Going on our first cruise (Marella) in a few weeks time. Popped in to speak to an agent as we are a bit unsure what to expect. Lola was a ‘willing wonder’! She explained everything we needed to know and more. Lola has certainly eased our minds, we could not have asked for more. Excellent Friendly Service

Our advisor was friendly and explained everything in a clear detail. We were recommended Hays by a friend. The booking was completed promptly.

Aliesha has been helpful, confidence boosting and knowledgeable. The computer was slightly less helpful doing the actual booking, but when operators the other end were encouraged to confirm the booking, all went well. I hope to see her again the day before I fly, to do the online check in for me.
