I booked with the company last year with one of your agents Jodie barber. Jodie was amazing to speak to and made our holiday to the maldives all we ever dreamed of. We had such a a amazing time that when we returned we contacted Jodie to book the same holiday for next year. Booking experience.

Teresa Breen sorted out our holiday to the Maldives in September 2025, although a long way off managed to confirm my booking, the flights may change slightly but that’s all. Excellent customer service from Sharon Ash as always. She had suggested 4 hotels in 4 different countries and we chose one of them. We always go with Sharon and get the best deal. She is very helpful and very patient.

Barbados holiday

We had a lovely holiday booked to Barbados by Polly Gould. She was extremely thorough and helpful and she even sent us over a list of recommendations before we went away. She responded instantly via email and text. The holiday was planned really well and we had no worries. It all went smoothly thanks to Polly and her knowledge of the destination. Missleading…

Excellent communication until it came to paying the £99.00 each deposit and we had thought long and hard about paying for the holiday and transfering funds. The agent made a mistake and requested £2400 for the flights. We were told we had until 30th Sept to pay the balance initially after paying the £99 deposit each. This was challenging to move that amount of money swiftly and in hind sight we should have walked away at that point. It wasn't what we were told to book the holiday. It's our honeymoon therefore we felt our hands were tied. The agent was lovely and we continued but be aware of the full upfront costs before committing to booking.

So the customer service was actually good for the booking of the holiday and communication promptness etc. BUT beware if you have an issue with your holiday as they pretty much refuse to accept responsibility for their mistakes and are not interested in making things right. Booked a surprise trip for my wife's 50th to a high end resort in Mexico. I made it very clear I wanted an Ocean Front room because of this and they quoted based on this and I paid a lot of money (proof supplied in my complaint). We got a room that was not even Ocean view. I complained and they said it was an admin error and we got the correct room we paid for! They offered £100 off the next booking!!!! and get this "as a good will gesture" Hardly makes up for the disappointment, frustration and quite frankly anger (spent the first several days of the trip very angry).... Do you think I will be booking through this company agin? - NO. Not only did the initial correspondence confirm Ocean front, but my accommodation voucher (sent twice) said Ocean Front - ruined the trip! So not only did we not get what we paid for, but see picture of the room that was supposed to be Ocean view

If you squint and look between all the building and past the trees, you can just about see the ocean
