El evento tendrá lugar en la impresionante pista de hierba del Club de Campo Villa de Madrid en la que los mejores jinetes, amazonas y caballos del mundo harán vibrar al público y contará un año más con zonas comerciales, zona de food trucks amenizada con música en directo y actividades infantiles para los pequeños de la casa.

Las entradas para el Longines Global Champions Tour 113 CSI 5 Madrid, la prueba del circuito hípico más importante del mundo dotada con un millón de euros en premios y que se disputará del 17 al 19 de mayo en el Club de Campo de Madrid, han salido ya a la venta, según anunciaron los organizadores en un comunicado.

Tras pasar por las sedes de Doha, Miami Beach, México DF y Shanghai, la edición de 2024 del circuito hípico de saltos más importante del mundo llega, por primera vez, suelo europeo en su única sede española: Madrid. El Longines Global Champions Tour traerá todo el espectáculo de la 'Champions de la hípica' a la pista verde del Club de Campo Villa de Madrid, que combinará el glamur de los saltos con una propuesta de ocio, comercial y gastronómica.

En este Longines Global Champions Tour 113 CSI 5 estrellas Madrid participarán algunos de los mejores binomios del mundo en la disciplina de salto, entre ellos el jinete español Eduardo Álvarez Aznar, olímpico en Río 2016 y Tokyo 2020.

Tras la celebración de las tres primeras pruebas, y a falta de la de la sede de Shanghai -el próximo 3 de mayo-, Álvarez Aznar es primero del LGCT con 97 puntos, cinco por delante del austriaco Max Kühner y 31 sobre el francés Simon Delestre.

En el Club de Campo Villa de Madrid también se citarán otros posibles candidatos para representar a España en los Juegos Olímpicos de París 2024 como Mariano Martínez Bastida, Sergio Álvarez Moya y Manuel Fernández Saro, entre otros.

El 12, 13 y 14 de mayo el Club de Campo Villa de Madrid acogerá la 112 edición del CSI en la que será la cuarta etapa del Longines Global Champions Tour y la primera parada del famoso circuito en Europa.

El programa se compone de 15 pruebas, 6 de ellas puntuables para el Longines Ranking FEI, con alrededor de 230 salidas a pista y 140 jinetes venidos de todo el mundo. En total se repartirán 1,2 millones de euros en premios.

Las pruebas más importantes de la cita son la Copa de S.M. el Rey Trofeo Caser Grupo Helvetia , que como novedad tendrá lugar el sábado por la tarde; y el Gran Premio Longines Global Champions Tour de Madrid , que pondrá la guinda el domingo por la tarde a un potente fin de semana con lo mejor de la hípica mundial.

El evento contará con Porsche como nuevo Vehículo Oficial, y ¡HOLA! como nuevo Media Partner . También repetirán marcas patrocinadoras muy vinculadas a la alta competición de hípica como Caser Grupo Helvetia, Longines, Grupo Eulen, Marqués de Vargas, CaixaBank, Mahou, Exterior Plus o MARCA.

Longines Global Champions Tour 2023 Round 3: Mexico City

Round three of the Longines Global Champions Tour for 2023 sees the incredible Mexico City play host to the world's top show jumping horse and  rider combinations, following just one week after the Longines Global Champions Tour of Miami Beach.  

A vibrant and culturally rich metropolis that offers visitors a unique blend of tradition and modernity, Mexico City is a wealth of incredible architecture, historical sites, entertainment and delicious cuisine. 

2022 saw a relentless week of top sport, as the best of the best horse and rider combinations left it all on the line to claim coveted podium positions. 

One of the standout events was the Longines Global Champions Tour Grand Prix of Mexico City, which saw a relentless, up-to-height track curved around this vast grass arena. Taking the win in front of a sell-out crowd was none other than Ludger Beerbaum aboard his impressive Mila. Commenting on the incredible atmosphere and ground, Beerbaum said: “This is something I would really like to say and I don’t say it every week but believe me without the atmosphere, without the crowd cheering all of us on but especially me this makes the show so unbelievably special.”

Introduction.

Now in its 10th edition, the celebrated Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show is one of the world’s most premier show jumping competitions. Sponsored by the Swiss watchmaker Longines, and orchestrated by rider Athina Onassis, this exceptional event is a favorite stop on the calendars of the sport’s most elite equestrian athletes.

Also this year, the Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show (LAOHS), 6th leg of the Longines Global Champions Tour, will return to Ramatuelle’s famous Pampelonne Beach, from 30 May to the 1st June 2024. This site is well known for its idyllic beauty and has long been a favorite stop among the jet-set crowd.

Mixing glamour with top-level sport, the event takes place just steps from the sea, on a beach shaded by pines. Each year, the show’s world-class facilities are purpose-built for the occasion, including a main arena for the competitions, a practice paddock, horse stalls, a village and VIP area, restaurants, bars, shops, and more.

The covered grandstand along the long side of the arena gives a panoramic view of the competition as well as access to the magnificent commercial village. Seats are not reserved and are on a first come, first served basis. A special rate is available for children from 0 to 13 years old but they must be accompanied by an adult. 

PLEASE NOTE : The morning sessions are free access and open to all. Paying access starts from 12:00 and requires a ticket. Access to the Village area is free all day and open to all!

Providing a front-row seat to the action along with finely crafted Italian dishes, a range of beverage options, and top-quality service, the newly imagined GC Lounge at the Longines Athina Onassis Horse Show is a dining experience unlike any other. Reserve your table in advance for this year’s event.

Includes : A welcome drink, 3-course menu (drinks and wine are not included). Tables : Tables are available for parties of 2, or 4 people. Daily table service will begin at 12 p.m, continuing on through the end of the day’s competitions.

It is unfortunately not possible

I would only like to attend the morning sessions; do I still have to pay?

If you only wish to come to the morning sessions you do not have to purchase a ticket, nor do you need to register. However, you will have to vacate the seat when the morning session ends.

Can I bring my dog/pet?

Pets are allowed in the Shopping Village if they are on a leash. Pets are not allowed in the seated areas, including the grandstands and VIP. An exception is made for service animals with proper documentation.

Can I buy a ticket at the event?

On-site sales are subject to availability. However, we do recommend that you book as early as possible in order to secure your seat(s) in your selected section and avoid disappointment.

Where can I park my car?

A car parking is located just in front of the event entrance. Due to limited availability, we recommend you to arrive at the event in the morning.
