7 Day - Complete Iceland

My tour of Iceland with Arctic Adventures was simply magical - amazing weather, ice rocks on black beaches glistening in the 3 pm sunset, aquamarine icebergs, glacier hike, colossal snow peaked mountains, frozen waterfalls, geothermal spa pools and a bonus lucky Northern Lights sky show while in the evening geothermal soak. Our guide, Sindri was very informative about Iceland and its history and culture. His attention to detail and his consideration for our tour members was superb. This was a great tour as a solo traveller because there were plenty of stops to experience Icelandic’s natural beauty, The only downfall was the weather change in the latter part of the tour, which prevented the whale watching tour.

Glimpse of Europe (End Paris, 7 Days)

Martina was an excellent tour guide and Florin was a great driver! I always knew what we were doing, time and place to meet. Felt safe in the bus, he was an excellent and safe driver! The tour was fun and we saw some beautiful and wonderful places. The only place I wasn't too fond of was the place in Germany we stayed at. Other than that all the accommodations ere great!

A Taste of Scandinavia Tour

A Taste of Scandinavia

Nikolai was FANTASTIC!!!! He was a great tour leader. The tour took us to many places and he educated us well. However, just a few negative comments. The hotels were not satisfactory ....I am used to better hotels when I travel. Carrying my luggage throughout the tour was very burdensome. I am an older person, and although I am in great shape, I did not want to be responsible for carrying my luggage everywhere. There was an 89 year old man on our trip. He had a real hard time catching up. I usually go on escorted tours where my luggage, and everything else, is handled by the guides, not by me. I loved the places that wer went to and overall I would suggest people take Tourradar and Intrepid if they don't mind doing some of the labor involved.

Turkey Classics Tour Tour

Turkey Classics Tour

This is a short break but has completely covered western part of Türkiye. We were traveling during the 9 days public holiday of Ramadan. Our tour guide, Tamur had to adjust our itineraries on the fly so we could cover the places as it had been listed. Murat, our driver, found the short cut and managed the route well. We made it. Hotels are good location. Cave hotel is magnificent, good for photo and selfie. Overall, I recommend this tour.

What people love about 7 Day Europe Tours

The Arctic Adventure 7-day Tour is an unforgettable journey through Iceland’s pristine landscapes. We were fortunate enough to experience it all, the breathtaking waterfalls all along our journey, the geothermal pools, the Northern Lights at our stay at the Wilderness Center, ( Norðurdalur in Fljótsdalur, a MUST see and stay hideaway) hike a glacier, explore ice caves, tour the stunning Snaefellsnes Peninsula, each day unfolds like a mythical saga— Our tour guide, Sigurður Magnússon possessed an essence of knowledge, kindness, and friendliness with an astute grasp of the history of Iceland, adding to our wonderful vacation in Iceland. His passion for wanting to provide us with the best possible experience and take away lasting memories was evident in his captivating narratives along the route and at each destination. He was able to combine facts, fables and mystery into each story. We appreciated his expertise and attention to detail.

However, Bern is so much more than just fountains. Make visits to the Cathedral of Bern, Zytglogge, and Zentrum Paul Klee to explore a side of the city not generally shown and fall in love with it!

Stick to carry-on luggage to avoid extra fees . Check alternative airports for better prices.

Understanding Local Transportation Systems

Local Transportation Systems

Master the local commute. Europe’s cities boast efficient transport networks. Here’s how to use them:

  • Download the official city transport app . It’s a GPS and schedule in one.
  • Opt for daily or weekly passes for unlimited rides.
  • Seek out tourist-specific cards for transport perks and discounts.

Each system is unique. For instance:

  • Paris: The Métro is extensive. Get a carnet for a book of 10 tickets at a reduced rate.

Accommodation Insights: Where To Stay

Choosing where to sleep is key on your European adventure. Comfort, location, and price matter. Whether you crave coziness, camaraderie, or savings, options abound. Unpack the best resting spots for your dream trip below.

