The Golden Triangle
Bobby was fantastic in setting up our Norway family trip. My brothers family arrived a week earlier and Bobby set up for us to meet up in Southern Norway for a family reunion. All the car rentals, hotels and excursions were neatly set up in a convenient trip app!! All the vouchers and addresses. It was so easy!! He left no stone unturned in evaluating how much time to spend in each recommended town. To top it off, we did “ Norway in a Nutshell” which is an all day excursion from Oslo to beautiful Bergen. You see the gorgeous country and natural waterfalls and landscapes from trains, fjords and planes. What a great experience. 5 stars to Nordic Saga!!…John

307 Triangle
Paris, France

“We started about 1:30 or so. Wonda was the most efficient tour guide he took us all over PEI for 4 hours. He was a great historian. Very knowledgeable of the local culture and precisely guided us through the town. We covered more ground that we ever expected. He was friendly and courteous. I strongly recommend this company. Well worth the pennies we spent.”

5 Days Private Golden Triangle India tour from New Delhi
We had such a great tour! Communication with Aahil (organiser) was great with everything organised perfectly and we were really well looked after by our driver and all the guides. We were two young women travelling together and we felt confident with no problems. We had an amazing time sightseeing and travelling around Agra, Jaipur and New Delhi and would recommend this tour company to anyone interested. Thanks so much!

