The emergency numbers stated in the policy document are the first point of call for ALL claims. Once an incidence occurs (especially where medical attention is required), the first thing the insured must do is to call the emergency numbers. This will enable MAPFRE direct the client on how to obtain medical attention with minimum hassle.  

If the event is such that there is no opportunity to call before accessing medical attention, the insured (or representative) is still required to call the numbers as soon as possible while still abroad.

Enterprise Insurance unveils centenary celebration: 100 years of excellence in Ghana's insurance landscape

Accra witnessed the launch of Enterprise Insurance LTD’s centenary celebration on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, marked by a grand event under the theme, ‘Celebrating Our Legacy, Securing your future.

As the first insurance company to be established in Ghana and alsothe first to be publicly listed on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) in 1991, Enterprise Insurance has been a trailblazer in fostering innovation within the insurance industry.

Akosua Ansah-Antwi, Managing Director of Enterprise Insurance LTD, expressed pride in the company's century-long journey, emphasising its unwavering commitment to delivering on promises and becoming a symbol of reliability in an industry where trust is paramount. She underscored the company's pioneering spirit in innovation within the non-life insurance sector, positioning it as a resilient and adaptive force in a dynamic marketplace.

Celebrating a century of accomplishments, Mrs. Ansah-Antwi highlighted Enterprise Insurance's strengths, including superior underwriting ability, financial strength, operational efficiency, and digitization initiatives. Also present at the event was Mr. Micheal Andoh, Acting Commissioner of the National Insurance Commission (NIC). He acknowledged the company's resilience in withstanding challenges over a century, standing strong today.

As part of the centenary celebration, Enterprise Insurance has planned a series of activities, including media engagements, a thanksgiving service, special events honouring Brokers and Agents, Community Investment programs, and customer appreciation initiatives.
