Event Details

Following the news of her highly anticipated third studio album HIT ME HARD AND SOFT, set for release on May 17, Billie Eilish has announced details of her upcoming HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR, which will be coming to The O2 for an incredible six-night run, on Thursday 10, Friday 11, Sunday 13, Monday 14, Wednesday 16 and Thursday 12 July 2025.

SUSTAINABILITY EFFORTS

Billie Eilish will continue her long-standing partnership with environmental nonprofit REVERB on this tour, building on the success of previous efforts, which resulted in over $1 million donated to environmental, greenhouse gas reduction, and climate justice projects, more than 150,000 fan actions, and much more. Sustainability efforts on this tour will include reducing greenhouse gas pollution, decreasing single-use plastic waste, supporting climate action, and updating concession offerings to promote and encourage plant-based food options with Support+Feed.

ECO-VILLAGE

The Billie Eilish REVERB Eco-Villages will be set up at 2 locations in the main concourse of every show where fans can take part in the tour’s sustainability efforts, connect with nonprofits, and take meaningful action for people and the planet.

SUPPORT+FEED

For collective action at the intersection of climate and food, Support+Feed will be launching a 360 campaign throughout the tour. Following the success in 2022, Support+Feed will offer an expanded version of the Support+Feed Pledge inspiring fans to eat one plant-based meal a day for 30 days with digital elements and community activations. Fans will also have the opportunity to participate in Plant-based Food Drives in a selection of cities alongside the tour to raise awareness and gather food to distribute to local communities.

Fans are encouraged to join the effort to make the HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR more sustainable. Where possible, take public transportation and carpool to and from the shows to help reduce greenhouse gas pollution and encourage more public transportation options. Fans will receive information via email about public transportation options before the show.

Venue partners are also helping to lessen the environmental footprint of the tour. In addition to efforts to decrease waste through reducing or eliminating single-use plastics and diverting landfill waste with compost and recycling, venues will be offering plant-based food options at all shows.

FAN PARTICIPATION

Bring an empty reusable water bottle or donate for a custom RockNRefill Nalgene bottle to fill up at the free water refill stations located at each venue. The RockNRefill bottles and refill stations are located at the Eco-Villages in the main concourse at all shows. By Bethany Minelle, Arts and entertainment reporter @BethanyMinelle

Monday 29 April 2024 17:42, UK

Billie Eilish has announced a new tour and will be coming to the UK next summer.

The 22-year year old 's show is named after her latest album - Hit Me Hard And Soft - and will kick off in North America in September.

It will then head to Australia in February 2025, before travelling across Europe and arriving in the UK on 7 July when she will perform for two nights in Glasgow, at OVO Hydro.

Eilish will then play six nights at the O2 in London, and four nights at the new Co-Op Live arena in Manchester - a venue that has been beset with problems as it prepares to open to the public.

The singer will then play two gigs in Dublin, Ireland, at the 3Arena.

A vocal environmentalist, fans are being encouraged to take "sustainable transport" during the tour, which will also feature "eco-villages" and encourage plant-based food options.

The tour will partner with the plant-based food organisation Support + Feed - an initiative founded by Eilish's mother Maggie Baird - and environmental non-profit organisation REVERB.

The concerts will also aim to reduce "greenhouse gas pollution, decreasing single-use plastic waste, supporting climate action", the promoters Live Nation said.

Eilish's third studio album comes out on 17 May, a month after Taylor Swift 's much lauded album The Tortured Poets Department .

Like Swift, Eilish is encouraging fans to listen to the collection as a whole, saying on her website that the new body of work should be listened to chronologically as it "hits you hard and soft both lyrically and sonically, while bending genres and defying trends along the way".

She's not released any singles in advance, encouraging fans to listen "in one go".

The album cover features Eilish on her back under dark water with a white door open above her.

Eilish's last album was 2021's Happier Than Ever, and her debut record When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? was released in 2019.

The youngest person ever to have won two Oscars, she took home the award for best original song Oscar gong for Barbie's What Was I Made For? in March, and won the same prize for James Bond's No Time To Die in 2022.

