Following the announcement of her anticipated sophomore album, acclaimed singer-songwriter  Sasha Alex Sloan  has revealed the dates of her  I Blame The World 2022 North American Tour .

Joined by rising indie-pop artists  Jessie Murph  and  Slimdan , the I Blame The World Tour will see Sasha return to the road this summer, kicking off in Minneapolis this July with additional stops in Chicago, Toronto, Brooklyn, Los Angeles, Nashville, and more. I Blame The World  serves as the follow-up project to Sasha’s 2020 critically praised debut,  Only Child . Described by Sasha as an “honest, non-hopeful” collection of work,  I Blame The World  finds Sasha embracing the weary apathy of the world around her and ushering in a bold new era of musicality. On Friday, Sasha gave fans the first taste of new music from the project with  “WTF,”  the album’s lead single. Paired with its equally cynical  music video , the single is a melodically nihilistic, indie rock-driven record, examining the sometimes seemingly futile task of finding life’s bigger purpose.

I Blame The World  is  set for release on  Friday, May 13  via  RCA Records , pre-save the release  here .

Chris Hemsworth 's kids are back on the red carpet! On Thursday, the actor posed alongside his wife, Elsa Pataky , and their 10-year-old twin sons, Sasha and Tristan , at the Australian premiere of Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga .

The family dressed to the nines for the occasion. Chris opted for a gray suit, which he paired with a black button up, while Elsa stunned in a black lace gown with a thigh-high slit, and the boys coordinated in black suits.

Not present for the family outing was the couple's daughter, India , whom they welcomed in 2012, two years after they tied the knot.

The family's red carpet appearances are few and far between. The last time the Hemsworth twins posed for pics with their parents was at the Sydney premiere of  Thor: Love and Thunder in June 2022.

 When ET spoke to Chris in 2022, he revealed how his kids feel about visiting him on the set of his high-profile projects.

"I guess it's just normal for them," he said. "They come on set and they get excited for a couple of minutes and then they realize it's a pretty boring process."

Chris has been busy as of late, as he's been promoting  Transformers One   and  Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga . He's also set to serve as one of this year's Met Gala co-hosts  -- alongside  Jennifer Lopez ,  Zendaya ,  Bad Bunny  and Anna Wintour -- which will mark his first time at the famed event.

That's all to say that he's not retiring, a rumor that began swirling after Chris learned of his heightened risk for developing Alzheimer's when he underwent genetic testing for an episode of his Disney+ and National Geographic series,  Limitless .

"It all got a little sort of blown out of proportion," he told ET last year of retirement rumors. "I wanted to take time off because I've been working for 10 years, and I've got three kids that I want to spend more time with. The information about the predisposition... allowed me to make a whole bunch of other changes... from nutrition to my training to my mental fitness."

Local routes revealed for opening stages of 2024 Tour of Britain Women

The routes for the opening two stages of the 2024 Tour of Britain Women in Wales have been revealed, ahead of the Grand Départ in Welshpool next month.

The Tour of Britain Women is a women's cycle stage race held in England and Wales, as part of the UCI Women's World Tour.

The opening stages will see the world’s top riders tackle some of Wales’s most iconic roads and climbs, with thousands expected to line the streets to welcome the race.

Riders on the first stage will set off from Welshpool on Thursday, June 6.

Powys County councillor, David Selby, said: “It’s exciting that Powys has been chosen to host the Grand Départ from Welshpool for this year’s Tour of Britain Women.

"It will provide a great opportunity for both residents and visitors to watch some of the world’s top cyclists in action as they race through the north of the county and for us to showcase the beauty of our natural surroundings to a national and international audience.”

Stage two will take place the following day from Wrexham.

Wrexham councillor, Nigel Williams, said: “I’m once again really pleased to see a nationally important event such as the Tour of Britain Women being hosted in Wrexham, giving people the opportunity to see elite cyclists in a major competition.

England's kris kim, 16, set to make pga tour debut, following in footsteps of his lpga mom, share this article.

High-level golf runs in the family for 16-year-old Kris Kim, who will make his PGA Tour debut this week at the 2024 CJ Cup Byron Nelson at TPC Craig Ranch in McKinney, Texas. Kim’s mother, Ji-Hyun Suh, played on the LPGA in 1998 and 1999, at the same time superstar Se Ri Pak burst onto the global stage.

Kim, who hails from Surrey, England, brings quite the resume to Texas. His 2023 triumphs include the R&A Boys’ Amateur Championship, European Boys Individual Championship and the McGregor Trophy.