Comparing Hotels, Hostels, And Rentals

Hotels offer comfort and service but often at a higher price. They typically provide private rooms and amenities like dining and fitness centers. Hostels are the go-to for budget-friendly travelers and those eager to meet others. They feature shared rooms and common areas. Rentals, like apartments or houses, grant a “home away from home” feel, often with more space and kitchen facilities.

Consider these factors:

  • Privacy : Hotels provide the most, followed by rentals. Hostels least.
  • Cost : Hostels are usually cheapest, with rentals in mid-range, and hotels highest.
  • Amenities : Hotels win, but some rentals offer similar perks.
  • Community : Hostels excel for social vibes.
  • Length of Stay : Rentals can be best for long trips.

Location Over Luxury: What Matters Most

On a 7-day Europe trip, location trumps luxury . Staying central cuts travel time, letting you explore more . Choose accommodation that maximizes your itinerary . Save hours on transit and soak in the local vibe right outside your door. Sometimes, a simple room in the perfect spot beats a lavish suite afar.

Key pointers:

  • Proximity to attractions saves time.
  • Neighborhood safety is crucial.

Keeping Costs Down Without Missing Out

Dreaming of a European adventure but worried your wallet might not agree? Fear not! It’s entirely possible to soak in the wonders of Europe without blowing your budget. Let’s explore how smart planning and choosing the right activities can make a 7 Days Europe Tour not just a dream, but an affordable reality.

Budget-friendly Activities And Tours

Imagine stepping into the pages of history or basking in natural beauty, all while keeping costs low. Europe is ripe with options that promise rich experiences for little to no expense. Here are some pocket-friendly activities:

  • Free Walking Tours: Most European cities offer these. You’ll learn from locals without spending a cent.
  • Museums on Discounts: Many museums have ‘free entry’ days. Plan your visit around these.
  • Parks & Gardens: Pack a picnic and relax in some of Europe’s most beautiful green spaces for free.
  • Historic Sites: Some historic sites don’t charge admission, perfect for a stroll through the past.
  • Street Performances: Enjoy live entertainment as you explore Europe’s vibrant streets.

Smart Financial Planning For Your Trip

A little financial wisdom goes a long way on your Euro trip. Start with these strategies to save big:

  • Create a Daily Budget: Keep a clear daily spending limit to avoid overspending.
  • Travel Off-Peak: Plan your trip during quieter times. Hotels and flights cost less.
  • Public Transport Passes: Invest in passes for unlimited travel. It’s cheaper than taxis.
  • Meals at Local Markets: Shop and eat where the locals do. It’s delicious and cost-effective.
  • Accommodation Deals: Check out hostels or book rooms with kitchen facilities to save on eating out.

Keeping an eye on exchange rates also ensures you get the most out of every dollar. Prepaid travel cards can help avoid unnecessary bank fees.

Safety Considerations For European Travel

Embarking on a European adventure promises to be an exciting journey. However, staying safe is paramount. Tourists should keep abreast of potential risks. Preparing for unexpected situations ensures peace of mind. Let’s explore key safety considerations.

Common Tourist Scams And How To Avoid Them

Scams can happen anywhere. Europe’s no exception. Travelers should stay vigilant. Being aware of common tricks is the first line of defense. Here’s how to steer clear of scams:

  • Watch out for pickpockets: Busy areas are hot spots. Keep valuables close. Use anti-theft bags.
  • Skip the ‘free’ gifts: Bracelets or rings might not be free. Politely decline offers.
  • Avoid fake petitions: Scammers may ask for signatures. They want your wallet. Don’t stop for them.

Health And Insurance: Preparing For Emergencies

Health emergencies require swift action. Insurance is a safety net. Before you leave, consider the following:

  • Get travel insurance: It should cover health emergencies. Ensure coverage fits your needs.
  • Carry a health kit: Include basics like plasters, painkillers, and prescriptions.
  • Know local emergency numbers: 112 is Europe’s emergency call. Add it to your phone.

