Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms

• Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
• Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
• Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

This trip covers the ancient Hoysala temples of Belur, Halebeedu, Kodandarama temple and VeeraNarayana temple. Jhari waterfalls was a beautiful friendly waterfall, both kids and adults would love to spend hours in this place. •    Virupaksha Temple Dating back to 7th century AD, Virupaksha Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva. This holy retreat was formerly a small shrine and was later expanded into a huge complex. It comprises of a hall of pillars, a courtyard, a monastery and multiple entrances. The rare triple-headed statue of Nandi believed to be the guardian deity of Lord Shiva. 

•    Hemakuta Hill Temple Nestled at a hilltop, it offers splendid views of the surrounding Khajuraho group of temples. You would need to do an approximate 15-minute climb to reach. The Hemakuta temple complex houses various shrines of pre- and early-Vijaynagara rule. 

•    Matanga Hill The Matanga Hill in Hampi is abode to the Veerbhadra Temple. It is also the highest peak of Hampi that can be reached by short duration trek. You can reach here by a 30-minute climb. It is an ideal spot for photographers to capture amazing sunrise and sunset views that adds more charm to the rustic beauty of Hampi.

•    Vijay Vithala Temple Dedicated to Vitthala (incarnation of Lord Vishnu), the Vijay Vitthala Temple dates back to 15th century AD. •    Hospet Located in close proximity to Hampi, Hospet is another popular historical getaway for tourists. •    Hassan Noted for its natural splendor, Hassan is a treasure house of Hoysala’s architectural brilliance. It is believed to be named after the goddess Hassan-amma or Hasanamba. •    Badami Formerly called Vatapi, Badami is a valley of rugged red sandstone comprising of architectural treasures in the form of rock-cut cave temples. This UNESCO World Heritage Site has four cave temples, three Hindu temples dedicated to Lord Nataraja and Lord Vishnu and one Jain temple dedicated to Lord Mahavira. In addition to temples, the serene Agastya Lake,  the Badami Fort and the Badami Archaeological Museum are worth an exploration too.

•    Hubli Hubli is the commercial, educational and industrial hub of Karnataka. This city is home to a religious mix of Hindus, Jains, Christians and Muslims. It hosts various festivals with Ganesh Chaturthi becoming the most widely-celebrated festival. Its most popular attractions are the Unkal Lake, Sidharoodha Math, Indira Gandha Glass House Garden, Chandramouleshwar Temple and Nrupatunga Betta.

• 9.Passengers are requested to report 15 minutes in advance. The bus will not wait for passenger who arrives late.
• 10.Smoking and consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited in the coach.
• 11.Purchasing articles from other than Govt. shops is at their own risk.
• 12.The Corporation shall neither be responsible nor refund the amount in case the tourists miss the bus on account of late reporting to the pickup point.
• 13.Tipping the staff including the Guide is strictly prohibited. They are paid by KSTDC except for BHS trip.
• 14.Pets and Animals not allowed inside the bus while on Journey.
• 15.The management has all the right to make the passengers to get down from the bus, who are travelling on invalid tickets, disturbing the co-passengers & drunken passengers, without any refund.
• 16.No postponement of journey will be made within 24 hours. There is no refund on cancellation of one time Preponed/Postponed ticket.
• 17.Tariff is subject to change without notice.
• 18.Accommodation is subject to availability of the rooms and they are subject to change without prior notice.
• 19.Senior Citizens are provided with 20% discount on transportation by default while booking ticket. Hence they must produce valid proof.
• 20.The management shall not be liable for third party suppliers including arrangements with accommodation providers, activity providers and local guides and other independent parties (Third party suppliers) to provide you with some or all the components of your bookings.
• 21.The management shall not be liable and will not assume responsibility for any claims, losses, damages, costs or expenses arising out of inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, upset, disappointed, distress or frustration, whether physical or mental, resulting from the act or omission of any party other than Tour Operator and its employees.
• 22.The management resources all the right to update or alter their terms and condition at any time, and will post the amended terms and condition in the tour package.
• 24.The package tour tariff includes only accommodation and transportation costs, the other charges like food, entrance tickets, etc.. should be borne by tourists themselves.
• 25.Passengers booked the tickets through online can now Cancel/Modify the tickets through their login from KSTDC website by logging in to your account.
• 26.In case of any cancellation/ modifications to be done for the tickets booked for Tirupathi package, the details to be mailed to [email protected] within 05:30pm on working days before 7 days of date of journey.

