This is a Collectable RV in its original condition and stored inside all its life. This 2000 Trek by Safari is in All Original Condition, full rear bathroom, full kitchen, a nice laid-out living room area, AND, a MAJIC BED, lowers from the ceiling, giving you all the comforts of a BIG RIG. Very EASY to drive, always garage kept, you'll love the condition of this one. 2001 Safari Trek 2480 is approximately 24 feet in length with 107,692 miles, Workhorse chassis, power mirrors with heat, 4KW generator with 808 hours, patio awning, window awning, exterior shower, solar panel, hydraulic leveling system, inverter, dual pane windows, convection microwave, solid surface counter, all in 1 bath, ducted A/C and LCD TV. The Safari Trek was built by Monaco coach builders, well-known for their quality coaches. This unit is powered by a 290 HP 454 Vortec Chevy engine mated with the well-known GM Hydra-Matic with 4-speed Overdrive., and sits on top of a Workhorse chassis. This is a hard-to-beat combination, and the current seller has been very impressed with his coach. Safari coaches have an aluminum-framed superstructure with a peaked aluminum roof and fiberglass insulation. This all helps in the heating and cooling of this coach. The kitchen area has lots of cabinet room with plenty of storage; you will find a microwave convection oven, gas cooktop stove, a dual-door refrigerator, and Corian solid countertops as well. The flooring is laminate wood, which is light in color to match the wood trim and chairs. The inside of this coach is very bright and sharp, and you'll also find a workstation in the living areas. This gasoline 29ft Trek has 61,800 miles.  I still drive it a couple of times a week so mileage will change.  There is still two plus years left on extended warranty - $5,000 value.  Queen bed hides in ceiling.  Out of way when not in use.  Very easy to drive and has wonderful turning radius.  Rear and side view cameras.  This 50 amp unit has an inverter and generator.  Awnings all around.  Workhorse engine.  Plenty of power.  Driver and passenger seats are leather and electric.  There is plenty of storage inside and below.  Windows are clear - no fogging.  New flooring and carpet, new TV.  The following were replaced in December 2016.  15,000 btu air conditioner, skylight over shower, microwave convection, fridge circuit board, in motion satellite.  In March 2017 replaced starter battery, had tune up and oil change.  Replaced serpentine belt, fuel filter and cleaned fuel injectors for $1,200.  All manuals are available.  No smoking for pets.  This little cream puff is ready to travel.  They don't build them like this anymore.  Reason for sale:  Death of spouse.

I can’t thank you guys enough for my experience in purchasing a new RV. Everyone (Coach, Billy, Curtis, Mat and Robert) was extremely nice and very diligent in helping me through the process. Doing this all on line was scary in the beginning but when I arrived at your dealership I realized I was dealing with professionals and not just a dealer. You can own a dealership or you can provide a the means to be a great dealership. MHSRV definitely provides the means and professionalism that goes with a great dealership. From your on-site ( and free I might add) Restaurant for customers to the Service area and the delivery process you guys made it all feel right and never once did I feel like I was making a mistake or have second thoughts. What an experience and process! It was simply an awesome way for me to feel good about buying new when I normally would not. When my wife and I started our RV search a few years ago it was crazy. We spend over a year looking at different coaches and went to dozens of dealerships in several states. None of the other dealers we visited holds a candle to what MHSRV has in a dealership! Keep in mind I said we looked for over a year! We ended up purchasing from an individual because no dealer made me feel good about our purchase! But that was all erased when I drove on to the MHSRV lot. The minute I arrived in my old RV I was absolutely blown away!! Just the sheer size of the place is awesome! But seeing all those RV’s hooked up like a campground that was just the best! Each one I walked in was like walking into my own. The lights were on and the AC was blowing cold and it was just remarkable! I was even given a golf cart to ride around on without a salesman to tag along! What?! That’s crazy!! Who does that?! MHSRV does, that’s who! Guys, this was simply the best way to end the search for a new RV.

Now there is one negative to this purchase. Sorry to end this on a bad note but when I got home my wife loved it and said to me; you better get me a Washer and Dryer in here. When I asked why she said “we’re going to be doing a lot of traveling.” J So now I got to find her a Washer and Dryer. But on the good side of that, during my deliver process Mat told me the hook ups were there so that’s good!

I can’t say enough about how great this experience was and how great you guys were! In the great words of John Fogerty: Put me in Coach, I’m ready to Play! ( I mean RV )

We spent many hours looking on the Internet searching for the right RV for our 12 month trip around America and Canada. We came across MHS on several search sites and found a great variety of coaches to suit our needs and the prices were amazing. So we knew that by making Texas our destination we could come and look at a large variety of coaches at the one place.

It was nice to be picked up at the airport and treated like a customer straight away. We spent the day with a great sales person whose no pressure sales approach made it easy for us to make the right decision. The after sales process was great too and helped us settle in and allowed us to get to know our RV before leaving the yard.
