death valley helicopter tour from las vegas

Discover Death Valley

Along the California and Nevada border lies an extraordinary national park called Death Valley. Death Valley, also known as the "land of extremes," is famous for being the hottest, driest, and lowest national park in the United States. However, Death Valley is more than just a desert plain; it offers visitors various landscapes to explore, including snow, meadows, and more!

The closest major city to Death Valley is Las Vegas, Nevada. The distance from Las Vegas to Death Valley is about 130 miles. Death Valley is an approximate 2-hour drive or 1-hour helicopter charter away from Las Vegas, making it the perfect day trip for those looking to temporarily escape all the glitz and glamor of the big city.

In 1993, Death Valley National Park was deemed a national monument. The Civilian Conservation Corps kickstarted the overall development of Death Valley. For the next nine years, multiple groups of the Civilian Conservation Corps worked to establish the region by constructing buildings, trails, and camps. Phone and water services were later introduced to the area as well.

In addition to its breathtaking landscape, Death Valley also served as a thriving mining mecca. Gold, silver, copper, tungsten, lead, zinc, antimony, and borax were mined extensively throughout the valley. However, the last known mining operation was the "Billie Mine," which closed in 2005.

Things to Do

There are countless bucket-list activities to accomplish when visiting Death Valley. Some top things to do when visiting Death Valley include sightseeing, hiking, backcountry driving, and a helicopter charter!

Sightseeing

There is much to see across Death Valley National Park's 3.4 million-acre landscape! Some popular sightseeing locations include Artists Palette, Zabriskie Point, and Badwater Basin.

  • Artist's Palette - Behind the uniform yellow landscape of this national park is a hidden array of colorful hills. These hills contain breathtaking hues of red, orange, yellow, blue, pink, and green. The Artist's Palette gets its stunning shades from volcanic deposits rich in compounds such as iron oxides and chlorite, creating its iconic rainbow effect.
  • Zabriskie Point - Zabriskie Point is a beautiful vista of badlands near Furnace Creek. From Zabriskie Point, experience unobstructed views of vibrant badlands, multicolored mountains, and more from Manly Beacon, Red Cathedral, Artist’s Palette, Gower Gulch, and more!
  • Badwater Basin - Badwater Basin, an expansive salt flat, is the lowest point in North America at 282 ft below sea level. The salt flat covers approximately 200 square miles and contains sodium chloride, calcite, gypsum, and borax. An epic site to see, Badwater Basin contains unique geometric salt polygons resulting from groundwater rising up through the deposits and evaporating.

Things to do at Death Valley National Park

Hiking is a popular activity for travelers visiting Death Valley National Park. Visitors are encouraged to hike from November through March, as the summer temperatures can be dangerous. However, it is recommended that visitors save the low-elevation hikes for the cooler winter days as it snows and high-peak hikes for the warmer months to escape the heat.

  • Darwin Falls - Hidden within a seemingly uniform desert landscape lies an epic water oasis. Darwin Falls is a waterfall located on the outskirts of Death Valley National Park, near the settlement of Panamint Springs, California. Completing a hike to Darwin Falls is an absolute must and is ideal for beginner and intermediate hikers. The walk is approximately 2.1 miles, and the route is easy to follow!
  • Mosaic Canyon - Another popular hike at Death Valley National Park is the Mosaic Canyon Trail. This trail is located south of Stovepipe Wells, California, and is approximately 3.6 miles in total. The unique thing about this hike is that you will witness tiny angular fragments made up of various rocks embedded within the natural cement along the way.
  • Telescope Peak - If you are an experienced hiker and up for the challenge, Telescope Peak Trail is for you! Located 34.9 miles southeast of Panamint Spring, California, is Telescope Peak, the highest point within Death Valley National Park. At 11,049 feet above sea level, Telescope Peak Trail will push you to your limit but reward you with the most stunning panoramic views of Death Valley National Park. This hike is about 11.7 miles and takes approximately 7 hours to complete.

Enjoy a helicopter charter to Death Valley National Park

Back Country Driving

If you want an adrenaline-pumping activity, consider backcountry driving through Death Valley National Park . In fact, Death Valley contains more miles of roads than any other national park! Approximately 1,000 miles of paved and dirt roads are designated for visitor recreation.