Returning Home: Preserving Memories

Your 7 Days Europe Tour will likely be a trip of a lifetime. As the journey ends, you bring back more than souvenirs. You carry experiences that transform into timeless memories. Finding meaningful ways to preserve these memories is essential. Keep the essence of your travels alive with creative documentation and learn to navigate the post-trip blues.

Creative Ways To Document Your Travels

Transform fleeting moments into lasting treasures. Your European adventure deserves a special place not just in your heart, but also on your shelf. Engage in fun and imaginative projects that keep your travel spirit kindled.

  • Scrapbooking: Combine tickets, postcards, and photos in a colorful scrapbook .
  • Travel Journal: Write down the highlights and funny stories from each day.
  • Photo Book: Create a themed photo book with captions to recollect each moment.
  • Blog: Share your experiences with a wider audience through engaging blog posts.
  • Map Pinboard: Mark every place you visited on a map, and add personal touches.

Dealing With Post-trip Blues

The excitement of travel can leave a void when the journey ends. Feeling down as reality dawns is common, but manageable. Remember, re-adjustment is a phase, and these tips can ease the transition.

  • Talk About It: Share your experiences with friends or fellow travelers.
  • Get Organized: Sort through photos and memorabilia to relive the adventure.
  • Plan Your Next Trip: Start dreaming and planning your next adventure!
  • Explore Locally: Rediscover your hometown and find new activities locally.
  • Stay Connected: Keep in touch with the friends you met on your tour.

7 Day Europe Itinerary – How to Plan an Epic Trip

Published Date:

Last Updated:

Share post:

Traveling throughout Europe is an incredible experience, and one that everyone should plan on doing especially if you are considering visiting this continent for the first time. Whether you are intrigued by the prospect of seeing Big Ben in London for the first time, or perhaps enjoying a romantic walk by the River Seine in Paris, the opportunities to explore Europe are endless. From weekend getaways to longer stays, a trip to Europe should be carefully planned to ensure you are maximizing your time. While we tend to focus on maximizing weekend getaways, we want to share our thoughts on how you can prepare the ideal 7 day Europe itinerary, and perhaps you will be inspired to book a trip in the near future.

barcelona

How to plan a trip to Europe for only 7 days? It’s a million dollar question, and one that can be extremely challenging and particularly daunting for those that are infrequent travelers. Thanks to the wonderful platforms and technology that we have readily available at our fingertips, this experience is much easier than you may first think.

london

Thanks to the amazing public transportation system, cheap flights, and other ways to get around Europe, exploring a variety of European destinations in a short time is certainly feasible. Click here for details on creating optimal travel plans between destinations to ensure you are ready to go with your dream European trip!

While our recommended itinerary is only a suggestion, our number one tip that we will always reiterate during any trip planning is to allow time for spontaneity. You could easily be forgiven for wanting to cram everything there is to see in Europe in a short time, but the reality is you have to be realistic about what you can accomplish.

Before we take a look at some suggested week long itineraries exploring some of the spectacular landmarks and sights in Europe, we want to provide you with some of our best tips on planning this type of an adventure. As always, please feel free to share your thoughts in the comments as to what you believe to be an optimal 7-day itinerary across Europe, along with any additional tips and tricks that you have found to be beneficial.

7 Day Europe Itinerary

Before you start thinking about possible itineraries, take a few minutes to think about the answers to the following questions:

  • Are there any “must-see” destinations on your bucket list that you need to ensure are on this itinerary?
  • Do you have a preference over how you connect between destinations (e.g. do you prefer to travel by train, flights, rental car etc.)?
  • Is your focus to see highlight attractions that are infamous to the location, or do you want to look “off the beaten path” to enjoy local experiences?
  • How ambitious are you in terms of how much you wish to see inside one week?

While you don’t need to have 100% concrete responses to each of these, having a few ideas will enable you to develop a much more efficient itinerary that works for your travel style. There is no right or wrong answer to planning a European week-long itinerary, but the better you plan, the more enjoyable the experience will be!

luxembourg

How to Begin Planning an Itinerary?

