Here Are the Current Lineups for 2024's Biggest Music Festivals

But as festivals have grown more popular, the season has continued to expand more and more, and it now takes up nearly the entire calendar year. When you factor in the endless opportunities to travel abroad for festivals like Primavera Sound, it can be hard to keep track of all the different festival locations, dates, lineups, and prices. 

That's where Thrillist comes in. We've got our eyes on all the year's biggest festivals and the information you need to plan your festival experience. Whether you're into raving until the sun rises or vibing out in nature—or a mixture of both, the festival lineups below will offer you a wide variety of sonic escapes. 

With Memorial Day weekend in the rearview mirror and July 4th quickly approaching, we've already been through some of the most anticipated festivals of 2024. But there's truly no shortage of music festivals coming up, with more lineups being added almost every single week. Our latest additions this week include high-profile festivals taking place later this year in Las Vegas, Orlando, and Austin. Check back regularly for updates on newly announced lineups for all the music festivals you can't wait to attend, as well as new ones you've never even heard of. 

Summerfest in Milwaukee will actually take place over the course of three weekends. The first weekend, June 20-22, will feature headliners Mötley Cruë and Kane Brown, with additional performances from the Goo Goo Dolls, Black Pumas, Brittany Howard, and Chelsea Cutler. The second weekend, June 27-29, will feature headliners Illenium, Tyler Childers, and Keith Urban, with additional performances from MUNA, Jessie Murph, Fletcher, Sleater-Kinney, Ethel Cain, and REO Speedwagon. The third and final weekend of the festival will take place July 4-6, with headliners AJR with Carly Rae Jepsen, Maroon 5, and Lil Uzi Vert. Additional performances will include Mt. Joy, Bryson Tiller, Chase Rice, Local Natives and Lil Tecca. Tickets for all nine days of access to the festival start at $65 per day, but tickets for most headliners must be purchased separately. Celebrate Pride Weekend in NYC with a two-day festival featuring some of the most iconic gay and queer talent from around the world. The intentionally queer space will be open to all, and will happen rain or shine. Kim Petras, Tokischa, and Arca will be headlining the festival, and additional performances include Baby Tate, Slayyter, and many more. Plus there will be DJ sets from icons like Sevdaliza and Bob the Drag Queen. LadyLand will take place on Saturday, June 28 and Sunday, June 29. Festival D'été de Québec

This 11-day music festival will run from July 4-14, 2024 and has headliners from just about every decade of music from the last 50 years. This year's headliners are Post Malone, J Balvin, Nickelback, Nas, 50 Cent, the Jonas Brothers, the Zac Brown Band, Loud Luxury, The Offspring, Rise Against, and Mötley Crüe. Additional performances will include Mt. Joy, Fleet Foxes, Jessie Murph, Carly Rae Jepsen, and dozens more. General admission passes for all 11 days of the music festival start at $150. Under The Big Sky

The fifth edition of this twang-forward festival will take place July 12-14, 2024 at the 350-acre Big Mountain Ranch in Whitefish. The lineup for this year’s festival include Miranda Lambert, Billy Strings, Turnpike Troubadours, City and Colour, Mt. Joy, Tanya Tucker, and Brothers Osborne. Pitchfork Music Festival

The indie-darling Pitchfork Music Festival returns to Chicago's Union Park from July 19-21, 2024 and will feature headliners Black Pumas, Jamie xx, and Alanis Morissette. Also among the lineup for the festival's 2024 edition are Carly Rae Jepsen, Jessie Ware, Jai Paul, 100 gecs, Brittany Howard, MUNA, De La Sol, Grandmaster Flash, Les Savy Fav, and more. General-admission tickets for the three-day festival start at $219 each (plus fees) and more details on PLUS and VIP packages are all available at PitchforkMusicFestival.com .

