beside the arrival time.

When arriving the day before: -1 is displayed next to the arrival time.

When arriving the next day: +1 is displayed next to the arrival time.

Using ANA's Self-Service Kiosks to Check In

Our self-service check-in kiosks make checking in at the airport easy. In addition to checking in, you can confirm or change your seat, register your mileage, and view upgrade options if applicable.

All ANA Group international flights departing from Beijing, Brussels, Chennai, Dalian, Frankfurt, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Honolulu, Jakarta, Kansai, Kuala Lumpur, London, Los Angeles, Mumbai, Paris, Perth, Qingdao, Seattle, Seoul (Gimpo), Shenzhen, Singapore, Taipei (Taoyuan/Songshan), Tokyo Haneda, Tokyo Narita, Vienna and Xiamen.

• Service may not be available on certain codeshare flights that are operated by our partners.
• Self-service kiosks are not available at all airports.

You can use the self-service kiosks even if you already have a mobile boarding pass. However, please see a check-in counter agent if your reservation has been changed and not reissued, if you are traveling with children 2 or under, or when using code-share flights.

Self-Service Kiosk Operating Hours

Eligible passengers.

Any passenger who has an e-Ticket can use the self-service kiosk if it's available. However, you must visit the ANA check-in counter if:

• Your reservation has been changed and not reissued.
• You're traveling with children under 2 years old
• You require assistance in boarding
• You're flying on a codeshare flight with other airlines. (Please check-in at the operating airline counter.)

The Self-Service Check-in machine may not be available depending on the ticket and the type of passport. Please ask an ANA ground staff member for details.

Self-Service Bag Drop Machines

Self-service baggage drop machines are available at some airports. Passengers who have checked in and have a boarding pass can go directly to a self-service machine to check in their bags. Please see Baggage Information  for more information.

Instructions for Using ANA Self-Service Check-in Machines

Follow the step-by-step instructions below to use the self-service kiosk.

• This process is the same regardless of whether you have completed online check-in.
• The actual steps may differ according to the kiosk specification of each airport.

Applicable Airports: Except Seattle, Los Angeles and Honolulu

Applicable airports: seattle, los angeles and honolulu, step 1: initial screen.

After a few seconds, the Dangerous Goods Screen will be displayed.

Step 2: Dangerous Goods Screen

• Please confirm the various cautions related to hazardous materials and dangerous goods.
• * The display language can be changed at any time by tapping the "Other Language" button in the upper right corner of the screen.

Step 3: Reservation Search Screen

Select your preferred method to search for your reservation.

• If " Search by Reservation Number " is selected, the Enter Reservation Number Screen will be displayed.

• Enter the 6-digit reservation number that is found on your itinerary receipt.
• The Passport Information Registration Screen will then be displayed.
• If " Search by e-Ticket Number " is selected, the Enter e-Ticket Number Screen will be displayed.

• Enter the 13-digit e-Ticket number from your itinerary receipt.
• The Passport Information Registration Screen will then be displayed. If " Search by Mileage Card Number " is selected, the Mileage Card Reader Screen will be displayed.

• If you do not have your mileage card with you, please select "Enter Card Number" and input the number manually.

If " Search by Passport " is selected the Passport Reader Screen will be displayed.

Place the passport that is registered to your reservation information onto the passport reader.

• Only applicable if your passport was registered to your reservation information in advance.

If " Search by Boarding Pass Barcode " is selected, the 2D Barcode Reader Screen will be displayed.

Place the 2D barcode (QR code) that is printed on the upper right corner of your itinerary receipt onto the barcode reader.

• Only applicable if you have a boarding pass registered to your information in advance.

Step 4: Passport Information Registration Screen

Place your passport onto the passport reader to register the relevant information.

Step 5: Passport Information Confirmation Screen

Confirm that the passport information is correct.

Step 6: Reservation Confirmation Screen

• Check the displayed reservation details and tap the "Confirm" button.
• After the boarding pass has been issued, the Collect Boarding Pass Screen will be displayed.

