He’ll be joined on all dates by Judas Priest, celebrating 50 heavy metal years.
“I can’t wait to get off my ass and get going again,” Ozzy announces, “but you’re just going to have to be a bit more patient. I want to be 100% ready to come out and knock your f***ing socks off. I’m not retiring, I’ve still got gigs to do and also there’s a new album on the way.”
“To the fans,” he rounds off, “I sincerely thank you for your patience, your loyalty, I love you.”

Ozzy Osbourne's Villa Park gig will take place in summer 2024 and feature 'his great mates'
Sharon Osbourne has revealed more information
Sharon Osbourne has revealed more details about Ozzy Osbourne ’s planned swansong concert at Aston Villa’s stadium Villa Park.
At the London leg of her new stage show Cut The Crap earlier this week, Sharon told the audience at The Fortune Theatre that Ozzy will perform “two more shows” in Birmingham as a “goodbye” to his fans.
Appearing at Birmingham's Alexandra Theatre last night (24th January) as part of the stage show tour, Sharon fought back tears as she divulged more information about Ozzy’s goodbye.
According to the Birmingham Mail , Sharon suggested there would be only one concert, and she told host Jane Moore: "Ozzy feels very much like he's not said goodbye to his fans.
"So he's going to be coming to do a show at Aston Villa. But he's going to have his mates with him, all his great mates that he's toured with for years so he'll have many friends with him and it's going to be a celebration."
Asked if the concert will take place in 2024, Sharon responded: "The summer, yes."
Commenting on whether Ozzy will be well enough to fly over, Sharon continued: "I know with this that it's mind over matter and he wants it too bad. He'll be here."
"It's true, Ozzy won't tour again, definitely he won't,” Sharon added. “It's terrible for him because it's hard to let something that you lived for go, and no matter what over anything, the greatest love of his life is his fans and performing.
"He lives for performing, it's like his oxygen has been cut from him."
Speaking to Metal Hammer last September, Ozzy said he’s also planning on making a new album to coincide with his live return.
Ozzy suffered a serious fall in his bedroom in 2019, which aggravated injuries suffered in his quadbike crash in 2003.
The Prince of Darkness later revealed that the initial surgery he received following his fall was ‘all wrong’ and left him unable to walk. He then underwent ‘life-determining’ surgery in June to realign pins in his neck and back.
Due to his ongoing health woes, Ozzy cancelled his long-delayed UK & Ireland tour with Judas Priest last year together with his planned one-off live comeback at Power Trip festival in California.
Alongside the fall, 75-year-old Ozzy has suffered a series of health setbacks in recent years including his Parkinson’s disease diagnosis, a staph infection in his hand and emphysema.

He wants to "say goodbye properly" to his fans.
Ozzy Osbourne 's health has deteriorated so much within the past few years, that he's had to cancel both his long-awaited tour as well as his touted comeback show.
The legendary Black Sabbath singer called time on his career in live performance last year, admitting he was not quite ready to perform.
Mooted to play at Power Trip Festival alongside fellow rock veterans AC/DC and Iron Maiden in October - held in Indio, California - Ozzy pulled out citing his health once again.
In 2022, he said to be "on the road to recovery" after having neck and spine surgery due to a 2019 injury, which stemmed from a near-fatal accident in 2003, as well as battling Parkinsons.

