First trip to Italy

This was my first trip to Italy and using Firebird. They did a great job and were very attentive. They followed our flight from Dublin to Venice and recognized we had two delays. Our driver in Venice was right there when we finally arrived and took us to the water taxi which took us very close to our hotel. My only concern was the length of the various tours. Seven out of the 8 people in our group were senior citizens and all 8 agreed the 4 hours of touring and walking was tiring, and after a while people started tuning out the guide. It would be most welcomed if there was a break in the middle. All our guides were very knowledgeable and considerate. Transportation was handled very well. I would use Firebird again and recommend them to others planning a trip. At Firebird I corresponded with Greta and she always got back to me promptly and answered all my questions.

Exceeded my expectations

Exceeded my expectations! I am a solo traveler and asked Firebird if they could put together an unguided tour complete with lodging and transportation details if I provided basic information about what I expected to see and do. Natalia put this together for me, answered countless questions, made suggestions to enhance my trip taking in selected Switzerland, Austria, Italy and Germany sites.

Amazing Scandinavian Adventure

Our trip was such a wonderful experience. The team created the perfect Scandinavian experience for us. Each stop was different from the one before, and we were always in awe of all the things we were able to see and do despite the limited time. The Firebird team hit all of our bucket list items, from visiting the Vasa Museum; staying at the original Ice Hotel; dog sledding; and we were lucky enough to enjoy the Northern Lights at two of our stops. All of our hotels were perfect with the friendliest staff, great food and perfect rooms. The transfers made traveling from Denmark to Sweden to Finland as stress free as possible. This trip is one that we will always remember.

Our family had a wonderful experience on our Firebird tour of Rome, Sorrento and Sardinia. We were able to tailor our experiences to our personal tastes. They suggested tours and we could pick which ones we wanted. Tour guides covered all of our transfers arriving exactly on time at airports and hotels. Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that…

Our trip to Italy was a dream trip that we never expected to happen. We had heard excellent recommendations about Firebird so we gave them a try. Best decision for us. Every thing was perfectly planned and executed. We went (for us) first class. Train transfers, drives, hotels, separate tours…everything went like clockwork.

UK & Italy September 2023

We truly enjoyed our experience with Firebird Tours/Triptile to customize our trip to London, Naples & Rome! Everything from the initial planning to the actual trip went well. It was nice to not have to worry about transportation between airports and train stations as well as for the tours. There was a hiccup or two but those were solved right away by the support team. We would definitely book through Firebird again for future trips!

Dear Firebird Anna, Daria, Mariana, Veronica ,Olga , Christian Compliments to Firebird and everyone that made our vacation a perfect 9 days Your customer service , from each of the individuals we spoke with via email or phone was exceptional. Everyone was professional and informative and had the unique special talent to always express concern, sincerity and friendship in communicating responses to any question All the guides were very good , pleasant people and knowledgeable about the venue we toured Sabrina was perfect and could not have possibly been any better Emiliano was good Valentina was good, though we felt we could have seen more in St. Peter’s Basilica. Our itinerary stated we would be back at the hotel at 19:30 unfortunately we were back at 17:30 , ironically there was time to bring us to a Vatican souvenir shop outside the Holy Land Carmino was a very good guide in Pompeii Mariana was exceptional, very close to Sabrina We deviated slightly from the planned itinerary we did not have to time to enter and visit the cathedral and cloister but it was replaced by a pleasant surprise — we took a short boat ride to view the coast from the sea Again there was time to visit a local gift shop before the boat ride Nevies ( forgive any misspelling) was very very nice and very pleasant to be with and listen to Each of your drivers were exceptional and all your vehicles were exceptional, new, clean and spacious Firebird did a great job, we were very satisfied and have no complaints and will use you again and will recommend you to anyone Our only regret? The vacation was too short

Our Bella Italia Tour was everything we hoped it would be

Firebird Tours was fabulous to work with from booking and pre-visit questions to all the details of our trip being perfectly orchestrated. We were taken care of every step of the way with first class guides, hotels, and transportation. We had many guides throughout our trip and they were fabulous teachers about the art, architecture, and history of each area we visited. We learned so much while having a great time!

