We generally reply as first come first basis only. In case any real priority requirement please call us and inform us. So, we can act accordingly. But we mostly not reply immediately if the query related packages. We act quickly for vehicle / cab / car hire and hotel bookings only.

Please revert us as soon as possible of receiving our mail to confirm / cancel the query. we unable to hold the queries with same rate for longtime and we unable to accept last moment confirmation due to availability and rate variation issues. All bookings confirmed with proper advance (25% for vehicles, 50% for package, 100% for tickets, hotels, and other arrangements) payment only. sending the reply as "confirm the booking" or making the small amount as a token / initial advance cannot be accepted. Sometimes for peak stage and fully loaded days bookings, we may require / request 100% advance also.

Delay in Confirmation / Advance payment may lead rate hike and offer change and even availability issue also. So please confirm as soon as possible and also prior manner.

Confirmation / Reply / Receipts - Once made the payment please wait for 24 to 72 hours to get Confirmation / Reply / Receipts. Because we confirm each and everything with manual process. so, it will take sometimes to get confirmation from hotels, tickets, and other arrangements also. However, we are asking advance after pre plan and pre check only. So, sending the confirmation may little delay, but the advance paid bookings 99.99% confirm only.

Most of the hotels check inn time is 12 Noon only. But majorly our associated hotel people providing the rooms as soon as earlier possible on availability basis.

Due to tourism passengers’ practical problems like train, flight, bus early arrival time we try to provide the rooms at 8 to 9 AM only without any extra cost. but this is purely subject to availability, at the same, this point not come under committed service.

Star Category we classified as per our own standards, calculations and tariff, cost category wise. actual may vary. but no major different in our star classification. One step may up or down that will be considered as cost category wise.

Please do not compare or argue with online hotel rates. because that rate is not on stable mode and non-predictable. when you going to book online after fill all details you will get shocking rates also. even most of the hotels keeping different rules for online bookings. example - room category, service quality and no early check inn. And also, online rates always under rate or huge upper mode only.

Each and every hotel may have different rules & regulations and terms & conditions. Please follow that accordingly

We will provide similar hotels for tour packages in unavoidable or rare cases which may not in our regular hotels list

Rare Cases mean that hotelier denied giving check inn due to their occupancy / check out issues / or early arrival issues / maintenance or unexpected allocations or shortfalls or sometimes may be the agent’s quota not available.

In such cases we also accepting hotel suggestion from clients even that hotel not in our list also. client can also suggest the hotel according to the star category with below guidance if you have any own wish.

You can compare our provided hotels or your suggested hotels with our acceptable comparison ways of trip advisor, google, MakeMyTrip, clear trip, hotels. com, goibibo, expedia, agoda, trivago and booking. com only. (Total all points of each hotel and compare and decide it)

Breakfast & Dinner if included in package / plan, that will be in same hotel where ever stay given. but sometimes it may arrange outside also. because, most of the hotels don't have own restaurant & kitchen also. some hotels rooms may good. but food option may not up to the mark. sometime some hotels deny serving some requirements. So we will arrange according to the situations.

Cancellation charges – between 0 to 72 hours 100% | 3 days to 7 days - 50% | 8 days to 15 Days - 40% | 16 days to 45 days - 25% | more than 46 days -15%.

Postpone / prepone will not accrue any cancellation charges.

Pandemic / epidemic reasoned cancellation will be changed as re-usable and transferable credit only. No refund entertained.

Refund Process for direct client | all cancelled bookings refund will be processed within 21 to 45 days of booking date. no spot payment paid. Sometimes the period of refund will take 45 to 90 days also some unavoidable circumstances

Refund Process for Tour Operators & Travel Agents |all cancelled bookings will not be refunded for agents in any how and any circumstances. That will be changed as re-usable and transferable credit only to / for adjusted future bookings only. if you do not have any future booking you can pass / transfer the credit to any other agent(s). but refund is impossible for agents.

No refund of Darshan Charges (I.e.) Rs.300.
Cancellation by deducting 50% from the original booking cost
18% GST will be deducted for cancellations.

Between 24 hours of the tour (only with the below mentioned proof):

No cancellation will be entertained, but we may consider on some special case.

Reschedule Rules:

Reschedule is possible only once.

Between 8 days to 1 day before the Tour( only with the below mentioned proof):

Reschedule by deducting 10% from the original booking cost(After One Free Reschedule).
No Reschedule will be entertained, but we may consider on some special case.
Reschedule by deducting 20% from the original booking cost(After One Free Reschedule).

We may consider the following reasons for the Cancellation/ Preponement/ Postponement/ Reschedule:

Individual Met with Accident.
Death of their blood related persons.
Girls attaining puberty.
Medical Issues.

