¡Todos los países merecen un concierto de RBD!

Con o sin Poncho, el Tour de RBD en 2022 ya es "real", los chicos están platicando y hay un gran interés de hacerlo realidad. Sabemos que, lo que hizo RBD fue grande en cada país que abrió las puertas a los 6 jóvenes que cambiaron y marcaron toda una generación.

Este evento es para que RBD vea que todos los países merecen al menos un concierto, pues todos hicieron parte de la historia de RBD.

No importa si el concierto sea en un estadio ante 50mil personas o en una arena para 15mil, o en un teatro para 3mil, lo que importa realmente es que se suceda en cada país, pues todos somos REBELDES y seremos hasta el fin. No es justo con nuestra história hacerla en países claves, no son todos los fans que tienen condición de viajar de su país para otro, este movimiento es para que el Tour se realice en muchos países, únete a nosotros.

RBD está de regreso con su gira 2023: ¿Vendrán a Chile?

La banda mexicana al fin dio a conocer las fechas de su tour de regreso "soy rebelde" y los fans están expectantes.

¡Finalmente! La banda mexicana RBD dio a conocer este jueves 19 de enero las fechas y ciudades que van a estar visitando en la gira de su regreso, todo esto después de 15 años que no se presentan en los escenarios.

Así, el grupo compuesto por Anahí, Dulce María, Maite Perroni, Christopher Uckermann y Christian Chávez, visitará países como Estados Unidos y Brasil.

Pero hay algo muy lamentable que debemos contarte: No hay fechas anunciadas para nuestro país.

El regreso de RBD

La gira que traerá de regreso a la popular banda mexicana comenzará el 25 de agosto en el Sun Bowl Stadium, en El Paso, Texas. Y esto no fue al azar.

« La primera fecha de la gira será muy especial, ya que se llevará a cabo en el estadio Sun Bowl de El Paso, Texas, el cual se encuentra en la frontera entre Estados Unidos y México, logrando que el recinto con capacidad de 40.000 espectadores simbolice el impacto revolucionario de RBD que unió a tantas culturas», dijo RBD a través de un comunicado. 

«Es una realidad!!! SoyRebeldeTour @soyrebeldetour para información oficial. Nos vemos muy pronto!», escribió la cuenta oficial @rbd_musica en Instagram . Esto acompañado del siguiente video.

Pero lamentamos mucho informarte que en cuanto a Sudamérica, el único país confirmado hasta ahora es Brasil. Solo queda esperar a que por favor anuncien más fechas para este lado del continente.

Y es que la mayoría de los conciertos van a tener lugar en México y Estados Unidos.

La huella que RBD dejó en toda una generación

Fue a principio de la década de los 2000 cuando nace «Rebelde» una adaptación mexicana de «Rebelde Way», producción argentina.

La serie comenzó a ser transmitida en muchos países de América Latina y conquistó a miles y miles de fanáticos que corean sus canciones hasta la actualidad.

Y es que durante el tiempo que estuvieron activos sus discos la rompieron y llenaron estadios alrededor del mundo. Por eso que no es de extrañar que todos estén tan expectantes y emocionados por esta gira de regreso.

Esperemos que anuncien más fechas e incluyan a Chile.

RBD anunció su regreso a los escenarios con  una gira por 26 ciudades este 2023. 

Una sorpresa para los fanáticos es que la mayoría de presentaciones serán en Estados Unidos y solo 5 serán en Latinoamérica, con dos fechas en Brasil y 3 en México.

Los Ángeles, Las Vegas, El Paso, Chicago, Arlington, Houston, New York, Miami, Monterrey , Guadalajara, Ciudad de México, Río de Janeiro y São Paulo son algunas de las ciudades que visitarán 5 de los 6 integrantes originales del grupo. 

Anahí, Dulce María, Maite Perroni, Christopher Uckermann y Christian Chávez compartirán el escenario. El gran ausente es Alfonso ‘Poncho’ Herrera.

Por su parte, los artistas compartieron en sus cuentas personales el anuncio oficial de Soy Rebelde Tour con el mismo mensaje y un video en el que aseguran que regresan al escenario por última vez.

RBD vuelve a la vida con posible gira mundial: ¿vendrán a Chile?

El grupo mexicano ha anunciado su resurrección artística, a 15 años de convertirse en uno de los mayores sucesos de la región.

RBD, el grupo pop mexicano que nació de la telenovela Rebelde y uno de los últimos grandes fenómenos de popularidad en Latinoamérica, revive : la agrupación volverá a los escenarios este 2023 con una casi segura gira mundial.