  • Titus Canyon - Titus Canyon is the most popular back country road in Death Valley National Park. Its starting point begins at Nevada Highway 374, 2 miles east of Park Boundary Road, and is approximately 27 miles long. This road takes you through the windy Grapevine Mountains, a ghost town, petroglyphs at Klare Spring, and canyon narrows.
  • Echo Canyon - Echo Canyon, located in the central part of Death Valley National Park and two hours northwest of Las Vegas, is another ideal location for backcountry driving. Echo Canyon Road is a two-track gravel road with a firm base. This road takes you through Needle's Eye Arch, Lee's Camp Road, and the Inyo Mine Camp. Echo Canyon Road passes through narrow terrain, climbs over mountains, and ends on the edge of the Death Valley Wilderness Area.

Helicopter Charters

If you are looking for an efficient and exhilarating way to get from Las Vegas to Death Valley National Park, consider a luxury helicopter charter ! A helicopter charter from Las Vegas to Death Valley is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes one-way.

The benefits of a helicopter charter from Las Vegas to Death Valley include the following:

  • A memorable experience for up to 7 guests per aircraft
  • Convenient departure and landing locations
  • Unparalleled bird's-eye views between Las Vegas and Death Valley
  • Minimizing travel time between Las Vegas and Death Valley

As you can see, there is a wide range of areas to see and explore within Death Valley National Park. We hope that you found this information helpful and that some, if not all, of these activities, make it to your Death Valley National Park bucket list!

Standing at the entrance to Death Valley and our first exploration- photo stop on this amazing adventure is the old Ghost Town of Rhyolite, a long abandoned gold mining town and the set for many movies and documentaries.

We then drive down a beautiful winding highway and enter the center of Death Valley from the east; this is like entering a strange and foreign world similar to the surface of Mars. The endless desert, vast valleys, harshly sculpted peaks, garish colors, superbly adapted plants and animals – all are visible expressions of geologic time reckoned in millions of years.

We also enjoy views and stops at Zabriskie’s Point, the Devil’s Golf Course, the Furnace Creek Museum, the Salt Lake, the Sand Dunes and Artists Pallet. Death Valley Itinerary - Virtual Tour

Are you wondering what you might see during Death Valley tours from Las Vegas ? Here is a virtual tour - an itinerary plan in pictures of some points of interest in Death Valley you may visit (weather permitting). Please note that the actual tour may vary from provider to provider and may include only some of these Death Valley attractions.

Zabriskie Point in Death Valley

Ubehebe Crater

Not far from the Scotty's Castle, there is an interesting place known as Ubehebe Crater, that you will visit during a Death Valley tour.

Ubehebe Crater Death Valley

This Ubehebe Crater appeared as a result of a powerful volcano eruption - so strong that the volcano itself was destroyed. Although the crater is over 2,000 years old, it's considered young and therefore it's not yet covered with grass and bushes.

Devil's Golf Course

The Devil's Golf Course is an area that you might explore during Death Valley tours. This is a large plateau covered with dry salt crystals that grow upwards and create weird sounds that you can hear when the air stands still.

Devil's Golf Course Death Valley

Racetrack Playa

The Racetrack Playa is the most mysterious place in Death Valley - it's a flat, level plain of clay, around which are scattered so-called "sailing stones" that apparently move all by themselves, leaving prominent furrows, or tracks. Hundreds of stones of all sizes, from very tiny to huge ones, move in different directions . Sometimes the stones move alone, sometimes in groups.

Sailing Stones in Racetrack Playa in Death Valley

Scientists have been trying to explain this phenomenon, but years of research did not help to solve this mystery!

Ghost Town of Rhyolite

Another interesting stop during Death Valley tours from Las Vegas is the ghost town of Rhyolite. During Gold Rush, the small town was home to some 16 thousand people - gold miners and service providers who came here in hopes to get rich. Rhyolite developed very quickly in 1905, but declined almost just as quickly. When the main gold ore was exhausted, people started abandoning the town and in 1920 it was already empty.

Ghost Town of Rhyolite near Death Valley

Close to the ghost town of Rhyolite, you will see a Goldwell Open Air Museum, created by Albert Szukalski, a sculptor from Belgium. This is a museum of sculptures of ghosts, just in the spirit of an abandoned ghost town.