If we considering the Cancellation Preponement/Postponement/Reschedule the following documents has to be produced:-

Death Certificate/ Postmortem Certificate/Burial Ground Certificate to be produced.
Blood Relation proof-Legal Heir Certificate(Death of their blood related persons).
Hospital Case sheet or Doctor's certificate to be produced.
Self Certificate from the individual concerned.
After one reschedule no further cancellation is possible.

GENERAL CANCELLATION RULES FOR TIRUPATHI TOUR:-

No cancellation/Preonement/Postpoement within 8 Days before the commencement of the 'Daily Tirupathi Tour'.
Online customers can canceltheir tour ticket throuh online.
If booking made by online, refund of money for cancellation will be as per Rules. The refund amount will be credited to your credit/debit card account through online.
No refund will be allowed if the tourist misses the coach or cancels the journey after departure of the coach.
If one postponement/preponement is availed, no further preponement/postpoement/Cancellation will be permitted.
2% transaction chrge will be levied for every cancellation.
18% GST will be levied for cacellation charges.
The discount/concessions are not eligible for the Tirupathi Tours.
Tours will be operated subject to availability of mnimum 30 tickets for regions apart from Chennai.

You may remember our coverage here a few weeks back on the proliferation of scams targeting Taylor Swift fans hoping to buy tickets to see one of her current run of shows across Europe...

The Shake It Off star will hold a series of concerts in the UK as she continues her Eras tour, with the first taking place in Edinburgh on 7 June.

But the artist's megastardom has seen a huge demand for tickets, which were not cheap even before they sold out within minutes - with prices ranging from £58.65 - £194.75.

Resale prices from legitimate websites have been in the region of £700 each - with some fans reported to have spent well in excess of that to see their hero.

However, such is her popularity among an army of mostly young female devotees that the market has become a target for people seeking to exploit the widespread desperation for tickets.

As reported here, a spate of attempts had seen Facebook users' accounts hacked by scammers, who would then create seemingly genuine posts in groups on the site that the users were members of.

Initially, the posts would suggest the user was seeking to sell tickets - generally four - that were invariably just a few rows from the front of a specific venue for one of Swift's UK shows.

The price suggested in the posts was generally around £180, more expensive than the face value of most tickets, but a fraction of the cost of those being advertised on legitimate resale sites - especially for such desirable seating.

More recent instances indicate the methods being employed by scammers have since evolved and, it appears, become significantly more sophisticated.

In these more recent attempts to defraud so-called Swifties (and in many cases, the parents purchasing the tickets), the posts detail the specific rows and seat numbers.

A further departure from the previous efforts is the scammers no longer including the asking price for the (non-existent) tickets.

Both these changes were evident in one attempt Sky News has become aware of - as was another and decidedly sinister tactic.

In this case, given the number of previous scams that have flooded Facebook, the admin for the group in question first removed the post - correctly assuming it was fraudulent.

But, he told Sky News, he was subsequently sent a photo of what appeared to be the user's passport as a means of verifying her post was genuine.

This development indicates the scammer in question had used some form of photo-editing software to create an image that appeared to be of the user's passport.

"I contacted her to explain that I had deleted her post and removed her account from the group as there are so many scams around, and I could not verify their identity or the validity of the ticket offer," said Trevor Williams, who runs the local community Facebook group in Birmingham.

"Within a few minutes, I received a photo of a passport in this name and an assurance that she was genuine.

"This was enough to change my decision and the post was put it back on the group.

"Most people have no idea of the problems of being an admin on these groups, as you simply cannot win."

How can you protect yourself against these scams?

For those looking to buy resale tickets, the main advice is to simply avoid being tempted into seemingly genuine offers posted on Facebook, unless it is from someone you know and have spoken to directly (and not just over Facebook).

Those looking to sell on their tickets will invariably use the established and legitimate resale sites such as Viagogo or StubHub.

Perhaps the most useful piece of advice is an old one - if it looks too good to be true, it probably is.

In terms of protecting yourself against your account on Facebook (or any social media site) being hacked by scammers, the best measure is to ensure you have enabled two-step or two-factor authentication.

This can be found through the security and privacy settings on your Facebook account, and involves the use of your telephone number or a separate authentication app on your phone whenever someone attempts to log in.

TV chef Gordon Ramsay has announced he will open new restaurants and a cooking academy in one of London's tallest skyscrapers.

The 60th floor of 22 Bishopsgate will have a 14-seat chef's table experience - run by the team from the chef's three-Michelin-starred Chelsea restaurant, Restaurant Gordon Ramsay.

