Enthält Werbelinks Für alle individuell anreisenden Kreuzfahrer ab Hamburg gibt es eine große Frage bei der Reiseplanung. WO genau legt mein Schiff überhaupt an und WIE komme ich am besten dort hin?

Die 3 großen Kreuzfahrt-Terminals in Hamburg

Es gibt in Hamburg 3 große Terminals an denen die Kreuzfahrt-Schiffe regelmäßig anlegen:

• 1) Cruise Center Altona
• 2) Cruise Center HafenCity
• 3) Cruise Center Steinwerder

In deinen Reiseunterlagen wird der genaue Liegeplatz des Schiffes angegeben. Wer nicht bis zum Erhalt der Unterlagen warten möchte, kann der Homepage des Hamburger Hafen ( Hafen-Hamburg.de ) die geplanten Schiffsanläufe mit dem zugeteilten Liegeplatz entnehmen. Gleiche am besten die Angaben zum Liegeplatz unbedingt nach Erhalt deiner Reiseunterlagen nochmals ab, um mögliche Änderungen ausschließen zu können.

Zum Kreuzfahrt-Terminal Cruise Center Altona

• Taxi : Ein Taxi vom Hamburger Hauptbahnhof zum CruiseCenter Altona kostet ca. 25,00 €. Somit rechnet sich diese Variante erst ab der dritten/vierten Person.
• Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel : Noch individueller und vor allem günstig sind in Hamburg die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Mit der S3 ab Hauptbahnhof bis zur Reeperbahn, dort mit dem Bus Nr. 111 bis zur Haltestelle Große Elbstraße. Nach einem kurzen Fußweg (ca. 5 Min.) bist du direkt am Schiff. Dauer ca. 30 Minuten. Ob die Anreise mit S-Bahn und Bus inkl. Gepäck wirklich bequem ist, muss jeder für sich selbst entscheiden. Preis rund 3,50 € pro Einzelfahrt. Hier lässt sich mit Tages- oder Gruppenkarten nochmals sparen.
• Hamburger Hafenfähre : Oder nutze die Hamburger Hafenfähren, welche ebenfalls zum Netz des HVV zählen. Kleine Hafenrundfahrt inklusive und bei schönem Wetter ein echtes Erlebnis. Ab Hamburg Hauptbahnhof mit der S1 oder U3 bis zur Haltestelle Landungsbrücken. Dort fährt ab Brücke Nr. 3 die Fähre 62 – direkt an der AIDA vorbei – bis zur Haltestelle Dockland. Zu Fuß sind es dann noch 2-3 Minuten zum CruiseCenter. Hier bist du ebenfalls ca. eine halbe Stunde unterwegs. Für mich die schönste Variante, jedoch benötigt man bei schönem Wetter an der Fähre etwas Geduld! Preis rund 2,50 € pro Person, aber auch hier lohnen sich ggf. Tages- oder Gruppenkarten.
• AIDA-Shuttle : AIDA bietet z.B. einen Shuttle an, dieser dauert ca. 20-30 Minuten und kostet rund 6,00 € pro Person. Die Buchung ist ganz einfach über das persönliche Reiseportal myAIDA, oder auch vor Ort möglich. Verlasse nach Ankunft den Bahnhof in Richtung Kirchenallee/ZOB. Anhand einer aufgestellten Fahne kannst du die AIDA-Sammelstelle schon von Weitem entdecken. Hier findet die Anmeldung und die Kofferabgabe statt. Dein Gepäck erhältst du dann erst auf dem Schiff in deiner Kabine wieder.
• Hotel : direkt am Cruise Center Altona ist z.B. das Hotel “ Boardinghouse Holzhafen ” (falls du eine Vorabnacht suchst)

