I have booked my package with easmytrip For the 1st time, my reason to book with them is it’s 100 percent owned by Indian. I had a great vacation, my coordinator was vinisha, she arranged everything so well, because of that it went so smooth and hassle free, we had some problem at Neil island I think they could have done better because that hotel at Neil island had no Wi-Fi, and no phone signal because of that we were having had time to connect with our taxi, other than that there was no problem with other stuff. I will definitely go with them again and will recommend others too.

The promo code is pointless. You still charge your full fee.

The promo code doesn't help because you charge the same fee regardless. It's unfair & misleading... I attempted to change the date of my flight and noticed that the new flight is actually cheaper than the one I originally booked. However, your system is adding your airline charges on top of the lower rate. This seems unfair. Shouldn't there be no additional fees for changing to a less expensive flight option?

Dishonest company

Dishonest company. I would not book via them. We booked our refundable international flight tickets (Etihad) with the HDFC concierge’s help via EMT. Due to personal reasons we had to cancel the tickets. This is all well in advance of the travel, a month in advance. We got charged 50% of the ticket amount. Basically EMT didn’t actually book refundable tickets. Avoid them like the plague and check the third party vendor your service is using. Further, the EMT portal declared ‘fully refundable’ at the time of booking. Whereas they’ve posted a reply saying that their website details all cancellation terms. Very prompt ORM, I must say. Which unfortunately only emphasises their opaqueness and terrible CX. If you really want to help, have a CXO reach out to me on WhatsApp. It’s the only way I’ll talk to y’all. Please don’t waste my time with random calls. I don’t take calls from spammy, dishonest organisation numbers.

Hotel didn't accept the easemytrip booking

I had a very bad experience with easemytrip and the hotel guys. I made a booking through easemytrip and when I reached the hotel they said they would not allow the easemytrip booking. They said that easemytrip is not paying the hotel so will not accept the easemytrip booking. I called customer care and i asked them to talk with the hotel receptionist but they refused and they said will arrange a callback. I waited more than 15 minutes and i called again to easemytrip and requested call back again I waited again 15 minutes and didn't get the call back so i left the hotel and booked other hotel.

Awesome trip to Andaman

Despite a last minute booking we made, Mandeep and team from Easemytrip made sure to provide loads of options in terms of great stays and a solid itinerary to cover the best places in Andaman. All the travel coordinators were very professional and punctual, and they guided us the best to visit and navigate the busy Andaman tourist hotspots. Non Exsistent Customer support

One can get a ticket but do not expect any type customer support for any booking related issues. They have have absolute incapable support team not able to resolve any issues. Had to follow up with their team for more then a month for voucher i paid for on their site and never recieved. After one month of follow when i finally do recieve the voucher its says its an already used voucher. What kind of SCAM is this company.

Easemytrip was a nightmare!

This website is the worst. The customer service is poor. I booked an international flight and had to reschedule it due to change of plans.. these guys made my life a living hell due to this.. they did not send me any invoice and sent the new ticket with wrong information. The customer service takes hours to answer since it’s IVR and they don’t know how to resolve your issue. Don’t book your flights via this website !! It’s a nightmare

Will never buy a ticket with them again

Yesterday I bought a ticket which was supposed to be much cheaper but at the time of payment I was charged more (airline price), and I wouldn’t obviously bought it on their website if I knew it before. I would have bought it on the the airline website or on another website with a better price. I tried to cancel the booking while the ticket was still pending but the website wouldn’t let me. So I tried to call them several time but after ringing for ages the call would just drop. I managed to speak with someone today but they told me if I cancel I would have to pay a cancellation fee even though it should be free within 24 hours from reservation.

Easemy trip is not a reliable service. i have booked my tickets for 7 march 2024, flight was cancelled by airlines, Indigo has refunded the amount but easemy trip is not returning the amount. my booking id is Booking ID - EMT130927161, PNR - D4NYJE I already received a mail from indigo of full refund credit notes

Very bad experience with EaseMyTrip

Very bad experience with EaseMyTrip. I booked ticket through this cheater agent but meanwhile flight cancelled & received mail & message from flight service that all amount will be refunded shortly. Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I tried rescheduling my flight, and money was deducted from my account. I received an email stating that the rescheduling was rejected and that the money would be refunded to my account within 6-7 working days. However, it still hasn't been refunded after a month. Calling and dealing with their unprofessional and incompetent customer care representatives is a waste of time.

Changed my flight fare after confirmation

Recently I booked a flight from London to hyderabad with easemytrip.com and after I booked my ticket one of their associates called to inform me that my tickets were cancelled and if I need to book a ticket again I have to pay more £60. I am never going to trust this company again and I will recommend anyone who is planning to book with them to think twice before booking, very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.