Minnesota Yacht Club Festival

The Twin Cities will play host to this inaugural music festival July 19-20, 2024 at Harriet Island Regional Park. Headliners include Red Hot Chili Peppers, Gwen Stefani, and Alanis Morissette, with additional performers including The Offspring, The Black Crowes, Joan Jett & The Blackhearts, Hippo Campus, Gary Clark Jr., The Head and the Heart, The Hold Steady, and more. Two-day general admission tickets start at $215 each (including fees) and VIP, platinum, and riverboat VIP (!) packages are also available. Fairwell Festival

Called a "high desert getaway," this festival will take place between July 19-21, 2024. Headliners for the festival include Billy Strings, Caamp, and Brandi Carlile. There will be additional performances from Jason Isbell, Leann Rimes, Whiskey Myers, The War and Treaty, and Black Pumas. Three-day general admission tickets to the festival start at $275. Northern Nights Music Festival

For those seeking an escape into the wilderness and an escape into dancing, Northern Nights takes place in Northern California between July 19-21, 2024. Headliners for the festival include Blacklizt, LSDream, Barclay Crenshaw, and Mary Jane Coles. There will be additional performances from Bad Snacks, Hollywood Principle, QRTR, Rochelle Jordan, and a slew of other performers. Harley Davidson Homecoming Festival

This four-day festival is a celebration of music, moto culture, and Milwaukee. Taking place between July 25-28, 2024, headliners of Harley-Davidson's Homecoming Festival are Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jelly Roll, and Hardy. Additional performers will include The Offspring, Warren Zeiders, and Cyprus Hill. General admission tickets for access to the music festival on July 26 and 27 start at $200. Project Pabst

Billy Idol, T-Pain, Violent Femmes, and Big Thief are set to headline this two-day festival taking over Portland's Tom McCall Waterfront Park from July 27-28, 2024. Also set to play the festival are Gossip, Denzel Curry, Manchester Orchestra, Jeff Rosenstock, Soccer Mommy, and more. Broccoli City Festival

Megan Thee Stallion will headline the 2024 edition of Broccoli City taking place at Audi Field in our nation's capital from July 27-28, 2024. The lineup this year also features Gunna, Partynextdoor, Kaytranada, Victoria Monét, Lil Yachty and the Concrete Family, Key Glock, Amaarae, Sexyy Red, Baby Tate, and many more. Lollapalooza

The massive Midwest festival will be taking over Grant Park again for four days from August 1-4, 2024 this summer. Headlining Lollapalooza 2024 will be SZA, Tyler, The Creator, Blink-182, The Killers, Future X Metro Boomin, Hozier, Melanie Martinez, Skrillex, and Stray Kids. Also playing the festival will be Deftones, Zedd, Conan Grey, Laufey, Ethel Cain, Vince Staples, Tate McRae, Reneé Rapp, Victoria Monet, Benson Boone, Pierce The Veil, Jungle, Kesha, TV Girl, and many more. With a lineup that seems like it was crafted by a Spotify algorithm for a freshman in college at a small northeastern liberal arts school, Hinterland will take place in the tiny town of Saint Charles, Iowa, right outside of Des Moines. The festival will take place between August 2-4, 2024, and feature headliners Noah Kahan, Vampire Weekend, and Hozier. Additional performers will include Mt. Joy, Ethel Cain, Lizzy McAlpine, Orville Peck, and Hippo Campus. Presale tickets for three-day general admission passes start at $250, but will go up to $300. HARD Summer Music Festival

LA's largest electronic music festival returns for its 2024 edition from August 3-4 at Hollywood Park adjacent to SoFi Stadium. Featured among the lineup for this year’s affair are Disclosure, FISHER b2b Chris Lake, Nelly Furtado, Major Lazer, Jamie xx, Subtronics, Zeds Dead, and many more. THING Festival

This inaugural music festival will take place at Remlinger Farms just east of Seattle from August 9-11, 2024. Headliners will include St. Vincent, Toro y Moi, Black Pumas, and Spoon, as well as Killer Mike, Ethel Cain, Shakey Graves, Earl Sweatshirt, Arlo Parks, Stephen Sanchez, and more. Outside Lands

Outside Lands is making its return to San Francisco's Golden Gate Park between August 9-11, 2024. The lineup for the late summer festival is absolutely stacked. Headliners include Tyler, The Creator, The Killers, Sturgill Simpson, The Postal Service, Grace Jones, Kaytranada, Jungle, Chris Lake, and Gryffin. Additional performers include Snoh Alegra, Young the Giant, Schoolboy Q, Reneé Rapp, and Chappell Roan. Tickets for the three-day festival starts at $465, and payment plans are available. North Coast Festival

The EDM-focused music festival is back for its fourteenth edition from August 30-September 1, 2024 at SeatGeek Stadium.