Ok, so you have established the basic answers to the above questions and you are ready to start planning. Take a dart and throw it against a map and see where it lands in Europe! Maybe not the most data-driven decision but for the truly spontaneous travelers out there, perhaps that’s the best approach. Alternatively, and what we believe to be better recommendation, would be to look at your starting point.

amsterdam

If you are traveling to Europe from another continent, your initial flight into a major European hub will likely determine how the itinerary will take shape. Whether it’s London, Paris, Frankfurt, or Milan, there are endless options to start your journey. You may even find a nation’s “second city” to be a better alternative, so be prepared to shop around and consider all your options.

Once you determine your starting point, map out 2 or 3 locations you don’t want to miss. From there, you can start building out a daily schedule of attractions, landmarks, and of course, those local hidden gems that truly creates a memorable experience in Europe. With so much rich history, heritage, and culture, you have to be willing to uncover some of these lesser known gems in order to truly appreciate the inherent beauty of this continent.

san marino

Spontaneity vs Strict Schedule

Creating an itinerary can frequently lead to people thinking this is a strict schedule that you must follow in order to make the most of your trip. Careful planning of the itinerary actually allows for some spontaneity and flexibility which alongside the organization of the initial schedule will create an even better experience during your visit to Europe.

swiss alps

An example of this would be if you are planning a 7-day trip and want to visit three destinations. You could consider spending two days in each, and then allow for one additional day to either add a smaller location en route to the next location, or perhaps you will find that 48 hours in a city (which in most destinations will be true!) is simply not enough to barely scratch the surface and you can spend an additional 24 hours there.

Our Favorite 7-Day European Adventures

The options are endless and the opportunities to explore Europe in 7-days create so many thoughts in our minds because it’s a ideal timeframe to explore a couple of your favorite destinations. While we want to emphasize that if you are able to add more time, this will enhance your trip even more, we realize that building at most a 7-day adventure is frequently what many people can afford both in terms of budget and time constraints.

Admittedly, we have several favorite itineraries that we have experienced in Europe across the period of 7-days (or less in some cases).

This is such a helpful and comprehensive guide for anyone who wants to visit Europe in a week. You have covered some of the most iconic and beautiful destinations in the continent and given some practical tips and suggestions for each day. I appreciate how you have balanced the time between sightseeing, relaxing and enjoying the local cuisine. You have also included some stunning photos that make me want to book a flight right now. Thank you for creating this amazing itinerary and sharing your experiences with us. You are a wonderful travel blogger! 🙌🙌🙌

I think it is a good idea to make the most of the big flight costs across the ocean by seeing multiple countries. We did England, Spain, Gibraltar the first time. Second time Switzerland, Italy, France.

How To Fully Relax And Unwind On Your Seven-day Cruise To Europe

Cruises out of europe for a relaxing vacation.

By Robert Schrader | Published on June 5, 2023

With a seven-day cruise to Europe, the possibilities for adventure are endless. Decisions and preparations can seem endless, too, though they don't have to be. By tackling a short to-do list before you depart and being mindful of a few important things as you travel, you can ensure your next week-long European cruise  is smooth sailing, no matter where it takes you. Speaking of which — that's a great place to start!

Where To Sail From — And To

Sunset in Santorini, Greece

As you'll know if you're well-versed on how to plan a European vacation, you'll also need to account for a few variables. Will you or anyone in your party need a day (or a few) to overcome jet lag upon arrival? Do you want to do sightseeing in your place of origin before or after your cruise? How well do you know the city, and if you don't, how much research do you need to do to make sure your departure (and the time leading up to it) is smooth?

Once you decide where you'll be sailing from and when you'd like to travel, you'll need to compare routes and see which is best for you. If, for example, the coasts of Spain and France are your priority, you might choose a western Mediterranean cruise . In addition to stopping in cities like Cannes in France  and Barcelona in Spain, other destinations on these cruises include Rome, Venice and Florence in Italy.