Goldwell Open Air Museum near the ghost town of Rhyolite

Furnace Creek Ranch

Another likely stop during Death Valley tours from Las Vegas would be Furance Creek Ranch, where you will visit a small open air Borax Museum. Although the museum is small, it has some interesting historical artifacts such as wagons, carriages, and an old train.

Furnace Creek Ranch Death Valley

Scotty's Castle

One of the highlights of Death Valley tours from Las Vegas, Scotty's Castle is a small oasis in the middle of a desert. The Castle, also known as the Death Valley Ranch, attracts visitors with it's Spanish-style architecture and beautiful green gardens .

Scotty's Castle was built in the 1930 and is an engineering wonder, considering the times. It was equipped with a climate controlling system, electricity, water, and had a refrigerator storage. Inside the castle you will find Spanish carpets and curtains, Italian porcelain, Belgian lace and other riches.

Scotty's Castle Death Valley

Due to flood in October 2015, Scotty's Castle is closed. The castle has a very interesting history that you will learn during Death Valley tours. But to give you an idea - its history is connected with two people.

The first was the actual owner of the house Albert Johnson, a financial magnate from Chicago who built the castle for himself and his wife Bessie. The second was an adventurous entertainer and story-teller Walter Scott, or Death Valley Scotty, who lured Albert Johnson into Death Valley with lies about a gold mine that he supposedly found.

While there was no gold, Albert Johnson found something else in there - good health, and decided to move there permanently. And Johnson was actually amused and didn't mind a bit Scotty's stories that the castle is being built on the money he received from finding a gold mine, that Scotty told everyone around. Eventually, these two very different became friends and lived happily ever after together with Bessie in the castle.

Day 1 Los Angeles/Joshua Tree National Park

Depart Los Angeles for the desert today as you journey eastward to explore Joshua Tree National Park. Climb through the park’s famous rock formations and make sure to get some photos of the park's namesake tree as the sun lights up this desolate landscape. In the evening relax at our accommodation by taking a dip in the pool and then opt to grab some dinner with your fellow travellers.

Exclusive Inclusions:

Meals included:, day 2 joshua tree national park/grand canyon national park.

Drive down the famed Route 66 today as we cruise further east to the Grand Canyon. Get ready to see breathtaking views with arguably the best sunset you have ever seen overlooking the Grand Canyon. Kick off those shoes, sit back, relax, and enjoy one of nature’s finest performances. Enjoy a cheesy slice of pizza or two overlooking the Grand Canyon during sunset.

Day 3 Grand Canyon

Get up close and personal with the Grand Canyon as you spend the day hiking from the South Rim. There are a variety of hikes to choose from that will take you deeper into the canyon where you can really appreciate the size and depth of this national park. Choose whichever trail you wish or do short bursts of multiple hikes, just make sure you bring plenty of water and take your time.

Day 4 Grand Canyon/Page/Bryce Canyon

Journey onwards from the Grand Canyon to Page, Arizona, the site of Lake Powell. There will be free time here. Opt to join a local Navajo guide and explore Antelope Canyon; a stunning natural sandstone slot canyon located on tribal lands.

Then, lace up those hiking boots for a visit to Horseshoe Bend, a geological masterpiece that has been sculpted by the Colorado River. Walk to the overlook where you can hike along the rim and stare down into the flowing river far below. Snap some photos with your friends and just enjoy the moment. Finish the day with a picturesque drive to your camp in Bryce Canyon.

Day 5 Bryce Canyon

After a camp breakfast head out for a short drive into Bryce Canyon National Park. Once in the park, take advantage of your free time to hike through the wild and weird rock formations known as hoodoos. Opt to visit Inspiration Point, hit the rim trail, horseback ride, or hike the Queen’s Garden and Navajo loop trails to see sites like Thor’s Hammer and Wall Street. At night stargaze in a park known for its night skies.

Day 6 Bryce Canyon/Zion National Park

We pack up early this morning and move on towards Zion and our Glamping tents! Located in a private canyon away from civilization, but close to Zion National Park this location is made for outdoor enthusiasts who also like to be pampered a little. On route to camp we will make a stop at the lesser-known Coral Pink Sand Dunes and enjoy a scenic overlook of Utah’s surrounding landscape on the Colorado Plateau. It’s a unique geological feature that you shouldn’t miss.

You’ll have free time in the afternoon and evening to become acquainted with your surroundings. Maybe hike the Water Canyon trail or enjoy camp and put on a cornhole tournament as a group. The only rule is to have a good time!

