• Calms and soothes irritation caused by skin issues, from acne to eczema.
• Provides healing, anti-inflammatory effects that reduce redness.

Step 1: Cleanse

Apply a small amount of your Citrus Cleanse directly to damp skin and massage gently in a circular motion. Rinse with warm water and pat dry with a clean, dry towel. Use twice daily.

Step 2: Tone

Next, spray your Citrus Splash toner all over your freshly cleansed face and neck, avoiding the eye area. Allow to air dry or gently pat dry with fingertips. You can also apply using a clean cotton pad, spritzing directly onto the pad and sweeping over your entire face and neck. Use twice daily.

Step 3: Nourish Apply a small amount (half a pea size) of your Youth Boost evenly to cleansed skin. Gently pat your face and neck with your fingertips until the serum is completely absorbed. Use twice daily.

Step 4: Treat

Apply 2-4 drops of your Marula Magic facial oil to your palms or directly to your freshly cleansed and toned skin and smooth evenly over your face and neck. Massage gently. It’s the perfect time to do face yoga with your Gua Sha. Use twice daily.

Step 5: Moisturise

Apply a small amount (pea size) to freshly cleansed skin morning and night. Use twice daily or as needed on face and neck for best results.

• We recommend doing a patch test before adding new products into your routine. Introduce one by one to ensure they are suitable for your skin.
• Use this routine morning and evening.
• In the morning, follow up your 5-Step Kit with an SPF to protect your skin against UV rays.
• Mix a few drops of Marula Magic with Youth Boost and apply both together as a time-saver.
• Wait 5 minutes to allow complete absorption before applying makeup.

Travel cards in St. Petersburg

If you are staying in St. Petersburg for more than one week and you are using public transport to get around, it probably makes sense to buy some sort of travel card. Your choice of which type of card you need will depend on how much you travel and where to. The card itself costs a small set fee, and you can then choose how much credit to put on the card.

These pale-blue cards are only for use on the metro, and can be bought at metro station ticket windows. The fare plans that you can use on this card include unlimited metro access for one month, a choice of reduced fares for a maximum number of days (e.g. ten journeys in seven days), or multiple tickets with smaller reductions for a maximum number of journeys in 90 days (only the latter can be used by more than one person, as all other card types have a time block of 10 minutes between uses).

Transport card

These violet cards with a picture of the Alexander Column can be bought at metro stations and can be used as a single monthly travel card for all types of public transport, the same service for two weeks, or a monthly travel card for overland transport only.

Combined transport card

This yellow-orange card with an illustration of the Bronze Horseman is for use on overland public transport (buses, trolleybuses and trams) only, and gives you ten journeys in 30 days with around a 15% saving on regular fares.

Podorozhnik Card

This flexible new transport card is decorated with a picture of a plantain ("podorozhnik"), and can be bought from ticket windows at metro stations or at 32, Ulitsa Rubinshteina. The card can be used as a carrier for any type of regular transport card (see above), or used to pay separately for metro and overland transport services, with increasing discounts the more you use the card in each calendar month.

Outback helicopter rescue prompts travel warning from authorities ahead of remote dry season tourism

Travellers set to explore one of northern Australia's most renowned tourist destinations are being urged to properly prepare for remote travel as the Kimberley region welcomes visitors for the dry season. 

On Sunday, Kununurra police rescued a tourist and his passenger by helicopter after they became stranded for two days in a remote area of the East Kimberley.

John Small's vehicle broke down after travelling through floodwater on the Duncan Highway, where he managed to contact authorities through the SOS mode on his phone.

Mr Small said he packed enough food and water to last 10 days and, after his experience, urged other visitors to check road conditions ahead of travel. 

"I would go and check with the local police to see what was open and what was closed … always carry extra water and always carry some tucker," he said. 

Kununurra Acting Officer In Charge Gerard Gibson said Mr Small was stuck in an area where no other vehicles were passing through.

He said the Kimberley landscape was unlike anywhere else in the country and required extra precautions.

"People may underestimate the conditions, temperatures, vastness. So we ask people to do as much research as they can about where they're travelling," Senior Sergeant Gibson said.

Travellers urged to stock supplies

Sergeant Cameron Willis is a Kimberley police officer and also works as a search mission controller in land search operations.

As tourists descend upon the region, Sergeant Willis said it was important for travellers' vehicles and communication systems to be prepared ahead of their journey.

"Carry enough water and supplies, always let someone know where you're going and. if you can, carry a personal locator beacon, which activates a GPS signal that goes off to AMSA, which is the Australian Maritime Safety Agency," he said.

A majority of the West Kimberley's national parks reopened for the season this week  after major closures last year due to a one-in-100-year flood event.

Department of Biodiversity Conservation and Attractions parks and visitor services regional leader Sarah Mullineux said people venturing on hikes needed to take extra care as well as being croc-wise.

"For most of them you're walking through riverbeds sometimes, uneven surfaces, even clambering over rocks to go through a trail and experience an amazing sight," she said.

"So just being really prepared, sun smart, and considering the heat risk."

Beautiful but remote

Sergeant Willis said while the Kimberley was a beautiful part of the world to explore, the remoteness and lack of knowledge were often how people ran into trouble.

"Sometimes it's hundreds and hundreds of kilometres between certain towns and if you get off the beaten track from where people normally go, then you're by yourself and you can get stuck," he said.

As someone who enjoys maps and searching vast landscapes, the role is an enjoyable line of work for Sergeant Willis. But he said nothing was more rewarding than locating a person who had become lost.

"Finding someone who's lost and in distress and getting them back to their families is a really big thing," he said.