Tickets for Hit Me Hard And Soft go on general sale on Friday.

Billie Eilish and the Happier Than Ever world tour poster

Billie Eilish fans, get excited, as the pop superstar has announced that she will be embarking on her Happier Than Ever world tour in 2022 – and tickets are now officially on sale.

The tour, which is in support of Billie’s upcoming second studio album of the same name, will be hitting the US and Canada, as well as the UK, Ireland and other European countries.

The 19-year-old had previously confirmed the news on social media, writing: ‘GOING ON TOURRRRRR AGAINNNNNN JSKCHSKCJSLFJKSNDHSK FINALLYYYYYYY, “Happier Than Ever, The World Tour”, EEEEEEEEEEEEEE. (sic)’

She also shared a video, in which she can be seen sitting alone in an empty auditorium as a piano plays in the background.

A crowd can be heard chanting her name as she sits on a red seat in a blue top from her Happier Than Ever merchandise line.

Then a title card appears on screen, which reads: ‘Billie Eilish. Happier Than Ever. The World Tour.’

The news will most definitely please die-hard fans after Billie cancelled her Where Do We Go tour due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

https://www.instagram.com/p/CPJBLIchoEJ/

She performed three concerts as part of the tour in March 2020 before originally postponing it as coronavirus spread across the world, later announcing its cancellation last December.

Here’s everything you need to know about the UK dates of the forthcoming tour and how to get tickets.

Where is Billie Eilish playing in the UK and Ireland?

Poster for European leg of Billie Eilish's Happier Than Ever world tour

Billie will kick-off her UK and Ireland leg by playing at Belfast’s SEE Arena on Jun 3, before travelling to Dublin to sing at the 3Arena on June 4 and 5.

She will then play two dates at Manchester’s AO Arena on June 7 and 8, and later take to the stage at the O2 Arena in London between June 10-12.

Billie is set to perform at the Utilita Arena in Birmingham on June 15, and Glasgow’s SSE Hydro the following night.

Finally, she will conclude the concert leg with another performance at the O2 in London on June 16.

When do Billie Eilish tickets go on sale?

Billie Eilish

Tickets for the UK and Ireland dates of the Happier Than Ever world tour are officially on sale, and can be purchased through the Livenation website.

Ticketmaster is the provider for most dates, while AXS are responsible for the London shows.

You can purchase up to six tickets maximum per person.

Billie Eilish

The tickets for Billie’s tour are different depending on the venue, and whether you opt for seated or standing.

They are priced between £48.25-£94.00 for the London dates, depending on where you are located, and between £46.30 and £100 for Manchester.

Belfast tickets cost between £69.50 and £91, while Glasgow is priced similarily to Manchester.

Birmingham is one of the cheapest cities you can see Billie in, with prices ranging between £39 and £90.

Billie Eiliehs

For Dublin, the tickets are between €77 and €98.

Fans attending in London will also be able to get their hands on premium seated options, which include a seat in level one, as well as a food and drink voucher, a bar and in-seat service. Theses come at a hefty price between £200-241, depending on which seat you choose.

Those with access to American Express cards can also take advantage of special tickets which entitle you to exclusive offers and goodies.

With tickets already on sale, some seats have already sold out, but there are still many available to be snapped up.

Is there a Ticketmaster offer code for Billie Eilish tickets?

Unfortunately, there appears to be no offer code for fans purchasing tickets via Ticketmaster.

So if you want to get your hands on tickets, make sure you don’t miss out.

Eilish most recently unveiled the latest track to soundtrack the James Bond film series,  No Time To Die .

Billie Eilish - No Time To Die (Official Audio)

When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? has proved a huge commercial smash, topping the charts in the US, Australia, Canada and the UK amongst others.

The album was also well-received critically with NME  describing the release as “a memorable and game-changing debut record”, in a five star review.

Shortly after the release of her debut, Eilish set out on tour, headlining Coachella Festival in Indio, California as well as performing to sell out arena crowds in Australia, New Zealand and across the US.