Zum Kreuzfahrt-Terminal Cruise Center HafenCity

• AIDA Gäste : Für AIDA Gäste vorab – auch hier gibt es einen Shuttle von AIDA. Dauer ca. 15-20 Minuten für rund 6,00 € pro Person.
• Taxi : Ein Taxi zum CruiseCenter HafenCity schlägt mit ca. 15,00 € zu Buche. Somit rechnet sich diese Variante bereits ab drei Personen.
• Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel : auch hier schnell und günstig. U4 Haltestelle Überseequartier oder Buslinie 111 bis zur Haltestelle Marco-Polo-Terrassen. Ebenfalls kurzer Fußweg zum Terminal. Dauert insgesamt ca. 10-15 Minuten und kostet knapp 2,00 € p. P. Hafenrundfahrt gefällig? Der Fähranleger Elbphilharmonie (Linie 72) liegt nur ca. 10 Min. Fußweg vom Schiff entfernt!
• Hotel : am nähesten dran (aber dennoch paar Fuß-Minuten entfernt) ist das Hotel “ 25hours Hafen City”

Zum Kreuzfahrt-Hafen Cruise Center Steinwerder

• AIDA Shuttle : Auch hier gibt es einen Shuttle für AIDA Gäste. Dauer ca. 30 Minuten für rund 6,00 € pro Person.
• Taxi : Mit dem Taxi nach Steinwerder ist es ein gutes Stück auf die andere Elbseite. Daher zahlt man ca. 25,00 – 30,00 €.
• Die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel nach Steinwerder sind leider noch nicht individualreisenfreundlich ausgebaut, somit gestaltet sich die Anfahrt etwas komplizierter. S3 und S31 bringen Passagiere bis Hamburg-Veddel. Kosten rund 2,50€ p. P.. Ab Veddel geht es dann nur mit einem Bus des Terminalbetreibers weiter. Zusätzliche Ticketkosten 2,50 € p. P. und Vorsicht, denn hier ist eine Vorab-Buchung übers Internet notwendig und ratsam! Wer dann nicht zur gebuchten Zeit vor Ort ist, muss ein neues Ticket kaufen – allerdings nur Kartenzahlung möglich und natürlich nur, wenn gerade Sitzplätze frei sind! Auch fahren Busse des Verkehrsverbundes zur Haltestelle Argentinienbrücke in der Nähe des CruiseCenters, allerdings ist dann noch ein Fußweg von gut einem Kilometer zurückzulegen.
• Fährverbindung : Bei einer Anreise von Montag bis Freitag gibt es auch hier eine Fährverbindung ab den Landungsbrücken. Linie 73 bis zur Argentinienbrücke. Wenn man diese sicherlich sehenswerte Alternative nutzen möchte, empfiehlt es sich den Koffer beim Reederei-Shuttle abzugeben und die individuelle Anreise ohne Gepäck fortzusetzen.
• Hotel : Am Steinwerder Hafen gibt es leider keine Hotels. Da möchte man auch nicht unbedingt übernacht bleiben, denn hier gibt es auch nichts außer den Hafen 😉 Falls du eine Vorabnacht brauchst, suche dir lieber ein schönes Hotel in der Hamburger Innenstadt und verbringe dort noch eine schöne Zeit. Mein persönlicher Tipp ist das “ Adina Michel ” (dort bin ich selbst immer gerne).

Fazit für deinen Weg zum Kreuzfahrtterminal

Es führen viele Wege nach Rom und in Hamburg eben zu den Anlegestellen. Ich hoffe ich konnte trotzdem einen guten Überblick vermitteln, wünsche Schiff ahoi und eine bequeme und vor allem reibungslose Anreise zum deinem Traumurlaub!

Hamburg Cruise Port represents one of the largest transport hubs in Europe, as well as the famous sea and river port, which can offer its tourists as many as three cruise terminals. The main cruise terminal can be found in HafenCity, on the territory of a reconstructed warehouse whereas the second one is located in the Altona district in the former fishing dock. The newest cruise terminal (opened in 2015) is in the very heart of the Hamburg port (Steinwerder district). How to Get from Hamburg Airport to Hamburg Cruise Port and Vice Versa

• Hamburg Airport - HafenCity Cruise Center: the nearest metro station to the port is Überseequartierthe (green line) located 300 meters from the port;
• Hamburg Airport - Altona Cruise Center: again, you should go by metro to Königstraße metro station;
• Hamburg Airport - Steinwerder: you should go by metro to the Veddel metro station, then take a taxi to cover 5 kilometers to the cruise port or wait for bus 256.

