A SCAM! One of your tour guides recommended a merchant to loved ones. The merchant added an extra "0" to their bills without notice. They unwittingly entered their credit card pins. It's an elaborate scam. No phone number on the receipt to dispute and safety concerns for returning. You should take responsibility for sponsoring criminals.