Billie spent last summer performing at festivals across Europe, including UK stops at Radio 1’s Big Weekend, Glastonbury and Reading and Leeds.

Aerial shots taken of her crowd at Reading Festival went viral, with many speculating that it was the biggest turnout for a performance in the festival’s history.

Eilish first broke through in 2016 when she uploaded the track Ocean Eyes  to Soundcloud. The song received huge attention online, gaining her a huge following and a deal with Interscope Records.

Many fellow artists have declared themselves to be fans of Eilish including Justin Bieber, Fall Out Boy’s Pete Wentz, Elton John, Radiohead’s Thom Yorke and Dave Grohl, who in an interview with Variety said: “The connection she has with her audience is the same thing that happened with Nirvana in 1991. People say, ‘Is rock dead?’ When I look at someone like Billie Eilish, rock and roll is not close to dead”.

Taylor Swift's accused of being jealous of Billie Eilish's success as feud escalates

Swift's Eras Tour has made over a billion dollars without being close to finishing yet.

Taylor Swift has dramatically been accused of being jealous of Billie Eilish 's success by insiders in her camp, who also claim she's "weaponizing" her fans to suit her own goals as she takes to the United Kingdom on her Eras Tour.

The 34-year-old is the biggest artist in the world at the moment as her career's purple patch continues to explode with the tour, movie of that tour, latest album and multiple accolades to go with them but apparently it isn't enough as she competes with Eilish .

uk tour billie eilish

The pair have been locked in a feud for some time, sparked by their albums releasing at the same time, although it has been mostly speculation until an insider broke the silence from the Swift camp on the matter...

"Industry insiders aren't blind to the fact that Taylor is weaponizing her fans," a source close to Eilish , told DailyMail.com. "And that Billie appears to be the latest victim in that campaign.

"Whenever Taylor feels jealous of a peer's success, she does all she can to make sure her fans start vicious online campaigns to bring that person down without ever telling them to stop. And all while operating under the guise of being America's sweetheart."

Eilish hits back

Eilish has allegedly been targeted by Swifties in increasing weeks as The Tortured Poets Department continues to lock her out of the number one spot, although some claim that's due to over 20 "variants" and re-releases of the album.

Two of the variants hit the market on the same day as Eilish 's Hit Me Hard and Soft, leading to her manager accusing Swift of attempting to ensure other artists can't shine bright before he later deleted the social media comments.

Eilish herself has even made not-so-subtle jabs at Swift by criticizing "wasteful" artists releasing lots of vinyl albums, of which the Eras Tour star has 11 on her website. The Bad Guy singer then also suggested people performing three-hour-long shows are "psychotic". Those shows are very common on Swift 's tour.

Taylor Swift 'accused of breaking neck to stop other artists by Billie Eilish's manager'

Taylor Swift has been accused of 'doing everything to prevent other artists from shining' as Billie Eilish's manager reportedly tweets and deletes criticism of record-breaking artist

Taylor Swift, Danny Rukasin and Billie Eilish

  • 19:25, 8 Jun 2024
  • Updated 21:52, 8 Jun 2024

Taylor Swift has reportedly been accused of going out of her way to "stop other artists shining" by Billie Eilish 's manager.

The comments come as Swift has kicked off the UK leg of her tour, first in Edinburgh before moving on to the rest of the country. The alleged ongoing drama between Swift and Eilish is thought to stem from a battle for the top of the charts, with Swift releasing several new variations of her 'The Tortured Poets Department' album. However, the releases have appeared to impact the success of Eilish's new album 'Hit Me Hard and Soft' in the charts.

According to DailyMail.com , in a now-deleted tweet, Eilish’s manager Danny Rukasin appeared to accuse Swift of "breaking her neck doing everything to prevent other artists from shining". The alleged tweet seemingly inferred that Swift had timed previous song releases to impact other artists, including Katy Perry and SZA .

