Normal gondola boat hours are from Wednesday to Saturday from 6 pm to 10 pm and (other days are available by appointment). The length of rides will vary from approximately 20-30 minutes depending on which package you purchase. For same day bookings after 4pm, please call for availability. Our season begins April 1st and ends November 30th, however, weather can always shorten or lengthen our season. Gift cards are available throughout the year.

Great customer service from Anna and her team. We went to Cancun and everything was seamless. We were booked a swim in and out at an all- inclusive resort. I will use them again for travel.

Terrible customer service. Once they make the sale, you're on your own. Booked a Hawaiian vacation for 4 families with them. The last hotel charged one of the families an additional $1250.00 for 2 extra guests in the room. We showed them paid receipts from Cruise Holidays. They said they meant nothing since we didn't have receipts directly from the hotel. When I contacted Cruise Holidays they assured me it was a mistake. A few days later, they email me and tell me their 3ed party contractor that actually booked the hotel said we owed the money. The owner of the company was useless in getting this resolved. I filed a Small claims petition and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB were able to contact the hotel corporate headquarters. After an investigation, they refunded our money. No help from Cruise Holidays at all.

I don't know about these other reviews, but everything came off for me perfectly without a hitch. Perfectly planned and executed. Very good staff. Very helpful. They have served me well for two cruises. The next cruise I'll be calling them again.

Deck 15, Royal Caribbean Allure of the Seas. Fun in the sun. Beer, tropical drinks, snacks a plenty! What else is there?!

Planned my daughters destination wedding through this group. Once we got on board with the agency the only time you got a call back concerning a question was if you said you were going to book another guest. They were rude and not the least bit helpful. Out of 30 guests 9 had to book with another agency bc they couldn't be bothered to return a call. The whole feel of the agency was we have your deposits, you're locked in with us, too bad. The travel agent that booked the other guests took all our calls and assisted us with all questions. Thank God! Guess what we're all going again this yr to Cancun. The other agency will get ALL our business. You just lost a chunk of money due to your indifference to your cluents. Shame on you. My daughters wedding made you big money.

We booked a last minute cruise with this agency. Upon booking we were told that we qualified for a free perk ( we chose the unlimited drink package. Then after booking we were told our room didn't qualify for this perk. This is over a $600 value perk. After explaining that we were verbally told this was available and also the agent explained ever other perk we could choose from ( obvious ignorance), we were basically called liars and told they would give us a $50 credit. Completely awful customer service!

We had a trip to Hawaii planned through this company. Even though we told the agent about health issues that I had that involved sitting for long periods of time, she still chose to put us on a 7 hour flight out of Dallas instead of going through LA or San Fran where our trip would have been broken up. When I would call with questions, she would just tell me I would have to call the airlines or hotel myself. The lady at American Airlines asked me why my agent wasn't taking care of this and I just told her she'd refused. The only thing I can say is that the hotel we stayed at was beautiful. But having flights that are that long (when there are other options) was just terrible, especially when she knew I needed to be able to get up and move around and not sit for long periods of time. I wouldn't use them for another trip ever. I think they take care of so many "big spenders" that ours was just a drop in the bucket to them and it just didn't seem to matter. Customer service was totally lacking. Even after sending an e-mail with my concerns, the owner didn't even bother to respond. Their office manager called us (who had nothing to do with all of this) and the agent never did respond, even when asked for information. If you aren't taking a lot of trips every year and using them on a consistent basis, I couldn't recommend them for anything.

Guests aboard Mark Twain Riverboat dinner cruises are treated to live music, a buffet meal featuring Riverboat Roast Beef, Baked Boneless Chicken Breast, Baked Potatoes, Seasoned Green Beans, the Captain’s Favorite Pasta Salad, a Deluxe Tossed Salad, Dinner Rolls and Dessert.  Iced Tea and Coffee are included, and a cash bar is also available.

Once on board, you are escorted to your table, then you are free to roam the boat until the captain announces that dinner is ready.  After dinner, you are free to dance or sit back and enjoy the music.  Live entertainment is included on Dinner Cruises.  It may be The Rivermen playing modern jazz (Saturday night from Memorial Day thru September), or you might get to enjoy the music of Tim Hart (Mondays & Tuesdays), or Adam Ledbetter and David Damm (Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday).  Listen or dance to their favorite tunes — and they have been known to take a request or two.  And you never know when a crew member or two may step up on the stage and join in.

It’s a fun night of music for the young and the young at heart!  The dancefloor is available after dinner if you are so inclined, or you can choose to dance under the stars on the outer decks (no dancing on the tables and chairs, please).

The Captain’s Sunday Lunch

Enjoy lunch and a cruise on a lovely Sunday!  The dockside meal includes a buffet of Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Seasoned Green Beans, Deluxe Lettuce Salad with dressing, Dinner Roll, and the Captain’s Favorite Pasta Salad.  Iced tea, coffee and water accompany the meal.  Top all of this with a delicious Ghirardelli Triple Chocolate Brownie.

Following lunch, enjoy a delightful one-hour sightseeing cruise on the “Mighty Mississippi” complete with river history, facts about Mark Twain, riverboat stories, and a few (or more!) tall-tales.

Lunch begins at 12:30 p.m.  Departure from the dock will be at 1:30 p.m. and returns at 2:30 p.m.