Haben Sie schonmal über die An- und Abreise zu/von einem deutschen Abfahrtshafen mit dem Zug nachgedacht? Zu vielen Anlegestellen der Kreuzfahrtschiffe in Hamburg, Warnemünde, Kiel und Bremerhaven gibt es sehr gute Anbindungen. Außerdem muss man so keine Parkgebühren für das Auto zahlen. Doch lohnt sich ein Anreisepaket der Reederei oder sollte man eine individuelle Anfahrt zum Schiff planen? Wir stellen Ihnen die Tarife von AIDA und TUI Cruises vor.

Aida cruises: an- und abreise, tui cruises: an- und abreise, aida und tui cruises: das gilt für beide reedereien, an- und abreisepakete der reedereien.

Die Reedereien bieten in Kooperation mit der Deutschen Bahn das Rail&Cruise Ticket an. Hiermit können Sie alle fahrplanmäßigen Regelzüge am Anreise- beziehungsweise Abreisetag nehmen. Unterschiede zwischen den Reedereien gibt es teilweise beim Preis und bei Extras wie zum Beispiel dem Shuttleservice vom Bahnhof zum Hafen.

• Kinder unter 15 Jahren fahren in Begleitung der Eltern oder Großeltern in der 1. und 2. Klasse grundsätzlich kostenlos mit.
• Planen Sie Ihre Ankunft am Hafen großzügig, denn bei Zugverspätungen wartet in der Regel das Schiff keiner Reederei auf Sie.

AIDA bietet aktuell das Rail&Cruise Ticket an (Stand: Mai 2023). Hiermit kann man von jedem deutschen Bahnhof zu den Abfahrtshäfen in Bremerhaven, Hamburg, Kiel und Warnemünde reisen. Sie dürfen mit dem Ticket alle Züge, inklusive ICE, benutzen. Von den Bahnhöfen bietet AIDA einen Shuttle zum Hafen an. Entscheiden Sie sich für das Rail&Cruise Ticket, kostet der Shuttleservice nichts extra.

Haben Sie eine individuelle Anreise mit dem Zug geplant, können Sie für einen Aufpreis ebenfalls mit dem Shuttlebus zum Schiff gelangen. Der Shuttleservice ist im Vorhinein über myAIDA buchbar. Der Bus fährt zu bestimmten Zeiten an den Bahnhöfen ab, die genauen Abfahrtszeiten entnehmen Sie Ihren Reiseunterlagen. Das Gleiche gilt für die Rückfahrt. Hierbei muss man auch bedenken, dass die Ausschiffung erst circa eine Stunde nach Ankunft des Schiffes erfolgt, sodass Sie diese zusätzliche Zeit für die Rückfahrt einkalkulieren sollten.

Preisinfos* AIDA: Bei AIDA kostet ein Rail&Cruise Ticket pro Person (ab 15 Jahre) beim AIDA Sparpreis-Bahnticket (mit Zugbindung) für eine einfache Fahrt in der 2. Klasse 65 Euro, in der 1. Klasse 99 Euro. Bei einer Hin- und Rückfahrt zahlen Sie in der 2. Klasse 130 Euro und in der 1. Klasse 198 Euro. Mit dem AIDA Flexpreis (keine Zugbindung) müssen Sie pro Person (ab 15 Jahre) bei einer einfachen Fahrt in der 2. Klasse 99 Euro, in der 1. Klasse 149 Euro zahlen. Buchen Sie eine Hin- und Rückfahrt, zahlen Sie in der 2. Klasse 198 Euro und in der 1. Klasse 298 Euro.

