A great well run and organised hotel. Staff were excellent. Food was great, drink was good, nice pool, rooms clean, plenty of activities provided if you want them. Everything we wanted or needed was there.

Well what more can I say than this is an amazing hotel. This was the 8th time I have been here. Fouad the travel rep is an angel. Always book through him as I heard of a couple getting ripped Off outside. Mohammed the manager is amazing also. Any problems and he’s the man you need to speak to. Abdullah my friend!!!! I’ve met him every time I have been here and he Made my stay a pleasure again. Fatima from the entertainment team went out of her way for me, this is my first solo trip here after losing my wife last November and every member of staff remembers us both. Sad time for me but, Abdullah, mohammed and especially Fatima helped me through. My only issue is as I’ve read from many is the all inclusive drinks stopping at 11pm. It was never like this on the many occasions before but, it is a downside to my stay. The whole hotel is cleaned spotless all day. Fresh rooms every day. Food ….. yes a bit repetitive but, choose something else!!!! There’s a lot to choose from

This Is NOT a 4 star hotel. I believe most of the positive reviews on here are fake (note all the first time contributors who coincidentally happened to recently join trip advisor just to give amazing reviews on Allegro Agadir??? ) We had 2 “superior” rooms in July. The rooms are very clean but floors were filthy and when I saw the rag the cleaners used to wipe them I knew why. The rooms felt dusty & to be fair once maintenance cleaned the A/C vent, it was better. I purposely didn’t book pool view because I wanted a quiet location- however the non pool view face the very busy main road and the balcony door is like paper. Ear plugs were a lifesaver to get any sleep. The hotel is very rundown with countless tiles and steps cracked and broken, quite dangerous actually. Even the room door handles aren’t very trustworthy. Reception staff check you in, nothing more. I found we had to ask other staff for any information on the hotel, the town, tours etc. And they were very helpful to be fair. Pool beds and umbrella reserving is a huge problem here but the 2 lifeguards will gladly help you out if you can’t find beds. Blaring music at the pool doesn’t make this a quiet relaxing holiday. The food is very good and plentiful, hotel location is ideal as it’s central to everything . Overall I’d recommend it for families with small children who like a lively, loud, activity holiday. Otherwise book somewhere else.

Love the Barcelo/Allegro/Occidental brand, always know you can expect good quality and this did not disappoint. Room was lovely, comfortable and had everything you needed. Was staying on all inclusive, and the food was excellent, loved the tagine and the pizzas and the.... well you get the idea. Good location for the beach, the hotel has beds and brollies on thier on section. Can walk to most sites within 20 to 30 minutes. Friendly staff in all areas of the hotel. Would stay again.

IF YOU ARE A MIX RACE MOROCCAN WOMAN COMING FROM ABROAD, YOU WILL FEEL LIKE GOING BACK TO THE 50s! AVOID AT ALL COST! MISOGYNIST STAFF MEMBER!!!! My partner arrived from London a couple of days before me and the day before my arrival he went to reception and informed a receptionist of my arrival for the next day. The Receptionist gave him the bracelet and that was it. The day of my arrival my partner forgot to bring the bracelet so once we arrived at the hotel someone, that I assume was a security, asked me for it but we explained that my partner left it in the room and he was going quickly to grab it. Security said it was okay so my partner left. While I was standing there waiting for my partner, I started speaking in Arabic with the ‘porter’ and I told him that my mom was Moroccan and this is the reason why I speak Arabic. Right after a couple of minutes, he said’ I can’t let you in, you need to pass by reception’. So I said: ‘If I have the bracelet and I am showing it to you, why would you want me to pass by reception?’ He said ‘ I have to, I don’t want to be blamed’ so I understood that he was just doing his job and we passed by reception without making any fuss. Once at the reception, my partner told the receptionist that the day before someone gave him the bracelet for me but his answer was that he needs to pay extra anyway as his booking was only for one person. Nobody told him that the day before but we understood the rules and we did pay. Then I spoke Arabic to the receptionist to explain the situation and he said to my partner ‘ I am not going to check her in’ we asked why and he said ‘she is Moroccan!’. We both answered him that I am actually not and that I flew from London and I am Italian. Y’ALL HE HAD THE NERVE TO SAY ‘PROVE IT! SHOW ME!’ I HAD TO PROVE MY NATIONALITY! After showing him that I am Italian he said ‘ok fine’ with a stinky attitude. DID NOT EVEN APOLOGISE! I felt embarrassed and least to say discriminated as a WOMAN!!! Why on earth would you ask for my nationality? Avoid this ridiculous place at all cost!!!!!