• Piligrims are mandatory to produce either the vaccination certificate(2doses) or Covid-19 negative certificate obtained with in 73hrs prior to date of darshan at the time of availing special entry darshan.
• Piligrims to be noted that due to the new guidelines imposed from Tirupathi Tirumala Darshana there will be no cancellations or any modifications allowed before 7 days of departure.
• Piligrims to be noted that the data of the tickets booked for Tirupathi darshana is pushed to Tirumala Tirupathi Devastham(TTD) server 7 days in advance before the date of journey, there will be no any modifcations/ cancellations allowed for any unforeseen circumstances (like sudden death of family member, any accidentalissues , etc..)

When you arrive at Bangalore's airport or train station, meet our agent for a friendly welcome and a smooth transfer to your pre-arranged hotel. Breakfast is served in the hotel's on-site restaurant after check-in. After that, take a tour of Bangalore's neighbourhood attractions. As part of our day trip, we will stop at the following locations: Cubbon Park, Visvesvaraya Technological Museum, ISKCON Temple, Tipu's Palace, Lalbagh Botanical Garden, Gavi Gangadhareshwara Temple, Bull Temple at Basavanagudi, Lalbagh Botanical Garden, Vidhana Soudha (only outside view). We'll go shopping on Commercial Street later in the evening. a hotel stay in Bangalore for the night.

We will check out of the hotel in Bangalore after breakfast and travel to Hospet. Along the way, we'll make a stop in Chitradurga to visit the renowned Chitradurga Fort. The dynastic rulers of the area between the 10th and 18th centuries constructed this fort in a series of seven concentric defence walls with numerous corridors, stores for grains and oil, a citadel, mosque, old temples, and water reservoirs. After touring the fort, we'll have lunch before continuing on to Hospet. We'll get there, check into the hotel we've already booked, and unwind for the evening.

We will travel to Hampi, which is about 13 kilometres from Hospet, today after a delicious breakfast. We will go to some of Hampi's most well-known tourist destinations, such as the Sister Stones, Vijaya Vittala Temple (Stone Chariot), Lakshmi Narasimha, Underground Temple, Elephant Stables, Lotus Mahal, Palace Area, Queen's Bath, and Mahanavami. Other places we'll stop by include the Kadale Kalu Ganesha, Hazara Rama Temple, Badavi Linga, Virupaksha Temple, We'll spend some quality time at the Tungabhadra Dam Garden and Musical Fountain later that evening. We'll then return to the hotel for a sound night's sleep after that.

We will travel by road to Anegundi and Kishkindha for a day trip after breakfast. On the northern bank of the Tungabhadra River is the charming village of Anegundi. When we arrive, among other well-known tourist attractions, we will see Pampa Sarovara, Aramane (a destroyed palace), Ranganatha Temple, Navabrindavan, Kamal Mahal, and Huchappayana Matha Temple. After that, we'll have lunch and travel to Kishkindha, the fabled home of Vali's younger brother, Vanara King Sugriva. He ruled over this place with the aid of his aide, Hanuman. Due to its historical and religious significance, this place has gained widespread recognition. The evening is free for personal activities like shopping. After that, we'll head back to the Hospet hotel for a restful

• Cancellation before 48 hours of the package will be not charged, after 48 hours 20% of the tour package cost will be charged from the customers.
• On your booking of packages or tour if car or bus booked for rental and being cancelled the charges will not be refunded at any cost.
• 50% of payment will be taken as confirmation for tour package also for Car/Bus rental, either by Bank deposit or cash in hand.
• We are not responsible for any cost arising out of unexpected situations like landslide, road blocks, Bad weather, etc…
• All baggage’s and personal property are clients risk.
• Senior persons or kids or patients are advised to travel with all their pills directed by their doctors.
