Inside Sofia Richie’s Stunning $17 Million Mansion She Shares With Boyfriend Elliot Grainge: Photos

Things are officially serious between  Sofia Richie  and her boyfriend,  Elliot Grainge , as the couple purchased a stunning $17 million mansion in April and after months of renovations, have finally moved in. The 23-year-old model and heiress has been giving fans a peek at the luxurious estate via Instagram photos.

The couple celebrated Sofia’s August 24 birthday with their family and close friends by having a dinner party in their new abode’s backyard. Sofia shared snapshots of the home’s gorgeous pool covered with sunflowers and lit votive candles floating atop the water.

The mansion’s backyard looked perfect for entertaining , with a photo of Sofia sitting on the edge of the marble hot tub with candles lit in glass vases around her. Behind the swimsuit model was a large sitting area with several large white sofas covered with colorful pillows. A pergola-style roof hung over the area, which also featured mounted lighting for evening entertaining.

Sofia included a photo of the long wooden dining table covered with yellow floral decorations. On the plate at each seat was a curated menu where lucky guests could choose from Wagyu beef, wood oven baked French sea bass and truffle pasta. The Richie-Grainges sure know how to throw a dinner party! Sofia later shared a dimly lit photo that included a group hug between her dad Lionel Richie , mom  Diane  and brother Miles.

A charcuterie table was set up against vertical wood panels with  a tan stone wall in the backyard, as was a cocktail station on a light wood table with a background made up of various light colored stacked stones.

Sofia has given several peeks inside the home itself, sitting on a modern wooden staircase surrounded by tall windows and a glass railing. She also took a snapshot of a chic marble fireplace with a large bouquet of orange and yellow flowers in front of it. The heiress also took a video showing off several bouquets of birthday flowers and cards from well-wishers atop a low, light wood cabinet.

The spectacular 8,023-square-foot modern home includes six bathrooms and seven and a half bathrooms. It sits on 2.2 acres of prime real estate above Beverly Hills’ Coldwater Canyon area.

Sofia and music executive Elliot, 27, have superstar neighbors on their cul-de-sac, which is dubbed “Music Row” for the number of entertainers who live there. According to Dirt ,  Rihanna   lives two doors down , Sir  Paul McCartney ‘s longtime Los Angeles home is on the same street and  Madonna recently leased a property, which used to belong to  Mariah Carey . With Sofia’s dad Lionel being a pop music legend and Elliot’s father,  Lucien Grainge , head of the Universal Music Group, the couple are right at home among music heavyweights.

The model offered Vogue a peek into the mansion she shares with husband Elliot Grainge , and it's everything a minimalist could possibly dream of. Located in the Brentwood Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, the not-so-humble abode boasts six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a spacious backyard with a pool, and a gym where she crushes her at-home workouts . She and Grainge reportedly dropped nearly $27 million for the property after getting engaged last April, and it looks worth every penny.

The kitchen is the real highlight of Richie Grainge's house. Matching glass spice jars line a granite shelf alongside low-key art and plants, while bowls, plates, and other utensils are neatly organized in spacious white drawers with long black handles. She has an assortment of pots and pans from popular cookware brand Caraway , plus a white Smeg toaster — because one can never have too many trendy kitchen essentials.

In a Vogue video, which was released on July 25, Richie Grainge says hanging out at home with her husband makes her feel at peace. "Being married is the best. I'm obsessed with Elliot. When we're together, it's calm and quiet, so this house, to us, feels that way." The 24-year-old influencer also reveals a "top secret-ish" project: she's preparing to launch her own fashion brand . Only two months after Sofia Richie and Elliot Grainge were engaged, the now-newlyweds shelled out $26.9 million for a sprawling Los Angeles mansion.

Located in upscale Brentwood Park, the East Coast traditional-style home is the epitome of class and elegance — much like their glamorous wedding in the south of France, which garnered nationwide attention .

Made up of six bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, Richie, 24, and Grainge, 30, purchased the home last summer, records show.

Occupying over 10,700 square feet, the property sits behind a gated driveway and lush hedges.

Designed by architect Steve Giannetti, the main house features high ceilings, a custom-designed formal living room and dining room, a library and a chef’s kitchen.