Stayed at the Allegro must say first time abroad and fouad has made our stay amazing. Everything we have needed he has helped with. Even when I ran out of vapes he went above and beyond to make sure I got another one. Highly recommend the hotel nice rooms comfy bed. Food is good food variety for every diet. Entertainment ok more better towards the end of our stay. It's nice to see managers of hotel walking around the resort. All the staff are very friendly. And the excrusions are highly recommended and a very good price. Don't want to come home but unfortunately our week has ended. Big up Allegro hotel

x2 Adults and x1 baby Room: 1238 Flights, travel and all inclusive for 1 week: £900 As you do, I read some of the reviews on here prior to visiting paying particular attention to the negative ones written within the last couple of months. I have to say, there must be some really fussy people out there who wrote those reviews. It’s not as bad as they make out. Room Has two singles beds pushed together creating a king. Has been modernised with a decent size TV, a fridge, a free safe, decent Wi-Fi, USB charge points, blackout blinds and a balcony. The air con took a while to get going but once it did room was cool for the full week. Our view was OK, we looked across some of the grounds/gardens, kids club and perimeter road. As we had the baby they accommodated us by supplying a crib. Bathroom also nice with constant hot water from shower. Food Buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is also a snack bar by the pool serving basics. Food I have to say is decent, something for everyone with the safe stuff like pasta, chips and freshly made pizza to the more adventurous themed nights like Spanish (serving paella, gambas pil pil and patatas bravas) and Moroccon (various tajine and local delights). The staples are repeated every day - you can only serve breakfast eggs so many ways but in all honest didn’t have a poor meal. One con with the food is if the hotel is busy and you go to the restaurant at a busy time it can be like a cattle pen, especially with the more ruder hotel guests. Hotel facilities Pool is nice with a strict whistle happy lifeguard keeping a watchful eye. Even in November it is roasting, so pack your sun tan lotion. Plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas (also a polite warning on check in to not reserve beds with towels). There is towel hire at 200 diram per towel which is fully refundable on towel return. If you are all inclusive the max limit per person is two drinks. The local beer here is Stork, which is nice. Maximum of two drinks per person per serving. There is a sports bar and panoramic lounge but both were closed whilst we were there. Staff All very pleasant and friendly. Very impressive workforce. Area Agadir beach is nice and clean. The hotel has their own section of the beach penned off with lounges and umbrellas. The promenade is a nice walk from hotel to marina. You get people trying to sell you stuff but they leave you alone once you say no. Marina is ok but looks tired with vacant shops. We did a city tour provided by hotel which was ok: you saw the marina, castle, the rich peoples houses (?) (didn’t see the point of that personally), a mosque and souk. Overall well worth the money. Would I come back? Probably not. No fault to the hotel but I feel like I’ve seen everything Agadir has to offer.

Hotel cannot be considered to be 4 Star. Hardly qualifies for 3 Star. No bedroom toiletries, very bad drainage smell. No air freshener and around below expectations as a 4 Star hotel. Basic facilities

Allegro Agadir (all inclusive) was a brilliant stay and every penny was absolutely worth it. I ended up extending my stay because I loved how great my holiday was! The staff were lovely, had good banter and made me feel comfortable during my solo stay. The rooms were a good size, the variety of food and drinks was amazing. Additionally, if you would like to come to Agadir for an enjoyable & fun stay - Fouad from Jumbo tour group is your guy. He made our experience super lovely, he went above and beyond to make sure we had a good experience and were well looked after. My friends who stayed in Riu Tikida palace were also taken care of by Fouad from Jumbo tour group. We did a city tour with Said who was a fantastic photographer & well historically informed, a market shop where another local guide was provided to help us navigate the market, an excellent body massage at Argan Palace, a camel ride and a great quad bike experience. I would definitely recommend to family, solo travellers and anyone in between!

We have travelled a lot as a family and visited Morocco many times before. This is hands down THE WORST place we've ever stayed at in Morocco. We arrived to find that they had no room for us, despite having booked, paid in full, and had a confirmation email. They led us to a weird and abandoned side of the hotel that our boys found super creepy, and said we could stay there for the night and get a family room in the morning. It was 8pm and we didn't have any choice. At 9pm our family room was miraculously available! This happened the same night go another family; they were still trying to get their room the following lunchtime. The pool is super crowded with chain smokers and people leaving used glasses everywhere that isn't cleaned up for hours. There were rarely plates or cutlery at breakfast, let alone tea bags. Many food items would be gone in an instant. But on a positive note, our room was actually lovely. Once we were able to actually go in. Agadir was the start of three months travelling Morocco for us. Our boys appreciated the pool and beach time. But thankfully the rest of our travels through Morocco have been incredible. Such a shame we chose this hotel to start with. Oh and I forget to mention the service - let's just say, I don't think the staff enjoy their jobs.