Mit dem Rail&Cruise Ticket von TUI Cruises können Sie von allen deutschen Bahnhöfen, mit jedem Zug, inklusive ICE, zum Schiff fahren. Vom Hauptbahnhof Kiel, Bremerhaven, Warnemünde und Hamburg bietet die Reederei einen Shuttleservice zum Schiff an. Auch am Abreisetag steht ein kostenloser Shuttlebus zur Verfügung. Hier muss man beachten, dass die Ausschiffung erst circa 1,5 bis 2 Stunden nach der Ankunft Ihres Schiffs erfolgt.

Der Early Check-in ist nicht im Preis des Rail&Cruise Tickets inbegriffen. Falls Sie jedoch früher an Bord gehen möchten, können Sie den Early Check-in über das Meine Reise Portal reservieren.

Laut TUI Cruises (Stand Mai 2023) kostet eine einfache Fahrt* in der 1. Klasse 149 Euro, in der 2. Klasse 99 Euro.

Shuttle vom Hbf Hamburg

Hallo zusammen, wir buchen die Anreise über TUI kommen jedoch einen Tag vorher in Hamburg an und möchten gerne am nächsten Tag im Laufe des vormittags auf das Schiff. Der Shuttle fährt ab 13 Uhr heisst es. Das Schiff kommt jedoch in Hamburg mit abreisenden Gästen an, welche auch zum Bahnhof gebracht werden ab 9 Uhr. Fährt der Shuttle dann leer zurück ? Wir könnten da doch schon mitfahren um so gegen 11 auf dem Schiff zu sein. Was meint ihr ??

Das wird wahrscheinlich nicht möglich sein. Zum shutteln gehört dazu, dass sich Bordmitarbeiter oder Vertreter einer Agentur um die einsteigenden Gäste kümmern. Das wird morgens vom Hauptbahnhof zum Schiff nicht angeboten werden, weil die Bordmitarbeiter mit der Betreuung der Abreisenden beschäftigt sind und man für die wenigen Gäste, die dann schon fahren, keine Agenturmitarbeiter bezahlen wird. Aber Nachfragen wäre sicherer als meiner Vermutung zu trauen ...

Danke schon mal für die Antwort. Vielleicht nehmen wir uns auch ein Hotel in Altona dann können wir zu Fuss zum Schiff. Einchecken kann man doch schon vorher, oder ?

Ist der Shuttle eigentlich kostenlos? Muss man sich wie bei AIDA anmelden?

Der Shuttle über AIDA ist kostenpflichtig, ich meine (ohne Gewähr) 5 € pro Person. da ist ggf. eine HVV-Gruppentageskarte günstiger, aber dann müsst ihr euer Gepäck mitnehmen.

Auf der Homepage von Mein Schiff steht, dass der Shuttle kostenlos ist. Da wird nicht unterschieden zwischen Eigenanreise und Pauschalbuchungen.

Weiß jemand, wo die Busse am Hbf abfahren? Gibt es dort einen Busbahnhof vor dem Hbf?

Die Gruppentageskarte für Hamburg Zentrum mit Landungsbrücken und Fähren kostete jetzt Ostern 11,50 Euro. Dafür nehme ich mir lieber den Shuttle oder ein Taxi zum Schiff. Ist ja alles nicht weit. Wenn ich mit Gepäck in den öffentlichen Bussen und vielleicht noch die Fähre zum cruise-Center nehmen soll, oh Je, da brauchte ich einen Tag mehr Urlaub.

Man beachte, dass an den WE in Hamburg der Teufel los ist. Auch die Fähre zum Cruise-Terminal war total überlaufen. Eine Schlange ohne Ende, denn die Fähre geht weiter nach Finkenwerder.

Zum anderen neuen Cruise-Terminal, links hinter der neuen Elbphilharmonie geht gar keine Fähre. Dafür kommen da die Taxen an. Dauert aber ab Hauptbahnhof auch höchstens 10 Minuten.