In addition, Lucky Cat restaurant, a Lucky Cat terrace bar and a Bread Street Kitchen will open on the 59th floor.

Finally, he'll be opening a cooking academy in the building, The Gordon Ramsay Academy.

City editor Mark Kleinman has revealed that high street billionaire Mike Ashley is closing in on a deal to become the new British partner of struggling fashion chain Ted Baker.

Eating ultra-processed meat is linked to an increased risk of early death.

A Harvard study over 30 years tracked more than 114,000 adults.

The highest risks were linked with the most processed meats such as sausages and ham.

Regular eaters had a 13% higher chance of dying over the 34 years tracked.

Diets high in sugary and artificially sweetened drinks had a 9% increased risk, the study found.

The used car market increased by 6.5% in the first quarter of the year , with sales of over 1.9 million vehicles, new figures show.

We're now hearing the final questions of this news conference.

The governor of the Bank of England is asked if August is more likely than June to see the Monetary Policy Committee cut interest rates.

"Nice try to introduce the 'is it June' question again," Andrew Bailey says with a smile.

"We're going meeting by meeting," he adds, stressing that more data [which will be at the MPC's disposal over the coming months] will allow them more visibility and more scope to make a decision."

Our economics editor Ed Conway is next to ask the governor a question.

He asks whether increasing government interest in the Bank's workings has any influence on an interest rate cut.

"We [the Monetary Policy Committee] never discuss politics," Andrew Bailey replies.

"We are an independent central bank, we have a remit and it is our duty to exercise that remit at all times."

"Our remit applies at all times, so it [politics] isn't a consideration."

Asked if inflation dynamics in the UK are different to the US, Andrew Bailey says there is no law that says the US moves first on interest rate cuts and everyone else afterwards.

"There is no law," he says.

"Moreover, we have a remit and target which is related to domestic inflation in the UK.

"We're an open economy so we take the rest of the world into consideration

"But there is no law to say we can only move once the Federal Reserve (central bank of the US) moves."

There is a feeling among economists that, although the US often leads, the European Central Bank may be the first to move with an early June cut.

This could, it has been suggested, push the UK to cut on 20 June.

We move on to how the Bank intends to cut interest rates.

"To make sure that inflation stays around the 2% target - that inflation will need to be too high nor too low - it's likely that we will need to cut Bank rate over the coming quarters and make monetary policy somewhat less restrictive over the forecast period," Andrew Bailey says.

Crucially, he adds, the Bank may cut "more so than currently priced into market rates".

Heading into today, markets expected a rate cut this summer - most likely August. They were pricing in up to three cuts this year - leading us to 4.5% by December - but the governor is suggesting we could go below that figure.

"We have no preconceptions about how fast and how far we might cut Bank rates," Mr Bailey continues.

"Instead, we will continue to look carefully for evidence that the outlook for inflation is consistent with the 2% target.

"Given the decisions we have already made, we will reach a new decision on the appropriate level of Bank rate based on the evidence at each meeting."

Andrew Bailey moves on to medium-term inflation and says it will rise from 2% to 2.5% by the end of year and then fall back next year.

He forecasts it will fall to 1.9% in two years and to 1.6% in four years.

"This projection reflects our view that we're making very good progress in returning inflation to the 2% target," he says.

"In fact, the projection suggests that inflation could fall below the inflation target towards the end of the forecast period."

Andrew Bailey opens the media conference.

"Inflation is now falling to just above 3%, and we expect it to be close to the target in the coming months," he says, referencing the 2% targeted by the Bank.

"That's encouraging, but we are not yet at a point where we can cut bank rates," noting that inflation will likely rise later in the year.

He says recent data showed few surprises - which is welcome news.

"This absence of data surprises is an indication that we're now getting back to more normal times, at least compared to the highly unusual period we've been living through with a global pandemic and a major war in Europe."

He adds: "More data will help us to extract the signal from the noise and help us to judge whether or not we are on track to bring inflation back to the 2% target sustainably."

He then turns to when a cut in interest rates could be expected.

"A change in Bank [interest] rates in June is neither ruled out nor a fait accompli," he says.

Taylor Swift ‘s concerts in Paris are reportedly drawing more American tourists than the 2024 Summer Olympics, data from luxury travel agency Embark Beyond reveals.

What Happened: According to a Bloomberg report on Thursday, Swift’s four performances at La Défense Arena — which has a maximum seating capacity of 40,000 — are seeing a larger influx of U.S. visitors compared to the Paris Olympics.

The agency indicates that Swift’s concerts are pulling in five times as many Americans as the global sporting event, which is surprising given the magnitude of the Olympics.