Another possibility for a seven-day cruise to Europe it to sail east. Some eastern Mediterranean cruises focus on one country or region — for example, the Greek Isles, including Santorini , Mykonos  and Crete . Others head to even more far-flung destinations, such as the Turkish port city of Kuşadası or Dubrovnik, the Croatian city where many pivotal scenes from Game of Thrones were filmed..

Explorer of the Seas Docked in New Zealand's Port

Europe's Ultimate Port Excursions

The key to choosing amazing port excursions is to look at your trip as a whole and make sure there's variety. Some people cruise through Europe precisely because they want to sun themselves on as many amazing beaches as possible. In this case, you should absolutely hit the sand as often as possible!

However, for most travelers, the most satisfying European vacation  is the most diverse one. Families, for example, might make sure that each of their children has at least a day to do what they want. One child might want to explore the temples of Ephesus in Turkey , while the other may prefer to take a vaporetto (water taxi) to the glassmaking island of Murano near Venice, Italy .

Couples taking a seven-day cruise to Europe should plan to balance exploration and relaxation. If your cruise travels between attraction-heavy cities like Athens, Venice or Barcelona, for example, you might focus the time between on lesser-known beaches — such as Cefalù in Sicily — or smaller towns and villages like France's Èze, which is not far from Cannes.

The Secret To Amazing Sea Days

The good news? When booking cruises out of Europe that lasts a week or less, you won't have too many idle days at sea. The better news? If you're clear about what will serve you best during the days and/or nights you'll need to spend away from dry land, you can ensure you make the most of them, ideally before you even set sail.

If you're on a couple's cruise, for example, you could use a sailing day for dining or drinking, particularly if your onshore excursions have been of the more active sort. Although everyone needs to fuel themselves, it can be difficult to enjoy a meal at a leisurely pace if you know you've got a long hike or an extensive day of exploring museums to tick off your European cruise itinerary. Likewise, if you rent a car and need to drive, local spirits are obviously a no-go!

Usually, the idle periods of a seven-day cruise to Europe serve a slightly different purpose for families, no matter what age the kids are. Teens and tweens may retreat to their devices while parents head to dinner or to enjoy entertainment. Or, if you have younger kids, you might procure onboard childcare so that you and your partner can have some time to yourselves before the next port of call.

The Power Of (Good) Packing

The key to packing well for a cruise is to hit the sweet spot. For example, when it comes to clothing, keep in mind that outfits are about combinations. Just because you're traveling for a week  doesn't mean you need seven tops, seven bottoms and seven pairs of shoes! One thing I like to do before traveling is to have a little fashion show in my closet and see how many different looks I can create with the fewest possible pieces. The same is true for toiletries or beauty appliances. Do you really need a flat iron when your hair is just going to curl anyway, or five different colognes when everything will just smell like the sea?

On the other hand, you'll want to make sure (and double-check) that you have packed everything essential. Think: medications you can't easily obtain abroad, important toys for your kids and books or magazines that aren't available on an e-reader. When packing something, try and rate on a scale of one to 10 how difficult it would be to find abroad. If it's a one, maybe leave it behind and save room for something else. If it's a 10, then by all means pack it!

Then, there's what you'll bring back (or won't, if you aren't much of a shopper). Travelers very into retail therapy might take along an extra empty bag to fill. For those more intent on coming home with memories, the essential thing is to pack a huge memory card and maybe even a USB stick or external hard drive just in case your phone gets too full of photos. The key, no matter your situation, is to be mindful of the type of traveler you are and to anticipate what you will (and won't) need.

Day-By-Day Cruise Itinerary Example

Want to know what a well-planned European cruise vacation looks like? Here's an example of one of the best cruise trips to Europe you can take!

Day 1:  Having arrived in Athens  two full days earlier (one for sleeping, one for sightseeing), you and your travel crew are ready to set sail!

Day 2:  Arrive in Mykonos, an island that's as famous for postcard-perfect beaches as it is for its charming old town and windmills. Have a low-key day with a nice meal in town or a swim and sunbathe, but maybe not both. Pace yourself and don't push too hard!