Nein der ist schon lange nicht mehr kostenlos. Am Bahnhof wird abkassiert bevor man die Koffer aufgegeben kann.

Ich hoffe, der Link funktioniert. Die vertikalen Linien, welche nach oben zusammenlaufen, sind Gleise, welche im Hauptbahnhof landen. Der rote Kreis rechts unten davon, ist der zentrale Omnibusbahnhof (ZOB) in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofes. Dort können die Passagiere in den (gebuchten?) Shuttle zu einem der Kreuzfahrthäfen Hamburgs einsteigen.

Das Gepäck wurde bei allen unseren Hamburg Abfahrten nicht am ZOB, sondern in dem Bereich rechts neben dem Hauptbahnhof (Vorplatz, der parallel zum Bahnhofsgebäude direkt östlich neben dem Bahnhofsgebäude entlang liegt) abgegeben.

Edit: Ich habe gerade gemerkt, dass die Adressangabe verloren gegangen ist, was aber kein Problem ist, wenn Ihr folgendes macht: 1) Auf den obigen Link klicken. 2) In das Feld "Adresssuche" die Buchstaben '"ZOB" eintragen, die rechts daneben liegende rote Schaltfläche auslösen (ggf. mit Schriftzug "Hauptbahnhof/ZOB") und schon seht Ihr den Stadtplanausschnitt.

Hast du gesehen, dass es sich um TUI-Cruises handelt??????

Mal zur Klarstellung, bei AIDA ist der Shuttle kostenpflichtig, es sei denn man hat pauschal gebucht. Der TUI Shuttle ist inklusive. Bei AIDA wird der Koffer am Ausgang des Hbf. beim Service abgegeben, dann geht man zum ZOB und steigt dort in den Bus. Bei TUI fährt der Bus direkt am Bahnhof ab, dort wo auch der Gepäckservice von AIDA steht, und das Gepäck kommt direkt in den Bus.

Ich bin vor 2 Wochen ab Hauptbahnhof, Kirchenallee, kostenlos mit dem Shuttle nach Altona gefahren. Die Wartezeit bis zum Einsteigen in den Bus betrug ca. 1 Stunde. Es fuhr zuerst nur ein Bus. Das war weniger berauschend. Ich muss aber dazu sagen, dass ich schon früh, gegen 13.oo Uhr am Bahnhof war. Danach soll es schneller gegangen sein.

ich bin bisher davon ausgegangen, das wir bei einer Anreise gegen 13 Uhr am HBf mit einem Shuttle von Tui zum Cruisecenter kommen, ist das korrekt?

We are sailing from cruise port Steinwerder on May 19. Our cruise ticket states that there is a luggage drop and shuttle bus from Hamburg train station, but I can not find ANY information about this other than what is printed on the ticket, which gives no further information. Does anyone have experience with this luggage drop and shuttle bus? Do they charge a fee for this? Does it depart from the MAIN train station in Hamburg? I know there is a shuttle that is not cruise line specific from  https://www.hansetix.de/en/cruisegate .

Yes the shuttle departs at the Main Train Station  at the Kirchenallee. Its outside the Train Station.

And its charges a fee, its not a free shuttle.

I prefere a Taxi, but i have seen the bus last weekend.

Just used this on Saturday, but it is the train station in Kiel, not Hamburg.  Right outside the train station doors are tents set up with MSC flags.  You give them you luggage and they charge your stateroom 10 Euros.  Then they send you to either the bus or the boat shuttle to get on the ship.  Super easy and convenient.  We actually had not heard about it at all and were pleasantly surprised to find it there instead of lugging our suitcases all the way to the ship!

Here is the satellite image of Hamburg Hbf.  I have outlined in red the area where MSC positions its shuttle.  The setup is as described by Ella, i.e. a tent with flags.  Can't miss it when you exit towards  Kirchenallee, as Nikita wrote.

Incidentally, you can see the place marker with the name "Schifferborse", just across the street.  Should you want to eat some fish in a really maritime setting, that's the place.