Day 7 Zion National Park

It’s all about Zion today as you get a chance to wander this beautiful national park in Southwest Utah. Take the shuttle into the park and spend the day exploring and hiking with your fellow travelers.

Admire the monumental sandstone cliffs of cream, pink, and red that tower into the sky and remember you can choose to turn around on these hikes at any point. In the evening enjoy leisure time back at our Glamping tents. Once it gets dark get ready to sit around the campfire and roast some marshmallows as a group.

Day 8 Zion National Park/Las Vegas

Today, take the short drive from Zion to Las Vegas. Upon arrival, enjoy free time in Las Vegas. Explore the strip, try your luck at a casino, or take in a glitzy show.

Day 9 Death Valley National Park

Drive from Las Vegas to Death Valley and visit the country's hottest, driest, and lowest national park. Death Valley is a land of extremes and you’ll get a sense of the striking contrast of this park’s landscapes with visits to Badwater Basin and Zabriskie Point. Then, transfer to the hotel in Ridgecrest and relax this evening.

5 of the Best Death Valley Tours from Las Vegas

Death Valley might be one of the world’s hottest, least hospitable places, but it sure is a remarkable, otherworldly place for a day trip.

death valley helicopter tour from las vegas

(Photo: Getyourguide.com)

As one of North America’s finest National Parks, boasting some of the highest temperatures in the world (best avoided in the warmest months), and the lowest elevation on the North American continent, Death Valley is a fascinating place. Visiting this seemingly barren, yet thriving, landscape has never been easier (despite the fact that it was almost impossible and quite deadly to try less than a century ago). Now it is possible to visit from Las Vegas, which lies 131 miles (211km) away on a day trip, so you don’t even have to worry about driving in the challenging climate.

Death Valley Day Tour from Las Vegas

The fascinating discoveries begin before you even reach Death Valley from Las Vegas on this 12-hour trip. Stop at ghost towns such as Rhyolite, which existed due to the gold rush and was soon abandoned when the land offered little else. In the National Park, you’ll also be able to visit Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes, Badwater Basin, Artist’s Palette, and Zabriskie Point. This hugely popular tour doesn’t always follow the same route. Depending on how many people are on the tour, you can sometimes request customizations to the itinerary. From $199 per person.

Death Valley Full-day Small Group Tour from Las Vegas

The contrast between Las Vegas and Death Valley couldn’t be greater, from the inescapable din of capitalism to the wide-open wildernesses that stretch beyond the horizon. This day-long tour hits a number of the main sights to the east and south of Furnace Creek Visitor Center, particularly those along Badwater Road, including the impressive mineral colors of Artist’s Pallete, the mirage-inducing Badwater Basin, with its cracked valley floor, and the famous Zabriskie Point. Snacks and a light lunch are provided, as well as water to ensure you stay hydrated in the driest spot in America. From $279 per person.

Full-day Death Valley Tour from Las Vegas

Comprehensive tours of Death Valley are tricky to achieve in a single day trip from Las Vegas. After all, there are miles and miles of roads winding through the desert, connecting disparate points of natural and historical interest. However, this tour gives its best shot at covering as many as possible in its ten-hour itinerary. The classics are included, but so too are the sand dunes, the Devil’s Golf Course, the Salt Lake and some time for browsing the informative exhibits at Furnace Creek Visitor Center. A continental breakfast and lunch are also provided to guests. From $269 per person.

death valley helicopter tour from las vegas

Death Valley Trekker Tour from Las Vegas

The Trekker Tour has guests cruising along in a custom-built, distinctive pink, all-terrain vehicle. With tinted windows and reclining leather seats, this tour scores highly on comfort. The itinerary combines the most celebrated Death Valley viewpoints with a trip to the remarkable Rhyolite ghost town. There’s also a chance to visit the Area 51 Alien Center, given that the heavily guarded base is located nearby. Lunch and all entrance fees are included. Like most Death Valley tours, this one doesn’t usually run in July and August, when temperatures rise higher than anywhere else on the planet. From $284 per person.