India's Golden Triangle
This tour provided good insight into the history, culture and religion in India. For a first timer in India, the country was as intense and as wonderful as I expected. My guide Mohsin was calm, collected and informative- he gave us a lot of information into the history of Mughal empires, palaces, and Indian traditions. I went travelling by myself for the first time and felt really safe with Intrepid. I really enjoyed visiting Jaipur in particular and the experience of watching a Bollywood film. I would recommend this tour for anyone who wants an initial taste of India without the hassle of organising everything by themselves.
Luxury 3 Day Golden Triangle With 5 star Hotel
We just completed a GREAT three-day Golden Triangle tour of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. First, I have to say our driver, Khan, must have gotten his amazing driving skills in another world! He navigated the most difficult roads and situations with ease, making sure we were comfortable and safe the whole time. When visiting a new place, this is so important! He also pointed out a lot of sites and gave us additional points on Indian cultural, all is great English. The daily tour guides did an excellent job too. Each one had an incredible amount of historical, cultural, and societal knowledge and was happy to share with us. It’s was a fast trip, but we saw and learned a lot. I highly recommend this trip to anyone interested in seeing a slice on Indian life and learning about Indian culture.
India's Bestseller - 5 Day Golden Triangle - Delhi, Agra & Jaipur (Guaranteed Departure)
Pros: - Competitive pricing of the tour, especially considering that it is a private tour - The hotels were all decent for the price, and I really enjoyed the breakfast buffets - I liked the structure of the tour, with all the key highlights of the Golden Triangle - The guide in Agra was good - The guide in Jaipur Himmat Singh was great, he gave me a lot of information and background knowledge on the visited sites, and was very friendly. He also helped me to find a good place to purchase perfume and really adapted the tour to my wishes - The driver Subhash was very kind and caring Cons: - The Delhi tour guide Pradhyuman Singh was not honest and made me feel uncomfortable. He made me pay the bicycle tour 500 rupees (should probably have been 5-10 times less). I knew it wasn't right and protested, but he kept repeating 500 and I didn't have a choice because I couldn't go anywhere else otherwise. Only after I paid he said that it was including a "tip" and that it was "as I wished" but on the moment I had no choice. I complained and clearly said I will not pay anything anymore if I'm not warned before. During the entire tour he kept repeating that he collects currencies from counties and absolutely wanted to "see" Swiss francs, implyingt that he wanted me to give him a Swiss banknote. Although I initially wanted to give a tip of 500 rupees, I told him he could have a CHF 10 note instead as a tip, which is approximately 1000 rupees, because he wouldn't stop talking about it. He then seemed unhappy and said that I have to tip 2000 rupees per guide. I said that it was way too much, but he kept insisting that it was always that amount, that everyone paid this amount, and that otherwise he barely gets any money to live. I tried to argue but eventually felt obliged to give the money - Irresponsive tour operator on the forced tipping issue: I contacted both the tour operator as well as Tourradar to ask for help on the problem encountered with the Delhi tour guide directly on the first evening. The tour operator never answered my message - In some places (Delhi mainly) I felt like I was always pushed to buy things, donate money, tip, overpay etc.
Golden Triangle Tour - 3 Days
This was an excellent 3 day tour of some of India's most famous places and I cannot praise it enough! The driver was great and the tour guides were all very professional, knowledgeable, patient with questions, spoke good English and also eager to be sure you enjoyed their tour! I felt that they all earned their tips and deserved them. The hotels rooms also were quite adequate with restaurants with delicious food. I felt very safe and well taken care of as an older woman of 73 years traveling alone. The schedule was not too tiring for an older person. Here is more detail if you want it. The driver Deevan Singh was a super safe driver, very courteous, kind, always early and eager to please. He made the long drives pleasant. He did not speak English as well as the tour guides, but we were able to understand one another. He even sang Krishna songs for me! He was able to get me to the airport on time for my night flight home to the USA on the last day of the tour despite a major traffic jam in Delhi. I want to recognize the young man who was my tour guide of Delhi. He also showed me the Mahatma Gandhi Memorial at my request even though it was not on the itinerary. I also saw the India Gate, Presidential Palace, Lodmi Gardens and tomb, and an amazing old Muslim multi-story well from the 13th century. I am sorry I did not write down his name to give him proper credit. I also especially want to recognize my Agra tour guide Hilal for the Taj Mahal and Red Fort. He was older and a very experienced tour guide for 30 years. At my request he additionally took me to see the back view of the Taj at sunset when we arrived the first evening, as well as gave me the detailed tour the next morning at sunrise. He was very kind, informative and unhurried so I could take my time seeing it all more slowly. He knew the best photo ops and even took photos of me there. I suggest you ask for him for Agra! My tour guide Anil Sharma for Jaipur was also great and an experienced guide of 20 years even though he seemed young. We saw the Amer Fort, Wind Palace from the exterior, and toured the astronomical observatory which was amazing. I had wanted to ride the elephants at the Amer Fort but he suggested we wait till the afternoon. At first I was disappointed, but he was right that it was better to do it that way as you could take more time and have photos taken. The elephant ride was my favorite part of the entire trip! He also took photos of me at various places with my camera and then used his when my battery finished and sent them to me. The only small complaint I have is that the two hotels - the Maple in Agra and Amer Valley in Jaipur - were older and not so well maintained if you looked very closely. But this is part of being in India and could be overlooked because they were clean, had a nice appearance and courteous staff. If you want to travel in more luxury, be sure to pay extra for an upgrade if you can. I have been to India 6 times but before always traveling alone. This time it was so comfortable and pleasant to be on a tour and taken care of so well with experienced people. As you can tell, I loved this tour and highly recommend it to everyone! Thank you Taj Destination Tours for giving me an unforgettable experience of India!
India's Top Selling Golden Triangle India Tour w/ Meals and Sunrise Taj Mahal
Great tour , tour guides are excellent learned a lot about the Golden triangle. Our driver Mr Pushpendra who was with us for the whole tour was great, on time pick up and drove us safely to and from the hotels and back to the airport. I would highly recommend this tour for first timers in India specially if you wanted to learn about culture and history
Taj Mahal, Tiger and Pink City
Trip was great. Our driver/guide did a great job. Local guides were excellent
Premium India
Sensational in every aspect. Firstly our tour leader Chandra was exceptional in his knowledge, approachability and care for all 12 of us. The tour was enlightening culturally, stimulating from the history perspective and enjoyable as the group melded really well. Thanks to all involved in putting g Premiun India together.
Premium India in Depth
Intrepid Premium India in Depth (November 13 - 25) Mumbai - Delhi Excellent tour leader along with very good local informative guides. 3 changes in accommodation; Mumbai - Gordon House Hotel is excellent, well priced and only 1 street back from Gateway to India but the company changed to Fariyas Hotel, Mumbai which was been renovated as well as painted so very noisy, couldn't use the pool and scaffolding all around. Definitely not ideal. Our second night in Delhi was also cancelled at Jaypee Siddharth Hotel though privately booked and paid for months before the tour so had to find alternative accommodation while on the tour and they told the travel agents they were "closed for renovations" however the tour was booked and stayed there and no renovations were occuring. Hadoti Palace Hotel in Bundi looked nice and rooms were big but not clean especially the toilet and shower. Otherwise all hotels were very nice and rated accurately; cleaning the showers/washrooms would have helped with the mouldy smell but that is somewhat consistent in most countries. November is the start of wedding season in India which are very loud and noisy and have no time restrictions so be prepared for that if going at this time of year. Tour involves quite a number of days travelling in a bus/coach for 4 - 6 hours with a stop every 2 - 3 hours. Rest stops are OK at best with only snack food to purchase. Adjusting the departure time would have helped with timeframes as quite a few days we were getting lunch around 2 - 3 pm when hotel kitchens were closed. Definitely not enough free time for shopping on your own with organized evenings most nights or in a venue on the outside of towns. Toured the markets but they were only a walk through with the group and no time to stop and shop. Restaurants and food was amazing and no one was unwell on the trip. 2 days in Ranthambhore Park was too long and could have done in 1.5 days with more time in Agra. Overall a very good trip for myself and my father (aged 79).