If you wish to confirm your seat location or change your seat selection, tap the " Seat Map " button. The Seat Map Screen will be displayed.

Step 7: Seat Map Screen

• After selecting your desired seat, tap the "Confirm" button.
• Proceed to the Reservation Confirmation screen again to view the latest details for your reservation.

If you wish to register your mileage, tap the " Register Miles " button. The Enter Frequent Flyer Program Membership Number Screen will be displayed.

Step 8: Frequent Flyer Program Membership Registration Screen

• Select the relevant airline or insert the relevant membership card into the card reader slot.
• If an airline is selected, the Enter Frequent Flyer Program Membership Number Screen will be displayed.

• Enter the membership number.
• Proceed to the Reservation Confirmation Screen again to view the latest details for your reservation.

Step 9: Collect Boarding Pass Screen

Please collect all issued boarding passes.

Step 10: Complete Check-In

This screen confirms the completion of check-in procedures.

You will be transferred to Step 2 after a few seconds.

• * The display language can be changed at any time by tapping the "More Languages" button in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.

Step 3: Reservation Search Method Screen

• If you select "Enter / Confirmation Number", proceed to Step 4.
• If you select "Enter / Frequent Flyer Number *1", proceed to Step 5.
• If you select "Enter / e-Ticket Number", proceed to Step 6.
• If you select "Swipe / Frequent Flyer Card *1", proceed to Step 7.
• If you select "Scan / Passport *1" "Scan / Boarding Pass" "Scan / Mobile Boarding Pass", proceed to Step 8.
• *1 Only applicable if your boarding pass was registered to your reservation information in advance.

Step 4: Search by Confirmation Number Screen

Enter the confirmation number (6 alphanumeric characters) that is found on your itinerary receipt. Proceed to Step 9.

Step 5: Search by Frequent Flyer Number Screen

Enter the frequent flyer number that is registered to your reservation information. Proceed to Step 9.

Step 6: Search by e-Ticket Number Screen

Enter the 13-digit e-Ticket number that is found on your itinerary receipt. Proceed to Step 9.

Step 7: Frequent Flyer Card Reader Screen

Insert the frequent flyer card that is registered to your reservation information into the card reader slot. Proceed to Step 9.

• * If you do not have your requent flyer card with you, please tap the Back button and proceed to Step 3. And input the number manually.

Step 8: Reader Screen

Place the passport that is registered to your reservation information or the 2D barcode (QR code) that is printed on the upper right corner of your itinerary receipt onto the reader. Proceed to Step 9.

Step 9: Passport Information Registration Screen

Step 10: Reservation Confirmation Screen

Check the reservation details displayed and tap the Next button. Proceed to Step 13.

If you wish to confirm your seat location or change your seat selection, tap the Change Seats button. Proceed to Step 11.

If you wish to register your mileage, tap the Edit button. Proceed to Step 12.

Step 11: Seat Map Screen

After selecting your desired seat, tap the Continue button. Proceed to Step 10 again to view the latest details for your reservation.

Step 12: Enter Frequent Flyer Number Screen

Select the relevant airline from the Suggestions and enter the frequent flyer number that you wish to register. After you have registered your number, proceed to Step 10 again to view the updated details for your reservation.

Step 13: Check-in Baggage Confirmation screen

If you do not have baggage to check in, select No Baggage to check-in. Proceed to Step 16.

If you have baggage to check in, select Baggage to check-in. Proceed to Step 14.

Step 14: Enter Baggage Quantity Screen

Select the number of pieces of baggage that you are checking in. Proceed to Step 15.

Step 15: Collect Baggage Tag and Baggage Check-in Procedures Screen

Take the baggage tags and confirm the details, then tap Next. Proceed to Step 16.

Step 16: Collect Boarding Pass and Check-in Complete Screen

Collect the issued boarding pass and confirm the completion of check-in procedures.