Hotel was fine for what I wanted except it is actually 10 mins walk from the beach and the WiFi but the exceptional service and hospitality by My rep from jumbo tours Nourdinne was second to none. I was travelling on my own for the first time and he went above and beyond to make me feel happy and sage. He was available 24/7 and was knowledge and helpful in every aspect of my trip. He organised trusted drivers to take me wherever I wanted to go, right up to the last minute. Truly exceptional at his job and deserves a massive raise from his company fir the outstanding job he does!

We are a family of 3 adults and 2 children and stayed here on the last few days of Ramadan going into Eid. So the positives: 1. Staff were friendly and courteous 2. Location was good not too far from the beach and on a main road 3. Plenty of small local vendors for snacks/drinks etc 4. Pool area was pleasant and got plenty of sunshine 5. Value for money in terms of a cheap and cheerful break 6. Plenty of taxis available outside 7. Daily room service, having bedsheets and towels changed which was well received So the negatives: 1. We had room 133 & 134 - the night club next door music was playing until 4am which made it difficult to sleep 2. Wi-Fi was really bad unless you sat in the reception area 3. Lack of variety in the breakfast 4. Dinner at the hotel was expensive at 130MAD per person, this would not be so bad if there was a good variety to choose from 5. Our room were dated and could do with upgrading as the standard was a little low 6. Having stayed at many hotels around the world as a frequent traveller I would currently disagree with the 4* standard advertised and be inclined to class this hotel as a good 3* Overall I would certainly recommend this hotel for a it’s price and location - if your wanting 5* then there’s others available to consider. On that note I can confirm I have not only sent friends and family here who have confirmed bookings but we as a family have booked another short-stay in July. I have made a request not to be put into rooms 133 & 134 I hope this can be accommodated as I wish for my next review to be more positive. Look forward to seeing you again Argana!

My partner and I landed in Morocco last week and were taken to the hotel by Nordeen who asked us if we wanted to book any trips for our time away. He gave us a great price on Paradise Valley, Marrakesh and also massage for the end of our trip. What can I say - his tours were absolutely fantastic. All of his staff were superb! Extremely informative! They went above and beyond on EVERY trip. I also think it’s important to say they were extremely punctual (this is important to me) we were not waiting around and made the most out of ever minute in Morocco. Marrakesh they helped us secure the best deals (we bought a Moroccan rug which was supposed to be around 6500 dirham with the help of Nordeen and his team we managed to get the rug for 1800 dirham. You maybe thinking “I could have got it to that price my bargain skills are good” I am a seasoned traveler and haggling is something I enjoy. I could not get close to that price. He was on our side the whole time! Amazing! Paradise valley was also fantastic! Definitely worth every single dirham - infact when I came back I gave him a tip as it was beyond super value for money. Further more we forgot a few presents for people at home - I messaged Nordeen and he got me EVERYTHING on my list at an amazing price. Belts, wallets, tagines the lot! Which saved us a huge amount of time searching and searching. It was also my partners birthday the day we left, Nordeen arranged fireworks, horse and cart ride and also a birthday cake for her (at no cost) he loves his job and it really reflects in everything he does. I would even go as far to say if you book trips through him and don’t rate them 10/10 get in touch with me and I’ll personally pay for your trip (don’t lie though 😂) He was absolutely superb from start to finish and I could not recommend him and his staff higher. Well Done Nordeen you made our trip. I genuinely have been blown away with how much you bent over backwards to make our holiday everything we wanted and then some. Amazing man and superb trips. TBO.COM signs deal to acquire online business of Jumbo Tours Group, Spain

TBO Tek Limited (“TBO”) announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Tek Travels DMCC, has acquired 100% shareholding of Jumbonline Accommodations & Services S.L.U., which has been demerged as an online business from Jumbo Tours Group. With this acquisition, TBO intends to further increase its presence in Europe.

Jumbo Tours Group is one of the biggest international tourism operators offering a range of services and products to tourism operators and travel agencies worldwide. The Jumbonline business distributes an extensive range of products for wholesalers and tour operators all on one single platform. The advanced API solution provides access to over 120,000 hotels with 15,000 hotels directly contracted in an unbeatable response time. Complementing this business, there are two other brands, Jumbobeds, the leading online wholesaler for Travel Agencies and Jumbotransfers which offers a wide range of transport services at great prices.