It was looking positive for Ozzy's on-stage comeback, especially after his surprise performance alongside Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
At the turn of 2023 however, Osbourne revealed his touring days "have ended" and that his retirement had started.
According to his wife Sharon Osbourne however, he might be making a return to the stage after all, after revealing he was planning two farewell concerts in his hometown of Birmingham.
Appearing on stage in London for her 'Cut The Crap' tour - as reported in the Daily Mirror - which sees her talk in Birmingham too, Sharon revealed:
"He won't tour again but we are planning on doing two more shows to say goodbye as he feels like 'I have never said goodbye to my fans and I want to say goodbye properly'."
She suggested the venue could be Aston Villa's stadium Villa Park, adding: "We will do it in Aston Villa where Ozzy is from."
"His voice is still absolutely perfect. And all the time he has been off he still does his singing lessons so his voice is perfect," which was evidently during his Commonwealth Games performance as well as playing an NFL half-time show in 2022 also.
"And he can joke yeah. He has all these melodies in his head. Even if you don't like his music you can't not like Ozzy, he just draws you in."
It's great news for Ozzy's loyal fans, after the rock icon cancelled planned dates, opening up on social media in February 2023 saying: "This is probably one of the hardest things I've ever had to share with my loyal fans."
"As you may all know, four years ago this month I had a major accident, where I damaged my spine. My one and only purpose during this time has been to get back on stage."
Whilts singing voice was "fine", following three operations, stem cell treatments, physical therapy sessions, and Cybernics (HAL) Treatment, his body is "still physically weak".
Ozzy added: "I am honestly humbled by the way you've all patiently held on to your tickets for all this time, but in all good conscience I have now come to the realisation that I'm not physically capable of doing my upcoming European/UK tour dates, as I know I couldn't deal with the travel required."
According to his wife and manager Sharon, the "Prince Of Darkness" might be back for one final hurrah after all.

Ozzy Osbourne Will Play 2 Concerts in His Hometown as 'Goodbye' to Fans, Says Sharon: 'He Won't Tour Again'
Ozzy previously said, "I just want to be well enough to do one show where I can say, 'Hi guys, thanks so much for my life'"

Ozzy Osbourne doesn't want to retire from touring without delivering a couple of final performances.
Following several comments from the 75-year-old Black Sabbath rocker about nearing the end of his touring days due to health issues, his wife and manager Sharon revealed he's planning two final concerts in his Birmingham, England, hometown as a send-off to fans.
"He won’t tour again but we are planning on doing two more shows to say goodbye as he feels like, ‘I have never said goodbye to my fans and I want to say goodbye properly,'" said Sharon, 71, during her Cut the Crap Tour stop in London on Sunday, per Rolling Stone UK .

She specified that the shows will be held in the city's Aston Villa neighborhood "where Ozzy is from," per the outlet. "His voice is still absolutely perfect," added Sharon, noting that he's continued taking "singing lessons" throughout his health-induced time away from the stage.
At this time, Ozzy has not confirmed nor announced any upcoming performances.
The Grammy winner has previously spoken about whether or not he'll be able to tour again following four surgeries related to the structural damage he sustained from a 2019 fall.
In March 2023, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame member canceled all his then-upcoming U.K. and European tour dates due to his damaged spine and seemingly announced his retirement from touring.
"My singing voice is fine. However, after three operations, stem cell treatments, endless physical therapy sessions, and most recently groundbreaking Cybernics (HAL) Treatment, my body is still physically weak," Osbourne wrote on Instagram at the time.
"Never would I have imagined that my touring days would have ended this way," he added. "My team is currently coming up with ideas for where I will be able to perform without having to travel from city to city and country to country."

Later that month, on SiriusXM's Ozzy's Boneyard show , the musician said the public's reaction to his initial comments on touring drove him "nuts."
"If I can ever get back to where I can tour again, fine," he said at the time. "But right now, if you said to me, 'Can you go on the road in a month?' I couldn't say yes. I mean, if I could tour I'd tour. But right now I can't book tours because right now, I don't think I could pull them off."
The "Crazy Train" performer explained that he can't just start playing shows the day he feels better, as planning a tour takes time.
"If the doctor said to me today, 'Oh, you can tour.' It would take another six months to get it together, you know? The only thing I've got that keeps me going is making records," continued Ozzy. "But I can't do that forever. I gotta get out there."
In a November 2023 interview with Rolling Stone UK , the rock icon voiced a similar sentiment as Sharon about wanting to connect with his fans for a last time before his touring days come to an official end.
"That’s one of the things I’ve been the most f---ing pissed off at: I never got the chance to say goodbye or thank you," said Ozzy at the time. “If I can’t continue doing shows on a regular basis, I just want to be well enough to do one show where I can say, ‘Hi guys, thanks so much for my life.’ That’s what I’m working towards, and if I drop down dead at the end of it, I’ll die a happy man.”

