Paso a Paso

1. ¿ya tiene registro consular.

Lo puede transmitir  creando un usuario aquí o acérquese a la cancillería Ecuatoriana.

2. Acérquese a nuestras oficinas con lo que desea enviar

Si desea enviar un paquete, en nuestras instalaciones le brindaremos la bolsa en la que puede acomodar todo su envío, sea de 4 u 8 libras. Si desea enviar documentos, asegúrese de traerlos al interior de un sobre sin sellar.

3. Lista de chequeo:

Cuando usted entrega su paquete o carta a nuestras cajeras ellas harán lo siguiente

– Verifican si tiene registro consular.

– Revisan el contenido del paquete para asegurarse de cumplir con las Regulaciones Ecuatorianas. 

– Pesan el paquete para definir si la tarifa a cobrar es de 1 a 4 libras $18USD o de 4 a 8 libras $32USD.

– Ingresan los datos en el sistema y si usted aún tiene capacidad de enviar de acuerdo con los límites establecidos por el gobierno Ecuatoriano, se tramitará el envío y le entregaremos su recibo con el número de guía con el cual usted podrá consultar el estado de su envío.

4. Reciba su paquete

Cuando su paquete se encuentre en su destino final, nuestro personal se comunicará con su destinatario para que se acerque a la oficina más cercana a recogerlo.

Queda sin efecto los tramites de registro consular y/o núcleo familiar.

Puede enviar paquetes de 4 y 8 libras máximo sin inconveniente alguno., el remitente puede enviar hasta 5 paquetes al día para diferentes beneficiarios de máximo 8 libras, y/o el valor de las prendas enviadas no debe exceder $400.00..

No es un requisito tener registro consular y/o realizar el registro del núcleo familiar (estas regulaciones quedan sin efecto).

El Remitente puede enviar hasta 5 paquetes al día para los mismos beneficiarios de máximo 8 libras, y/o el valor de las prendas enviadas no debe exceder $400.00.

Los paquetes deben ser enviados en diferentes fechas.

Los remitentes pueden ser Ciudadanos Ecuatorianos ó extranjeros.

El tiempo de entrega será 10 días hábiles., respecto al contenido recuerde que no se puede enviar nada al por mayor, por ejemplo; 5 camisetas, 5 pantalones, 5 pares de zapatos, deben ser de diferentes tallas, modelos y marcas., por favor ofrezca al cliente los seguros que ofrece la compania, en caso de que se trate de algo especial en el contenido del paquete., no hay límites de envio de paquetes por remitentes al año..

(Quedó sin efecto 24 paquetes x año).

No puede enviar lo siguiente:

Carga comercial

Artículos inflamables, combustible, explosivos o insecticidas.

Contenedores de aire comprimido, repuestos para vehículos.

Pornografía, droga, harinas, bicarbonato.

Dinero, cheques, tarjetas de crédito o debito, papeles firmados en blanco, pasaportes, ID o certificados de nacimiento originales de USA.

Armas, juguetes en forma de armas, artículos cortopunzantes, vidrio o cerámica.

Semillas, frutos secos, productos perecederos.

Celulares, animales y joyas

Pelucas o extensiones de cabello natural.

Prótesis, jeringuillas o lentes de contacto desechables.

El valor máximo de un envío es de $400 USD y requiere compra de seguro adicional.

Si el valor de lo que contiene su paquete es mayor a $200 USD, usted deberá comprar un seguro de protección en caso de pérdida o daño, es decir, usted nunca perderá con nosotros, pues el seguro le devolverá el valor total de su envío en caso de pérdida.

De $200 a $300 el seguro tiene un costo de $4 USD.

De $301 a $400 el seguro tiene un costo de $6 USD.
