XLRI (Xavier Labour Relations Institute) , popularly known as Xaviers School of Management was established by Jesuits Fathers, a convent of visionary founders who created a management school in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand to promote education and academic excellence in India, which was later on expanded in the establishment of a new campus at Jhajjar, Haryana in 2017, known as XLRI Delhi-NCR campus, as the campus is well connected to all the regions of Delhi-NCR. Moreover, the vision of the Jesuits Fathers came into existence with the formation of XLRI Campus List that entails the intricacies of XLRI facilities and infrastructure, the campuses and campus size of two campuses of XLRI , and their respective contact address for connecting with the officials of the institute.

XLRI campus list facilitates current and new students of the institute with the details of facilities and infrastructure made available for their convenience on the two campuses of XLRI. Earlier as part of the institute heritage, XLRI campus list confided to the campus of Jamshedpur, but in 2017, Shri Om Prakash Dhankar, Cabinet minister, Government of Haryana inaugurated another campus of the institute as part of its expansion, which added to the stature of XLRI campus list.

XLRI school of management has two campuses in India, the first one in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, and the second one recently established as XLRI Delhi-NCR campus at Jhajjar, Haryana. Both the campuses of XLRI are well equipped with numerous facilities and infrastructure that grants students comfort and contentment while studying different courses available at the institution.

The XLRI campuses have both residential and day facilities that add to the list of advantage a student enjoy after enrolling himself/herself in a program offered by the XLRI curriculum. Medical Facilities : XLRI campuses have operational medical facilities that provide students with medical aid whenever required.

Library : The library at both campuses of XLRI has a vast collection of books, relevant literature for students to acquire knowledge from. The students are also granted numerous e-resources for studying through the library existing on the campus of XLRI.

Cafeteria : XLRI cafeteria provides students with delicious and healthy meals, keeping health and safety conditions in the mind.

If it is Anna University Chennai then admission process is go through the 10 set TNA University is own interested for different course specially engineering science and MBA courses admission. Admission TANCET &TNEA score is accepted. University reched established India year of 1978 is a State University was named after his former  chief minister Annadurai.

Fees for BE of 4,years is 1.1 5 lakhs , fees for 5 years B SC course 2.10 lacs , fees for post graduation of 2 years 74.26 k.

Basically, Its depend on the college Ranking, Tier city, Popularity. But Normally if you planning to do MBA to Government colleges so mostly it cost you near 2 Lakh for All semester And if you will take admission Private colleges so it cost your approx 6 Lakh to 8 Lakh.

One of my known has taken admission in MBA at Geeta University, Panipat. Fee per semester is 62600 and you can avail scholarships on the basis of following category:-

You can apply for XIMB and XLRI for MBA. However, both of these colleges do not accept MAT scores. XIMB accepts CAT, XAT, NMAT and X-GMT scores. XLRI accepts only XAT scores. So you have to give these exams and clear their cutoffs to get into these two B-Schools.

To answer your question, NO. All the students of premier B-schools in India do not have the above criteria. Though they are preferred, but what all the students have is a good profile, with good academics, and good co-curricular and extra-curricular.

Also, having work-ex is not mandatory, though it would help you is B-schools.

General tour information.

The Harvard University Visitor Center offers several different types of tours. For our in person tour offerings on campus, we provide the Official Historical Tour of Harvard. All tours are provided to the public for free and to private groups for a fee. Our tours typically run 45-60 minutes.

We also offer a free self-guided historical tour through the Visit Harvard mobile app, which you can download on iOS and Android devices. You can take this self-guided tour on campus or from the comfort of your own home.

Information about free in-person tours

The in person Historical Tour of Harvard explores Harvard Yard. Tours depart from the Visitor Center which is located at the front desk in the Smith Campus Center. Our address is 1350 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA 02138.

Registration for our in person tours must be made in advance. Registration is made available starting the Friday before your tour week. Parties of up to 14 persons can register for a free in person tour. Parties of 15-60 are encouraged to submit a request for a private tour .

Registered tour goers should arrive at the Visitor Center at least 15 minutes before your tour to check-in. Tours depart from the Smith Campus Center and end in Harvard Yard.

Visit Harvard is a free mobile app by the Harvard Visitor Center that features a collection of self-guided tours centered around the Harvard University experience. The Visit Harvard mobile app can be downloaded by anyone with a smartphone, tablet, or desktop, to be enjoyed from wherever you might be visiting, whether it’s in-person at Harvard or from the comfort of your own home.

4. It rains every day here in Jamshedpur. Everyone is sick of it.

5. Once a marketing professor asked if we considered B-school life  to be as good as that in engineering colleges. Very few agreed. Then he wondered aloud if B-schools were not in fact colleges but were just glorified placement agencies. Near unanimous agreement. It was sad but kind of true.

6. Is it true because as opposed to being seventeen year old daisy eyed, foolish kids fresh out of school, we enter B-schools a little bit jaded and cynical, when the weight of the world has just begun to chip at us and break us down? Maybe we could still have had it as good as engineering, but it is we who changed. The folly of man.

7. The foundation of 98% of B-school friendships is hating the same people. Entire evenings are devoted to shit talking sessions.

To find your type you have to start uber-civil and gradually start peeling the layers of courtesy to reveal your real self. Stop when someone becomes uncomfortable.

14. Some people get along with everyone, irrespective of how posh that person is. Do not trust them.

The top students seem to have it all - great grades, case competition wins, busy committee work and a CV to die for - but they did not waste enough time and make enough mistakes together with their group to form meaningful, lasting friendships. This is what I tell myself so I can sleep better at night.

