It was wonderful. The beautiful, quiet location really suited us and the stylish contemporary decoration - made it really comfortable. All the facilities were great. Due to the Northern areas of Sikkim being closed we ended up spending 9 nights here in total and enjoyed the pool, the wonderful treatments from Pubyang in the Spa, the dining end evening entertainment in between our excursions. So many fantastic staff, starting with Kishan the duty manager who I spoke to from the UK. He reassured me that their tour guide could handle the pick up from Bagdogra and arrange a driver for all our planned locations. Their in-house tour manager, Sangay Sherpa was amazing, super efficient and took care of all of our transportation needs. He hired the fabulous Praveen Subba who drove us the entire trip, sharing his extensive knowledge and ensuring that as two women travellers we felt completely safe at all times. He’s a star! So many other wonderful staff especially Mingma who prepared the traditional Sikkimese breakfast for us most mornings and Veronica one of the reception managers. The whole team strove to make sure our experience was the best it could be. We very much hope to return.

Emmanuel, the hotel manager was very helpful and spent a lot of time with us by helping us with things in and around Gangtok. Room - The room was nice and spacious. There were a few issues with water but the staff was helpful in getting us water to our room when needed... The bed was comfortable and the washroom was neat and clean. Food - Heard good reviews about Suhim's restaurant from a lot of people around the hotel and I agree to them. The food was really nice.. 2 out of 3 nights we ate at Suhim and the food was amazing. Chicken Momos were awesome. The staff helped us with ordering the best so they get a A++ for that. Breakfast buffet was not widespread but good. The hotel is not near to the market (MG Marg).. Amazing location and terrific staff! Easy walk from the Gangtok mall area. Rooms are comfortable and breakfast is excellent. Only downside was issues with hot water and room being cold. We had an awesome stay with friendly staff at an awesome location , it was like placing a star hotel with in a botanical garden , the only concern is it is way out of the town and takes some solid time to reach Gangtok for anything

Stayed in premium deluxe room. Stay was excellent and staff was cheerful and cooperative. Services offered were excellent. No mountain view from room. Only suite gets mountain/valley view. Food served was hygiene and good.

We were booked for our stay @ Summit Norling Resort Gangtok but unfortunately due to no rooms available, we were shifted to the Keepsa Residency Hotel which was close to Summit Norling resort. Nevertheless we took a short tour inside the Summit Norling Resort and it was a good resort with many features to enjoy a peaceful stay.

But you need to insist on shopping sites to him. Otherwise he took us to all the beauty that Sikkim offers you and within our itinerary. Very nice stay, they provide all basic things like clean towels, dental kit, shaving kit, shampoos, Tea making kit and electric kettle, disposable slippers, extra blankets etc. Gangtok is not that cold in winters, but some days in night you may feel a requirement of room heater. Room heater is on extra charges and yes they charge for it very high.

It’s neat and clean with all the facilities, we booked a luxury suit room which was very spacious and nice. Breakfast has many items and it’s good. Walkable distance from MG marg but little difficult because it’s too steep to walk up the road. I will definitely recommend this hotel.

The breakfast was not ready..when we needed it. They mentioned that breakfast is served by 7 , but is not available till 8, which created a problem apart from that it was a decent hotel.