Firebird Tours, Trip to Switzerland, France, Spain

Firebird was professional and responsive from our first contact. They helped us prepare a great itinerary that hit all the high points we targeted. They were timely and helpful when we reached out during our trip. Hotels were all very nice and a couple exceptional, only one was disappointing. Guides were 5 out of 5 stars. Nearly all logistics worked as planned. We had a wonderful experience, due in no small part to Firebird and their help.

Absolutely loved our recent trip to Italy. Firebird tours incorporated our "wish list" into a wonderful trip for the four of us. Our guides were prompt, knowledgeable and personable. The drivers were amazing! We felt pampered the entire tour. Will use again for future trips and heartily recommend!

Well planned trip to Italy

Well planned trip to Italy (Rome, Amalfi Coast, Sorrento, Florence, Venice). All the hotels were centrally located with spacious rooms and friendly staff. All transportation seamless (private drivers, trains, and water taxis). All tour guides were extremely knowledgeable and personable. Worth the small extra cost to have a coordinated private trip for our group of 4. Customer service was very responsive before and during the trip as needed. Accommodated our request to reverse the order of the sites. First time using and Would definitely use Firebird tours again. Made for a stress free vacation!

We absolutely loved our tour experience…

We absolutely loved our tour experience in Venice, Italy Elisabetta Amadi was our tour guide during our time spent walking the beautiful bridges and going back in time with all of the history there. She did such an amazing job with us in August 2023 visit that we came back again Sept 2023.

This was our first vacation with Firebird Tours; however, it will not be our last. Thomas B. Was very helpful setting up our trip (providing support until our departure and responding quickly to us during our trip). The hotels were excellent, as were the highly curated experiences. This vacation was a "girls trip" and every single person could not have raved more about the trip, tours, tour guides and service.

Terrific trip to Japan

Thank you to the entire Firebird team for an awesome trip to Japan. My wife and I spent 11 days seeing Tokyo, Hakone, Kyoto, Nara, Osaka, Hiroshima and Miyajima. Everything ran exactly like scheduled. The hotels, drivers, guides, trains, activities, tours, etc were all great! The overall service during the trip and in helping us plan the trip was also fantastic. Thanks again, Firebird, for a very memorable experience.

Excellent Experience

From start to finish, our small-group tour to Italy with Firebird Tours was top-notch. The booking process was clear and easy. The Firebird staff responded very quickly to any questions and requests. The hotels were so beautiful and hotel staff all were extremely friendly and accommodating. All of the tour guides were so personable and clearly were expert in their field, so professional. Drivers were great, helped with our luggage when needed. While on tour, if we had any questions or concerns, Firebird responded immediately. We are now completely hooked on Firebird Tours and will travel with them again very soon!

FIREBIRD…..WOW!

I’m not a guy who typically offers online opinions but WOW! I was very apprehensive about choosing an online tour company, but for some unknown reason, I chose Firebird. I loved how Stan Nowak gave me a quick callback after my initial online inquiry. This man is very good. We just returned yesterday from our Scandinavian vacation and Firebird DID NOT disappoint! Our adventure , including drivers, train tickets, transfers, ferries and mid-trip airline tickets were perfect…not one glitch! The enthusiasm of those providing our walking tours were off the charts. Italy Per Our Desires

Our custom designed tour checked off all our bells and whistles. Firebird was reachable every step of the way. The guides were excellent especially Flavia our guide on the Isle of Capri, Alejandro our Florence guide, and especially Barbara our chef who invited into her home for a cooking lesson. I would definitely use Firebird for my next trip!

This travel agency is the best! They planned everything meticulously, from the taxi transfers to the airplane tickets and the tours. They made my experience an unforgettable adventure to Finland.
