Since acquiring the glorious but forgotten property two decades ago, Depp has invested over € 10 million during his 14-year relationship with French actress and singer Vanessa Paradis, creating an artist’s haven and family-friendly retreat defined by a deep respect for the original architecture and history. His meticulous efforts and gift for marrying the traditional and modern are immediately apparent. From the first step into the village square, guests are enchanted by this storybook sanctuary and delighted by the discoveries greeting them at every turn.

The property includes an entire 19th-century Hameau — a small Provençal village — with more than a dozen structures that together measure more than 10,000-square-feet with a total of 15 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. The approximately 4,300-square-foot main house has five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a deconsecrated church is now a guesthouse wherein the confessional was converted to a closet, and a gipsy-style covered wagon serves as a quirky guest suite complete with a bathroom and kitchen. The estate also includes a swimming pool, an art studio and a private restaurant Depp named Café Marcheline.

Depp himself is a talented painter as well as a passionate art collector, so the artist’s studio on his estate is among his favorite rooms. For more than 25 years, Depp has been collecting the works of the Neo-Expressionist American artist Jean-Michel Basquiat. Recently, Depp sold nine of his Jean-Michel Basquiat paintings at the Christie’s Post-War and Contemporary auctions in London. In fact, these seminal works led the auctions’ success, attesting to Depp’s profound understanding and engagement with modern art. This same impeccable taste powered the creation of Depp’s one-of-a-kind estate in beautiful Le Plan-de-la-Tour. Depp has been trying to sell the property a few times. According to our sources he still owns it, it's up for sale at € 63m.

The sweeping grounds invite leisurely strolls amid olive groves, vineyards, and 300-year-old oak trees before returning to the heart of the estate: the village square. Here, guests dine at Chez Marceline, a wonderfully inviting private dining room outfitted like a classic French restaurant. Its professional-grade kitchen assures all will enjoy the finest in authentic French cuisine. Nearby, Depp transformed the abandoned village church into the main guest house; inside, what was once a confessional now serves as a wardrobe.

With picturesque vistas in every direction, the property’s unpretentious yet luxurious aesthetic is emphasized in its stone structures, exposed wood beams, natural woods, and numerous woodburning fireplaces. France’s idyllic countryside serves as the backdrop for Plan-de-la-Tour , a historic estate owned by three-time Oscar nominee Johnny Depp. Located just outside of Saint-Tropez, the grounds include a Provencal village, a former chapel that now serves as a guest house, and buildings that date back to the French Revolution. Fifteen bedrooms and fourteen bathrooms are spread across the main residence and guest cottages.

The two-story main house features a tile roof, cobblestone exterior, exposed wood beams, and stone pillars throughout. The estate also features two swimming pools, a gym, a painter’s studio, and a cave room with a stone-speckled barrel ceiling. Vineyards, olive groves, and 300-year-old oak trees dot the grounds. Avant le Festival de Cannes, Johnny Depp aperçu dans son village du Var

Il fera l’événement ce mardi en ouverture du festival de cannes avec jeanne du barry, projeté hors compétition, mais c’est au plan-de-la-tour que l’acteur-guitariste a déjà monté ses premières marches....

L’éternel retour au hameau du Plan-de-la-Tour. La propriété de 1.200m2 habitables plantée au milieu d’une forêt de 15ha, a beau être en vente depuis 2015, l’acteur-rocker égérie Dior y traîne toujours régulièrement ses guêtres.

Que ce soit pour recevoir les amis proches comme il y a quelque temps Tim Burton ou y enregistrer dans son home studio des parties de guitares pour des albums comme le dernier Hollywood Vampires, Rise , avec Mr Alice Cooper au chant.

En promenade il y a deux jours

Cette fois le signalement intervient dans le sillage du Festival de Cannes où Johnny Depp doit monter les marches ce mardi soir pour la présentation hors compétition du film de Maïwenn, Jeanne du Barry .

Aux abords de la place de l’hôtel de ville du Plan-de-la-Tour, loin de s’enflammer pour cette présence "coutumière", on commente juste que le sieur Johnny aurait effectivement été aperçu "en train de promener il y a deux jours" .

Village (toujours) à vendre

Bref, le temps pour l’interprète de Louis XV d’aérer un peu les dépendances varoises de son "mini village" qui demeure à la vente pour une quarantaine de millions selon les dernières évaluations immobilières.

