Martin Garrix Announces South America Tour Dates

Martin Garrix is currently on tour promoting his slew of 2022 and will be playing exclusive new STMPD RCRDS music from Dubvision , Julian Jordan , Brooks and upcoming fresh future house collabs.

Following his reveals 2022 tour, Garrix plans to Santiago, Chile to perform at Lollapalooza Chile in Parque Bicentenario Cerrillos on Friday, 18 March. Here, Garrix will share a line-up with fellow EDM heavyweights like Kyatranada , Alesso , Alan Walker and Alok .

Garrix then makes a stop to Peru to brings at exclusive show at Arena Peru Saturday, 19 March with with national supports. This would be the second time he is visiting Peru.

Next, he heads to for a huge headlining performance at Lollapalooza Argentina where he will share a line-up with mega-stars like The Strokes , Miley Cyrus and ASAP ROCKY on Sunday, 20.

Following a brief stint in North America, Garrix travels to the United States where he will perform at Mainstage of Ultra Music Festival Miami on Friday, 25 premiering IDs / possible behind GRX alias and Collabs with Zedd , Brooks , Mesto , Kygo , Julian Jordan , Bastille , Dewainwhitmorejr , Justin Mylo  and more.

Saturday, 26 March at to Bogota, Colombia will play at Estereo Picnic with Fatboy Slim and J Balvin . And that week on Sunday 27 he caps off his tour with an appearance at Lollapalooza Brazil .

Hot on the heels of his 2022 summer tour announcement, Martin Garrix is taking it back to his South America tour at the beginning of this year. The spectacular shows at Lollapalooza Chile, Peru, Lollapalooza Argentina were captured closely and make for epic material.

With the last episode leaving off at the creation process of his club album ‘Sentio’, the brand new episode shows the brand new show that goes by the same name finally getting the stages it deserves. The visuals perfectly accompany the new ‘Sentio’ tracks, making sure the senses of the crowd are working overtime.

From having to stop the show at Lollapalooza because of the overwhelming reaction of the crowd to horse riding in Argentina, Garrix is taking you with him. The episode cuts off right before Ultra Miami, which will surely be saved for the next one.

Taking his club album on the road this summer, Garrix will hit a number of the world’s top clubbing destinations such as Las Vegas, Mykonos and of course Ibiza where his residency is locked in once again this year. Revealing the full line-up at the beginning of the week it was announced that Acraze, Disciples, Jax Jones, Jonas Blue, Tinie Tempah, Benny Benassi and Lost Frequencies are amongst the many other artists who will join him on the White Isle on Thursdays in July, August and September.

He’s also on the line-up of some of the world’s top music festivals including Tomorrowland, Electric Zoo and Creamfields.

After a 2 year hiatus, Martin Garrix is back in South America for his new tour. It all started on March 19 in Lollapallooza Chile. In front of a crazy crowd, the producer introduced 10 new ID including the long-awaited collaboration with Zedd.

The last time Martin Garrix came to South America was in February 2020, he didn't know it yet but the first shows of the year would be the last for almost 2 years! Everyone knows what happened next… but now our favorite DJ is back with a brand new show.

On the 2022 stage, the traditional huge "plus" stands behind the DJ, there are big screens all around and inside the plus. Everything seems bigger than ever. Martin Garrix came on stage with a brand new opening, the audience was very festive and excited, they turned crazy on Tremor and Animals.

After years of waiting, Martin Garrix performed his new song, produced with Zedd, who was on FaceTime Live at the time. A surprisingly good mix between Garrix and Zedd specific styles, nice drop! Our favorite producer also performed many of his remixed hits such as Break through the silence, Lions in the Wild or Scared to be Lonely, and he played 10 (!) new IDs! Most of them are should be out later this year, we expect Martin Garrix’s new single, following Don’t let you go, later this month. month.

After Chile, Martin Garrix flew to Peru and Argentina for two more festivals. During the third one, he closed the festival as the only performer all stages included, which generated a massive influx of people totalising more than 100,000 people! For security reasons, Martin Garrix had to pause the show for a while to disperse the crowd.

With nearly 100 shows planned, it looks like post-Covid life is here. Martin Garrix’s next appearance will be this Friday night at Ultra Miami, the set will be streamed live on YouTube.

Better known by his stage name Martin Garrix, Martijn Garritsen (born 14th May 1996) is a Dutch DJ/producer from Amstelveen, Netherlands. His music blends mainstream Electronic Dance Music (EDM) and electro house, creating a sound that is very much in vogue, reminiscent of the likes of Tiesto and Avicii.

At the tender age of eight years old, Garritsen expressed an interest in becoming a DJ, sparked after witnessing a performance by DJ Tiesto and DJ Jayvee at the Athens Olympic Games in 2004. Garritsen has achieved his dream, honing his talent at Utrecht's production school, Herman Brood Academy.

In 2012 he won the coveted SLAM! FM DJ Talent of the Year Award, proving his talent at the age of 16. During this year, his remix of Christina Aguilera's "Your Body" was featured on the deluxe version of her album "Lotus," gaining the respect of the well-established singer.

With his 2013 track "Animals" Garrix had created a huge hit, reaching the top 10 in more than 10 countries as well as reaching number one in Belgium and the United Kingdom. Following this single, He also went on to become the youngest person to get to the number one spot on Beatport. His success also landed him in DJ mag's top 100 DJs of 2013, coming in at number 40. His December 2013 release, "Wizard", reached number six in Belgium and number 17 in the Netherlands.

