A family friend of the founder developed Chiari malformation (chronic pain) and subsequently underwent standard NHS treatment, i.e Painkillers, and experienced no improvement in their health. After receiving a mix of pain therapy treatments such as massage and reflexology, they began to notice significant improvements in their well-being. The family friend went from a state of being bed bound, living with a poor quality of life, to walking, exercising & socializing – living life to the fullest.

Unfortunately, the NHS did not provide all this treatment, resulting in huge financial strain. This made the founder want to offer affordable pain relief therapy in Bournemouth of the highest quality.

Whilst holidaying in Bournemouth, I decided to have a massage. I was thrilled to find this gem right on my doorstep. The atmosphere inside belies the fact that it's on a busy road. Calm, mood lighting and music and with a relaxing scent of something nice. Tong gave me ample time to prepare myself for my full body oil massage. After a good hour I can honestly say I felt amazing! Tong uses her hands, arms and knees in the pursuit of what I'd call proper Thai massage. She gets right into the muscles and alternates a heavy, light and smooth touch. I will definitely be going back and highly recommend this lovely place, particularly if like me, you play sport and are getting on a bit.

Fantastic place. My wife and I both go here and always walk out feeling human again. Strong, consistent and extremely relaxing. Highly recommended.

The idea of sports massage is to manipulate the body's soft tissues and focus on certain muscle groups/body areas to prepare for or recover from sporting events, or to treat injury. Always a great experience. Nice surroundings, friendly staff. I had a really relaxing massage with Infinity, and had sparkly gel nails done. Feeling good now. Ready for anything!

If you have deep rooted neck and shoulder tension, headaches and daily pain. I highly recommend Lou, she provides a massage at a level that suits you, may take a sequence of visit to release the tight areas, but well worth it, no more pain. Lou is very profressional, and informative, you will feel like your floating when you leave, and have the best night sleep ever xx
