On Level One of the Eiffel Tower is Madame Brasserie , overseen by Michelin-starred chef, Thierry Marx. In this casual brasserie, Chef Marx focuses on creating menus using local and responsible produce, with dishes that are meant for sharing. Marx has held two Michelin stars since 2012 at restaurant Sur Mesure at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel in Paris .

Opt for lunch at Madame Brasserie and you'll dine on a classic, three-course French meal while enjoying the daytime views of Paris below you. But dinner is when things get magical — when it's not just Paris beneath you, but the City of Light. At dinner, select the "Menu Grande Dame – Paris View" option for the best menu and the best views.

Following a refreshing renovation, Le Jules Verne reopened in 2019 under the practiced hand of chef Frédéric Anton. Perched at 125 metres above the Champ de Mars, Le Jules Verne opens onto three dining rooms offering breathtaking views over the Seine River, Quai Branly, Trocadéro, and the rest of Paris.

What Chef Anton and his team have created is both impressive and unexpected. They have transformed a restaurant celebrated mostly for its views and location into a true culinary destination. This is multi-starworthy cooking in a space that's both dramatic and comforting. (In fact, when it re-opened under Anton we named it The Best New Restaurant In Paris .) Chef Anton also keeps up his restaurant in the Bois de Boulogne, Le Pré Catelan , where he has held three Michelin stars since 2007.

Reservations are a must for Le Jules Verne , where a private elevator takes you directly up to the restaurant. We believe it's worth the trip to Paris just for the chance to dine here.

The champagne bar.

At the tippy top of the tower , on Level Three, is the Champagne Bar. Here, at 275 metres above Paris, you can sip champagne, nibble on French caviar, and view the dazzling city beneath you. It's super casual, and can be a bit windy, but we can't think of a better place to clink glasses and drink bubbles. Reservations aren't required. The Champagne Bar is open daily during the summer but on weekends only during the winter. See you at the top!

Vous achetez des billets pour le 2ème étage ? Notez que vous ne pourrez ni échanger vos billets, ni acheter de billet complémentaire pour le sommet sur place. Pour consulter l’ensemble des tarifs de la tour Eiffel, veuillez consulter cette page sur le site officiel de la tour Eiffel . La billetterie en ligne de la tour Eiffel propose les tarifs officiels. Le tarif adulte s’applique pour un adulte de 25 ans et plus.  Il existe des tarifs réduits pour les jeunes (12-24 ans), les enfants (4-11 ans) et les personnes handicapées. La gratuité est appliquée pour les jeunes enfants de moins de 4 ans (billet nécessaire, sélectionnez billet "petit enfant"), ainsi que pour les bénéficiaires du RSA en France (billet nécessaire et disponible uniquement aux caisses de la tour Eiffel sur justificatif). Vous achetez des billets pour le 2ème étage ? Notez que vous ne pourrez ni échanger vos billets, ni acheter de billet complémentaire pour le sommet sur place. Certaines journées (les week-ends, les journées en haute saison entre juillet et août) sont très demandées et nos stocks en ligne s’épuisent vite, surtout en ce qui concerne les e-billets pour le Sommet, qui sont les plus demandés. Si vous pouvez être flexible, sélectionnez une autre date qui est affichée comme disponible. Les dates marquées d’une pastille orange indiquent que 9 ou moins de 9 billets sont disponibles pour cet horaire. Les dates rayées ou grisées ne sont plus ou pas encore disponibles. Dans tous les cas, nous mettons en vente nos billets en ligne généralement plusieurs semaines à l’avance (billets ascenseurs). Si vous le pouvez, anticipez votre visite longtemps à l’avance, et ainsi vous aurez le choix de la date, de la destination et de l’horaire. Les billets escaliers 2ème étage sont disponibles en ligne 14 jours avant la date de visite. Sur la billetterie en ligne pour les particuliers, vous pouvez acheter jusqu’à 9 billets pour une même commande. Les professionnels souhaitant acheter des billets, quel que soit leur nombre, doivent utiliser la billetterie dédiée aux professionnels.

La billetterie en ligne de la Tour Eiffel vous permet d'acheter en ligne votre billet pour le 2ème étage ou le sommet de la tour Eiffel au tarif officiel, et ce, jusqu'à plusieurs semaines en avance. Vous pouvez acheter des billets individuels jusqu'à 9 personnes. Avec le système e-billet, pas de file d'attente aux caisses, vous recevez directement votre billet par e-mail pour l'imprimer chez vous ou le conserver sur votre smartphone. The Eiffel Tower may look like a thin, wiry structure but at any given moment there could be up to 3000 people eating, drinking, or snapping selfies from 58 meters to 276 meters off the ground on Eiffel’s three observation decks.

When I travel, I am a bit of a bon vivant. We all work hard so decompressing on vacation and enjoying the sweet fruits of your labor is super important. This is why I always say, “If you can, you should go inside.” This goes for eating at Le 58 or Le Jules Verne – if you can.

Going Up? Your Answer Should Be Yes!

Yes, you should make every effort possible to go up the Eiffel Tower. The tickets start at 10.40€. which is affordable enough for anyone who can afford a visit to Paris.

With the exception of 2020 given the reduced levels of tourism, don’t think you can show up on a Saturday and say, “Two please!” These tickets are extremely difficult to obtain. This restaurant features multiple different dining facilities from indoor to outdoor and a bar.

Again, I believe that if you can, you should . Spending 75€ is something that I believe anyone who can afford a trip to Paris can manage. Jules Vern, on the other hand, will run you 190€ – 230€ per person for dinner excluding beverages. A five-course and seven-course menu respectively.

This is a starting point as you are going to want a drink. So, if you can, you should . Let this be your reward for a successful year or positive life event but know going into it that you will spend a pretty penny.

They have a more affordable, he scoffs, menu at 105€ for lunch excluding beverages. It is a 3-course tasting menu that makes a very pleasant experience.

Eating at the Jules Verne is a special experience for anyone who can afford it. The restaurant has succeeded in receiving 1 Michelin star under all four chefs who have run Le Jules Verne.

Making a Reservation at Jules Verne :

You can book here. They release times slots 90 days in advance so forget about booking a year ahead.

You have two choices, the Main Rooms (looking at the city) and the Alcove (looking at the interior). Main Rooms obviously go first although the website tries to sell the benefits of the Alcove.

Tickets for visits from June 17, 2024, will go on sale later than usual (instead of 60 days before the day of the visit). Keep an eye on our official online ticket office to find out when tickets are available for this summer, including during the Olympic Games. Because of the high demand and many cases of fraud among non-official ticketing websites, we invite you to remain vigilant: do not buy tickets from websites offering visits of the Eiffel Tower this summer (including during the Olympic Games). If no tickets are available online, they can still be purchased at the monument ticket office for immediate use on the day of your visit.

(2) Children under 4 must be in possession of a ticket for free. Their companions pay the adult individual fare.