Una información que comenzó a correr como rumor desde hace varios días, lo que se acentuó el fin de semana, ya que cada uno de los cinco integrantes que retornarán a las pistas ocultó todas sus publicaciones y borraron su foto de perfil.

Por lo mismo, esta mañana, los integrantes del conjunto se pusieron de perfil el logo original de la agrupación y compartieron un video donde aparecen varios clips de la telenovela, al igual que distintos fragmentos de una reunión que tuvieron semanas atrás.

Hacia el final, aparece un link que al ingresar se puede apreciar una cuenta regresiva que culminará el próximo 19 de enero. Sin embargo, aún no se sabe qué pasará en esa fecha: ¿un concierto? ¿Una nueva canción? ¿Otro tipo de anuncio?

Por lo pronto, sólo se sabe que este nuevo tour se bautizará Soy Rebelde World Tour y contará solo con cinco de sus integrantes: Anahí, Dulce María, Maite Perroni, Christopher Uckermann y Christian Chávez. Alfonso Herrera decidió no sumarse a sus compañeros.

El grupo estuvo activo entre 2004 y 2009. Pero en 2020, Anahí, Maite, Christian y Christopher realizaron un concierto virtual llamado Ser o Parecer virtual concert, además de lanzar un nuevo tema, Siempre he estado aquí.

De concretarse una posible gira mundial, una de las paradas posibles podría ser Chile , donde cuentan con una alta popularidad desde que irrumpieron a fines de la década de los 2000. De hecho, en 2006 se presentaron en el Estadio Nacional, para luego hacer una gira de estadios por todo el país. En 2008 retornaron a la Pista Atlética y al Movistar Arena de Santiago.

Did you grow up during the 2000s? Well, there is no doubt that there is a band that will surely touch your heart: RBD. This Mexican pop group was created in October 2004, while they had separated in 2008. However, in 2020 they had an announcement that generated a lot of excitement among their fans: they returned with 4 of their official members.

Basically, it was about Anahí, Maite Perroni, Cristopher von Uckermann, Cristian Chávez and Dulce María, while Alfonso Herrera has not confirmed his participation. They have received many important nominations and awards, such as the Billboard Latin Music Awards, the Lo Nuestro Awards or the Latin Grammys.

And they recently announced a Latin American tour! Basically, they had already been to this region in their days of popularity. However, through their networks they announced that they would do several shows again in different countries, such as the United States, Brazil, Spain, Chile, Colombia, Mexico, and Peru.

All About the RBD Reunion

Basically, this would be the band's second reunion , since in 2020 they had announced that they were returning, but they could not do shows due to the pandemic. Regarding expectations, it is speculated that, in reality, all will be part of the tour, despite the fact that some chose not to be "officially" present.

A clear case occurs with Dulce María. She had decided to archive all the photos and videos on her Instagram account. Similarly, she deleted her profile picture. However, it was later confirmed that she would be part of the tour , although it is not yet clear if she will return temporarily or permanently.

In the same way, she seems to be engaged, as she gave clues that she could be present in this announcement. Through a website known as Rebelde World, her followers will be able to sign up for “something special”. This page has a countdown with the date of January 19, 2023, with the phrase “Prepare your tie”, from the tour itself.

About Alfonso Herrera, there are no very clear indications . He is focused on his acting career, which is why he seems to have neither the time nor the inclination to focus on a new tour with his old band. For example, he has been part of the movie "¡Que viva México!", which will soon arrive at Netflix.

About the stadiums they could attend, the reality is that there are still no official confirmations. It is clear that in Mexico there will be a greater number of dates than in the rest of the countries, which could have a single function, since it is in this place where this mythical pop band originated (and began to gain popularity).

Regarding prices,  there are no official confirmations either. In any case, it is estimated that, in the event that it is performed in a place like Foro Sol (as during the 2000s), the tickets could be cheaper than in the rest of the countries, since the band would not have to pay travel and accommodation expenses.

So, we would talk about the tickets being between 600 and 4,000 Mexican pesos, although there are still no official announcements. In the case of Colombia, they performed in 2005 in 3 different cities: Cali (Pascual Guerrero Stadium), Medellín (Atanasio Girardot Stadium) and Bogotá (Nemesio Camacho El Campín Stadium). In their shows, they managed to have more than 100,000 Colombian attendees, generally of a young age. Now, they will have grown up, so they will surely seek to feel the same emotions as when they were younger. The songs they played? Well, some like "Rebelde", "Santa no soy", "Solo quédate en silencio" and "Nuestro amor", among others.

So, we will have to see what happens regarding the confirmations on dates and prices on the tour in Latin America. However, the return of RBD makes all the fans happy.