Pas certain que celle qui interprète Jeanne du Barry y soit la bienvenue pour l’après show cannois étant donné les relations "sous tension" sur le plateau...

L’actrice-réalisatrice Maïwenn était pourtant bien aperçue non loin de la demeure plantourianne la semaine dernière avec son fils Diego (également au générique de son film), parmi les invités du défilé Etam, organisé en bord de mer à Saint-Tropez.

Aperçu au Festival de Cannes en mai dernier, Johnny Depp, qui fête ses 60 ans en ce vendredi 9 juin, en aurait profité pour faire un crochet par sa propriété située à Plan-de-la-Tour, d’après Var Matin . La star a acquis le hameau provençal avec son ex-épouse, Vanessa Paradis, en 2001. Séparés depuis 2012, ils tentent aujourd’hui de le revendre. Gala.fr vous offre une visite guidée des lieux.

Johnny Depp a fait un retour remarqué sur le tapis rouge de la cérémonie d’ouverture du Festival de Cannes le 16 mai dernier. Entouré du casting de son dernier film avec Maïwenn, Jeanne du Barry , celui qui campe le roi Louis XV a brillé d’élégance dans un costume Dior, maison dont il est l’égérie. Un film français, un festival français et une griffe française… Entre l’acteur, qui fête ses 60 ans ce vendredi 9 juin, et l’Hexagone, c’est une longue histoire d’amour. À commencer par sa célèbre relation avec l a chanteuse française Vanessa Paradis, qu’il rencontre en 1998 et avec laquelle il vit jusqu’en 2012. C’est avec elle qu’il achète en 2001 non pas une villa, mais un hameau tout entier au Plan-de-la-Tour, dans le Var. Zoom sur cette propriété provençale qui a en partie vu grandir leur deux enfants , Lily-Rose et Jack.

Retour à l’année 2001. Johnny Depp se partage depuis plusieurs années entre Los Angeles, où il possède une somptueuse villa, et Paris, où réside la mère de sa fille, née deux ans plus tôt. La star vient de présenter son dernier film, Le chocolat, tourné en France. Il souhaite acquérir avec sa compagne un bien immobilier dans le Sud , histoire d’avoir un pied-à-terre sur le sol français. Ses recherches le mènent en Provence, au Plan-de-la-Tour, charmante petite ville, composée de plusieurs hameaux, situé à 30 minutes de Saint-Tropez et 45 minutes de Cannes. La Méditerranée est à 9 kilomètres à peine et le chant des cigales rythme la vie des quelques 3000 habitants. L’interprète du capitaine Jack Sparrow craque pour un hameau tout entier, qui s’étend sur une surface de 15 hectares, bordé de vieux chênes, d'oliviers et de vignobles.

Chapelle, restaurant privé, piscines…

Au total, 1.200 m2 de surface habitable , répartis entre une dizaine de maisons en pierre datant du XIXe siècle. En plus de la résidence principale, qui comporte 12 chambres et 14 salles de bains, et des maisons d’hôtes, le lieu possède sa propre chapelle , une cave à vins, une salle de sport, une laverie, un atelier d’artiste, un skate park, des fontaines, deux piscines , dont une est entourée de sable fin pour un effet plage privée, une roulotte au beau milieu d’un pré, et un bar-restaurant privé , baptisé Chez Marceline . "Il sert réalité de salle à manger provençale avec ses tables en zinc", précise Le Point en 2021.

Difficile de savoir la somme exacte que débourse Johnny Depp pour l’acquisition du domaine. On ne sait pas si Vanessa Paradis investit elle aussi dans le bien. Le Parisien assure cependant quelques années plus tard que le couple aurait déboursé 8,2 millions d’euros pour le hameau. Pour façonner l’endroit à sa façon, Johnny Depp dépense 10 millions de dollars de plus . "Contrairement à de nombreuses autres propriétés de grandes célébrités internationales, le domaine de Johnny Depp n’a pas été décoré par un architecte d’intérieur, mais par Johnny lui-même ", explique Alexander Kraft de Sotheby’s à Vanity Fair en 2015. "Par conséquent, le domaine n’est pas un lieu spectaculaire, mais a plutôt des airs de maison familiale absolument charmante, qui reflète vraiment le caractère de Johnny Depp."