You’re making an important decision. You’ve browsed our website, reviewed brochures and done your research. Still, getting a feel for campus can help you make your final choice. Take in the culture and our Moscow location, experience life in the dorms and dining halls and see where you’ll be learning. Begin to see yourself at U of I with a campus visit.

Confirm your initial impression. If research grabs your attention, a campus visit goes beyond. Determine if you feel at home as a Vandal and if a particular program of study is right for you. Use your visit or campus tour to meet professors and other students, narrow down your list of majors and make a definite decision once you receive your acceptance letter in the spring.

Make the Most of Your Campus Visit

You’ve heard this advice before — don’t just look at buildings. Instead, keep the following in mind whether you’re attending an event, campus tour or a virtual session:

• When to schedule your visit: Check out our Moscow campus as students attend class, engage in research and go about their day-to-day lives as Vandals. Ideally, attend a tour before submitting your application, preferably in the spring of your junior year or early fall of your senior year.
• Be ready to ask questions: Make a list ahead of time to ask your tour guide, admissions counselor and students you see around campus.
• Consider multiple campus visits: Start virtually to get a feel for our campus. Then, to get a more personal perspective, consider attending an on-campus visit. Here, opt for a student-guided campus tour, and schedule in visits with schools or departments for programs you’re curious about.
• Take notes: What makes U of I unique? How does being a Vandal resonate with you? Document your visit with notes and photos to reference later.
• Prepare ahead of time: Avoid attending a campus visit on a whim. Instead, schedule your visit in advance, make plans for a college or program visit, explore our virtual resources, review a map to understand the layout of our campus and make travel arrangements. Additionally, continue your research to ask questions during your visit.

United Nations, Jul 2 (PTI) Describing India as a “longtime friend of Russia,” Moscow’s envoy here said his country has relations of special privilege strategic partnership with New Delhi and he expects bilateral relations to “blossom even better” after Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s likely visit to Russia.

Russia’s Permanent Representative to the UN Vassily Nebenzia made the remarks while responding to a question on Prime Minister Modi’s likely visit to Moscow during a press conference here Monday on the occasion of Russia assuming the Presidency of the Security Council for the month of July.

“We have relations of special privilege, strategic partnership with India. India is a longtime friend of Russia. We cooperate in so many areas, and I think that will be a substantive conversation on the whole range of issues that our countries cooperate on,” Nebenzia said.

He added that he is not aware of what kind of documents will be the result of that visit, but “I’m sure that there will be serious messages coming out of it, and, I presume, in the form of joint documents as well.” When asked what he expects will be achieved from the visit, Nebenzia said, “I expect Russian-Indian relations to blossom even better.” India and Russia are looking at the possibility of a brief visit to Moscow by Modi next week to hold wide-ranging talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin. The visit, if it takes place, will be Modi’s first trip to Russia in nearly five years. His last visit to Russia was in 2019 when he attended an economic conclave in the Far East city of Vladivostok.

Though there is no confirmation from the Indian side on Modi’s possible visit, a Kremlin official last week said active preparations are underway for the trip.

“I can confirm that we are preparing a visit by the prime minister of India. We cannot (say) the dates as yet, because the dates are announced by the parties in agreement,” Yuri Ushakov, an assistant to the Russian president, said.

“But we are actively preparing. I will emphasise once again, this visit will take place,” he told reporters while replying to a question.

Diplomatic sources had said the Indian prime minister’s day-long visit is being planned around July 8, adding there is no finality on the date yet and various options are being explored.

If Modi travels to Russia, then he and President Putin are set to hold the India-Russia annual summit after a gap of three years.

The annual summit between the Prime Minister of India and the President of Russia is the highest institutional dialogue mechanism in the strategic partnership between the two countries.

So far, 21 annual summits have taken place alternatively in India and Russia.

The last summit was held on December 6, 2021, in New Delhi. President Putin had visited India to attend the summit.

A docuseries about the murders of four University of Idaho students has been picked up by Amazon with the streamer also planning a scripted version.

Bryan Christopher Kohberger was charged with four counts of murder after Kaylee Goncalves, Madison Mogen, Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin were found stabbed to death in their off-campus home in Moscow, Idaho in 2022. A trial date has been set for June 2025.

This comes a year after Skydance optioned a book by James Patterson and Vicky Ward about the murders.

The docuseries will feature the support from the family of victim Ethan Chapin and victim Maddie Mogen’s mother and stepfather. It will launch on Prime Video.

David Ellison, Dana Goldberg, and Matt Thunell will executive produce for Skydance Television, with Patterson, Bill Robinson, and Patrick Santa executive producing for James Patterson Entertainment. Garbus, Dan Cogan, Jon Bardin, and Kate Barry will executive produce for Story Syndicate with Galkin executive producing for Fairhaven.

Garbus is also attached to direct the first episode of a scripted adaptation, which is in the works at Amazon MGM Studios.

It marks the second scripted take on the murders, which took place in 2022, after Village Roadshow Television acquired the rig hts to Howard Blum’s book When The Night Comes Falling.

“We are honored that the Chapin and Laramie families have decided to exclusively collaborate with us to shine a light on the personal stories of Ethan and Madison, as well as Xana and Kaylee,” said Garbus and Galkin. “Our unparalleled access to the families and closest friends will allow us to paint intimate and authentic portraits of all four victims and their lives at the University of Idaho, which were so tragically cut short. We couldn’t ask for better partners than Skydance and James Patterson Entertainment to help bring the definitive telling of this important story to the world.”