He also went undefeated at the Junior Ryder Cup, defeating another up-and-coming star, Miles Russell, 5 and 4, in singles. The 15-year-old Russell, of course, tied for 20th recently on the Korn Ferry Tour .

“I can’t wait to play in front of big crowds again. I’ve never hit the ball as far as I did at the Ryder Cup,” Kim said in a release. “The adrenaline rush makes golf so much fun. That said, having played that course, and a few more Tour courses, I appreciate the task ahead and look forward to the challenge.”

Kim, who is playing in McKinney on a sponsor exemption, became the first amateur sponsored by CJ Group last May. Managed by Trinifold Sports, Kim also became the first European amateur to sign an NIL deal with Under Armour and the first British amateur to sign with TaylorMade.

Suh, who briefly returned to competition in Europe in 2014 after a 12-year break, told tour officials that she took up golf at age 13 in Seoul after her father forced her to quit tennis.

“My father would take me at five in the morning and I would hit balls all day and my hands would hurt,” she said. “I didn’t like it very much, but my father did. So I continued practicing from the age of 13 and I became very good. Then, I joined the Korean National team, turned professional in 1998 and afterwards I decided to try and play in America.”

Suh recorded two T-15 finishes in 1998 on the LPGA at the Friendly’s Classic and Giant Eagle LPGA Classic.

Her stint in America fell short, she said, because her English wasn’t very good and it was difficult to travel on her own. With no sponsors in the U.S., she ultimately left for the Japan LPGA, where she played for one year until she met her husband and stopped altogether.

That was in 2002. The couple moved to Surrey and Suh took up a teaching career at a local golf course.

While Suh’s path into the game was laid out by her father, Cuddington Golf Club director Paul Schunter told BBC Sport that Kim’s passionate pursuit is self-motivated.

“I’ve never known a more dedicated youngster,” said Schunter, who watched Kim’s game develop as a youngster at Cuddington.

“And he could not have asked for better parents. They have been so encouraging. All the pushing has come from Kris because he has always wanted to play and practice more and more.”

Kim doesn’t have to look far to learn more about how to handle the next step of his career.

“I’ll definitely ask my mum for advice,” he said. “It is going to be a very different environment and you don’t know how you will respond to it. She’ll help me deal with it. She’s my coach and we talk about everything from dealing with nerves, taking one shot at a time, leaving bad shots behind and keeping it simple right through to course strategy.

“My first aim is to make the cut and then see what happens. At the end of the day I’m one of 144 competitors and we’ve all got a chance. Whatever happens, it’s going to be super helpful for my future because I’ll gain so much experience. I know I’m still young and pretty much every week I learn a lesson, but this week is going to be a lot bigger.”

War toll Sasha im gesetzterem Alter mal wieder bei einem Konzert zu lauschen. Er ist sehr lebendig, kann über sich selbst gut lachen und hat eine gute zweistündige Show geliefert. Sein Tanzstil ist schon goldig und in seinem blauen Anzug machte er eine gute Figur. Jederzeit immer wieder gern. :):)

Mindestens 5 Sterne für Sasha ...

... und Band für ein tolles und abwechslungsreiches Konzert aber maximal 1 Stern für die Tontechnik. Ich habe mich soooo darauf gefreut, Sasha endlich einmal live zu erleben. Leider war von seiner tollen Stimme auf meinem Platz meist sehr wenig zu hören, da die Musik viel zu laut war. Das war sehr schade und ich konnte das Konzert nicht richtig genießen. Darüber bin ich sehr traurig und hoffe, dass ich eine neue Chance bekomme.

Rolling Stones Kick-Start ‘Hackney Diamonds’ Tour With Thrilling Houston Concert

Over the past couple of decades, the Rolling Stones have looked for any reason to hit the road besides the release of a new album of original songs. They’ve launched tours celebrating their 50th anniversary, reissues of select archival records, the 2016 covers LP Blue & Lonesome , and their 60th anniversary. Some years they headed out on the stadium circuit for no particular reason whatsoever, knowing a Stones tour is a major event in and of itself.

The first step was Houston’s NRG Stadium on Sunday night. After a strong opening set by Gary Clark Jr. that centered around his new LP, JPEG Raw , the band took the stage to the familiar opening notes of “Start Me Up.” This is the first time Mick Jagger has faced a stadium crowd since his 80th birthday last year, but his voice and body seem like they stopped aging sometime around Steel Wheels . It’s almost impossible to fully believe until you see it in person. (“People say Joe Biden is too old to be president,” an elderly woman behind me said early in the night. “They need to look at Mick!”)