Day 3:  Head to Santorini , an island that's as beautiful as Mykonos , but the scenery and civilization are more intertwined. Hang out in coastal Oia, where you can enjoy jaw-dropping views as you sip (or take shots of!) ouzo and eat fresh-grilled octopus.

Day 4:  Your next stop is Crete, a larger Greek Island where towering inland mountains (and, in particular, Samaria Gorge) make perfect hiking destinations. Have smaller kids or an older person traveling with you? Not to worry! Chania Beach is one of Europe's most relaxing beaches.

Day 5:  Spend your sailing day doing whatever soothes you. For more forward-looking travelers, this may involve planning out the last few days of the cruise or even onward European travel if you plan to stay on the continent. Contemplative travelers may choose to edit photos or journal while your kids (or you — no judgment!) use onboard WiFi to catch up on their favorite series. Or, you might simply enjoy onboard food and drink.

Day 6:  Arrive in Palma, the largest city on the Spanish island of Mallorca . If you prioritized the beach in Greece, you might spend time dining and sipping fabulous drinks in Palma's Old Town. Conversely, Mallorca beaches such as Cala Mesquida and Cala Formentor are perfect if you want to veg out before arriving in Barcelona.

Day 7:  Although you can experience Barcelona sights such as Parc Güell, the Sagrada Familia church and Barceloneta Beach in just one day, it's best to spread things out more. Use your last cruise day to relax with paella or tapas upon arriving in the Catalonian capital, then endeavor to spend another day or two sightseeing.

  • gaara1234 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles Great Fast Tour. Good Value. Highly Recommended! Went on the Yellow Line (7-Day Spain and Portugal) Tour. This tour is jam-packed with things to do and see. Very fast-paced pace but while at the different locations, there is adequate time to see different attractions. You will not be able to see every main attraction and you might be not able to enter every attraction due to time restrictions and availability but this is warned to you ahead of time during booking and in the itinerary. The hotels we stayed at are only 3 stars and below. You may get the odd one or two 4-star hotels during your whole tour but this won't be communicated until the day before you arrive at your arrival city. The hotels are constantly changing due to availability and the size of your tour group. I would warn people to lower your expectations. Some of the hotels are very bad and some are very good. If you have no expectations, you won't be disappointed. On this tour, we had Mirjam as our tour guide. Despite what other reviewers may say about her. She was very organized and friendly and at no point would you say she was rushing you. Remember, she has a strict schedule she has to follow as this is a fast-paced tour and she has to get us to the main attractions, give us time to eat and shop, get us to our hotel and do it again the next day. I do not recommend being late for the pickup times she or any tour guide gives as there is a possibility of being left behind and that is on you not the tour company or the tour guide. Would I travel with GoEUGo again, yes I would and I plan to travel on their other lines. I've done their Green Line and now the Yellow Line. Loved both! Read more Written October 21, 2023
  • T327YDmonab 0 contributions 4.0 of 5 bubbles Worthwhile trip--hope you get a good TD. Actually went June 2022. 2 week tour of Copenhagen, Norway and Sweden. Beautiful place like Alaska where I grew up. I was frustrated that they only gave me 1 hour and 29 minutes to connect to my flight in Chicago when I wanted an earlier flight from Salt Lake. I was put off by Tour Director Goran Pilovec. I know I was not as fast as I wanted to be or that he wanted me to be. I am about 20 years older than he was. At a stop I was buying a snack and was attempting to make the transaction, dealing with language barriers and money and Goran came out yelling at me for taking too much time. I was in a hotel lobby and Goran was arguing with an employee in a language I couldn't understand. I also saw him arguing with someone when I was on the bus waiting for a ferry. It is a worthwhile trip and hope you don't get Goran as your tour director. Read more Written October 12, 2023
  • peonylaucw 0 contributions 1.0 of 5 bubbles Disappointing Our family joined 2 colour of lines (routes) by joining in the middle of the orange tour in Rome, then changed to the purple line in Avignon. The tour was in a rush and you spent most of the time on the coach, basically a coach tour. Just wanna share an example of a day - we rushed from Senreno in Italy in the early morning to Monaco in the later morning, then Nice in the afternoon, Cannes in the evening, and finally somewhere near Avignon at night. Horribly spent >5 hours on coach a day. If you like rushing your day, that’s definitely your choice. Further, you got sent to “tourist shopping facilities”. For example, the fragrance factory in France, the leather “factory” in Italy… they’re actually a shop but prolly there’re commission in between so everyone got sent there for few hours every two days regardless of the super packed schedule. For the accommodation, poor on average as expected. Minimal service, facilities, and equipments were served from the hotel, not to mention the super small hotel rooms. Every night is a disappointment. Moreover, the tour guides quality were poor than average. I’m sorry to say that but that’s the reality - the first tour guide Ken was not quite organised, for example, dumped us for toilet stop in Cannes and the famous red carpet was actually blocked. Tourists were left there without direction then went back to the coach. Such a disappointment. Another discouraging thing was about the sexist joke that he thought Asian could take over. Sorry but that’s a no. For the second tour guide in the purple line, Andy, he was sneaky. When we first got picked up from the hotel, Andy already pressured us to buy the “package” of tourist spots by exaggerating that it would cause trouble to other tour mates for taking extra route and time if not visiting these famous spots. We found out it was a lie as 2 out of 40 tourists didn’t buy anything and we all got sent to the same spot and shared the same bus route. More importantly, he sold the ticket of Pont du Gard at €25 per head, which its official website only charges us €6.5. That’s definitely a RIPE OFF. Unfortunately, every second in the tour was a torture and not sure if it would be a right choice to be with Go Euro Go anymore. Read more Written September 29, 2023