Embark in Hamburg - are shuttle buses provided

My partner and I shall sail on our 4th cruise of this year from Hamburg to Svalbard and Norway. Can't wait.

We fly into Hamburg on 5 August and sail on 6 August. 

Does anyone have any good recommendations for a Hotel and I don't suppose anyone knows if a shuttle bus is available or do you have to make your own way to the port and ship?

We embarked a cruise in Hamburg, we made our own way to the port. 

You may find more help here . We sailed from/to Hamburg about 5 yrs ago. We took the train to a stop near the port then took a pre-arranged shuttle to the port. I couldn't say if that shuttle company is still available, but the forum to which I linked should help. 

There is a shuttle bus from the main train station Hamburg Hauptbahnhof to the port in Steinwerder. But it's not for free, you have to pay for it. I always take a taxi from the hotel oder train station to the port.

There are a lot of hotels in Hamburg. I like the Westin Elbphilharmonie, it is a great place in the city and near a lot of sightseeing spots.

Unfortunately Hamburg is as terrible place to embark. It is do-able by public transport for a few euro, but only you will know if you can handle it in a foreign country. We could with good planning on Googlemaps 😄 Otherwise there is a shuttle bus from MSC at the central bus station next to the central railway station (10 euro). Taxis are crazy expensive. Uber and so are illegal unless they charge there crazy taxi prices also 😄

If you are not a real experienced traveler stick to the MSC bus.

Good news. Hotels in Hamburg are quite ok. Bad news. In August the price are going mad, weekends especially. If your budget is limited and you want to get a room fast after the flight you can try hotel cockpit near the airport. Opposite the MSC shuttle bus is hotel residence. Otherwise if your budget is unlimited, you have unlimited options 😉

A taxi from the train station to Steinwerder ist about 25 - 30 Euros. That's not a crazy price, that's normal for Germany. Hotels in Hamburg aren't cheap, that's a tourist hotspot and so the prices are quite high.

if you do not want to spend a lot but willing to stay near the center : the Radisson 

if you do want pay more : Fraser suites  but be careful  - limited space for breakfast

Hamburg is not a terrible port for embarkation. Like for all big ships the terminals are further out in the big ports. However, taxi is about 20-25 Euro from City Centre /Railway station to Steinwerder terminal in 10-15 minutes. This is not expensive. You pay more and it takes longer in e.g. Copenhagen or Stockholm. Other big cruise ports like Civitaveccia, Ravenna , Piraeus or Southampton are an hour or more away from airports and the bigger cities they stand for. The MSC shuttle in Hamburg from the central railway station is 10 Euro per person so from two people in your party the taxi is the better choice. Local people would maybe take the S-Bahn train to Veddel station and a taxi from there for 10 Euro or the harbor boat that runs only from Monday to Friday from Landungsbrücken. However, taxi for about 25 Euro is fair and best option.

Hotels are also not expensive if there is no fair or festival in town. Many options and no issue to find a double room for about 150 Euro in the city centre. Try this in Amsterdam or Copenhagen.

Sort of local - meaning I´m German but not from Hamburg - we actually took the suburban train S3 to Veddel, then the bus 256 to Argentinienbrücke and then walked for 10 min. But we did that basically because we wanted to take photos of the ship on the way to the terminal in Steinwerder. Plus it´s a bit tricky to find the bus stop. I haven´t seen any taxis at all. There used to be a shuttle service with small buses to the suburban train station for 2.50 Euro. But you had to book that service in advance. Not sure whether they are still operating that service. They have buildt a ferry landing right next to the cruise terminal but that is only used for special occasions. They never came up with a regular ferry line to that landing out of Landungsbrücken.

Public bus from Veddel is discontinued. Public ferry is line 75 Landungsbruecken to Steinwerder with a little walk to terminal but Monday to Friday only.