At Ultra Music Festival in 2014, he provided a solid set that bolstered his popularity, featuring unheard collaborations with Dillon Francis, Hardwell and Afrojack.

Well my first impression of Martin Garrix's song Animals was what a party tune! I started to look into other songs of his and instantly fell in love.

I have all of his known songs and there isn't a day I don't listen to them and they get me pumped to get up and go! I appreciate the fact that he has worked with so many other djs, such as Hardwell, Tiesto, Jay Hardway and Julian Jordan and they have great collaborations.

Also, the fact that he is so young and has gone so far in such a short time is amazing. He is a very good looking guy and that is one the main reasons I began to like him, until i started to listen to more remixes and more collaborations, and fell in love with him even more. The fact that he has been wanting to be a dj since a young age and he has done before he was 18, was one other reason why he caught my eye. My sister recently seen him at EDC London and sent me a video, and the set he was playing sounded fantastic! I would really have loved to been there and experience it for myself, but unfortunately it was not meant to be. I really hope he comes to Ireland so I can experience one of his amazing sets for myself. The fact that he is doing so much at such a young age, really is quite amazing and how far is has come since his first song within the past year makes him all the more fantastic!

At the age of 18, it is pretty bizarre to think that Dutch DJ/Producer Martin Garrix achieved one of the most international dance hits of 2013 with 'Animals'. At 17 years of age, it was impressive to think an artist so young had achieved the production values of someone far beyond his years.

He soon became hot property and huge names in the industry were either praising his work and asking to collaborate. He created more music with the likes of Afrojack and Jay Hardway, most of which now features in his live show. Despite not being able to legally go clubbing in most of the European countries he performs in, Garrix knows how to bring the party vibe with him.

He has a strong production team behind him, with complex lighting displays and pyrotechnics emphasising drops and changes in his dance tracks. The crowd goes wild throughout yet when the introduction to 'The Wizard' and 'Animals' begin they erupt in cheers and the DJ smiles wildly. He is clearly aware he has achieved a lot for his age and he seems incredibly happy with his situation as he jumps around stage along with his adoring fans.

It was great and because we were early, we had places in the first row. Something less nice was that it became really hot and cramped after a while. It became so hot that we had to leave our very nice places to go all the way to the back because people got nauseous and too hot. We didn't have an option to get drinks in the front so that wasn't great either because i barely made it to get some water. I think it would have helped if there were some fans and a place to get water in the front. Overall i really liked it and i want to go again next year.

We came from France to see Martin perform and it was worth it!!!!!

The lighting show, the sound, everything was amazing!

Just frustrated that there wasn't merchandising... We would have loved to get a Martin Garrix t-shirt!

Only negative point: everybody was taking drugs around us... The security dog at the entrance was completely useless, there were drugs everywhere...

So, nothing to do with Martin, but it was a bit annoying...

After seeing Martin Garrix at Creamfields and being blown away by how amazing his music was and the stage/lights, we had to see him again at Steel Yard Liverpool. It was just as incredible, he always pulls off an amazing show with tons of energy and the stage effects make it even better! Would definitely recommend, he is always so engaged with the audience and makes you feel so lucky to be there. Massive post-concert blues after this!:(

Sempre que puder, estarei presente. Fui ao meo sudoeste, em Portugal, e ao ade, Amesterdão. Para o ano regressarei e tomorrowland também!!

An amazing concert! The music was loud and pumping, everyone was dancing like crazy. The lighting and stage show was the best I have ever seen.

The venue was really good could easily move around and sit in the balcony, dance on the stairs or get right into the crowd on the floor and party hard.

One of the best shows I've been to. The atmosphere was amazing, music was great, the light show was spectacular. Martin really knows how to work up a crowd. I'll be honest and say my ears hurts by the end of the night but it was without a doubt, one of the best concerts I've been to

Martin Garrix debuts ‘Sentio’ in South America during newest ‘The Martin Garrix Show’ epsiode

Nothing is getting done for the next thirty minutes considering a new “ The Martin Garrix Show ” episode is now out. Back in mid-May, Martin Garrix kept his docuseries’ third season going with an inside look at the creation of both debut album and its coinciding live show. And in the season’s fourth episode, the STMPD RCRDS boss takes Sentio out on the road for its live debut, making stops at Lollapalooza Chile for the Sentio grand reveal as well as a stop in Perú, and ultimately Lollapalooza Argentina.

Even in the days leading Sentio to Lollapalooza Chile, Garrix had still been fine-tuning the Sentio tracklist, with the episode opening with him polishing his newly designated set outro, “If We’ll Ever Be Remembered” with Shaun Farrugia . In the remainder of the latest “The Martin Garrix Show” episode, Garrix shows that Lollapalooza Chile served to be a fitting locale to introduce Sentio , considering the overwhelmingly electric energy from the crowd in Santiago. And Garrix takes Sentio to Arena Perú for the tour’s second stop before closing things out at Lollapalooza’s Argentina edition, where he stood before a crowd of more than 100,000 attendees after the other stages had unsuspectingly shuttered early. Powering through high winds and a brief show pause due to crowd pushing, Garrix completed his trifecta of Sentio stops before looking ahead towards the show’s Ultra unveiling. While we now hold on for a release date of “ Loop “—Garrix’s unreleased ID with DallasK , which he recently teased was coming soon—start the week with a new “The Martin Garrix Show” episode below.
