Customers 4.1

Customers evaluates a company’s stewardship of its customers through the quality of its products and services, ethical marketing, data privacy and security, and feedback channels. In addition, this section recognizes products or services that are designed to address a particular social problem for or through its customers, such as health or educational products, arts & media products, serving underserved customers/clients, and services that improve the social impact of other businesses or organizations.

Today you begin your journey by boarding your international outbound flight to Buenos Aires.

Arriving in Buenos Aires you're met and taken to your hotel by your private driver and guide. Spend the rest of today relaxing after your flight.

A day at leisure in Buenos Aires. We suggest simply ambling around the city's districts, which all have their own distinct character. You may also like to take a tour of the Teatro Colon, an opera house with a French Renaissance façade and some of the best acoustics in the world. This evening, take a shared transfer to the famous Carlos Gardel Tango Show, which includes dinner.

Take a private transfer to the airport for your flight to the Iguazu Falls. The flight lasts around two hours. Arriving at the airport, you're met by your chauffeur-guide and driven to your hotel. Relax and rest after your journey.

Take a private transfer to the airport for your two hour flight to Rio de Janeiro. En route, visit the viewpoints of the Brazilian side of the falls. Arriving in Rio, you're met by your chauffeur-guide and taken to your hotel. You have the rest of the day to relax and rest.

A day at leisure to further explore Rio de Janeiro under your own steam. You might like to walk along the beachfront promenades, visit the galleries of the arty and well-heeled Santa Teresa district, or stroll in the lush Botanic Gardens. You can also hire bicycles to explore the promenades. Alternatively, we can arrange a 4x4 tour of the urban rainforest at Tijuca Gardens.

Thank you Audley Travel for creating such a memorable Japan vacation!

We started planning a two-week trip to Japan for our family of five and we quickly realized how daunting that process was going to be. Thank goodness we found Audley Travel! Our Senior Specialist Adam Falk made the planning a real pleasure and took all the stress and anxiety away. Adam created a great itinerary based on the initial conversation that we had, and it became even better after a few iterations. The suggestions Adam provided for special places to visit in Tokyo and Kyoto during our pre-trip video call turned out to be some of the real highlights of our trip. Everything that Audley planned for us went off perfectly and made the trip very memorable. There were special Japan experiences planned in our itinerary that we never would have thought of doing on our own. I can't imagine planning another big trip without them and we will definitely be using Audley again in the future. This was our first trip to England

This was our first trip to England. Lydia was the ultimate professional and generous in sharing her knowledge. She made us feel very comfortable and answered all of our questions. Golden Birthday Trip

This was my first international trip and I decided to go through a travel agent so I wouldn't be stressed out about it. I chose Iceland as my designation and finding Audley's Iceland specialist, Julia Mole, reaffirmed and validated that decision every step of the way! This was a Golden Birthday Trip and it was everything I wanted it to be, bumps and all. The beginning of my trip was delayed due to an airline issue and Julia was able to move my itinerary around so I could still do everything I wanted to! Outstanding trip to Botswana and Zambia

Amazing experience

Audley Does it Again.... Many Thanks!

This is the second time my family and I have used Audley Tours. The trip we just traveled was to Ireland. Our tour coordinator was Lydia Regan. This may sound "corny" but again" this was the best vacation. What a terrific experience Lydia organized for our family, one we are still talking about. Our itinerary was well thought-out. Our conversations with Lydia were always informative. When we had questions, she was always quick to respond. Our booking was easy, our transfers were are perfect, our tour guides were all charming and so informative and Lydia selected hotels that me our needs and were lovely. Scotland and Ireland

We had a short lead time to plan our self-drive trip to Scotland and Ireland. Lily Cohen, our agent, did a great job in listening to what we were interested in doing and seeking to match these interests to the time we had in each country. 10 wonderful days in Spain!

10 wonderful days in Spain! From the first conversation to the last with our agent, Claire, we had an amazing experience! Kenya and Uganda

Tom put together an amazing itinerary for my husband and I. So many wonderful experiences with the animals and the people ! We loved the Maasai Mara North camp and highly recommend that one to any future travelers. Uganda we loved all of the places we stayed as well and truly enjoyed hiking through Bwindi, Kibale, and the Kyambura Gorge. Not a huge fan of their game drives in Uganda but it was nice to see the comparison and glad they were built into the travel days. We didn’t see or experience anywhere near as much as we did in Kenya on their game drives but again it was still a great experience. There wasn’t one bad part to the trip other than having to come back home. We also enjoyed the white water rafting down the Nile to top off our trip! Thank you so much for the wonderful adventure and providing us with a lifetime of memories.

Our trip to Spain was planned by Eric

Our trip to Spain was planned by Eric. As usual at Audley, Eric laid out our trip with meticulous detail even though he had a very short timeframe in which to do it. But what really matters most is the help you get when you’re in a foreign country and don’t speak the language. We missed our flight and had multiple medical issues. The only person we could turn to was Eric. Despite major differences in the time zones he started to make the situation right. His help made a Big difference, his intervention saved the trip and made a bad situation much better.

Not recommended at all

We have been working with this agency for the past year to plan a big trip just to find out they didn’t take into account our flight cost, already over our pre established budget and not willing to make it right. We want our money back or a planned trip as we originally discussed. Do not trust this agency with your trips. Consider somewhere else.