Unfortuntely last year in summer - heathwave - it was terrible to find decent transportation to Steinwerder -   taxi drivers were not very happy or willing as usually they could not catch somebody  back to the center  it was a long drive due to traffic some 35 e

Gee, that´s bad to hear! I know about the Hadag ferry 75. But it was a Saturday. So we had to take the S-Bahn and bus.

No booking, just show up. 

Thanks @perakcruiser - sorry for the qs but is it pretty obvious when you get there where the MSC folk are with lollipops etc?

Not so obvious, and this is a crazy busy place. You see the MSC people if you take the exit "Kirchenalle/Wandelhalle" if still is still correct.

I newer take the Shuttle in Hamburg Main Station to Steinwerder. With a taxi für 30 Euro it is much easier than with the bus. I finde the Shuttle from HAM to Kiel very good.

The MSC shuttle in Hamburg from the central railway station is 10 Euro per person so from two people in your party the taxi is the better choice. Local people would maybe take the S-Bahn train to Veddel station and a taxi from there for 10 Euro or the harbor boat that runs only from Monday to Friday from Landungsbrücken. However, taxi for about 25 Euro is fair and best option.   Hotels are also not expensive if there is no fair or festival in town. Many options and no issue to find a double room for about 150 Euro in the city centre. Try this in Amsterdam or Copenhagen.

We have just returned from a cruise on the Preziosa (Hamburg - Norway 15nights - 19 June to 4th July). We decided to take a taxi from the airport to the port. Taxi driver will ask if you want the toll road or travel via the city. We went via the city as I understand it is slightly cheaper (no toll) but a few minutes extra travel time. It only took us around 40 - 45 minutes at EUR 50 each way. 

As we were 4 adults travelling with many suitcases, we needed an Estate car with large boot space. Saloons, Estates and mini vans were all readily available outside the airport. Don't know if a Saloon car would have been any cheaper.

The MSC Shuttle gets you to the ZOB next to the Central Station. From there it´s about 15 to 20 min walking to Ballindamm. Or you take a taxi from there.

The MSC shuttle goes very close to there. Just walk down the main shopping street of Hamburg for 10 minutes. During the week you also can use public transport, but not on weekends. Unfortunately MSC mainly visits Hamburg on weekends which really sucks. 

Taxis often overcharge foreigners by not taking the cheapest route. No real rideshare in Germany, forget about this.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel

Das Kiel Ostseekai Cruise Center ist vom Hauptbahnhof Kiel ca. 1,5 km entfernt. Zu Fuß sind das durch die Kieler Innenstadt ca. 15 min (Der „Blauen Linie“ folgen). Wer das nicht möchte, kann auch per Taxi oder mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren. Die Buslinien 41 (Richtung Tannenberg), 42 und 61 (Richtung Rungholtplatz) sowie die 62 (Richtung Woltersweg) fahren direkt bis zum Cruise Center (Haltestelle „Seegarten Ostseekai“.

Einen guten Überblick bietet die Website der Kieler Verkehrsbetriebe.

• Direkt vor dem Cruiseterminal ist Parken für Langzeitparker nicht möglich.
• Das Parkhaus ist ca. 500 m vom Kiel Ostseekai Cruise Center entfernt. Am besten man bringt sein Gepäck zuerst zum Cruise Center und fährt dann in das Parkhaus. Ein Bummel durch die Altstadt bis zum Cruise Terminal dauert ca, 20 min.
• Anfahrt: Wenn man in Kiel bereits angekommen ist, folgt man den Wegweisern “Fähre” und dann “Schwedenkai” bzw. “Fähre Göteborg”. An der Kieler Hauptpost biegt ihr links in Richtung „Ostseekai“ in die „Kaistraße“ ab. Nach ca. 700 m links abbiegen in die Flämische Straße. Das Parkhaus Altstadt befindet sich auf der rechten Seite. Navigationssysteme: Flämische Straße 15, 24103 Kiel
• Öffnungszeiten: täglich Einfahrt von 7 bis 22 Uhr, Ausfahrt 24h
