Horrible company, no assistance searching for lost luggage, mocks you in front of the entire tour participants, won't reimburse for clothing that needed to be purchased due to lost luggage. Herds you like cattle from location to location so quickly, you never get to immerse yourself in the local culture. Don't use them so they go bankrupt. Save yourself the heartache and your money!

Just came home from Cocasus trip which includes Azerbaijan, Georgia, Armenia. The trip was much more than I expected. Beautiful mountains, scenery, history and many stories spoken there. The hotel we stayed and the food and wine were exceptionally good. Thanks to Aju travel for putting this package together. I read all these negative reviews the day before I booked the trip, but went anyway because my Korean friend they'd been taking their tours for nearly 20 years and loved them. Guess what? I'm glad I went, because it was a great trip overall. I took the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas tour. They did not oversell nor under-deliver on any services promised. In fact, I give them an A+ in the Value department. The two hotels we stayed at were clean, secure, and pleasant. The restaurants they stopped at were good, some really good as was the case in LV and Williams. The tour bus was modern, looked new-ish to me, had huge comfortable seats with plenty of leg/arm room, and storage above you for personal items, bags, etc. You can bring your own food, however they did ask us to only drink water while on the bus, ostensibly to help prevent stains occurring on the nice seats. Hey- no complaints here as I really appreciated the clean seats! Know this if you decide to go, you should like Korean food, and understand the language as the tour guide speaking to us while on the road did so in Korean. Lastly, our guide, Sun, did a great job throughout the trip telling stories and giving updates on our various tour and 'pit' stops. He and the driver were polite and helpful at all times. I especially like the stop in the ghost town!

Traveling during winter season is dangerous. Thanks to expert driver, we were able to return safely. I didn't know there could be that much snow in Grand Canyon... However, it's very different experience because I never traveled during winter.

Had a great experience working with Aju Travel when booking a trip to NYC + Canada. I booked a trip with my mom - she doesn't live in California so she initially got a lot of details from Aju via phone. When we decided on a tour and the dates, I went to the actual location to book our trip and it was pretty seamless. When finalizing the booking, you will want to have your form of payment with you and your passport (I'm assuming it's only if you travel outside of the US). After confirming the tour we were booking, I received a packet of information with flight details and a full schedule. This isn't the first time we've been on a Korean tour - we've actually been on a few while in Korea and this tour worked pretty much the same way. The only difference with our tour through Aju is that it wasn't just individuals that booked through Aju - only about 5 people book the tour through Aju in LA. Our small group flew to NY and met up with a guide at the airport. From there, we went to dinner and then to our hotel for the night. In the morning, our group joined 2 other groups to start our tour - a group of individuals who booked the tour from Korea along with another small group from Georgia. You cover a LOT of ground in a short amount of time so expect to be traveling on a bus for a good amount of time. You won't get to see everything in a city you visit. These tours are a great way to visit multiple locations and get a glimpse into what the cities have to offer. If you find that you enjoyed a certain city, you can always visit again on your own and have the chance to do more exploring. For hospitality, you will generally stay at an average hotel - think Best Western, Days Inn, Holiday Inn, etc. When it comes to dining, you will eat a lot of Korean food! More than half of the places we ate at were Korean. Most of the meals are also already set up, even though you're at a restaurant, you don't get to order off the menu. I enjoy going on Korean tours in general. We didn't run into any issues working with Aju so I'll definitely keep Aju in mind for the next time we book another one.
