The guides we had were not organized, or gave very little history on the places we did visit. Guides often referring to Google for history of the places we went. Gave more information in Spanish. If you don't speak Spanish this can be very confusing and frustrating. Explanations for the times returning to meet to return to the bus NOT ALWAYS CLEAR, God forbid if you were late arriving at the bus, often RUDE TO THE TRAVELERS. Some of the bus drivers were giving the guides explanations, and history of the places we were passing though, but the guides not passing the information on to us. Also what they needed to do when crossing borders, having strangers on the bus helping them sort out our passports and other personal information! Excursions that I paid, BEING CHARGED 25$ EUR MORE THAN THE EXCUSION WAS LISTED FOR, the company DID NOT HAVE THEM ON THIER LIST!! I HAD IT ON MY "MY TRIP" When asked about this, I was told the Company "Boss" didn't know anything about these situations, trips, or times, "that they just drive their fancy cars!" Being told that we would be reimbursed for excursions but NEVER HAPPENED! Trying to contact the company about this situation, but NEVER getting an answer.

The guides were friendly, but there is room for improvement for the organization.

As value for money, some of the accommodation was below the standard we expected. This was true for us in Rome and Minori. We asked to change our room in Sorrento. The room in Pompei was good. Breakfast in Pompei had a lot of sweet pastries and more savoury options and muesli could be offered. The guide needed to provide suggestions for options in free time. Intrepid could support the guide better be providing available options eg list for WhatApps. Although flexibility is needed, I would have preferred a basic plan of the day eg we were told there would be 3 hours free time only after we arrived at our destination.

Introduction to Ireland was a well rounded beautiful adventure. I enjoyed every single moment. Accomodations were good. Bus was comfortable and the driver was amazing. Our tour guide Tom was great. I respect the fact he runs a tight ship so people were on time,organized and directed us each day as to what to expect. I enjoyed his abundance of Irish history and story telling.

This tour was excellent and indeed explored the Best of Switzerland. Initially we had apprehension at first because it missed some popular tourist spots, but we were surprised that the choices were actually better and we wouldn't have thought of it if we did the tour on our own. Even if we didn't get to ride any of the scenic train rides, the coach experience was amazing and indeed explored other beautiful routes in the comforts of a carefree bus. Martina and Massimo truly made our experience wonderful. Martina had so many interesting anecdotes and historical stories that made us appreciate Switzerland culture so much. Massimo, on the other hand, had excellent driving skills especially on those tight turns even on high ground. Both made our tour comfortable and pleasurable. My comment would be to have more time in all the stops that we had, especially since most of the time we would arrive at late afternoon already and we only had an hour or so to look at shops, etc. I would also want to comment on the welcome dinner we had which was a bit subpar compared to the other meals we had prepared by Globus. Overall, the tour is highly recommended to anyone who would want to explore Switzerland and see the beauty it offers.

I had a really amazing time with my group in Iceland! I had a lot of worries prior to the trip because it was my first time out of North America, on my first solo trip, and I don't drink so I thought nobody was going to talk to me. It was quite the contrary, there will always be people who will talk to you & want to be around you. I found a great group of friends, we went on so many great adventures, learned a lot about Iceland, ate SUCH GOOD FOOD, and saw the best sights. Demi was a stellar trip manager, she made me feel so comfortable, she knows her stuff, and she made me laugh so many times during the trip. I'm so glad I went on this trip, and if you're on the fence, I'd say book it now, you won't regret it!

European Magic was a trip of a lifetime and truly something that one has to experience. Our guide Alfie was good and patient. We enjoyed the free time we had and Alfie was very accommodating. He often dud not stay in the same location which seemed hard for him at times. The sites were beautiful and we saw a lot in the two weeks. We did not appreciate being in a different hotel from the rest of the group one night. Our hotel was much inferior to the other one.. Another time the group was also split. I will always remember this region.

Got to see many places in turkey and learn lots about the country and its people and culture and history

Tour was good except for Hotels Granada and Valencia which were too far from the old City. Also these 2 hotels had the shower over the bath which is dangerous for most of us over 70’s. As it was a Premium Tour this is not good enough. Tour leader was very nice and did a good job but we would’ve liked some information about the areas ie weather population crops etc, especially on the long trips fr Granada to Valencia and Valencia to Barcelona. Also having to take our own luggage from bus to station in Seville onto train and from train to bus is not good enough for a premium tour.

The five sisters of Srikanta Datta are now in possession of sections of the 28 acres of the Palace. In the year 1990 Srikant Datta finally compromised with the Chamaraju group and got back his part of the property including the main Palace except for 45 acres that the Chamaraju group still retains. Architecture:The Palace showcases exquisite wooden interiors surrounded by pristine walls. The Palace is enclosed within beautiful gardens. The architecture is a medley of Tudor style and Scottish style and has gothic undertones. A lot of physical artefacts inside are of British origin. It is said that the architecture of this building is inspired by that of the Windsor Castle and other architectural marvels of England and Normandy. The most prominent features of the Palace like the two-level granite structure of the fortified towers and turreted parapets take direct inspiration from the Tudor building styles.
