Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport is 25 miles from TCU. Shuttle, train, taxi and car rental services are available at the terminal.

Love Field is 35 miles from TCU. Shuttle, taxi and car rental services are available at the terminal.

Airport Shuttle Super Shuttle is available to or from the D/FW Airport. They may be reached by calling 800-BLUE-VAN or 817-329-2000. No reservations are required from the airport, however, for trips to the airport, reservations are necessary. Reservations from the airport can be made at the Super Shuttle phone in the terminal. Shuttles depart every 30 minutes (approximately) from D/FW Airport. Return arrangements must be made two hours prior to a desired pick-up time.

Rail Service  The TEX Rail  links Terminal B at the D/FW Airport to downtown Fort Worth.

Taxis Taxi fare from downtown Fort Worth to the campus is about $10. Allow 45 minutes for the trip from D/FW Airport to TCU. The fare is approximately $50 one way.

Driving to TCU TCU is located four miles southwest of downtown Fort Worth on University Drive. Google Maps  provides the most accurate directions to campus. You can enter our parking lot at the corner of W. Berry Street and Wabash Avenue. 

From the D/FW Airport , follow the South airport exit. Take 360 South to Arlington. From 360 follow signs to I-30 West to Fort Worth. Travel through to Fort Worth (past Six Flags and the Ballpark). Travel through downtown and exit University Drive South. TCU is 2 miles from the Interstate.

From the north or south , take I-35 West to I-30 West. Travel through downtown and exit University Drive South. TCU is 2 miles from the Interstate.

From the west or east,  exit I-30 to University Drive South. The campus is about 2 miles from the Interstate.

• Continuing south on  University , drive through the center of campus and turn right on W. Berry Street.  (immediately after Chase Bank)
• Continue west to the intersection of W. Berry and Wabash Ave.
• Turn right into the parking lot entrance  at Wabash Avenue. Park in any spot with white stripes.

TCU has partnered with Anthony Travel and SAP Concur to introduce Concur Travel, an online travel booking tool that complements our existing SAP Concur system. This allows the University to streamline the travel process, offering an integrated ‘one-stop shop’ for travel requests, travel booking, and easily completed expense reports for quicker reimbursement. Additionally, the user is able to store their loyalty program directly in their Concur profile. When you book through concur Travel, you will be supported by Anthony Travel should difficulties arise before or during your trip. There are no additional fees to the departments for using Anthony Travel.

You can add, change, or cancel a flight, hotel, or car reservation online through Concur Travel or by calling Anthony Travel.

Flight changes:

• Flight changes that include a single carrier can be made online in Concur Travel until you have checked into your flight. If you booked using multiple carriers, you must call Anthony Travel at 864-656-8595 between 7:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Eastern to assist you with the changes. AFTER HOURS Emergency Support is 888-669-3948 from 6:30 p.m. – 7:30 a.m. Eastern, Monday through Friday, weekends & holidays.
• If you have a ticketed flight but have not checked in, you can change the time and/or date of the flight in Concur Travel. Your change options will be with the same airline and routing. Airline and/or routing changes need to be made directly with Anthony Travel. Please note an airline change fee may apply and you will incur an Agent Fee as this is essentially a new ticket.
• If a change needs to be made after you have already checked into your flight and the trip is in progress, you will need to contact Anthony Travel at 864-656-8595.
• Trips booked outside of Concur Travel or Anthony Travel cannot be modified in Concur or with Anthony Travel.

Hotel changes:

• Check the hotel cancellation policy to ensure you are changing or canceling within the cancellation timeline to avoid fees or penalties, then contact Anthony Travel to assist you.

When you log into Concur Travel, you should see any unused tickets in the Alerts section at the top of the main Home Page. Additionally, you should see them in your profile as well as in the air search results matrix. If you have an unused ticket, the Trip Booking Information page has a drop-down where you can indicate you wish to use your unused ticket credits. This will alert Anthony Travel to apply for your credit. Remember unused ticket credits are airline-specific and can only be applied against purchases from the same airline.

SAP Concur and Anthony Travel are to be used for booking University-sponsored travel only. Personal travel should be booked directly with the suppliers.

Horned Frogs Are Ready to Cheer for National Championship

The TCU Horned Frogs are on their way to the College Football Playoff National Championship on Jan. 9 in Los Angeles. After defeating No. 2 Michigan 51-45 in the Fiesta Bowl, TCU will face Georgia for a national title. Much like Horned Frogs turned out to support their team in the playoff semi-final , TCU has plans to cheer on their team from coast to coast.

“On behalf of Texas Christian University, I want to thank the Horned Frog community for being on this incredible journey with us. Our football team represents the best of college athletics – their character, determination and grit are hard at work every day,” said Chancellor Victor J. Boschini, Jr. “Our season – now with a Fiesta Bowl win – put all eyes on TCU ’ s students, academic mission and our Lead On mentality. Now we ’ re the first Texas team to play in a National Championship game, so be ready to cheer our Frogs on in L.A. There ’ s even more ahead of us as we launch into our 2023 Sesquicentennial year!”

In Los Angeles TCU Alumni Association is hosting multiple events in Los Angeles , including a Riff Ram pep rally on the Santa Monica pier, an official TCU tailgate and even a popup shop from the TCU Campus Store. The group once again assembled multiple travel packages for those looking to attend.

In Fort Worth In Fort Worth, TCU fans will start cheering on Friday as TCU hosts a sendoff for the football team .  On game day, fans are invited to cheer on the Horned Frogs together at a massive championship game watch party at Ed and Rae Schollmaier Arena.

Even outside of Fort Worth and Los Angeles, Horned Frogs will be celebrating across the country with numerous watch parties hosted by TCU Alumni Association. Find a place to cheer on your Frogs!