Mickey was very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. We really enjoy ed her company. She should get a RAISE. Andy was also friendly and ran a tight ship. He too is a very good asset to Go Eu Go.. We hit most of the hot spots and enjoyed each one of them. The room accommodations and transportation that this company provides makes the trip soooo easy.. you can sample each city. Next time you visit, you’ll know where to stay longer.. we recommend this tour guide company, but if you happen to get Mickey or Andy as a guide they will be a bonus!!!! TAKE CARE MICKEY and ANDY see you next time around.. Read more Written September 27, 2023
  • Explore00512126600 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles Great Experienc The tour was so wonderful. A glimpse of places to see is enough. Mickey C., our tour leader is an excellent guide Very knowdgeable of everything about the trip. She was very strict with the time so that we can reach our destinations on time. She was kind and caring especially for the elderlies who were with us who are much slower. She stays behind the group when we have a local tour guide, constantly monitoring so that no one gets lost and left behind. She was very patient especially with tour members who complain. She was very thorough. As soon as we get to our hotels, she has already set up everything and you don't have to wait long in the lobby after a long and very busy and exhausting day of sighseeing. She just hand over us the keys or keycards. She constantly informs us of what to do next so you are not guessing what will happen next. She cracks jokes at times while inside the bus so as to not make the travel boring. I wish she would be our tour guide again when we use goeugo on our next Europe travel. Our trip commenced July 14th in Stockholm Sweden and concluded July 30th in Oslo Norway. If one enjoys the beauty of nature with stunning fjord views and majestic mountains you will love this excursion. Our lodging was excellent as was the itinerary and associated value. Thanks to our tour leader, Roger Marsden the experience was in no way stressful as Roger went above and beyond to facilitate our every request and or concerns. Without a doubt the best tour leader we have ever had! Read more Written July 31, 2023

Institutional, unseasoned/bland, dried out by heat lamps, tough as leather hamburgers, overcooked seafood, skimpy with sauces, and the rankest oysters I have ever encountered in my life. We did get a visit from the Maitre'd and chef at our server's request, in one ear and out the other. Not done yet! we disembarked to the airport during a Code Red weather event, totally unsafe. Unassisted!!! We had to walk up a dock approximately 150 yards, 30 mph crosswinds, 3 foot swells, escorting my 94 year old mother @105 pounds, my sister at 110 pounds. No help from the crew even offered. As for the rest of the trip, very nice. Accommodations were roomy, great shower, and super lighting throughout. Loved the daily walking tours, scenery was fabulous, loved the windmills. Antwerp and Noord were my favorites. Food servers and housekeeping went above and beyond. Read more Written July 28, 2023

