Unearth is a fantastic band, and I loved getting to see them live (for the first time, for me). The venue had a cool vibe and was very clean, but the sound wasn't very clear, making it often difficult to tell what song the bands were playing, or pick out any of the details. When you have such intricate and fast-paced music, it's a bummer when you can't hear it clearly. Still, had a good time and would absolutely go see Unearth again next time they are in town.

Fantastic show Unearth never disappoints! Buzz and Ken always have entertaining antics. The interaction with band while they perform is something you dont get with other bands! If you never seen Unearth go see them you will not be disappointed!

Unearth Announces 2023 North American Album Release Tour

Metal band Unearth has confirmed a string of North American tour dates supporting their upcoming new release, ‘The Wretched; The Ruinous.’ due via Century Media.

' src=

Metal band Unearth has confirmed a string of North American tour dates supporting their upcoming new release, The Wretched; The Ruinous , due via Century Media . The band recently released the single/video “ The Wretched; The Ruinous .” Unearth’s new music was recorded, once again, with renowned Producer/Engineer Will Putney .

The band comments:

“It’s been almost five years since we’ve headlined the Midwest and West Coast of the USA and we are excited to be coming at you all first to support our new album ‘The Wretched; The Ruinous’. We’ve got two killer bands joining us on all dates, Upon A Burning Body and 156/Silence, as well as some yet to be announced bands on select gigs. See you all out there.”

Unearth vocalist Trevor Phipps comments on the new album:

“‘The Wretched; The Ruinous’ is a summation of our upcoming album as a whole musically and lyrically as it showcases the aggression, power, melody, energy and darkness that is full-throttle UNEARTH. Thematically this lead track puts the full blame on Mankind for the destruction of our planet, and the mass extinction of millions of species, as well as the eventual eradication of man due to our negligence with the climate crisis.

Hozier sings with a mic in hand.

Forget church — take us to Hozier’s 2023 ‘Unreal Unearth’ tour .

The bluesy rocker will embark on his first North American tour since 2019 from September through November this year in support of his new EP ‘Eat Your Young’ and upcoming album ‘Unreal Unearth.’

Midway through the 27-concert trek, he’s set to take the Big Apple by storm when he plays NYC’s Madison Square Garden on Sept. 30.

This arena show will be his first at the vaunted venue; on his last tour, he played NYC’s Hammerstein Ballroom five times.

And if you need tickets to hear the Irish singer-songwriter live ASAP, we’ve got a hot tip.

Although inventory isn’t available on Ticketmaster until Friday, March 24, fans who want to ensure they have tickets ahead of time can purchase on sites like Vivid Seats before tickets are officially on sale.

Vivid Seats is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They have a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and will be delivered before the event.

Hozier 2023 tour schedule

A complete calendar including all ‘Unreal Unearthed’ tour dates, venues and links to buy tickets can be found below.

Hozier festival appearances

On top of the tour, Hozier will also perform at two major U.S. festivals in 2023.

Up first, he’ll lend his talents to Louisville, KY’s Bourbon and Beyond from Sept. 14-17.

Fellow headliners include Bruno Mars, The Killers, Brandi Carlile, The Black Keys and Duran Duran.

You can grab four-day passes here .

Two weeks later, the “Would That I” singer joins big names Red Hot Chili Peppers, John Mayer, Alanis Morissette, Trey Anastasio Band and Nathaniel Rateliff at the Sound On Sound Festival on Sept. 30 and Oct. 1 in Bridgeport, CT.

Click here to pick up tickets .

Hozier opening act

For the U.S. leg of his tour, Hozier is bringing special guest Madison Cunningham to all shows.

Cunningham, 26, walks the line between folk and rock; if you’re looking to sample her sound, we suggest starting with her most-streamed track, the slow burning “Song In My Head.”

Hozier new music

On March 17 aka St. Patrick’s Day aka Hozier’s 33rd birthday, he celebrated by announcing his upcoming tour.

That’s not all though.

Hozier also dropped his new three-song EP ‘Eat Your Young’ and revealed his new album ‘Unreal Unearth’ is coming later this year.

While we wait for the full record to hit shelves, you can listen to the soulful, mini-offering here .

Huge concert tours in 2023

If you’ve recently had the thought “it’s been too long since I’ve gone to a live show,” now is the perfect time to fix that.

While it isn’t easy to find the right concert, here are five that might be perfect for a Hozier fan.

•  Ed Sheeran

•  Bon Iver

•  Coldplay

•  The Lumineers

Young and Crazy Horse killed the performance, and it’s clear that both the legend and the band have quite a bit of pent-up creativity. They’ve just put out a new collaborative album as well, FU##IN’ UP , which was released just a few days ago on April 20. An all-format version will be released tomorrow, April 26.

