Toni was really helpful and is super friendly! Being my first time ever booking a family holiday abroad I was incredibly nervous and had no idea where to even start! She found out what I was looking for and sent me plenty of suitable options to look through. It was hard to even choose she found so many great deals for us. Toni helped walk me through it all and answered any and all questions I had for her and kept me updated throughout the booking. I would highly recommend using Toni to find your perfect holiday. Lisa was a great help when we went to book a holiday for 2025. Location and temperature were important as travelling for first time abroad with 2 young children who just love digging in sand! I booked my holiday with Tania she was amazing, she managed to find me the perfect holiday with everything I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble from sorting out my Visa and what tours there are, excellent customer experience would highly recommend. Such a lovely lady thank you so much for helping me book my dream holiday! Would like to say big thank you to Ben such a lovely guy helped me book my tour and gave me my tickets today for my holiday. Despite our indecisiveness, Jacqui was extremely patient and very informative with helping us to choose our special cruise in 2025. It will be my 50th birthday in June next year and we wanted a Mediterranean cruise that stopped at ports in as many countries as possible and Jacqui offered us many different options and gave us the space to make our own decision. Frustrated at trying to make online bookings so decided to use a travel agent for the first time in years. Karly at Hays Travel, Bridgend could not have been more helpful and found us a great holiday in Croatia at a good price.

It all started when a holiday popped up on FB. From that point on the member of staff was amazing. Booked the holiday and forwarded info. The following day I called into the office and was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff and was provided with additional info and they also booked seating on the plane. Could not wish for a better experience when buying a holiday

Helen, our advisor was very helpful and efficient. No pressure or rush to get us to book a holiday. Recommend private transfers to hotel and for return journey to airport, which she has found at an excellent rate. Managed to get the price down form the original quote. Definitely would recommend Hayes in Bridgend.

I booked our holiday with Hays Travel Bridgend. Karly welcomed us to the office. She was very attentive and listened to what holiday we wanted. She did several searches for the right holiday taking in to account all our requirements - destination, board, location to ammentities, travel times, transfer times and dates and helped us to book seats on the plane. She also printed all the information off for us. What a very helpful and friendly young lady.

Amsterdam City Break

My recent visit to Hays Travel to book a trip to Amsterdam was so easy, it was untrue. Jackie was extremely helpful with the flights and another assistant gave advice on the best area to stay. Jackie gave me a choice of hotels suiting my needs and the booking was made. The paperwork came through swiftly. Such a pleasant experience. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. So looking forward to this trip.

The food was o.k but very basic and the snack bar very poor.The drinks were served in small flimsy plastic cups even coffee.The staff were generally rude and unhelpful except for a few of the younger ones.Hardly any umbrellas around the pool.Were not supplied bottled water and when we wanted to fill up empty bottles bought outside the hotel the staff in the restaurant had a hissy fit and told us we were not allowed to fill.This is supposed to be a all inclusive hotel but in our opinion didn’t fit this description al all.The actual hotel we couldn’t fault very modern and great outdoor areas.would not recommend or re-visit.

Excellent customer service. Rosie (Bridgend branch) went out of her way to help us find the holiday we wanted in the place we wanted and the dates we wanted. She was very supportive and responsive with email queries when we were fine tuning our options. With Rosie’s knowledge, we’ll definitely be back booking future holidays!

First holiday in 5 years - booking post Covid!

We hadn't booked a holiday for 5 years, so we were a bit nervous about doing so. But Tania was very helpful and reasurring in her manner which put us both at ease. The travel agents was busy but at no point did we feel rushed and we were given time to think about our choices. We felt that our questions we answered fully and truthfully. Although we purchased travel insurance and airport parking at the same time, we didn't feel pushed into doing so, it was us who initiated some of that conversation. We came away feeling very satisfied with our booking and excited at being able to go away at last.

Went into Hayes to get a quote on a multi centre holiday. Sophie was fantastic, she went through hotels and resorts and recommended lovely hotels. She emailed me prices and ghost flights which she explained. I changed the amount of time we would like to stay in one resort so she sorted a new price plus flight times was available. So easy to book and Sophie was very thorough. Thank you

The person who arranged our holiday (Erica) was extremely helpful, answering the many questions I had, as well as looking at many holiday apartments for us. Nothing was too much trouble for her, which alleviated alot of anxiety. We will most definitely use this service again.

First time we used a travel agency, Sara was very helpful and she definitely know her job, we book a nice holiday to Lanzarote in less than an hour.