4-Day Tour of Death Valley, Yosemite and San Francisco from Vegas

If a day-long tour doesn’t sound like long enough (and it really isn’t), it is possible to take a four-day tour from Las Vegas that incorporates a visit to Death Valley into a longer itinerary. You will visit the western side of Death Valley on this tour, thanks to not having to turn around and head back to Las Vegas. Also included are a number of hikes and a city highlights tour of the remarkable San Francisco. This tour departs three times a month, usually on Sundays. Please note that the tour ends in San Francisco. From $895 per person.

Why We Love This Tour

“Death Valley hosts some of the most beautiful, alien landscapes in the United States. From the geologic marvel of the Artist’s Palette to Badwater Basin to the “Devil’s Golfcourse” – this trip is a study in color, texture, and the wonders of the desert. As an artist and nature-lover, this was a once in a lifetime experience for me.”

Standing at the entrance to Death Valley and our first exploration- photo stop on this amazing adventure is the old Ghost Town of Rhyolite, a long abandoned gold mining community and the set for many movies and documentaries. We then drive down a beautiful winding highway and enter the center of Death Valley from the east; this is like landing on Mars, you enter a foreign and strange world of endless desert, vast valleys, harshly sculpted peaks, garish colors, superbly adapted plants and animals – all are visible expressions of geologic time reckoned in millions of years. The driest, hottest climate imaginable – this is Death Valley; an immense, wild land that man has never tamed. Capture the view of the valley from Hell’s Gate, well above the valley floor and then we visit Badwater at 282 ft. below sea level. We also enjoy views and stops at Zabriskie’s Point, the Devil’s Golf Course, the Furnace Creek Museum, the Salt Lake, the Sand Dunes and Artists Pallet. The majestic mountains, colorful canyons, volcanic craters and salt pinnacles all make this trip a photographic-sightseers dream come true.

NOTE: TOURS OPERATE YEAR-ROUND. For the truly adventurous, we not only offer this tour in spring, fall and winter but for the hardiest of adventurer’s, also throughout the summer months.

While we will do our best to provide you with as many of the the highlights within this itinerary (conditions permitting) as we can, we cannot guarantee a definite itinerary.

Best time for a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon

  • Sunset is the best time for a helicopter tour and photo opportunities, given the golden light that shines across the Grand Canyon.
  • Midday is also an excellent time to see the canyon due to the fewer shadows.
  • In summer, an early morning flight is recommended for cooler weather. It also gives you the opportunity to miss the peak crowds if you land at the West Rim.

What you need to know before your Grand Canyon helicopter tour from Las Vegas

  • To balance the aircraft, helicopter tours have weight limits , typically around 250-300 lbs per person. If you weigh above this, you will be required to purchase an additional seat. This can be done at check-in, but it’s best to consult your booking page beforehand to be prepared.
  • All passengers 18 and above must provide a photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport.
  • An additional fuel surcharge of around $30 is expected on most Grand Canyon helicopter tours from Las Vegas if it is not already included on your tour price.
  • Your tour may be canceled if you experience bad weather on the day. In this case, the operator may offer an alternative date or a full refund.
  • It’s recommended to wear comfortable shoes and clothing , as well as to bring sunglasses.
  • Service animals are not allowed on helicopter tours per FAA regulations.

Happy flying!

While on holidays in Las Vegas we organised a tour to Death Valley with Big Horn Tours. Scott was our driver on that day and what a day to experience and remember not only Death Valley, but also being in 120F temperatures. Scott professionalism showed through with his excellent knowledge of Death Valley and we would highly recommend anybody wanting to take a tour with Big Horn Tours to ask for Scott. Thank you Scott for giving us such wonderful memories of our holiday to the U.S

Mr. Scott Rivers was great at driving and explaining the history of the area. He is wonderful with story telling. I went to Death Valley and it was surprisingly beautiful and unique. I also liked Mr. Scott's hat and music as we were on the tour. It was very comfortable and we had plenty of stops. It was a very nice trip. I would definitely take more trips with this company.

Commonly Asked Questions

This is going to be a long day trip! So, how much does it cost, what’s the quickest way to get there, and when’s the best time to visit? Here are answers to common questions.

How far is the drive from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon?

Your journey to the Grand Canyon depends on which rim you plan to visit. The west rim may be reached in 2 hours, but if you want to go to the South and North Rims, it will require an 8-10 hour round trip!