Earlier this year Eilish slammed "wasteful" artists who make "f***ing 40 different vinyl packages […] just to get you to keep buying more", which appeared to refer to Taylor's different vinyl albums for sale on her site. However, Eilish later seemed to backtrack as she insisted she wasn't "singling anyone out". Yet there appeared to be more bad blood between the two stars, as last month Eilish hit out again claiming that songs focusing on an individual are "frustrating". The jibe appeared thinly veiled as Swift is known for appearing to reference specific exes and partners in her songs.

Another dig came from Eilish when she added that artists performing three-hour shows are "literally psychotic...nobody wants that", which comes as Taylor continues her highly successful tour which sees the singer perform for fans for three hours.

The Mirror has contacted Billie Elish's representatives for comment.

How to buy Taylor Swift Eras Tour tickets

Taylor Swift fans looking at resale tickets for the upcoming Eras Tour in the UK can purchase them from from a number of online retailers right now.

Sites such as viagogo and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that many event promoters say tickets should not be resold after initial purchase and will not be valid for admittance to gigs.

Fans attending live events with tickets acquired through resale websites are advised to double-check the ticket terms and conditions at the point of sale - such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation - to ensure a smooth live event experience. Tickets could be voided if they were found to be bought second-hand. As a result, fans are buying at their own risk.

With that said, viagogo also commented: “viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the freedom to buy and sell tickets to their favourite live events, safely and securely, backed by a guarantee.”

Although the above sellers, including viagogo and Vivid Seats , are not "official" retailers, they do have a number of strict terms and conditions in place to keep ticket buyers and ticket sellers safe.

Kanye West and Fully-Clothed Bianca Censori Show Up At Italian Airport

Billie eilish appears to shade taylor swift, calls 3-hour concerts 'psychotic', billie eilish swifties convinced she's shading taylor ... 3-hr shows are 'psychotic'.

Billie Eilish is accused of throwing some serious shade according to Swifties who are on high alert, thinking her cryptic words are directed at Taylor Swift ... AGAIN.

Here's the scoop -- Billie called out musicians who do 3-hour shows in a big way. She said it's "literally psychotic" during a Stationhead Radio interview on Thursday ... and she added, "Nobody wants that. You guys don't want that. I don't want that. I don't even want that as a fan."

Billie doubled down, saying, "Even my favorite artists ... I'm not trying to hear them for 3 hours. That's far too long!"

Billie didn’t name names, but everyone's fans are buzzing -- The BeyHive thinks she's referencing Beyoncé 's "Renaissance" tour, but the general consensus is it's a diss of Tay Tay's marathon-length "Eras" tour shows.

Stop taking stuff out of context. She was talking about her own setlist only and responding to the chat. pic.twitter.com/Ioo38IwOol — Billie Eilish Charts (@eilishdata) May 24, 2024 @eilishdata

However, in a recent interview with LA Times Billie showed praise for Taylor saying, "I find it really hard to play stadiums. Beyoncé and Taylor [Swift] are untouchable superstars; the fact that they can put on a show that long, and it’s filled with so many incredible moments, is really amazing."

The thread in question was captioned, "Taylor Swift breaking her neck doing everything to prevent other artists from shining" ... and referenced Taylor dropping 3 new versions of her "The Tortured Poets Department" album on the same day Billie released her new album last week.

As we reported ... their dueling fan bases were dissecting what Taylor's move meant: Some said it was just a coincidence, while others suspected it was strategic.

You'll recall ... Billie first kinda came for Taylor a month earlier, publicly calling out artists who constantly re-release their albums on vinyl -- a move Taylor's known for pulling.

Billie later said her critique wasn’t aimed at anyone in particular ... but it looks like it might have been the opening shot in what could be one of the most intense pop feuds ever.

And we thought Drake vs. Kendrick was gonna be the beef of the year !