The French doors on the main level open to the outdoor living area with a fireplace, expansive lawns, gardens, a fire pit, a swimming pool, a spa and a poolside cabana, the previous listing noted.

On the second level is the primary suite with a sitting area, a spa-like dual bath and expansive dual closets.

Pegged as a “one-of-a-kind estate,” amenities also include a home theater and a fitness center.

Rayni Williams and Branden Williams with the Beverly Hills Estates held the listing. David Findley of The Agency and Drew Fenton of Hilton & Hyland jointly repped the buyers.

Prior to the home being bought by Richie and Grainge, it had belonged to United Talent Agency’s CEO Jeremy Zimmer. Zimmer had owned the home for nearly two decades and rebuilt the home to the modern state it’s in today.

Grainge is the eldest child of Lucian Grainge, the longtime CEO of Universal Music Group.

On April 22, Richie and Grainge said “I do” in front of family and friends, including Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton and of course, Sofia’s father and legendary musician, Lionel Richie, who walked her down the aisle.

For the main ceremony, the bride wore a custom Chanel wedding dress that featured an embellished train with white and iridescent beads. It also had her “something blue” sewn into it — an “S&E” with the date underneath.

Sofia Richie and Elliot Grainge have a new love nest. Two months after tying the knot in the South of France, the couple bought a sprawling mansion in Los Angeles.

The newlyweds splurged just under $27 million on a sprawling property in the upscale neighborhood of Brentwood Park in the City of Angels.

Real-estate agent Trey Kelly showed the lavish abode in a TikTok video, which showcased the traditional-style and elegant interior design.

In the comment section, Kelly additionally explained that the couple's new love nest combined two lots into one.

The house, bought last summer, boasts six bedrooms and ten bathrooms positioned on 10,700 square feet of land behind a gated driveway with lush hedges, according to The New York Post.

The main house features high ceilings with a grand staircase leading to the upper floor, which contains the primary suite, a sitting area, and dual baths and closets.

A fireplace occupies the custom-designed formal living room on the ground floor, while the dining area faces glass windows looking out onto the greenery.

A chef's kitchen, a spa, a swimming pool, expansive lawns, and manicured gardens complement the mansion designed by architect Steve Giannetti.

Richie, 24, and Grainge, 30, said I do in a star-studded affair on April 22 in front of family and friends at Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes. The high-profile guest list included Cameron Diaz , Benji Madden, Paris Hilton , Nicole Richie, and Katharine McPhee .

The model wore three custom-designed Chanel wedding dresses. But she donned a lace-embroidered gown with white and iridescent beads and a long train for the main ceremony. An "S&E" blue embroidery paid homage to the couple's names.

The longtime CEO of Universal Music Group popped the question in Hawaii on April 21, 2022, after a year of dating. "Forever isn't long enough @elliot," said Richie later in a post on Instagram.

Sofia Richie Buys Bauhaus-Inspired Beverly Hills Mansion for $17 Million

Sofia Richie and Elliot Grainge are finally ready to settle down in their new Beverly Hills home after months of renovations , Dirt reports . The couple originally purchased the dwelling for $17 million back in April, but opted to make it more suitable for their lifestyle before moving in.

The house was built in 1962 and designed by L.A. architect Charles G. Kanner, who was inspired by the Bauhaus movement and other modernist architects of his time, like Frank Lloyd Wright and Richard Neutra . The estate belonged to the same family until 2018, when a group of investors purchased the property and an adjacent lot for $5.6 million and restored the home. Along with restoration, the investors added nearly 3,000 additional square feet of indoor space to the residence, bringing it up to 8,023 square feet between 6 bedrooms and 7 and a half bathrooms.

The result is a gorgeous resort-like home with numerous floor to ceiling windows, extremely spacious rooms, and tasteful light wood and ivory accents throughout. The home’s geometric facade is recalled in the interior with thoughtful cabinetry and shelving. Though much of the outdoor space is hillside, there’s still plenty of room for outdoor living, including a pool, lounging area, and a cabana with a wet bar, dining space, fireplace and daybeds.

Richie is the daughter of musician Lionel Richie and a celebrity/influencer in her own right, while  Grainge is the son of Universal Music Group’s longtime CEO Lucian Grange and the founder of his own indie record label founder. They're a perfect fit for the cul-de-sac, which is often referred to as “Music Row” because of its many famous musician residents, including Rihanna and Paul McCartney.