  • Las Vegas to West Rim Distance:  125 miles, ~2 hours one way
  • Las Vegas to South Rim Distance:  275 miles, ~4-4.5 hours one way
  • Las Vegas to North Rim Distance:  280 miles, ~5 hours one way

What part of Grand Canyon is best to tour?

The most popular area from Vegas is the West Rim , which lies just 120 miles from the city. Tourists choose here for some of the best canyon views and to conquer a fear of heights on the Skywalk, a glass overhang built 4000 feet above the canyon floors.

There’s no denying that both the south and north rim are pretty far for a day trip , but the south rim is the most beloved part overall. Here you can find hundreds of miles of trails as well as scenic drives with vistas like Mather Point, Bright Angel Trail, and Desert View Drive.

The North Rim is best if you are looking for seclusion and a rugged adventure. It is about the same distance as the South Rim but much less accessible. More remote and wild, the North Rim contains fewer epic viewpoints, and many roads are closed from October to May due to weather conditions.

These reasons make the North Rim a less desirable destination for travelers looking for a day trip. This may be best for a road trip instead of a bus tour.

A day trip from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon is long, but worth it if you have limited time or don’t have access to a rental car (since in America, you must be 26). If you can spare more time, I recommend staying in the area overnight or seeing more than one section of the park.

Day trip bus tours to Grand Canyon start as cheap as $99 for just the tour itself with no additional add-ons and can go up as high as $250 if you add optional activities or want a smaller group.

A bus is likely the cheapest way to get from the Grand Canyon. You can also find a good deal on a rental car if you book in advance.

A typical bus tour from Las Vegas to the Grand Canyon will be a full-day affair, ranging from 10 – 15 hours. The west rim is 2 hours closer than the South Rim, so the tour can be much shorter if you opt for the former option.

This route has no direct public transportation, so you will have to book a tour to go between Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon by bus. As listed above, there are many options for bus tours ranging in price and activity. You may be able to take multiple connections to get there yourself.

That depends largely on your budget and schedule. Driving will save you money if you have a bigger group and give you more flexibility. However, a tour may be better for you if you want a knowledgeable guide or effortless transport.

If you’re planning a trip to the Grand Canyon, April through June are fantastic months: temperatures are moderate and it’s just before peak season. Summertime is hot and crowded, while winter can be icy with slippery trails – not to mention that the north rim of the canyon is usually closed during this time.

Yes! Booking your trip at least a week in advance will help ensure that tickets are available for your desired date/time slot. While some offer last-minute bookings, they fill up quickly, so it’s best to avoid risking it.

Yes! It’s totally possible — and cheaper!–to visit the grand canyon without taking a tour by renting an RV or going by car. However, you’ll need an authorized guide and permit if you want to access closed-off areas like Havasu Falls.

Since there are many things that you can see during your visit, allowing yourself extra time here can make sure that you don’t miss anything important! You’ll want at least 4 hours of exploring time if you’re short on time, but I recommend dedicating at least 1 full day, so that you have enough time for activities such as hiking and river rafting!

Helicopter rides vary depending on the length of flight & type. Expect to spend anywhere between $120-$500 per seat; however, the most popular options begin at around the $200 mark for a flight ranging anywhere from 15 minutes to an hour in length.

Final Thoughts: Best grand canyon tours from las vegas by Land

A visit to the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas is an unforgettable experience, from a single day to a multi-day trip spanning Southwestern USA.

In case you’ve just scrolled to the end:

  • To choose the best value West Rim Tour with hotel pickup included,  join this tour from Las Vegas.
  • To see the South Rim of the Grand Canyon,  book here.
  • For the ultimate multi-day trip to see the best of Southwest USA and the national parks,  book this one.

Regardless of which you pick, the Grand Canyon is incredible, and I’m sure you’ll love the views as much as I did! And once you’re back, why not check out other Las Vegas activities like seeing Antelope Canyon , Death Valley, or a delicious food tour!

Gates open on Saturday, July 13 at 6:00 p.m.  The Home Run Derby begins at 7:00 p.m. with the opening pitch at 8:00 p.m.

A flyover is planned with special appearances by mascots Chance, Spruce the Goose, Aviator, and others. The event is expected to end with a post-game firework display!

Officials say proceeds from this year’s Battle for Vegas will be directed to the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation with beneficiary charities including Best Buddies Nevada and select other local charities to be named later.

Ticket prices for the Battle for Vegas Charity Softball Game begin at $35.