Neil Young’s Love Earth Tour Setlist

Curious about what you can expect from Neil Young and Crazy Horse’s current tour? Here’s the setlist from last night’s show:

2. “Cinnamon Girl”

3. “Scattered (Let’s Think About Livin’)”

4. “Don’t Cry No Tears”

5. “Down By The River”

6. “The Losing End (When You’re On)”

7. “Everybody Knows This Is Nowhere”

8. “Powderfinger”

9. “Love And Only Love”

While fans shouldn’t expect Young’s setlist to be exactly the same for all of the Love Earth Tour’s upcoming dates, last night’s show in Cali gave a pretty solid preview of what fans can expect from the rest of the trek.

Young and Crazy Horse will perform another set tonight at Cal Coast Credit Union Open Air Theatre before traveling to Arizona, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, and onward towards Canada.

Neil Young Launches Love Earth Tour: Set List and Video

Neil Young launched his 2024 Love Earth Tour with Crazy Horse in San Diego, California on Wednesday night.

Young performed a number of his classics, including “Cortez the Killer,” “Cinnamon Girl,” “Powderfinger” and “Heart of Gold.”

You can view videos from the show, as well as a complete set list, below.

Young recently put out a new album with Crazy Horse, titled FU##IN’ UP, which was released on limited edition color vinyl on Record Store Day , April 20, and will get an all-format release on April 26.

“In the spirit it’s offered…made this for the Horse lovers,” Young previously said of the new record. “I can’t stop it. The horse is runnin’. What a ride we have. I don’t want to mess with the vibe. I am so happy to have this to share.”

Neil Young’s Next Stops

From here, Young will bring his tour to over two dozen American and Canadian cities, including his hometown of Toronto. He’ll perform in outdoor venues only, a precaution he decided to adopt following the pandemic.

“We gotta be careful,” Young said on a fan Zoom earlier this month [via Rolling Stone ]. “I don’t know the stats on it, but I imagine if you look at a regular group of 15,000 or 20,000 people, just randomly from around the world, and then look at 15,000 or 20,000 people that all went to a show, and how many of them got Covid, I think you’d found people that went to a show inside have a lot more of a chance of getting sick. I don’t really need to do that. Willie Nelson told me he’s only playing outside now. I felt that was a good idea, so that’s what I’m doing.”

The Rolling Stones show no signs of slowing down as they begin their latest tour with Texas show

Mick Jagger of The Rolling Stones performs during the first night of the U.S. leg of their...

HOUSTON (AP) — Time marches on and all good things must come to an end. But don’t tell that to  The Rolling Stones .

What many believe to be the greatest rock ‘n’ roll band in the world showed no signs of slowing down anytime soon as they kicked off their latest tour Sunday night at Houston’s NRG Stadium.

The Stones have been touring for more than 60 years. Frontman Mick Jagger and lead guitarist Keith Richards are both 80, with guitarist Ronnie Wood not far behind at 76. Their tour is being sponsored in part by AARP.

But during a vibrant two-hour show, the Stones played with the energy of band that was on tour for the first time.

“It’s great to be back in the Lone Star State,” Jagger told the packed stadium, filled with longtime fans, many wearing faded concert shirts from previous tours.

Jagger often strutted up and down the stage with seemingly boundless energy while Richards and Wood played many familiar guitar riffs beloved by fans. Jagger often led the audience in sing-alongs.

“The energy level is up and it’s always up with them. The age doesn’t show,” Dale Skjerseth, the Stones’ production director, said Friday before the concert.

The Stones have hit the road to support the release of their latest album,  “Hackney Diamonds,”  the band’s first record of original music since 2005.

Houston was the first stop on the band’s 16-city tour across the U.S. and Canada. Other cities on the tour include New Orleans, Philadelphia and Vancouver, British Columbia. The tour ends on July 17 in Santa Clara, California.

During Sunday’s 18-song concert set list, the Stones played several tracks off the new record, including lead single  “Angry.”  They also played classics including “Sympathy for the Devil,” “Gimmer Shelter,” Honky Tonk Women” and “Start Me Up.”

After playing “Beast of Burden,” Jagger said that concertgoers in Houston had voted to include it on the set list.

“You can’t go wrong with that,” one man in the audience could be heard screaming.

The Stones also played some unexpected choices, including “Rocks Off,” from their 1972 double album “Exile on Main St.” and “Out of Time,” a 1966 song that Jagger said during the concert had not ever been played by the band in the U.S.

With the 2021  death of drummer Charlie Watts , the Stones are now comprised of the core trio of Jagger, Richards and Wood. On Sunday, they were backed by various musicians including two keyboardists, a new drummer, backup singers and a brass section.

While the stage was surrounded by a large collection of video screens projecting images throughout the show, the main focus of the concert was the band and their songs.

Before Sunday’s concert, Jagger spent time on Friday touring NASA’s Johnson Space Center in suburban Houston, posting photos on his Instagram account of him with astronauts inside Mission Control.

“I had an amazing trip to the space center,” Jagger said.

When asked if the band might be thinking about retiring, Skjerseth said he doubts that will happen.

“This is not the end. They’re very enthused,” he said.