Sofia Richie and Fiancé Elliot Grainge Sell Bauhaus-Inspired Mansion for $22 Million

Sofia Richie and Elliot Grainge have sold their million Beverly Hills mansion after around a year of ownership. The couple purchased the home in April 2021 for $17 million, however they have now sold it in an off-market deal for $22 million, Dirt reports. According to the outlet, they renovated the dwelling upon buying it, and moved in during August of last year. Richie, 23, is an influencer and the daughter of singer Lionel Richie , and Grainge, 28, is the son of CEO of Universal Music Group Lucian Grainge. Built in 1962, the home is on a hillside in Coldwater Canyon on a strip of street known as “Music Row.”

The architecture of the residence was inspired by the Bauhaus movement, and the home was owned by the same family until 2018. It was then purchased by a development company that added 3,000 square feet to the original space, which brought the total square footage up to 8,023. It has six bedrooms and seven-and-a-half bathrooms.

True to the time in which it was built, the home is two stories tall and has a super contemporary-style facade. It offers up large rooms that are filled with lots of natural light thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows, and features a large open kitchen with modern appliances, as well as a primary suite with its own private terrace and dual baths.

The yard features a large saltwater pool and an outdoor kitchen under a cabana. The outdoor area also has a fireplace, an outdoor dining area, and a wet bar. Perhaps one of the coolest features of the home is the library, which transforms into a movie theater by simply pressing a button. Scott Disick & Sofia Richie Tour $19.9 Million Malibu Mansion While House-Hunting

This 22,000-square-foot oasis proffers every luxury Scott Disick and Sofia Richie can imagine...and then some!

The happy couple goes house shopping in this clip from Sunday's Flip It Like Disick season finale, and it's entirely safe to say both parties are impressed. After a conversation with real estate agent Cooper about putting his current Hidden Hills home on the market led to a subsequent conversation with Sofia about potentially switching residences (to a place she half-joked would hopefully feel like less of a "bachelor pad" ), Scott agreed to check out one of the agent's current listings. Which is how the Lord and his lady ended up on this wildly scenic terrace in the heart of Malibu.

"I mean, this house is insane," observes the dad of three, and he's not wrong. Beyond its top-notch coastal views, the $19.9 million estate—previously owned by Kelsey Grammar —features a gorgeous display of outdoor grounds. Highlights include: a pond, swimming pool, gazebo and pair of tennis courts to boot. 

And even though the main home spans 12,000 square feet on its own, there's also a standalone structure for guest quarters. "This is a win-win house," Scott exclaims. 

In addition to its ornate four-bedroom, six-bathroom floor plan, the mansion's most over-the-top amenities prove to be its most appealing. At least they do for Lord Disick, who'd love to make use of the extravagant ballroom inside. "Who needs to go all the way to New York for the Met Gala when you've got the Lord's Gala right down the street in my own ballroom?" he quips.

And he's not the only one making plans. When Scott inquires about the estate's monthly landscaping costs, Sofia cuts in to remind him about the "horses" and "horse stable" they're going to keep outside.

So, should we expect to see the pair putting a down payment on this place sometime soon? Or is there a catch here?

Sofia Richie and U.K. record executive Elliot Grainge were first linked in January 2021, a few months after Richie officially parted ways from Scott Disick . She and Disick dated off-and-on for almost four years just after he broke things off with Kourtney Kardashian, the mother of his three children. Things got serious between Richie and Grainge fast, according to an insider talking to Us Weekly at the time.

“They started out as friends before they became a couple, and are now getting serious. Their relationship took off and they have been getting closer and closer and spend practically every day together,” the source said in April 2021. “He’s super sweet and a really cool guy—her friends and family approve!”

They were seen for the first time in public in January, sparking rumors that they were more than friends.

Richie went Instagram official with a cute pic of her and Grainge in an elevator together, posing in the mirrored walls.

She was soon gracing the timeline with more and more adorable pics.

An insider said that Grainge is “low-key and isn’t someone who craves the spotlight.”

“They like to be homebodies but also enjoy going out together,” they added.

They were spotted going to Nobu together for one of those nights out.

The couple enjoyed some summer fun together at the beach.