"Il m'arrive de ne pas quitter la propriété pendant trois mois"

Véritable cocon pour la star et sa famille, les Depp-Paradis y passent le plus clair de leur temps lorsqu’ils ne sont pas en tournage ou en tournée. "Avec Vanessa et les enfants, nous vivons dans une sorte de petit village, c'est comme le paradis , confiait l’acteur au magazine VSD en 2011. Vous savez ce que je fais là-bas ? Absolument rien ! Il m'arrive de ne pas quitter la propriété pendant trois mois... " Le domaine a par ailleurs l’avantage d’être inaccessible pour les paparazzis, niché au sommet d’une colline et entouré d’une forêt dense.

Avec un confort pareil, on comprend que l’ex d’Amber Heard ait choisi cet endroit pour se confiner durant la pandémie de coronavirus … Preuve en est cette vidéo de la chanson Isolation en duo avec Jeff Beck, de huit minutes de long, qu’il avait posté sur Instagram en avril 2020, avec en arrière-plan, le décor de sa cave à vins en pierres apparentes éclairé à la bougie. De quoi rappeler les cales de son navire dans Pirates des Caraïbes ! Dans l’extrait, l’Americain révèle ses activités de confiné, occupé à "lire, peindre, faire des films avec [son] portable et jouer des instruments de musique" dans les différentes maisons de son hameau.

Le domaine en vente pour 45 millions d’euros

Séparés en 2012, Johnny Depp et Vanessa Paradis mettent en vente le hameau de Plan-de-la-Tour en 2015 pour 23 millions d’euros . Déçus par les offres, bien en-dessous du prix demandé, France 3 rapporte que les parents de Lily-Rose et Jack retirent la propriété du marché immobilier quelque temps plus tard. Le rockeur et la chanteuse finissent par la remettre en vente en février 2021 à 55,5 millions de dollars, soit plus de 45 millions d'euros. S'ils trouvent preneur à ce prix-là, ils réaliseront une belle plus-value de 37,2 millions d'euros.

Reste à savoir si sa fille Lily-Rose, également présente sur la Croisette pour la projection de sa série The Idol , a elle fait un crochet par le domaine pour profiter de l’une des piscines ou se ressourcer à l’ombre d’un olivier…

Johnny Depp’s Provençal Village in France (Listed at $63 Million)

Johnny Depp is selling his South of France Provencal village for the second time. Depp is most well known for portraying Captain Jack Sparrow in Disney’s  Pirates of the Caribbean  franchise. Before being known for his quirky characters and personality, he began his acting career on the film  Nightmare on Elm Street. 

After a few years, he landed the lead roles in John Waters’  Cry Baby  and television’s  21 Jump Street,  and his acting career shot forward. He has starred in many films, including many Tim Burton movies,   has won many awards, including a Golden Globe and People’s Choice awards, and can create a range of characters from the lovable bad boy, quirky pirate, murderous barber, and so much more.

Just imagine owning a piece of property that Depp himself designed. You can do just that if you have $55 million, which is Le Plan de La Tour’s price, the Provencal village Depp has owned since 2001.

The village, abandoned when Depp purchased it, has 37 acres of lush landscapes and is only 17 miles from the popular destination of St. Tropez. Depp spent about $10 million renovating, restoring, and decorating the buildings that dated back to the early 19th century. Depp lived in the village off and on during his 14-year relationship with French actress and singer Vanessa Paradis and their two children.

After their separation in 2012, Depp decided to sell. He first put the village on the market in 2015 and 2016, asking between $25 and $63 million, but there were no takers. He is now relisting the village that boasts a 4500 square foot main house and six guest houses with a total of 15 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms and 12,900 square feet of living space.

Depp restored and converted the original buildings to his liking and style. He turned the town’s original church into a guest house and one of the buildings into a private restaurant called Chez Marceline. There is a wine cave decorated in the theme of a pirate’s lair, complete with a decorated skull and other items that would definitely get Jack Sparrow’s approval.

The village also has two pools – one of which is surrounded by sand and has a beach bar – skate park, outdoor dining areas, art studio, children’s playroom, and total gym. Along with the buildings’ unique aspects and original facades, the village also has beautiful scenery, like 300-year-old oak trees, olive trees, and vineyards. Just think about what you could do with this village.