He wasn’t kidding. The 1965 Aftermath track wasn’t played live once until their 2022 European tour, and this was the first time it crossed the Atlantic. But it’s not something you hear much on classic rock radio, and the audience reaction was pretty muted at first. “I don’t think you really knew it,” Jagger said at the end. “But you got to know it as it went along.”

The Hackney Diamonds portion of the evening began at this point with leadoff single “Angry,” which popped onstage much like it did during their surprise album release show at the New York club Racket last year. “Beast of Burden” won the fan vote for the night, and it provided veteran backup Stones singer Bernard Fowler with a much-deserved spotlight moment. “You’ve got one more vote in November,” Jagger said. “Don’t forget to vote then too. What to play now? Something old … something new.”

Rolling stones unveil 'hackney diamonds' edition of band's crossfire hurricane rum, neil young stuns at 2024 tour launch, unveils lost 'cortez the killer' verse.

At the midway point of every Rolling Stones concert in recent memory, Jagger introduces the band one by one before heading offstage so Keith Richards can sing a couple of songs. For some reason, perhaps to squeeze more new songs into the set without cutting any of the standards, Richards was limited to just a single tune. He made it count by singing 1981’s “Little T & A” for the first time since 2016, though it was disappointing he didn’t get a chance to break out “Tell Me Straight” from Hackney Diamonds . It feels inevitable that’ll happen before this tour ends.

Jagger returned for “Sympathy for the Devil” and “Gimme Shelter,” which gave new background singer Chanel Haynes a chance to emerge from the wings and show off her stunning pipes. She first entered Stones World in 2022 when Sasha Allen, their previous background singer, couldn’t make a Milan show. Haynes was playing the lead role in the West End musical Tina at the time, and she parachuted in at the last second to save the show. This frustrated the producers of Tina , who fired her for handing the show off to her understudy that night when she wasn’t ill, but it impressed the Stones enough to hire her for this tour.

The main set wrapped up with “Honky Tonk Women,” “Miss You,” “Paint It Black,” and “Jumpin’ Jack Flash.” These are songs they’ve done hundreds and hundreds of times for good reason. The hardcores may yearn for deeper cuts like “Memory Motel” or “Moonlight Mile,” but Jagger knows they’d cause many people to sit down and start scrolling through Instagram. And when you have a song like “Jumpin’ Jack Flash” in your repertoire, you simply have to play it every time you do a gig.

“Sweet Sounds of Heaven,” one of the finest songs on Hackney Diamonds , kicked off the brief encore set. If it wasn’t challenging enough to channel Merry Clayton a few songs back, Haynes had to now deliver Lady Gaga’s soaring vocal parts from the original recording. Unsurprisingly, she crushed it. For a moment, it really felt like witnessing a scene from some alternate-universe version of A Star Is Born.

The night closed out with a joyous “Satisfaction,” meaning they played just three songs from Hackney Diamonds. That’s typical for a tour in support of a latter-day Rolling Stones album, but this one really deserved more. They dropped “Midnight Rambler,” one of the Richards songs, and the acoustic set to make room for the three new ones in the show, but it be worth further restructuring to squeeze in “Whole Wide World,” “Bite My Head Off,” and “Tell Me Straight.” These are stellar songs that deserve a spot in the set, even if it means tossing aside “Paint It Black” or “You Can’t Always Get What You Want” sometimes.

So great. Winnetka bowling league was fantastic, but her live set was something else. I was front center for the show and to feel her reaching toward me and singing her songs was powerful. Super emotional and intimate, you could tell she puts everything into what she's doing. I would expect anyone that calls themselves a fan of her in particular or her style of music to go. Such a great experience, and I would definitely go as far as flying to see her again.

She is a must see. Her live vocals are amazing. A couple times she laughed or just didn't sing a word and there was no backing track, nothing. Everything was live and it was awesome.

I had so much fun at Sasha's show! I loved the opening band, Winnetka Bowling League, and the lighting was amazing throughout the whole show! Sasha is such a wonderful performer and I can't wait to go to another show of hers :)

She's amazing! She's laid back with an INCREDIBLE voice. I was lucky enough to be right in the front. This was a very intimate concert setting and she completely rocked it. Her opener, Lauren Aquilina, was fantastic too.

Sasha was incredible. Her voice and her delivery of the songs made them hit extra hard live. I had a great time. She was also pretty funny and made me giggle with her comments between songs. Go see her!

I wasn't sure how much I would like her in concert - but she did not disappoint. Felt all of her songs deeply and really appreciated how real she was about all of it. Amazing voice.
