I've cleared history and website data under Safari settings ("Clear History and Website Data"). I wasn't aware that it clears also all opened tabs in Safari. I do iCloud backups regularly, so I simply reset and restore my phone from latest iCloud Backup. But the tabs which supposed to be from the state of backup aren't there.