Judas Priest decided to cancel almost whole European tour in 2018 (except one show in Paris, Junuary 2018) when Ozzy Osbourne informed about his health problem. I encountered many negative comments on-line from fans who wanted to see Judas Priest alone. To be honest, I also preferred to watch Priest than watch nobody. But apparently Judas Priest felt a need to wait for their friend and play concert together with Ozzy later on. We will become the most happy people on Planet Earth on the day of their show because we will witness such a beautiful sign of respect for history and tradition of heavy metal.

The Ozzy show at Jiffy lube Live on September 14th 2018 was utterly amazing. I will admittedly say Stone Sour did nothing for me and I am sure Ozzy could have pulled a better opener. I am pretty sure there are many metal bands from the 70s up till now that would damn near kill to perform with him.
Ozzy's set might as well been a greatest hits live performances. I had a few friends make comments that they didn't want to go thinking his advanced age would degrade their memory of him and his music. Well they were 100% wrong as soon as he opens his mouth to sing it is like the years just disappear his voice damn near matches when the song was originally recorded and is running and jumping around on stage like a 20 something year old.
Zakk Wylde has to be one of if not my favorite guitarist. The whole show including what was probably damn near a 25 minute solo he played in the crowd was amazing.
To the effects team with the lighting and designs on the stage back drop they were amazing. Both War Pigs and Crazy train definitely stood out compared to the rest of them but all of them were excellent.
The show was pretty good. Of course, Ozzy's voice isn't nearly as good as it used to be, but I was thoroughly surprised that it did sound pretty decent, better than it did on Black Sabbath's 13 album. The stage setup was pretty interesting, the videos playing behind Ozzy were neat. The best part was during the solo at the end of War Pigs. Zakk Wylde walked up the isles that the audience walks down to get to their seats, and played in front of a group of people. The drummer was fantastic as well. Overall, I would recommend seeing Ozzy on this tour.

“Music is sacred.” Jack White announces three intimate 'pop up' shows in the UK this coming weekend
Jack White reveals last-minute plans for three British gigs
Jack White will play three intimate UK club shows this coming weekend.
Announced this morning, September 9, the shows will take place in London, Liverpool, and Brighton, with tickets going on sale to 'vault members' tomorrow (September 10) at 10am, and a general on-sale following at 1pm. The mini-tour will call at:
Sep 13: London Islington Assembly Hall Sep 14: Liverpool O2 Academy Sep 15: Brighton Chalk
You can sign up online for a shot at getting tickets. White recently revealed that he wouldn't be announcing tour dates in the traditional fashion , but would announce shows “as close to the show date as possible.”, adding “some shows we won’t even decide to do until that morning.” He also suggested that he and his band would “mostly be playing at small clubs, backyard fetes, and a few festivals here and there to help pay for expenses.” In a poetic conclusion to his Instagram post, White continued, “I also want to walk through orchard fields and grab apples off of trees at will and fill my belly full of that fruit if the desire strikes me. I’m looking for that cool breeze you know?
“Lots of love and rock and roll to you all and you are blessed for giving that love to others, we hope that we see you out on the road soon, if not let’s get coffee and a slice of pie sometime? Music is sacred.”
The spontaneous nature of the No Name tour is in keeping with the Detroit-born musician's unusual release strategy for his new album No Name .
The album made headlines in July when staff at White's Third Man Records shops slipped 'white label' copies of the record, with no information about what was actually on the vinyl, into the bags of customers, alongside their purchases.

A statement subsequently announcing an 'official' release on August 2 noted, “With the surprise unveiling of No Name , via a giveaway with purchase in Third Man stores on July 19th, fans proved that the rumblings of something mysterious can grow into the beautiful experience of a community sharing the excitement and energy of music and art.”