  • KrasLMT2022 0 contributions 4.0 of 5 bubbles Amazing experience My friend and I took the Red Line Tour, we had an excellent experience with this tour. I was very skeptical at first because of some negatives reviews about the hotels but actually hotels were very good, nice and clean and those Continental breakfasts were outstanding . For most of the tour we had the best Tour Guide ever, LEX, not only he is very knowledgeable about the history of these countries but he is also an exceptional human being. On our last 2 days we were transferred to another bus with a different Tour Guide Eric, he wasn't that friendly, he dropped us one hour earlier (5:00PM) at the front of the Central Station without letting us finish our tour in Amsterdam which was only walking to the Red Lights District. We arranged our Taxi in advanced to pick us up at 7:00 PM and we had to walk with our luggage all the way across the Central Station because he did not want to drop us off at the back where all of the taxis and buses were supposed to park and we had to wait for almost 2 hours for our taxi sitting at the station because we couldn't go anywhere with our luggage. That is the reason for giving 4 stars. Other than that we had an amazing time. I personally I'm very grateful we had Lex as our Tour Guide for most of the tour. Read more Written June 5, 2023

We experienced beautiful The 7 day tour of Scandinavia was great, as it covered a lot of Sweden and Norway in a short amount of time. Also Copenhagen. It would have been good to not have such a long drive from Stockholm to Lillehammer, as we spent from 8am to 6pm on the bus with some stops. Maybe an overnight stop somewhere. • gulliver55555 0 contributions 5.0 of 5 bubbles OAT (Overseas Adventure Travel) Backroads of Iberia This 16 day OAT trip started with 3 nights in Lisbon and continued into Spain. We stayed in posadas in Portugal and paradores in Spain ending with 3 nights in Toledo in a hotel with a side trip to Madrid and the Prado. Before leaving Portugal we visited a cork factory, cork being their leading export. In Spain we visited a large olive oil factory and farm and also a fighting bull raising ranch but didn't see a bull fight. A trip to the massive cathedral in Seville was a highlight as was a trip into Madrid to visit the Prado. The many overnights in smaller towns and a home visit with a family gave us a perspective of Spain's history and culture you don't get by seeing only the big cities and we enjoyed it immensely. The OAT guide, Manuel Alarcón knows Spain like a book since he has lived there all his life. He was attentive, efficient and always available to answer questions and address glitches along the way. • 55trucl 0 contributions 4.0 of 5 bubbles Amazing tour guide, ok tour The ONLY reason why I’m giving this tour a 4 star is because of Florian the tour guide. He’s exceptional! Pretty much the best tour guide I’ve ever seen. Speak many languages fluently with perfect accent. Super accommodating, friendly and entertaining. Very knowledgeable and all around an incredible tour guide. The tour package Itself had some problems such as the 16 chapel and the Colosseum being closed when we were in Rome. Those are the two main places people wanna see when they go to Rome. Yet we did not get to see them because of the date (holiday). That should have been planned better. Hotels got worst as the trip went on. So A+++ 5/5 stars for Florian the tour guide, and 3/5 stars for the tour, so in total of 4 stars. Read more Written January 4, 2023

How to get tickets to international shows on Taylor Swift’s 'Eras Tour'

The “Shake It Off” singer’s fan base infamously crashed Ticketmaster when they overcrowded the system while trying to buy tickets when they went live on Nov. 15, 2022. Since then, the platform has employed a new ticket purchasing process that has kept crashes at bay — so far.

The new purchasing multi-step process first requires pre-registration in order to be eligible for pre-sales and regular sales. However, pre-sales and registration are closed for all current international tour dates.

Fans who are interested in attending an international show can try purchasing tickets on reseller sites such as StubHub and SeatGeek.