It comes with all furniture and decorations, some even from Depp’s personal collection. The village could easily be turned into a nice little resort for profit, or someone could turn it into their own personal estate like Depp and his family did. The possibilities are endless, and with just a short drive to St. Tropez, it would be a great vacation spot for anyone.

Originally completed in the 19th century, the villa sits on 37 acres of land , according to the Gentleman's Journal. On top of the plot of land, there sits several structures including the main house, six guest houses, a private restaurant, and an art studio. Overall, the property encompasses 12,900 square feet of living space. It includes 15 bedrooms and 14 bathrooms.

Some of the property's main features include stone-and-wood beamed structures, a study with a fireplace, a wine cave, a traditionally designed main bed suite with a piano, a fitness gym, and many more.

While there isn't much indoors, the property's main attractions can be found outdoors. The backyard features an al fresco dining area, a pair of swimming pools, and several green spaces filled with various trees such as oaks, olives, and vineyards. The new homeowner should also have easy access to the art studio and the private resto called Chez Marceline.

YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: As has been reported far and wide — bear with us while we do a little bit of mid-summer celebrity real estate catch-up — American actor Johnny Depp has his private village near Plan-de-la-Tour, France, up for grabs with an asking price of €23.056 million, an amount that Your Mama’s currency conversion contraption shows comes to $25.919 million at today’s rates. The three-time Oscar nominee and his former partner/baby momma, French actress and singer Vanessa Paradis , acquired the approximately 37-acre rural spread, about 10 or 12 miles from the glitzy, yacht-choked harbor in St. Tropez, in 2001 for an unknown amount and, so the reportage goes, over the next 14 or 15 years shelled out around $10 million to restore and update the property’s numerous and sundry stone-built structures that date back to the early 1800s.

The property includes an entire 19 th -century hameau — a small Provençal village — with more than a dozen structures. The main house measures about 4,300 square feet, per previous reports, and contains five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The various guest cottages and other structures bring the total square footage to 10,376 and the bedroom and bathroom count up to a total of a dozen each, as per digital marketing materials. A former church is now a guesthouse wherein the confessional was converted to a closet, and Mister Depp — who forewent a professional decorator/designer and did up the entire estate himself — also kitted out a covered wagon as a quirky getaway complete with a bathroom and kitchen.

In addition to a garage/workshop and a laundry facility done up to look like authentic business, the estate’s postcard-perfect “central square” includes a restaurant —the awning that hangs over the front reads “Chez Marceline” — that essentially serves as the estate’s dining room. The extensive, gated grounds additionally include a “Pirates of the Caribbean”-themed wine cellar with fabric draped bed, human skull and a fur pelt slung over a carved wood bench; two swimming pools — one worthy of a high-end country club; a complete gym Mister Depp presumably used to keep his middle-aged body silver screen ready; and a private skate park and half-pipe.

Your Mama finds it especially curious the estate is offered with all its furnishings along with a trove of Mister Depp’s other personal belonging such as books and artwork. We’re not really sure why someone who can afford $25 million for what amounts to a private village outside of St. Tropez would want Mister Depp’s decorative leftovers and antique market baubles but, then again, what do we know, right?

At least once a year or so Mister Depp is reported in all the property gossip columns to be in the process of looking for and/or buying a multimillion-dollar country estate in some semi-remote part of the U.K., but as far as this property gossip knows, he’s yet to actually acquire. He also didn’t buy the Nashville mansion it was widely rumored he had his eye on a few years ago. His current holdings, however and as far as we can tell, include a residence in the upscale Paris suburb of Meudon, a prominent estate just above the Sunset Strip in Los Angeles — where he legally married is current and significantly younger Texas-bred actress wife Amber Heard earlier this year — and Little Hall’s Pond Cay, an all but undeveloped 45-acre private island in the Bahamas where the newlyweds held a second ceremony on the beach in the company of a couple of dozen of their friends and family members. Mister Depp’s Los Angeles estate, a 2.64-acre spread on a snaking cul-de-sac with a sizable chateau-style mansion — some reports put it at more than 30 rooms — was purchased in October 1995 from celebrated celebrity attorney and palimony pioneer Marvin Mitchelson. In the subsequent years the privacy-seeking star covertly purchased four of the other six homes on the cul-de-sac at a cost we calculated on our handy-dandy bejeweled abacus to be $10.07 million, not counting the $1.89 million he paid for Mitchelson’s spread.