4 Days Mini Golden Triangle India Tour
I had a great time with Taj Tour trip on a three night four day tour of the golden triangle. Muzahid was great with coordinating and maintaining contact with me throughout the tour and Rinku was an amazing driver; he was friendly and very capable, and I always felt safe on the busy streets. The tour was well priced for what I received and the accommodation was very nice. If I come back to India, I would definitely use this company again and recommend to family and friends.

India's Luxury Golden Triangle with Leopard Safari & Sunrise Taj Mahal
We had a fantastic holiday Our Driver Shyam was excellent and took us where we wanted including we paid him for an extra day in Delhi. His recommended restaurants for lunches were always really good. The Hotels exceeded expectations, absolutely first class with good food and fantastic rooms ( albeit a slight glitch in Agra when our driver, tour rep and guide all went to wrong hotel due to some miscommunication). The Trident Hotel in Agra in particular was superb, faultless service, fantastic food, wonderful helpful staff. All our tour guides were wonderful being both friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about the areas we visited. Admittedly the drives are quite long, up to 5 hours including stops, but there is always plenty to see on the side of road and the car provided was perfect and comfortable; we were only two on the tour which made it a quite personal experience. Taj Mahal at sunrise is fantastic but be prepared that they may not accept card payment and its ca £12.50 to get in ( we only just had enough). Well worth arriving early as there are considerably fewer people. Also do make a point of visiting the mini Taj Mahal which is equally beautiful and less frequented. Some minor downsides & advice that did not detract but were learning points:- 1/ Make sure you have small values notes for tipping, when we arrived we only had 200 rupee notes(ca£2) which as I understand is a large tip in India 2/ All tour guides ( & driver) will take you to visit various 'artisan' shops etc., be prepared ( as our driver said) to say NO as they will pressure you in the shops; also be prepared to bargain hard ( we probably did not bargain hard enough) 3/ The Elephant village near Jaipur may cost only £3.50 to get in but then they ask for £40 to feed/touch elephants, per person; we declined 4/ Always carry toilet paper 5/ Split your cash over at least two pockets just in case of pickpockets(although we never had a problem) 6/ Clothes are very cheap, I wish we had taken less and bought more out there! 7/ Some of communications with tour company in India were a little slow to be replied to, so don't expect rapid answers 8/ If having an extra day in Delhi be warned most of civic monuments/museums are closed on Mondays! I would definitely recommend the tour as an introduction to India and if you can add an extra day on the end in Delhi the extra costs for Hotel are very reasonable.
India Super Saver
We were dropped off in Kusadasi for 2 days without a guide and a chance to do the optional Pamukkale tour, so we missed out completely. This caused us to visit Troy and Gallipoli on our last day getting us back to Istanbul late on our last night. Very unacceptable. We only needed the 1 day in Kusadasi then the rest would not have been so rushed. We were quite pleased with our guides. Terry Kinder
What people love about Golden Triangle Tours
This was a great introduction to India, even though it is a small part of the country. The itinerary was good and the hotels were very comfortable. Our driver, Dinesh, was professional, personable and helpful. He was a very welcoming person when we were collected at the airport. 2 out of 3 of the girds were very good. They were helpful and flexible. The third, in Delhi, was good but we had some reservations over a few things. The communication was good and meeting with Amit, the tour organiser at the beginning was helpful and reassuring. The tour was very reasonably priced. We would highly recommend taking a Yolo tour, especially this one.
Although I LOVED everything about this trip, I have to say that the experience was 10 times enhanced by our amazing CEO, Manvendra. He went above and beyond and truly made this the trip of a lifetime
We had an amazing tour and incredible experience with Taj Tours. The whole process from start to finish was well organised. Aahil went out of his way to accommodate our travel plans. Our driver Danish was amazing, he looked after us throughout the tour and we were totally in awe of his driving skills on the crazy Indian roads. He was always on time and had a great sense of humour. Our 3 guides in Delhi, Agra & Jaipur were extremely knowledgeable, allowing us to get an insight into the history of the sights we visited. We would definitely recommend Taj Tours. Special thanks to Aahil & Danish!!