Billie Eilish Directed a Dreamy, Surrealistic Video for ‘Chihiro’

  • Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again later. More content below

In the video Billie Eilish directed herself for “Chihiro,” the singer explores empty hallways with closed doors, singing “Open up the door, can you open up the door?” Eventually, she finds another person, played by Nat Wolff, and their interactions are sometimes aggressive, sometimes affectionate, and sometimes quixotic since he can disappear. For Eilish, it’s a surrealistic representation of a dream state — rendered all the more obvious by the imagery of her plunging into an endless ocean of water, similar to the cover of Hit Me Hard and Soft , the album “Chihiro” comes from.

Eilish recently told Rolling Stone how Hayao Miyazaki’s  Spirited Away — and its main character, Chihiro — inspired the song and Hit Me Hard and Soft . “The song is loosely based off of that movie, which is one of my favorites,” Eilish said. “It’s kind of from her point of view, mixed with mine. The visuals in that movie are some of the best ever — all that Studio Ghibli shit is unbelievable. There’s all those visuals of the train in the water after the flood, and it literally looks like an ocean with a train track. I had just watched Spirited Away and Finneas had made that beat. I love that movie. I’ve seen it so many times.”

Billie Eilish drops sentimental music video for fan-favorite song Chihiro

Billie eilish has released another single off her new album hit me hard and soft., billie eilish on the grammys red carpet.

Billie Eilish recently  dropped her third studio album Hit Me Hard and Soft but she isn't finished gifting fans music videos for its tracks.

The 22-year-old popstar teased a music video for the album’s fan-favorite track Chihiro on Wednesday June 5, and it was released today, June 6.

In the preview clip, Eilish is seen running down a hallway and in the caption she revealed that the video will be arriving at 9 a.m. PT/12 p.m. ET.

Chihiro is a reference to the main character in the Studio Ghibli film, Spirited Away.

The song features a thumping melody that Eilish sings in her characteristically soft tone: “Today, maybe tomorrow/ Open the door for me/ I know you said before/ You can’t cope with it no more.”

Eilish has been a longtime fan of Hayao Miyazaki’s filmography.

“It’s so weirdly unrealistic,” the singer once told Noisey (per Far Out ).

She recalled the moment her brother Finneas saw Spirited Away for the first time and was so scared that he “had to go to therapy for years."

Meanwhile, Eilish “watched it over and over," and not just because she had a crush on the dragon.

“It’s kind of from her point of view, mixed with mine,” Eilish told Rolling Stone, adding: “The visuals in that movie are some of the best ever — all that Studio Ghibli s--- is unbelievable.”

The song came together after the singer had just finished watching the movie with her brother: “There’s all those visuals of the train in the water after the flood, and it literally looks like an ocean with a train track.

"I had just watched Spirited Away, and Finneas had made that beat. I love that movie. I’ve seen it so many times.”

Billie Eilish drops third album as fans already declare it 'album of the year' [INSIGHT]

Hit Me Hard and Soft arrived on May 17 to fans' glee.

The 10-track album was produced as usual by the pop star’s brother and longtime collaborator, Finneas, and marks Eilish’s third studio LP, following 2019’s When We All Fall Asleep, Where Do We Go? and 2021’s Happier Than Ever, both of which spent three weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard 200.

No singles preceded the album's drop, but the singer told fans from the moment she announced it: “i wanna give it to you all at once.”

“Dude 'Hit Me Hard and Soft' my third album is ----ing out now I don't even know what to say! Finneas and I put so much into this album and have never ever, ever loved something more," Eilish wrote when the record debuted.

“We hope you enjoy it so much and I'll see you on the other side. Eeeek HMHAS out now everywhere love you all to death!”

Along with the announcement she shared a video with her brother Finneas during their time working together, as well as a TikTok of herself lip syncing to one of her new songs titled Blue.

On the Billboard 200 chart dated June 1, Hit Me Hard and Soft debuted at No. 2.

The album also features tracks like Skinny, The Greatest, and Wildflower.

The award winning singer released the record in digital, CD, vinyl, and cassette formats with no preceding singles.

She kept things secretive for the release of her new music, with only a handful of hints preceding the release, including a few social media posts and a new tattoo of the album title on her hip.