Après s’être séparé de sa compagne Vanessa Paradis , l’acteur américain Johnny Depp s’apprête à rompre un autre lien l’unissant à la France. Selon les informations de la presse américaine, le hameau que la star possède dans la commune de Plan-de-la-Tour ( Var ) est en vente pour 23 millions d’euros. Pour cette somme, l’heureux acheteur disposera d’une douzaine de bâtiments répartis sur 15 hectares.

Au programme, un vrai petit village à la française, avec sa place centrale, son église faisant office de maison d’invité, son restaurant avec sa cuisine professionnelle que Johnny Depp utilisait comme sa salle à manger tandis que le garage et la buanderie sont installés dans d’autres bâtiments du hameau. Parmi les curiosités de la propriété figure notamment un dressing installé dans un ancien confessionnal, à en croire le Wall Street Journal .

10 millions investis sur place

Au-delà d’un ensemble immobilier conséquent, les acquéreurs pourront sans doute s’intéresser aux souvenirs de l’acteur. Souhaitant visiblement tirer un trait sur une partie de son passé, Johnny Depp inclut au passage dans la vente ses meubles, tableaux, tableaux, livres, DVD et autres effets personnels restés sur place. La vedette américaine avait acheté ce hameau en 2001 «dans un état des plus rustiques», selon Alexander Kraft, président de Sotheby’s international realty France qui se charge de la vente.

Pas moins de 10 millions d’euros auraient été investis pour rénover cette propriété du début du XIXe siècle, qui avait été régulièrement occupée par le couple Depp-Paradis et leurs deux enfants. La maison principale s’étale sur 400 m² et offre 5 chambres, trois salles de bain et un studio d’artiste où Johnny Depp aimait venir peindre. L’ensemble comporte également deux piscines, une salle de sport et même un skate park avec son half pipe que l’acteur a fait construire pour son fils Jack-John. Cerise sur le gâteau, la cave à vin décorée par l’acteur lui-même comme le reste de la propriété multiplie, selon Alexander Kraft cité par le Wall Street Journal, les références au film Pirates des Caraïbes (os de pirates, foulards colorés...).

Acquis au début des années 2000 pour une somme inconnue, le hameau a fait l'objet d'une rénovation ambitieuse de l'ordre de 10 millions de dollars. L'acteur a toujours aimé venir s'y prélasser en compagnie de Vanessa et de leurs deux enfants, Lily-Rose et Jack, à l'abri des paparazzis. « Avec Vanessa et les enfants, nous vivons dans une sorte de petit village, c'est comme le paradis, expliquait Depp au magazine VSD il y a une dizaine d'années. Vous savez ce que je fais là-bas ? Absolument rien ! Il m'arrive de ne pas quitter la propriété pendant trois mois... »

Idéal pour confinement !

Le domaine s'est évidemment assoupi comme celui de la Belle au bois dormant après son divorce en 2012, puis sa relation houleuse avec Amber Heard. Johnny Depp a profité à nouveau des lieux lors de l'épidémie du coronavirus, en se confinant pendant le printemps 2020 sous le soleil varois, d'où il avait partagé une vidéo appelant chacun à prendre soin de soi-même et de ses proches. Mais cet immense domaine, idéal pour une grande famille, ne correspond plus à son mode de vie actuel et continue d'engloutir des frais d'entretien conséquents.

Il mène également une guerre sans merci contre son ex-épouse Amber Heard en lui demandant 50 millions de dollars pour diffamation – elle-même exigeant 100 millions de son côté. Dans un tel contexte, la vente rapide de son cocon provençal serait la bienvenue...

Johnny Depp se garderait bien de nous dire combien il a acheté ce domaine afin justement de revenir les pieds sur terre et vendre à prix raisonnable ! J'ai remarqué que les artistes ont tous tendance à croire que des abrutis seraient prêt à payer un prix fou pour savoir qu'Untel a occupé les lieux... C'était le cas par le passé mais de nos jours, tout le monde regarde ses deniers de près ! Et dans ce cas précis, il faut considérer les frais liés à l'entretient des lieux de cette propriété gigantesque.