I originally became a fan of Rbd because of a girl I had been dating several years ago! She used to watch Mexican Soap Opera's and that is where she discovered Rbd and how I eventually became a fan! There is just something fun about their music, it pulls you in and just makes you have a good time. With that said, one day I came home and she had 2 tickets to a show of theirs and I have to admit I was excited. We arrived at the show about an hour before start time, to hang out and enjoy the scene. It was such a fun mix of people and the atmosphere was one of fun and joy. We made our way into the venue and the lights dimmed and Rdb started the show. I was impressed from the beginning! They had such a fun presence on stage and really knew how to entertain. Their dancing was a great part of the show, and it was easy to tell that they practiced a lot. The crowd as well were dancing all over the place and having a great time. The light show along with all the action on stage created quite the visual aspect. All in all, it was one of the better shows that I have seen! The way they interacted with the crowd and built up the excitement through the music was perfect!

Why RBD’s Reunion Tour Exploded — And How Management Met Demand

"I was in disbelief," says T6H Entertainment CEO Guillermo Rosas. "I had in my hands the tour of the dreams of so many people."

There is perhaps no hotter Latin music tour going on in the U.S. right now than RBD ’s Soy Rebelde tour, which will ultimately have the Mexican pop group play 54 arena and stadium dates across the United States, Colombia, Brazil and Mexico by the end of the year.

The highly-anticipated reunion tour — RBD disbanded in 2008 and have not played together since — is the brainchild of Guillermo Rosas , the Mexican-born manager and promoter who produced RBD’s international tours nearly two decades ago. Rosas — who also manages Chiquis Rivera , Estemán and Edith Márquez , among others — has been doggedly working for nearly a decade to reunite the group made up of Anahí Puente , Dulce Maria Espinoza , Christian Chavez , Maite Perroni and Christopher von Uckermann (the sixth member, Alfonso Herrera , didn’t join the reunion tour). The task was titanic, not only because RBD’s celebrity members all have careers and families of their own, but also because the rights to the RBD name were so entangled that the group’s music wasn’t even available on streaming platforms until 2020. 

The Return of RBD

Still, the reunion has exceeded expectations. “We weren’t really counting on selling out so fast,” admits Rosas, who initially had routed 28 dates, which mushroomed minutes after tickets went on sale, with 1.5 tickets sold in the first 24 hours, according to Live Nation. 

It doesn’t stop there. RBD is also releasing new music — a first track, “Cerquita de ti,” came out in August — and more dates are being planned for 2024. In between RBD’s two sold-out Madison Square Garden dates (August 31 and September 1), Rosas earns the title of Billboard ‘s Executive of the Week — and explains how it all went down. 

I know you’ve been actively working to reunite these very different, and very busy, people for nearly a decade now. Once you finally got everyone in agreement about wanting to tour together, how did you finally lock it in?

We had been talking for at least six months about all the different situations, possibilities, conditions and circumstances that we needed to deal with. Obviously, there were a lot of family logistics because of kids and their schools. It was a lot of leg work to put together the ideal master plan that worked for everyone. Once that was done, and we had the schedule with holds, we had a dinner at Anahi’s home in Mexico City and we had the contracts in hand and ready in case everybody felt like signing right there. It’s a partnership, and no one makes more than anybody else, so it was the ideal situation. We talked about it for the last time over dinner, everyone was making their final statements. And then I said, “Well, everybody seems to be on board, let’s sign right now.” They said, “Oh my God, for real?”  And I said, “Yes, let’s make it happen.” And we took the contracts out and signed. We filmed everything with our cellphones, and that’s how we announced the tour. We posted that clip on social media. It was very exciting.

On a personal level, what was going through your head after so many years of working on this?

I was in disbelief. I had in my hands the tour of the dreams of so many people. The first person I called was my husband. The second person that I called was Hans [ Schafer , senior vp global touring for Live Nation]. And the third person I called was Jesus Lopez [the chairman/CEO of Universal Latin/Iberian Peninsula, with whom Rosas has a joint venture]. He had been so supportive with me over the years.

I understand the initial dates sold out in hours. Were you prepared to scale? 

We had a routing ready but that routing was 28 shows, and now we’re doing 54. We weren’t planning for that. I had a few second holds, just in case, in places where the venues were smaller. But we weren’t really counting on selling out so fast and doing so many nights in one city. But when we went on sale, I had never experienced that in my life. First, because I had never been during an actual on-sale inside the Live Nation building, with 30 people connected from different places, including Ticketmaster and CAA. It’s a huge conference room with big screens and you can see everything as it happens, and how they release the on-sales in each location according to time zones. For example, we started with Madison Square Garden in New York, where I’m sitting right now. We had 12,000 tickets available and there were like 80,000 people connected online to buy, and you can see the average transaction. And every transaction had an average of four tickets. We called Madison Square Garden right away and booked the second night. Those nights went in like 40 minutes and there were so many people left out. 

