  L&W Fab Complete Long Travel Kit For Polaris PRO XP 

This l&w fab long travel kit for the polaris pro xp off-road vehicle model years 2020 and beyond. this kit is designed to enhance the vehicle's performance in off-road conditions. .

This PRO XP Long Travel Kit is made to easily fit 2020 and newer models of the Polaris PRO XP. No drilling is required for installation, it's simply a bolt-on process.

Once installed, the kit will widen the vehicle by 4 inches on each side, giving it a total width of 72 inches when using stock offset wheels. It will also extend the wheelbase by 3.5 inches, which is likely to enhance stability.

The kit includes front A arms with a 1.75-inch forward offset and rear trailing arms with a 1.75-inch rear offset. These are made from 1.5” DOM and offer high clearance. They retain the factory shock location, and can utilize factory PRO XP bushings and ball joints.

The only steel parts of the kit, the A Arms and Trailing Arms, come with a powder coating for increased durability. An additional charge is available for powder coating the radius rods.

Here's a list of what the PRO XP Long Travel Kit includes:

• Front upper and lower A arms (Non-Adjustable, only compatible with stock size ball joints. They're not available for Mega Ball Joints).
• Set of Tie Rods with L&W HD rebuildable inner joints.
• High Clearance Steel HD Trailing Arms.
• High Clearance Billet Aluminum Radius Rods with adjustable uppers.
• One extended brake line for the front passenger side.

The aim of this kit is to enhance your Polaris PRO XP's performance, particularly in off-road conditions, by increasing width and wheelbase and adding high clearance components. This should lead to improved stability and resilience in challenging terrains.

Product Warranties Revolution Off-Road, LLC honors all manufacturer warranties. Any product that carries a manufacturer warranty must be warrantied through its respective manufacturer. Installed components which have failed must be removed and shipped back to its manufacturer for inspection before replacement. Revolution Off-Road, LLC is not responsible for shipping products to manufacturers for inspection or the return shipping to the end user. Labor time is not paid by Revolution Off-Road, LLC. Damaged Products If a products arrived damaged you must contact Revolution Off-Road, LLC WITHIN 5 BUSINESS DAYS. Do not install the product as the manufacturer will handle shipping a replacement item. If you install the product then it will void any shipping claim as the product will need to be reviewed by sending pictures of any damage. Once again review your product before attempting to install it, if any damage is found, do not install. Cores There is a 30 day turnaround policy on cores from the time it was delivered.

To determine whether you have M14 or M16, please measure the ends of you factory tie rods (the side that screws into the rack). If the end is less the 1/2″ you will need M14, if it is over 1/2″ you will need M16. The turbo model usually takes M16 ( measuring is recommended ), the 1000 model is not consistent and will need to be measured. 2016 Turbo will always be M14

FITMENT: 2014 – 2023 RZR XP 1000/XP TURBO . Give your 64 ”   RZR XP   A wider, and more stable   stance. MADE OF DOMESTIC DOM (1. 5X.120 WALL AND 1. 2 5X.120 WALL) Made from HRPO .250 sheet   steel and 1.5×3 – 3/16 thick tubing NO DRILLING REQUIRED

These take 17 and up model bushings.

If you have a 14-16 model, you will need to purchase bushings.

L&W Fabs Long travel kit fits 2014-2023 Polaris RZR XP 1000 / XP Turbo. This  is a Bolt on installation, No welding or drilling is required.    This kit adds 4” to each side of your RZR giving it a 72” width with stock offset wheels.   It also adds 3.5” to the wheelbase.  The front A arms are 1.75” forward offset, and rear trailing arms are 1.75” rear offset, which improves stability. The  A arms are high clearance and made from 1.5” x .120 & 1.25" .120 DOM. Only Steel Parts will come powder coated.  Aluminum parts can be powder coated for an additional charge.

This kit maintains front and rear factory shock location. You c an use factory bushings and factory ball joints, Although we highly recommend upgrading to Keller Ball joints and Performance SXS Bushings ( See links below ). Trailing Arms, A Arms, and Radius Rods will come powder coated to match.  It is also highly recommended that you replace your factory spring with a Shock Therapy Dual Rate Spring kit designed for the long travel kit as your factory suspension will be extremally soft after installing this kit due to the change in suspension geometry.

XP 1000 Models - You will need to upgrade the front diff to accommodate the Turbo S Axles.  This can be done in one of 3 ways.  You can change the cups to Turbo cups, Swap to an RS1 Diff, or Swap to a Turbo Diff.

Qualifies for Free In Store Pickup

• Race system legal for several different racing sanctions that have limited track width rules.
• 2" extended 4130 chromoly tubular upper arms bolt to factory control arm mounting locations.
• Upper and lower ball joints are replaced with 1" uniballs for maximum wheel travel and component strength.
• TOTAL CHAOS includes 1" I.D. uniballs that feature a heat treated stainless steel ball & heat treated stainless steel race for maximum corrosion resistance and component longevity. These uniball's also features a military grade PTFE woven fabric liner that helps prevent noise.
• Boxed and internally gusseted 2" extended lower control arms bolt to factory control arm mounting locations and are pre tabbed for dual shock capability.
• A secondary external bypass shock can be installed to increase dampening and tune-ability.
• Bolt on lower uniball adapters are CNC machined from billet steel and include shortened factory hardware for ease of installation.
• Lower control arm is compatible with Light Racing Jounce dome pad if vehicle is already equipped with this model bump stop. 1 1/2" extension for Jounce shock is sold separately.
• Spring rate options offer the ability to customize your ride for your specific application allowing you to custom tune the vehicle for specific terrain or desired performance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All returns must be accompanied by an original or copy of the receipt within 30 days. There are no refunds/credits after 30 days. Electrical items, tools, installed parts, and some special order items are non-refundable/non-returnable.