In a more glam image, Richie captioned a photo of them with “Marco&Maya.”

November 2021

For Grainge's birthday, Richie shared a kissing pic, writing, “You are everything to me. I love you, happy birthday babe.”

On the post, Nicole Richie commented, “Elliot i love you more than you love instacart.”

They were photographed together in Los Angeles.

The couple enjoyed London, closer to Grainge's home.

Richie and Grainge attended the Elton John AIDS Foundation's 30th Annual Academy Awards Viewing Party together in West Hollywood, California.

In April, Richie posted on Instagram to announce her engagement to Grainge, showing him proposing to her.

“Forever isn’t long enough @elliot,” she wrote.

Grainge brought Richie to the British Consulate General Residence in Los Angeles, California, to celebrate Her Majesty the Queen's Platinum Jubilee from a distance.

“Sofia is over the moon about her engagement. She couldn't be happier that she found The One,” a source told Us Weekly . “She's taking the time to enjoy being engaged and traveling the world with Elliot, but at the same time, she has started wedding planning and looking at locations. She wants to get married next year.”

They added that her sister Nicole was helping with wedding planning.

“Her mom is also offering advice, and of course Miles and Lionel are supportive and there for her if need be,” the insider added, saying Richie's “friends and family adore Elliot and think he's the perfect match for her.”

The engaged couple attended the 37th Annual Rock & Roll Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony at Microsoft Theater.

The pair took a beautiful trip to France to celebrate their anniversary.

February 2023

Richie's godmother, Shelleylyn Brandler, threw the couple a shower, and the bride shared a carousel of pics on Instagram with the caption, “So much love.”

On April 22, Richie and Grainge were married at the Hotel du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes, France. It was a glamorous affair. The bride wore a custom Chanel dresses, and told her followers, “Marry your best friend.”

The newlyweds attended the Chanel Cruise 2024 Collection fashion show at Paramount Studios in Los Angeles.

November 2023

Richie gave Grainge a loving shout out on Instagram for his 30th birthday, sharing a slideshow of pictures with her husband. Many of them appear to be from their wedding day, along with several selfies, a romantic dinner setting, and a few pajama shots.

In the caption, she wrote, “The big 3-0!!!! I am beyond obsessed with you. Happy birthday to the man of my dreams! I can’t wait for a lifetime more.”

January 2024

Richie announced that she and Grainge are expecting their first child together , a baby girl. She will be born during Gemini season.

“She’s growing pretty fast, so [the due date] is a bit up in the air,” Richie told Vogue in an interview. “I love the YouTubes and the TikToks—even before I was talking about getting pregnant—of gender reveals, so we had our OB text my assistant Becca [our baby’s gender], and we bought two party poppers: one blue, one pink. She left out the one with the correct color inside, and Elliot and I popped it together. We both really thought it was a boy, so it was a true shock. My dream in life is to have a daughter [though], and Elliot is really excited for a girl too. I think it’s so typical for boys to want boys, but he has a lot of sisters. It was really sweet. He’s very sensitive.”

On January 28, Richie posted a TikTok of her sweet, intimate gender reveal. In the video, she excitedly jumped up and down as Grainge prepared to pop a party popper, and their golden retriever sat and watched. When the popper burst with pink confetti and smoke, Richie let out a long scream while running around the backyard before collapsing to the ground, while Grainge watched in shock with wide eyes and a dropped jaw.

“I’m so excited,” Richie said tearfully as they hugged.

Richie was seen on April 3 in Beverly Hills wearing a stretching green velvet two piece that showed off her growing baby bump, joined by Grainge. The velvet top tied loosely around her like a robe, and on her feet were a pair of hot pink flats.

It appears she was leaving the NB44 Dinner, where she was photographed wearing the same look that day with Maya Gottesman Libani.

Touring the Top 10 Moscow Metro Stations

Komsomolskaya metro station looks like a museum. It has vaulted ceilings and baroque decor.

Hidden underground, in the heart of Moscow, are historical and architectural treasures of Russia. These are Soviet-era creations – the metro stations of Moscow.

Our guide Maria introduced these elaborate metro stations as “the palaces for the people.” Built between 1937 and 1955, each station holds its own history and stories. Stalin had the idea of building beautiful underground spaces that the masses could enjoy. They would look like museums, art centers, concert halls, palaces and churches. Each would have a different theme. None would be alike.

