....3 hours is the norm, but with no checked bags likely 1 1/2 hrs will work,maybe even a tad less.

Have you ever flown out of Jose Marti terminal three to the U.S. After security there are plenty nice little shops to browse, and then of course i make my way to the bar to have my last Cristal, or two.. :)

The issue will be the line up to get through Customs and how many booths are open.

There are "shops" both before and after immigration. Not that much of a variety though.
My best find recently was 1.5 litre Parranda beer at 380 CUP and two espresso at 50 CUP. Paid with a 500 CUP and got a smile back.

Normally I might go through my trusted source for cigars... but with my wife coming to Canada with me very soon for the first time, I don't need any problems at Customs. So when leaving Cuba and entering Canada, would it be better to have that box of cigars out and in a bag to easily show Customs the legitimacy? And would there be no problem with me bringing BOTH the carton of smokes and the box of cigars through together? Again, I don't want any problems.

Cigars in your carry on and absolutely no issues bringing what you described between two people.

H.Upmann soft-pack cigarros can cost you over US$ 30/ctn and HC Seleccion de Maestros if I remember over US$ 70/btle at the airport...
Your exemption is for 50 cigars AND 200 cigarettes so you're OK.

I paid $15 CAD for a carton of H.Upmann this past Thursday at VRA. Smoking one right now in fact :)
Was about double the price at my resort.
For tobacco it is AND not OR in the list of products. See the right hand side of this page under "Stamped Tobacco Products – Personal exemption amounts"

But you are technically correct about special duty on unstamped tobacco. However in practice CBSA does not collect special duty on unstamped tobacco imported by travelers. It would be chaos at the airports if they did.
Special duty is covered on the same page as above under "Unstamped Tobacco Products – Special duties rate"
In my experience of many years crossing the border two or three times a week for many years customs has always enforced the either or rule when it comes to tobacco not both.
I will certainly ask this week at the border when I’m there to see if I can get a first hand account from a live source. 😇

Ask Air Transat as that's who you are booked with.
The rules for cabin baggage are always those of the operating carrier for each segment, so the cabin baggage rules of Porter would apply for Toronto-Vancouver. If the Porter fare booked via Air Transat is one that doesn't include a full-size cabin bag, then yes, you are likely to be asked to pay.
Note that for checked baggage the rules are different, and whatever baggage allowance you have for the first Glasgow-Toronto flight would carry through all flights on the ticket, but it sounds like you've booked a fare without checked baggage included.

Well this friday the family got the body back in Montreal . Only one problem the person that they got was a Russian 20 years younger who had died in Santa Lucia.

This is part of a current review for Sol Palmeras; Can't say enough about the beach. It was amazing. Very clean and almost private with the two resorts on either side.

The rules are very simple , it's illegal to bring any type of vaping equipment into Cuba PERIOD.. Many people get away with getting them in and if you are successful in getting past Aduana then nobody will bother you anywhere in Cuba for using them.
