Awesome driver. He picked us up at our camp site and dropped us off. No hassle. Hit all the spots at Niagara Falls including the lights at night.

My daughter's school used this bus company for a class retreat. Their driver got lost on the way to the destination, making them an hour late arriving and over an hour late returning at the end of the day. Protocol was not followed to sweep the bus and make sure all belongings were unloaded. Of course, driving children, belongings were left behind. When I called to try to retrieve them, the manager Corey was extremely rude to me and insisted that the belongings were not where I said they were. I'm certain they threw them out. We never were able to recover our lost belongings, and I cannot say enough about what a terrible experience it was dealing with these extremely rude people. I would not recommend using this company.

So happy that we booked with Bedore Tours for a day at Niagra Falls. Mark the Canadian was the best guide...informative, funny, above and beyond to make it a great day!

Went on one of your tours today. Had an amazing time . Our tour guide Jim was outstanding. He knew exactly where to go and to get us there the quickest. I would recommend your company and tours to anybody coming here!

Took this tour 2 days ago. Booked it at their office somewhere between Buffalo Airport and Niagara falls when we got lost driving (I just KNEW my GPS had Canada loaded, but it did not.......) Anyway, Jim, the tour salesguy assured us that the tours would cost more when we got to our hotel. As we were staying at the Marriott Fallsview (which is is not cheap) we had already said we would try and cut down on other "luxuries". Jim was right, the hotel tours were more expensive. We paid $84.97 total pp for a 4 hour tour which included Maid of the Mist, Journey Behind the Falls, and a few other stops. Nick, our tour guide picked us up on time and he was wonderful. Lots of jokes-- some were funny, the ones that weren't were still funny b/c they were cheesy. Overall, a great and informative guy--even told us where to get good, cheap food. Now, why is it cheaper than the other tours? While everyone else is riding around in the comfort of a climate controlled bus or one of those modern mini-bus/vans, we were shoveled into a white (off white due to age) 14 passenger dodge van. Yes, the regular old style dodge van. No climate control -- it was either too hot or when we opened the window to get air, the draft was killing me. I didn't say anything about the draft b/c I had already asked for the window to be opened. Stepping in and out of the van you could see massive rust. Seats were not comfortable b/c remember, you're in an old van. The saving grace of this tour was the great and informative tour guide, who also doubles as the driver, Nick, and the cost.

Thank you for the detailed review Lisa! I just became familiar with YELP and wanted to give you an update. We sold that van (our last one) that summer because of its age and we have been using 24-28 passenger minibuses(with Climate Control) for our tours. We really do try to have the best maintained and clean fleet of vehicles in the business so I regret that your experience was not indicative of that effort.

We booked the Niagara Falls bus and boat tour through the KOA that we were camped in. My husband is disabled from a stroke and uses a mobility scooter. There was no information regarding accessibility in the brochure. I called the tour company and was only able to leave a message which did not help me as we were going out before they could call me back. The tour company called the next morning to notify us that our tour was running late. I asked if we could bring his scooter as he was not able to walk more than a short distance. She said no. We got on the bus and it was abundantly obvious that he was substantially disabled. Once we stopped at our first destination (Maid of the Mist) the tour guide realized just how bad he was and knew he couldn't make the 1/4 mile walk to the boat. My husband sat on a park bench until the ride was over and we returned. I was stressed out leaving him by himself. The bus driver and the tour guide were very good. But I believe it should have been mentioned as we boarded that the walk would be a challenge. We could have requested a refund and he would have been much better off at the motorhome. Anyway, they managed to obtain a wheelchair. It was a nice gesture But was not much help as he couldn't do much of the rest of the attractions. And I was stuck pushing him up and down hills and walkways. When I requested a refund for his ticket, they would only agree to refund $20 of the $125 ticket. Which at the time of writing this, I have not yet received the credit. All in all, if you require a motorized scooter or wheelchair because you can't walk more than a short distance, do not use this company. They just want your money.

I am SO happy with everything about this tour. Sharon was incredible helping me get my tour organized!! Ed was our tour guide and he was also awesome, so full of information about the whole area on the American side AND the Canadian side. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Sharon made sure I was able to split my tour over two days instead of one, and that was the perfect set up for my husband and me. HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY!!!

SHERI SHERI SHERI! (Jerry Springer show chant). Sheri was our tour guide. She made our experience amazing. She was there right on time. She made it feel like a VIP experience. We skipped lines, got great parking, got to places at the perfect time, and to top it off, she was hilarious. She knows the town inside and out. We did everything in an order that made sense. We did not get soaked until the end which was perfect. Could not imagine going on a tour with anyone else! Bedore is the way to go! I have never used a tour guide at any vacation, but I was out of my element. She made us feel right at home!

Jim O was our tour guide and he was great. Our RV park owner gave us info and set it up. The bus picked us up at our park and we did the whole Niagara Falls tour. Jim O was knowledgeable and knew how 5o get us in and out of lines fast. He explained and informed us what was ahead and what to expect. We were gone 6 hours and enjoyed the group and our guide Jim O very much. If you get to pick your guide, he's the guy to ask for.

My husband and I took this tour last week and were pleased with the experience. Neither of us really knew our way around so it was great that we could both just sit and enjoy the sights. We took the American side tour in the morning and the Canadian side in the afternoon on a beautiful sunny day. Both guides were cheerful, pleasant and informative. Both our tours left on time and were flexible about where we preferred to be dropped off. Both guides were able to recommend restaurants and other attractions to explore on our own after the tours. Both busses were clean and comfortable. By the end of our day, we had seen the highlights on both sides, knew our way around, and had our plans all set for touring on our own the next day. That is exactly what we'd hoped to accomplish when we signed up