The two-hour private tour was with a former Intourist tour guide named Maria. Maria lived in Moscow all her life and through the communist era of 60s to 90s. She has been a tour guide for more than 30 years. Being in her 60s, she moved rather quickly for her age. We traveled and crammed with Maria and other Muscovites on the metro to visit 10 different metro stations.

Moscow subways are very clean

To Maria, every street, metro and building told a story. I couldn’t keep up with her stories. I don’t remember most of what she said because I was just thrilled being in Moscow.   Added to that, she spilled out so many Russian words and names, which to one who can’t read Cyrillic, sounded so foreign and could be easily forgotten.

The metro tour was the first part of our all day tour of Moscow with Maria. Here are the stations we visited:

1. Komsomolskaya Metro Station  is the most beautiful of them all. Painted yellow and decorated with chandeliers, gold leaves and semi precious stones, the station looks like a stately museum. And possibly decorated like a palace. I saw Komsomolskaya first, before the rest of the stations upon arrival in Moscow by train from St. Petersburg.

2. Revolution Square Metro Station (Ploshchad Revolyutsii) has marble arches and 72 bronze sculptures designed by Alexey Dushkin. The marble arches are flanked by the bronze sculptures. If you look closely you will see passersby touching the bronze dog's nose. Legend has it that good luck comes to those who touch the dog's nose.

3. Arbatskaya Metro Station served as a shelter during the Soviet-era. It is one of the largest and the deepest metro stations in Moscow.

4. Biblioteka Imeni Lenina Metro Station was built in 1935 and named after the Russian State Library. It is located near the library and has a big mosaic portrait of Lenin and yellow ceramic tiles on the track walls.

5. Kievskaya Metro Station was one of the first to be completed in Moscow. Named after the capital city of Ukraine by Kiev-born, Nikita Khruschev, Stalin's successor.

6. Novoslobodskaya Metro Station  was built in 1952. It has 32 stained glass murals with brass borders.

7. Kurskaya Metro Station was one of the first few to be built in Moscow in 1938. It has ceiling panels and artwork showing Soviet leadership, Soviet lifestyle and political power. It has a dome with patriotic slogans decorated with red stars representing the Soviet's World War II Hall of Fame. Kurskaya Metro Station is a must-visit station in Moscow.

8. Mayakovskaya Metro Station built in 1938. It was named after Russian poet Vladmir Mayakovsky. This is one of the most beautiful metro stations in the world with 34 mosaics painted by Alexander Deyneka.

9. Belorusskaya Metro Station is named after the people of Belarus. In the picture below, there are statues of 3 members of the Partisan Resistance in Belarus during World War II. The statues were sculpted by Sergei Orlov, S. Rabinovich and I. Slonim.

10. Teatralnaya Metro Station (Theatre Metro Station) is located near the Bolshoi Theatre.

“I think Taylor’s approach to high/low [dressing] distills her identity as a celebrity — someone authentic but also marketable,” says Sarah Chapelle, who’s ID’ed “well over 7,000” of Swift’s looks on her Taylor Swift Style blog and Instagram account — in addition to penning a new book on the superstar’s fashion that’s currently available for pre-order, “Taylor Swift Style: Fashion Through the Eras” ( $35 $32).

“I believe Taylor’s style naturally fits in well with these accessible brands. And also, in opting for pieces with lower price tags, she gives fans an opportunity to replicate and buy into her style,” she tells Page Six Style. “It’s personal and it’s business. And that is Taylor Swift in a nutshell.”

“Taylor’s work is nothing if not intimate, and she’s played her whole career wearing her heart on her sleeve. This just feel like a more sensual, womanly example of wearing something meant to be on the inside on the outside — showing that kind of vulnerability.”

While Swift’s role in her critically acclaimed “All Too Well” short film was mainly behind the camera, she stole the show at its 2021 red carpet premiere in these pretty-meets-punk earrings from Melinda Maria.

“Her stylist, Joseph Cassell, has been such a huge supporter of Melinda Maria … and has put stuff on Taylor for so many years,” the designer told us in 2023, noting that these Swift-loved spikes “have been “in the line for so long, and they’re always [in] the top five best sellers.”