Why didn’t you do Yankee Stadium in New York, for example? 

Because the very first time we came in 2016, Mexican pop wasn’t as big, so we decided on MSG. And sales started to go like that everywhere. In Los Angeles, for example, the BMO was gone in 15 minutes. So we added another date, and that was also gone. Within two hours, four shows were completely gone. We could have kept on adding shows but obviously the band couldn’t do more than four shows per week. That was our limit. 

Where were you creatively when you went on sale? 

I had a set list proposed and we also had a pre-design that doesn’t look like anything it does today. It was great and it was big, but not as big as it is now. The production grew probably three to four times. 

Obviously, this will be big business. But personally, how important is it for you to have put this together?

This was not about money for anyone. Obviously, we like the business and the business needed to make sense. But that has never been strong enough to make this happen. Throughout the years, we’ve gotten multi-million dollar offers to do all kinds of things with RBD. And it just had never been considered. None of them collectively ever considered anything. For us, it’s a dream come true. We are all very spiritual and very energy-oriented souls, and we just knew we needed to gift this to the fans and to themselves. Because I think all five of them see it as a gift to their hearts. The universe giving them the possibility to do this twice. 

Why did you decide to go with Live Nation versus another promoter? 

Among all the different promoters across that world that I’ve worked with, I really liked their transparency, and obviously Hans has the vision for this group that he’s shared with me for years. So in that sense, working with someone like Hans who understands where we want to take this and really believed in it was important. For example, independent promoters would tell me, “Oh, let’s not risk a stadium. Alfonso isn’t in the group, let’s do another venue.” But Hans never doubted it, so I felt very comfortable.

Are you announcing new dates for 2024? 

We’re hoping to. We said we’d let the tour run for a couple of weeks, and we have a potential plan for 2024, and then we’ll be discussing it in the next couple of weeks. We don’t have a solid plan, but that’s how RBD is. It’s always a surprise. But I hope we do. Especially because there are so many fans in places like Spain, Eastern Europe, Chile and Argentina. We’re only visiting four countries out of 19 we did back then, so there is a lot to cover to make the world happy. 

Although all the group members are stars in their own right, none of them have really been on stage in 15 years. Were you worried?

It’s something they have in their DNA. It’s amazing. They get on a stage and they turn it on so easily. They’re natural stars and they’ve been around cameras so long that it’s so natural to them. Also, there is something about them that clicks when they’re together. They all have the magic on their own, but when they’re all on stage it’s an explosion. And people love it.

Se acabó la espera, pero con incertidumbre. Este jueves por la noche, el popular grupo musical mexicano, RBD , reveló el listado de ciudades donde concretará su esperado regreso a los escenarios .

Estados Unidos, México y Brasil fueron los favorecidos, desatando la decepción e incertidumbre entre los fanáticos sudamericanos, quienes aún no saben si el grupo pasará por sus países, y cuándo teóricamente podrían hacerlo.

Según lo revelado en sus redes sociales y página web , RBD concretará su regreso en El Paso, Estados Unidos, el 25 de agosto del 2023 . De ahí en adelante, hasta el 19 de octubre, tendrán conciertos en diversas ciudades norteamericanas, como Chicago, Denver, Miami, Orlando, Austin, San Francisco y Los Ángeles, entre otras.

Luego, vendrán a Sudamérica, pero solo a Brasil . Según lo revelado este jueves, Sao Paulo y Río de Janeiro fueron los primeros favorecidos con el regreso. Estarán el 17 y 19 de noviembre respectivamente en dichas ciudades.

Finalmente, le podrán punto final a su regreso entre el 24 de noviembre y el 1 de diciembre en México , pasando por Monterrey, Guadalajara y Ciudad de México.

Pese a todo lo anterior, la ilusión está puesta entre los fanáticos sudamericanos, esto porque entre su último recital en Estados Unidos y el primero en Brasil, hay prácticamente un mes de diferencia, instancia donde podrían agendar recitales por esta parte del mundo, especialmente en Argentina, Colombia, Perú y Chile.

RBD's Soy Rebelde Tour: Everything we know about the reunion shows

The red ties and blazers have officially come out after RBD kicked off their reunion tour!

