Kendall and Kylie Jenner’s Picturesque Mexican Vacation Spot Lists for $15 Million

To kick off 2021, Kendall and  Kylie Jenner vacationed in a stunning goldenrod-hued Mexican villa, where they snapped idyllic  Instagram pics that looked almost  too beautiful to be real . Though the celebrity sisters paid $6,500 a night for the picturesque property, enviable onlookers now have their chance to own the oceanside oasis, known as Sol de Oriente,  Dirt reports. The secluded retreat, which just landed on the market with a $15 million price tag, is located in the private resort community of  Costa Careyes in Jalisco, Mexico, and was designed to mimic the beauty of its natural, undeveloped surroundings.

The history of the celebrity-favorite vacation enclave goes back to 1968 when Italian artist and businessman Gian Franco Brignone set his sights on 20,000 acres of rainforest and remote ocean frontage along the  Pacific coast . He enlisted local artisans and world-renowned architects to develop colorful round-edged structures set seamlessly within the wild natural beauty of the locale, which he named Careyes.

Sol de Oriente, which has six bedrooms across four buildings, was completed in 1999 by French architect Jean-Claude Galibert, who employed a Mediterranean style for the property’s sunny yellow structures, topping them with palapa-style thatched roofs. The most prominent feature of the elevated star-shaped main villa, dubbed “The Castle,” is a sprawling 11,000-square-foot infinity pool that almost completely encircles the three-bedroom abode. Set on the side of the cliff below, two bungalows and a two-story tower each offer an additional bedroom and bathroom, accessible both by a long staircase and a funicular. Naturally, each structure offers ample opportunity for outdoor lounging with a view.

Brignone  died in 2022 at 95 years old, passing the legacy and management of Careyes along to his family. Sol de Oriente was placed on the market by the real estate developer’s son, Filippo Brignone.

As per usual, the mogul served up some mood board–worthy looks while visiting the Spanish island with her sister Kendall. In an Instagram post, the younger Jenner sister shared a photo of herself posing on a yacht with a stunning sunset in the background. As she leaned on the railing of the boat, she wore a slinky gray halterneck dress with a dropped ruched waist. The sleek look hugged her figure and exposed a bit of side cleavage.

Kylie accessorized with a pair of gold cutout hoop earrings and a gold braided watch, while also indicating her vacation status with a glass of wine in hand. She let the wind blow through her signature bouncy blowout and opted for a sun-kissed glam. Orange blush flushed her cheeks as a dewy highlight gave her an island glow, and she finished off her look with a brown lip liner and pink lipstick.

Meanwhile, her sister Kendall posted a series of snaps from the duo’s vacation. The model shared a compilation of photos and videos on Instagram, among them a cute video of the sisters drinking beers in the back seat of a car and singing along to Billie Eilish’s new song “L’Amour de Ma Vie.” Other videos showed off the stone beaches and sunny waters of Mallorca, while Kendall also mixed in a few windswept selfies.

Presumably posing on a boat, she wore a strapless white top that emphasized her bronzed skin. As she struck several poses for the camera—while the wind blew her hair back into an effortless look—Kendall showed off multiple gold bracelets that decorated her wrist, as well as chunky gold hoops. She finished off her glowing vacation look with a glossy pink lip.

The sister vacation comes after the two hosted an event in Las Vegas to promote their respective beverage brands. Kendall attended on behalf of her 818 Tequila, while Kylie sipped on her new Sprinter spiked seltzer. The two went clubbing in coordinating outfits, and apparently partied so hard they needed a vacation afterward. C’est la vie!

Kendall Jenner Carries One of Fashion’s Most Luxurious (and Enormous!) Bags

The beginning of summer is almost here, which can only mean one thing: vacation time is nigh! To kick off the official season of travel, Kendall, Kylie, and Kris Jenner took a getaway to Mallorca, Spain this weekend; Kendall, in particular, carried an eye-popping bag for her flight home. This wasn’t your standard carry-on luggage: The model carted one of fashion’s most luxurious (and enormous!) bags onto her private plane. And no, it wasn't an expected Hermès Birkin bag or a Louis Vuitton duffel—it was a Phoebe Philo, okay?

Philo, the former creative director of Celine, has a history of creating It bags (cue: the Phantom), so it’s no surprise that her namesake label, launched last year , has a big focus on accessories. Unsurprisingly, they are also all very luxurious. Jenner carried Philo’s XL Cabas tote in toffee suede, complete with black leather lining. If you want to get your hands on the perfectly-slouchy, spacious design, be warned: It retails for a cool $8,200. But at least it’s practical. Per the Phoebe Philo website, it measures 41 cm long x 57.5 cm wide x 27.5cm deep, meaning it’s certainly a roomy enough bag for schlepping to work or to an airport, à la Jenner. You can fit several soccer balls in there—and perhaps a medium-sized dog, too!

Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny star in a new campaign for Gucci ‘s Valigeria travel line ahead of the busy summer season. The two were rumored to be dating before ending their relationship at the end of 2023, only for a new report that suggested they’d gotten back together at the start of January 2024. The photos are evocative of paparazzi images taken of celebrities at the airport.

In the campaign photos, Jenner and Bad Bunny (Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio), pose separately with pieces from the Gucci Savoy collection, featuring fluorescent accents.

The campaign marked a reunion for the respective stars of the Chinese television series “Love and Destiny.”

The collection of photos showcases “a celebration of love and the broader concept of family,” the fashion house said in a statement at the time. The campaign, brought to fruition by the brand’s creative director Sabato De Sarno , also speaks to “the special kind of familiar beauty that travel brings, especially when you find yourself beside a friend that is like family.”

Fashion brands across the globe are still OBSESSED with Kendall Jenner. After all, throughout 2024 alone we’ve encountered the American beauty in advertising campaigns for Tommy Hilfiger , MO&Co. and Tory Burch recently welcomed Kendall as the face of the Tory Burch Sublime scent. Calvin Klein usher Kendall Jenner back for the Fall 2024 season, having previously now featured in four consecutive campaigns for the New York-based brand. Jenner is once again reunited with photographer Mert Alas and stylist Emmnauelle Alt, with the team taking things down to the beach this season. Decked out in an array of 90s-inspired silhouettes down on a beach in Los Angeles, Kendall debuts a new pixie hairdo throughout the sun-lit campaign imagery.

The music superstar, 36, made a surprise appearance at Friday night’s runway show for Alaïa, held in the rotunda of the Solomon R. Guggenheim museum on Manhattan’s Upper East Side.

According to Vogue , the mother-of-two stalled the start of the show for over half an hour, coming straight from the Daily Front Row’s Fashion Media awards ceremony, where she honored Fenty beauty creative director, Jahleel Weaver.

Glittering in a custom crystal creation from the brand — and clutching a sparkling shawl close to her corseted torso — Rihanna entered the Guggenheim to take her seat on the first floor before the models’ descent down the quarter-mile catwalk .

The French fashion house, best known by the masses for its cult-favorite mesh ballet flat , ended the first official day of NYFW with a star-studded show, with Linda Evangelista sitting front row while Kendall Jenner and Vittoria Ceretti walked the winding ramps-turned-runway of the famous museum.

For the international fashion house, the show marked a grand return to the Big Apple — an ode to Alaïa’s first-ever fashion show at Bergdorf Goodman in 1982.

“New York has a very special significance to me. It’s the city of resilience. And resilience is the feeding ground for creativity,” creative director Pieter Mulier told Vogue of the decision to show at NYFW .

“My time in New York has not only shaped my artistic vision but has become an integral part of who I am. It’s where Alaïa‘s story intersects with the heartbeat of the world. New York isn’t just a destination; it’s a homecoming, a celebration of the past, present, and future of Alaïa.”

The evening, Ceretti told Vogue , was “very special.”

“Alaïa in my opinion, is such an icon of beauty,” she said. “And it’s New York, which to me feels different from Paris in a way that’s young and a bit more raw and cooler.”

The label’s winter/spring 2025 collection was fresh, simple and breezy, with airy, billowing fabrics and a more neutral color palette.

The luxurious garments lacked bells and whistles — quite literally, there were “no buttons or zippers,” legendary makeup artist Pat McGrath, who created the “seamless” beauty looks for the show, told Vogue.

And when there were more structural, avant-garde items — frocks covered in fringed coils and puffed pieces, some of which ballooned all over or only at the hemline — they seemed to mimic the architecture of the iconic venue, with its spiraling rotunda and bulbous exterior.

Notably, the “spiral number,” a series of gowns near the end of the runway collection, appeared to mirror the waves of the museum’s interiors, per V Magazine .

Kendall Jenner Reveals 2016 Travel Stats

Sorry to incite major vacation envy, but Kendall Jenner may have just traveled the best year of all time. Interspersed between glamorous selfies and enchanting sunset photos on her website , today she divulged the exact statistics of her travels of 2016.

Firstly, she spent 162,602 miles in the air, with her longest flight clocking in at 17 hours from L.A. to Dubai. Sure, she's all over social media, but nothing compared to social media queen/little sis Kylie . Maybe that's because at 346 hours total, she's spent over two weeks in the air over a span of 55 flights.