Ces artistes vivent hors sol ! Quel intérêt, même pour une famille unie et stable d'avoir et de vivre dans un tel domaine ? Comment peuvent évoluer des enfants "éduqués" dans un tel environnement ? Et ce sont ces mêmes artistes qui nous font des leçons sur la nécessité de la solidarité envers les plus démunis !

This house, located in Plan-de-la-Tour, France has been owned by Johnny Depp since 2001. This small resort village is located near St Tropez. This estate is currently on the market for 26 million dollars. Johnny Depp is an American actor, director and humanitarian. He has been nominated for three Academy Awards and has won both a Golden Globe and Screen Actor’s Guild award for Best Actor. Born on June 9, 1963 in Owensboro, Kentucky, Johnny dropped out of high school when he was 15. He began playing in a band and moved to California to continue his music career. Once in California, he discovered acting and received his first big role when he was cast in the late 1980s in “21 Jump Street”. Since then, Johnny has gone on to star in over 50 major motion pictures with a combined 7.6B worldwide gross. Johnny Depp has two kids (Lily-Rose Melody Depp (born 1999) and John “Jack” Christopher Depp III (born 2002)) with then partner Vanessa Paradis. Johnny and Vanessa were together for 14 years before splitting. Johnny Depp married his new wife, model Amber Heard, in February 2015. Johnny Depp’s home is a 12 bedroom, 12 bathroom, 10,760 square foot home located on 37 acres. The charming property is located in the picturesque village of Plan-de- la-Tour in Southern France, approximately 25 km (approx. 17 miles) north of legendary Mediterranean resort of Saint Tropez. The international airport of Nice is approx. 80 minutes away, the city of Cannes 60 minutes. This estate, which Johnny Depp spent over 10M restoring, contains more than a dozen buildings. These buildings include a main house, several guest cottages, a chapel (which has been converted into a guest house with a closet in the old confessional booth), a bar and restaurant, workshop/garage and staff house. The property also has a covered wagon that has been outfitted with a bathroom and kitchen, two swimming pools, a gym and a skate park with a halfpipe that was built on the property for Johnny Depp’s son. The main house has a wine cave that was personally decorated in a Pirate of the Caribbean motif, with skulls and brightly colored scarves. There is also a romantic hunter’s lodge, painting studio and children’s playroom. Johnny Depp is estimated to be worth 400 million dollars. He averages $20 Million per film and can make up to $100 Million annually. It is rumored that he is making $300M on the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise. Depp listed the estate on the market in 2015 for $63 Million.

Johnny Depp's French estate with "private village" for sale

Johnny Depp's mansion with a "private village" in the south of France is up for grabs.

The actor's 37-acre estate in Plan de la Tour, near Saint Tropez, includes a "hameau" or small village with guest cottages, a chapel, a bar, a restaurant and other stone structures that surround the main house.

The idyllic estate was built more than 200 years ago. The property listing counts 12 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms and includes much of Depp's furnishings and art works.

Over the 14 years Depp lived there with ex Vanessa Paradis and raised his children Lily-Rose and Jack, the actor "painstakingly restored and decorated all the houses, one by one," reportedly investing $10 million in it, according to Sotheby's International Realty .

The impressive grounds, which also include an orchard of olive trees, numerous fountains, a swimming pool, a hunters cabin, an artist's studio where Depp had created some of his own art, and an "elaborate skateboarding ring," is listed at approximately $25.76 million.

Johnny Depp vend sa propriété de Plan-de-la-Tour dans le Var. Elle est estimée à 23 millions d'euros. L'acteur américain avait acheté ce petit village sur les hauteurs de Saint-Tropez en 2001. Il aurait dépensé plus de 10 millions de travaux révèlent nos confrères des Echos .

Plus qu'une maison, c'est un petit village. Johnny Depp a acheté cette vaste propriété sur les hauteurs de Saint-Tropez, à Plan-de-la-Tour. Il aurait dépensé plus de 10 millions d'euros pour rénover ce hameau. Il a acheté ce domaine lorsqu'il était en couple avec Vanessa Paradis. La propriété compte deux piscines, cinq chambres, des cottages pour les invités, une église transformée en lieu d'habitation, révèle le quotidien Les Echos . L'acteur américain aurait même installé un restaurant pour son usage personnel. Aujourdhui, Johnny Depp vend le tout pour 23 millions d'euros.