Dulce María, Christian Chávez, Anahí, Christopher von Uckermann and Maite Perroni took the stage on Aug. 25 at Sun Bowl Stadium in El Paso, Texas, to played their first concert in almost 15 years.

“I am so excited, I can’t believe it,” Dulce María told TODAY.com in Spanish over the phone about the upcoming tour. “I’m emotional ... and I’m just as excited as everyone, the Rebelde generation.”

After teasing a possible reunion last year, the Mexican pop group announced their Soy Rebelde Tour (which translates to I'm a Rebel) on. Jan. 19. The group shared the exciting news on their group’s social media, along with the tour dates for their 2023 concerts. RBD is set to visit cities in the U.S., Mexico and Brazil.

Days after the announcement was made, several additional dates were added as fans' excitement grew, including a special final stop in Mexico City at the end of the year.

Additionally on Aug. 17, TODAY.com also exclusively premiered their new song , “Cerquita De Ti.”

The Spanish song is a nostalgia-filled track about being there for one another despite being far away and having a long-lasting connection.

Now that the tour has started and scheduled to go on until the end of 2023, if you're looking for RBD tickets and how to catch them in your city, here's everything you need to know.

When did RBD reunite?

Talks about a reunion tour started when RBD’s music was released on streaming platforms in 2020, followed by a virtual concert in December of that year that included Anahí, Chávez, von Uckermann and Perroni.

Dulce María had just given birth and was unable to join her former bandmates. “Ozark” actor Alfonso Herrera was also an original member of the group, but has previously expressed that he’s focused on his acting career.

“Finally the stars aligned,” Dulce María told TODAY.com, adding that the reunion tour happened at the perfect time. “The five of us got together for this great announcement, these shows that we are going to do. We’ve had the intention of doing this tour for years but it got difficult to get everyone together and our schedules to align.”

Is there a Soy Rebelde Tour setlist?

Dulce María teased nostalgia and good times, telling TODAY.com, “We’re going to give the best versions of ourselves. It’s going to be filled with nostalgia, with the songs that we and our fans grew up listening to.”

Dulce María couldn't wait to sing the group’s biggest hits, including “Rebelde,” “Aún Hay Algo,” “Tras de Mí,” and “Sálvame,” as well as other non-single tracks like “Otro Día Que Va” and “Qué Hay Detrás” and “Tenerte y Quererte.”

Personally, she was excited to sing “No Pares” (“Don’t Stop”), which is a very special song for her. “It’s a song about hope,” she said. “We’ve all been through many difficult moments, and it’s about fighting for what you want and believe and to never stop dreaming.”

What's the history of RBD?

RBD was a creation of the popular Mexican telenovela “Rebelde,” which premiered in 2004. The teen show followed a group of students at the prestigious Elite Way School who formed the musical band RBD. The on-screen group would go on to become one of the best-selling Latin acts, selling over 15 million records worldwide.

During their time together, they released five studio albums. They also earned two Latin Grammy nominations. RBD disbanded in March 2009.

To this day, fans have held out hope that they would one day reunite — especially after Bad Bunny name-dropped them in one of his 2022 songs and did a TikTok singing to “Sálvame” and Anahí responded. Karol G also invited Anahí to sing the hit song at one of her concerts.

Dulce María said “It’s incredible” that a new generation of fans has discovered their music and younger artists have expressed their love for RBD.

“It definitely shocked us and (made it clear) that people wanted us to reunite,” she said, noting that this tour is a one-time event and they don’t have plans to tour for years. “But seeing all (of the fans’ messages), people sharing our music, talking about our telenovela characters, and what our group means to people has been awesome.”

All the love from everyone, she said, only reaffirmed that they owed it to their fans to give them one last wild ride as a thank you.

“It’s confirmed that what we’re doing is important and beyond our current projects and personal lives,” she said. “We just want to share this with our fans one last time.”

Con o sin Poncho, el Tour de RBD en 2022 ya es "real", los chicos están platicando y hay un gran interés de hacerlo realidad. Sabemos que, lo que hizo RBD fue grande en cada país que abrió las puertas a los 6 jóvenes que cambiaron y marcaron toda una generación.

Este evento es para que RBD vea que todos los países merecen al menos un concierto, pues todos hicieron parte de la historia de RBD.

No importa si el concierto sea en un estadio ante 50mil personas o en una arena para 15mil, o en un teatro para 3mil, lo que importa realmente es que se suceda en cada país, pues todos somos REBELDES y seremos hasta el fin. No es justo con nuestra história hacerla en países claves, no son todos los fans que tienen condición de viajar de su país para otro, este movimiento es para que el Tour se realice en muchos países, únete a nosotros.