The Jetsetting Jenner has boarded private jets (of course) to destinations like Rome, Barcelona, Cannes, and Miami. She's gone skiing in Vail and taken cheesy tourist photos in front of the Coliseum. She's boarded a flight with 45 of her friends as she geared up for her second Victoria's Secret Fashion Show .

The numbers are high, but it makes total sense for someone who's got people to see, places to be, and foods to eat. They say travel is the only thing you can buy that makes you richer. Now we get her strategy.

In America, 21 is the big one. It's the day you're really seen to become an adult and alcohol is officially no longer off the cards in all 50 states.

For model and reality star Kendall Jenner, her 21st birthday was always bound to be a mega-affair, with glittering siblings, a celebrity guestlist and her choice of party venue.

For her evening of revelry, Kendall chose Delilah, a nightclub in West Hollywood, where she dined and danced with friends including best pal Hailey Baldwin.

In terms of her outfit, with probably any of the big labels at her disposal, it's interesting that Kendall chose a slightly lesser known Lebanese designer Antoine Salameh.

According to WWD , the sparkly, backless, chainmail-effect mini-dress was custom made for the younger Jenner girl, as part of his brand LaBourjoisie.

Salameh isn't a total unknown, having previously dressed big stars like Britney Spears, Mariah Carey and Jennifer Lopez.

Hailey Baldwin clearly got the mini-memo, and was sporting hotpants and fishnet thigh-high stockings.

Antoine Salameh's designs are typified by a high-glamour aesthetic - sequins, tassels and sparkles of all kinds are ever present in his clothing.

Kendall Jenner Spotted Dancing During Bad Bunny's Coachella Set amid Rumored Romance

Bad Bunny was performing his headlining set during the first weekend of the annual music festival when Kendall Jenner was spotted dancing along in the crowd

Kendall Jenner is enjoying her time at Coachella — and cheering on Bad Bunny in the process.

In a video posted on TikTok this weekend, the 27-year-old model can be seen dancing as Bad Bunny, 29 — with whom she's fueled romance rumors in recent months — performs his headlining set during the first weekend of the annual music festival.

In the clip, Jenner dances in the audience as the superstar (whose real name is Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio) plays his Un Verano Sin Ti smash "Después de la Playa." Wearing a leather jacket and blue denim shorts, Jenner was surrounded by others in the crowd as she showed off a few moves, including a little spin.

The track was the 25th and final song performed during Bad Bunny's Coachella set, which also included hits such as "I Like It" and "Moscow Mule."

Reps for Jenner and Bad Bunny did not immediately respond to PEOPLE's request for comment.

Jenner's support of the music star comes as the pair are reported to be " spending time together ," a source told PEOPLE earlier this year. In February, Jenner and Bad Bunny were spotted leaving the same Los Angeles restaurant after a reported double date with Hailey and Justin Bieber , TMZ reported.

"Kendall recently started hanging out with him," a source previously told PEOPLE. "They were introduced by friends. He moved to L.A. a few weeks ago and bought a house. She likes him and is having fun. He is different from the guys she dated in the past. He is very charming."

After initial reports of a potential budding romance, the duo was then spotted cozying up while enjoying a horseback ride at the Hidden Hills Equestrian Center in California this month, as first reported by TMZ .

Photos from the outing showed Jenner in front of Bad Bunny as they rode the horse together, as the model also snapped a selfie to remember the moment.

Recently, Bad Bunny has also been turning heads with his latest lyrics, as some think his recent feature on the track "Coco Chanel" doubles as a diss toward Jenner's ex, Devin Booker .

On the Eladio Carrión track, the artist makes an alleged reference to the NBA player's current team, the Phoenix Suns. "Yo no soy malo, nah, bebé, eso e' un gimmick / Pero el sol de PR calienta má' que el de Phoenix / Ella lo sabe," Bad Bunny sings, which translates to, "I'm not bad, baby that's a gimmick / But the sun in Puerto Rico is hotter than in Phoenix / She knows it."

Elsewhere in the song, Bunny raps "las de escorpio son peligro," which translates to "Scorpio women are dangerous." Jenner, a Scorpio, was born on Nov. 3, 1995.

While Bad Bunny didn't name any names, fans believe the one line alludes to his feelings about Booker, who went Instagram official with Jenner on Valentine's Day 2021, before several sources confirmed to PEOPLE in November 2022 that they split.

Fans even circulated screenshots that show a now-deleted comment from Booker's Instagram , apparently in response to Bunny's latest lyrics, per the U.S. Sun. "He worried about another MAN again," the NBA guard reportedly wrote.