The pop superstar is in the French capital for the European leg of her "Eras Tour."

Jack Ezon , co-founder of Embark Beyond, was reportedly taken aback by the shift in travel trends, commenting, “Look at what Taylor did to the Super Bowl. She's even overshadowing the Olympics."

Despite ticket resale restrictions in European cities like Paris, Swift’s concerts are causing a significant surge in U.S. tourists.

Ezon’s company has organized over 200 Paris trips for Swift’s fans, typically involving a three-night stay at luxury hotels.

Contrastingly, the demand for the Olympic Games seems to be lower than expected, with hotel rates falling by over 30% in the past half-year, according to travel insights firm Lighthouse.

Why It Matters: Swift’s ability to draw a crowd is unsurprising, given her monumental success in the music industry. Her “Eras Tour” is the most profitable concert series in U.S. history, contributing billions to the economy.

Home Prices Soared Higher in February, Despite Increasing Mortgage Rates

Home prices continue to march higher this year, despite pressure from increasing mortgage rates.

National home prices rose 6.4% annually in February, according to data from the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller Home Price Index released Tuesday. That was the largest year-over-year rise since November 2022.

Among the 20 cities tracked, San Diego had the highest year-over-year price jump in February, at 11.4%, followed by Chicago and Detroit , both with increases of 8.9%.

The report tracks single-family home prices across December, January, and February, when mortgage rates dipped to 6.6%. More recently, average rates for 30-year fixed mortgages jumped to 7.17% for the week ending April 25, according to Freddie Mac .

In a note, Capital Economics property economist Thomas Ryan said that “the substantial shortage of existing homes for sale” fueled February’s gains in home prices.

“Looking ahead, while still high mortgage rates will prevent a house price boom, we think the combination of tight supply and rising buyer demand will deliver a few more years of solid house price growth,” added Ryan. He is forecasting annual home price growth of 5% through this year and 3% in 2025.

Where are home prices rising the fastest?

For the second straight month, all 20 metros tracked by the index saw annual home price increases. In four cities, prices hit all-time highs as tracked by the index: San Diego, Los Angeles , Washington DC and New York .

Nearly every city also posted monthly price growth on a seasonally adjusted basis. The one exception was Tampa, FL , where home prices dipped 0.3% on the month, but remained up 4.2% from one year ago.

"Homeowners most likely saw healthy gains in the last year, no matter what city you were in, or if it was in an expensive or inexpensive neighborhood," said Brian D. Luke , head of commodities, real and digital assets at S&P Dow Jones Indices, in a statement. "On a seasonal adjusted basis, home prices have continued to break through previous all-time highs set last year."

Following San Diego, Chicago, and Detroit, the cities with the largest annual price increases were Los Angeles and New York. In both cities, prices went up by 8.7% in February. Charlotte, NC , followed with a year-over-year increase of 8.2%.

"The Midwest and Northeast remained popular with homebuyers, which kept prices climbing annually in the regions," says Realtor.com® senior economic research analyst Hannah Jones . "Southern markets saw slower price growth, as relatively abundant inventory relieved some price pressure in the region."

Of the 20 cities tracked by the index, Portland, OR , had the lowest annual gain in home prices, at 2.2%.

Low housing inventory continues to fuel higher home prices

A lack of available homes for sale continues to be a major factor driving prices higher in many areas.

Jones notes that while home inventory increased 14.8% on an annual basis in February, it remained nearly 40% lower than prepandemic levels, according to Realtor.com data .

"Home supply improved annually starting in November 2023, but buyers still saw relatively fewer homes for sale compared to prepandemic, which prevented home prices from easing," Jones explains. " Existing home sales increased 9.5% in February as buyers enjoyed more available inventory, despite still-climbing prices."

More recent data show that buyers are increasingly turning to newly built homes, as the number of existing homes on the market continues to lag.

Sales of new, single-family houses jumped 8.8% in March from the prior month, according to a report last week from the U.S. Census Bureau and Department of Housing and Urban Development.

That report came after the National Association of Realtors® reported that sales of existing homes slumped in March, as prices continued to climb. The pullback in sales of previously owned homes did boost the number of homes on the market, which rose 4.7% from the prior month to 1.11 million units at the end of March.

"Inventory is still low but we are seeing more new listing activity," said Bright MLS Chief Economist Lisa Sturtevant in a statement. "An increase of supply—both of new homes and of existing homes—may be coming at the same time that elevated rates, high home prices, and uncertainty in the market are leading some buyers to sit on the sidelines."

Sturtevant forecasts that home prices will continue to rise into the summer, but that the pace of price growth will slow. She added that "in some markets, we will see modest year-over-year price declines this summer."