All items returned are subject to a minimum 15% restock fee unless other arrangements were made at the time of purchase.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless item was received damaged or defective, or an error was made on our part when processing your order. Please contact us for any further questions on non-returnable items.

In order to return any products you must contact our customer service at 1-800-341-7757 and obtain an RGA number and write it large and clear on the box being returned. Also care must be taken by you the customer to pack the returned merchandise carefully so that it does not get damaged when sent back to us. Off Road Warehouse is not responsible for any damage that occurs during shipment back to us and the product will become non-returnable if it becomes damaged during the return shipment.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Any customer that receives damaged or defective merchandise should contact Off Road Warehouse immediately and at the latest within 30 days of the Invoice/Purchase date.

Please contact the Customer Service line at 1-800-341-7757 for more information on returning the merchandise to us and how long it will take to receive a replacement.

Off Road Warehouse does its best to make sure that all merchandise is free of defects and is shipped safely but accidents in shipping and transportation as well as manufacturing defects do happen. We will be happy to help you out and get you new merchandise as quickly as possible.

Order Cancelations are not guaranteed. Orders are processed once they are received, In some cases these are with third party vendors and manufactors. We will do everything in our power to stop an Order already in motion but sometimes we are unable to do so.

L&W Long travel installed

Finally got the long travel installed, so far for the money it’s a pretty solid kit. arms are beef and the trailing arms are not super high clearance, but I gained about an additional 2”. I also bought some 1/2” skid plate material to make some trailing arm skids for them. Still have some adjusting to do on toe in and camber, but I’ll get to it. Still have the factory utv skid and my rock sliders to put on. Pics are it sitting on 35” rock monsters and valor wheels. I adjusted the suspension down a little and went a little to far. I hate pulling the one back shock with the coolant bottle in the way. Gear reduction seems good although 35’s definitely add some weight. I have 32’s I can throw on if I want a lot of high speed stuff. Keep getting a check engine from the gear selector not registering park, sees the other gears fine. I’ll have to dive into that. parts I added or still have to put on this go around: L&W long travel (sitting about 76” wide with tires at 12lbs w/ 17” clearance gear reduction: low and reverse shaft halo locking sway bar: had to build my own mounting bracket razor back belt temp gauge viper shifter obor 35” rock monster tires valor beadlocks factory utv 1/2” skid polaris rock sliders

Have to get the alignment set and figure out the camber issue on the passenger front, do a few shake down rides then Moab for 16 days in May.

Keller Ball Joint

If you are needing ball joints for a full set (4) of A Arms, please choose a set of 4. 

If you are needing them for Uppers, choose a set of 2. 

If you are needing them for Lowers, choose a set of 2.

The Mega Ball Joints are used for our mega ball joint a arms. The will not fit a regular a arm.

These ball joints are for rzr only (XP, TURBO, RS1, PRO XP, TURBO S). They do not fit a general or Ranger. 

 These ball joints have a hardened body and stem. Stem is built from AMERICAN made 4340 and hardened for maximum strength and wear resistance. Adjustable and greaseable with a replaceable boot.

PRO XP Tie Rods

These tie rods are for the Pro XP.

They have a lifetime warranty. 

Factory ends are not warrantied, only the tie rod itself. 

*PLEASE NOTE: If running 14″ wheels, the tie rod will make contact with the wheel at full turn. You can avoid this by running a wheel spacer or a steering stop.

PRO XP- 2 Heim Radius Rods

THIS LISTING IS FOR PRO XP MODELS ONLY.

The lowers are High clearance and always come Direct Bolt.

The 2 Heim Uppers come with both a Left and Right Hand heim on each end of the rod for adjustability if needed. 

*Adjustable uppers are usually necessary to correct any camber issues that you may have or experience on your machine.  Most times if you plan to change tender springs, or if you are running a bigger set up (portals, lifts, changing ride height most times will cause +/- camber that you will need to correct with adjustable uppers.)

Worlds Best Belt – RZR Pro XP

The 1202 World’s Best Belt has a taller side profile, allowing for more hookup on the clutches when compared to the stock belt. This is an upgraded belt for  the RZR Pro XP. 

• Manufacturing, quality control certifications — ISO-14001, ISO-9001, and IATF-16949.
• 3rd Generation heavy-duty, high-twist Aramid Fiber cord for HIGH HORSEPOWER TENSILE LOAD requirements. Making it the strongest belt on the market, surpassing even our EX and Sand Storm lines.
• Highest shock load rating to date being able to withstand the power of the 400hp machines.
• Increased top cog pressure load design that increases sidewall rigidity, prevents top cog bowing, but still allows for increased rotational flexibility.
• Bottom cog uses HIGH MODULOUS RUBBER COMPOUND ( BZX1 ) for better heat resistance and heat dissipation.
• Bottom cog is impregnated with short Aramid Fibers for better belt-to-sheave adhesion and reduced overall belt temperature.
• Latest bottom cog design for greater rotational efficiency at full shift.
• Precision ground sidewall angle (SCUFFING) for smooth engagement, increased power transfer and lower operating belt temperature.
• Aramid Fiber cord, versus polyester, wraps over bottom cogs for increased bottom cog strength.
