How old do I have to be to workout at Alphaland?
15 and Over.
-16 and 17 Years Old: Parent or legal guardian needs to sign Liability Waiver, after that is signed, individual can come in on their own every visit thereafter. *if legal guardian is signing we need proof of guardianship.
-15 Years Old: Parent or legal guardian needs to sign waiver and remain on premises while individual works out.
-14 Years Old and under: No Admittance, No Exceptions.

Can I tour the facility?
You are welcome to tour the facility alongside a sales representative who is more than happy to discuss the different options we have available.
Our sales representatives are available in person from 8am-9pm Monday through Friday, and 8am-6pm Saturdays and Sundays! If you have any questions please email [email protected] for our membership options!
Does my friend count as a Legal Guardian?
a Legal Guardian that we require is court appointed. Someone who is legally responsible for the safety and well being of the individual with documentation.
Do you guys allow filming in your facility?
Yes we allow filming! Make sure your filming is courteous to other’s space and not blocking any walkways or emergency exits. If you are requiring additional lighting, stands, etc please speak to a manager about setting up an appointment.
Do you have online waivers I could sign and either email or print out upon arrival?
Unfortunately no, to insure the validity of the signed liability waiver, we will need a parent/legal guardian to physically sign the liability waiver.
Could my friend sign the waiver for me if I’m under 18?
No, it would have to be a parent or legal guardian to sign the liability waiver
If I purchase my day pass online, will the time expire after 24 hours?
If you purchase a single, 3, or 7-day pass online, your time window doesn’t start until you come to see us at our front desk! One of our associates will have you build a profile, sign our liability waiver, and appropriate day pass waiver. For 3 and 7-day passes a profile a photo is required and you will receive a key-tag upon purchase that you will use to scan-in at our front desk for each of your visits during your pass.
Where is the Gym Front Desk Located?
Our Gym Front Desk is located in our lobby on the right two iPads at our Front Desk. The Retail side is located on the left two iPads.
Do you have any Chiropractic/Recovery on site?
Yes, Dr. Stamps of Alpha Chiropractic is located in the back of gym 2 in her own private office. Schedule an appointment ahead of time on IG: @alpha.chiro and ask about the different rates and options available to you!
How long are the Day Passes good for?
- Our Single Day Pass is valid for 24 hours after time of purchase, the copy of the receipt is your ticket back for re-entry during that timeframe.
- 3-day pass is valid for 72 hours after purchase. You will receive unlimited access for 72 hours. The profile photo is needed and a key-tag is given upon purchase that you will scan in at our front desk for all your check-ins during your visits. No partial refunds for days not utilized for pass purchase. *for online purchases your time-stamp doesn't start until you Finish checking in at our front desk.
- Our new 7-day pass is valid for 168 hours after purchase. You will receive unlimited access for 168 hours. The profile photo is needed and a key-tag is given upon purchase that you will scan in at our front desk for all your check-ins during your visits. No partial refunds for days not utilized for pass purchase *for online purchases, your time-stamp doesn't start until you finish checking in at our front desk.
Am I allowed to bring my dog to Alphaland?
Only service animals are allowed at Alphaland. Emotional support animals are unfortunately not allowed.

How can I cancel my membership?
We handle cancellations via email! the website cancellation link located at the bottom of the page directly sends a ticket to our inbox!

Do you have to have to purchase a day pass or have a membership to shop the Alphaland Retail Store?
No, if you are just shopping retail, a day pass or membership is not required. To access the rest of the facility a day pass or membership is required.
Do you have a lost and found?
We have lost and founds located at the Front Desk in both Gyms 1 and 2. Ask an associate about any lost items and they will be more than happy to assist. They may ask questions for validation in order to insure lost items are returned to the right owner
Do you have fitting rooms?
We have 3 fitting rooms in our Retail Store.
Do discounts codes work in store?
We do not accept discounts codes in our retail store.
If I purchase clothing online, can I return/exchange at Alphaland’s Retail Store?
No, unfortunately they are from two different systems, so any online returns go through our customer service located on the www.alphaleteathletics.com website. Any clothing purchased in the Alphaland retail store is only valid for returns/exchanges at the retail side of our front desk!
What’s the return policy for items purchased in the Alphaland Retail Store?
You have 30 days from date of purchase to return or exchange any items. We require:
1. Copy of the Receipt
2. Tags still need to be on item
3. No signs of washing, damaging, or odor
Can I pose in the Studio located in Gym 1?
Yes! We require appropriate attire to be worn during posing. If you are posing in bikini, please reserve your spot at the Front Desk with one of our associates.

What DisneyWorld and Disneyland are to kids, Alphaland Texas is to bodybuilders and those who love to work out. This 30,000+ feet facility has a lot (and we mean a lot ) to offer those who step foot on campus. So much so that Alphaland doesn’t offer traditional monthly or yearly memberships to access its facilities.
Located in Missouri, Texas, those who don’t live locally should make it a point to travel and visit this luxurious fitness center or put it on the itinerary if you’re visiting Texas sometime soon. If you are in the area or planning a visit, here’s everything you need to know about Alphaland Texas, and what to expect once you go.
What Is Alphaland?
While it might seem like Alphaland is a place for bodybuilders and those intensely immersed in the fitness sphere, anyone of all fitness levels can visit and use this facility.
Alphaland is a complex composed of three facilities: Alphalete Gym, Alphaeats, and Alphalete, its fitness apparel store. The Alphalete Gym is where all the magic happens and offers guests the fitness centers and equipment they need to get a good workout in.

Alphalete Gym
The Alphalete gym is more than just a gym… it’s three! Plus some more!
Alphaland Texas has 3 full gyms on site packed with weight machines, cardio equipment , ab corners, and more. If you don’t want more than the state-of-the-art free spaces to workout, choose from one of the following that is all included in your day passes for your use:
- An outdoor workout area
- 2 NCAA-sized basketball courts
- Football field
- 2 running slides
- A private workout studio
- Powerlifting and CrossFit equipment
- Dance class
- Boxing equipment
- Workspaces (for your laptop)
- A modern patio (for relaxing)
- Secure lockers
- Towel service
When you visit Alphaland Texas, you’re getting more than a workout. You will feel like a celebrity enjoying a facility that’s entirely exclusive to you. This complex is fit for literally any person and any type of workout.
You can choose to use the equipment for a personal workout, or join a class for a group atmosphere.
When you’re finished with your workout or need an energy boost before, stop by Alphaeats on the grounds for your nutritious meal. Alphaeats is the restaurant on the grounds that serves full meals and snacks that are aligned with macro counting whether you’re partaking in that or not.
Each meal comes with the option of one card, protein, and vegetable option for their lunch and dinner meals to give you a complete plate with all the components you need to optimize your nutrition and results from your workout.
Here are some of the menu options to give you a taste of what you can experience at Alphaeats:
- Coffee and smoothies
That’s right… you can even enjoy a sweet treat at Alphaeats without feeling the guilt of overindulging in something sweet that doesn’t align with your fitness goals. One of the best features of venturing over to Alphaeats is that you have the option to sit at one of the chairs and tables to enjoy your meal or work.
If you bring your laptop with you or other work materials, the facility has wifi you can join to give you the ability to get your work done after or before your workout. If you’re a fitness trainer or someone who works online with clients, this is the perfect space to get it all done with a good meal and the facility to work out in.
Unlike the Alphalete store where you do not need day passes to get in, you do need a day pass to enjoy the deliciousness of Alphaeats.
Alphalete is a luxury workout apparel store on the grounds for anyone to shop for their new workout wardrobe. They carry name brands like BuffBunny , 3D Energy Drinks , Inaka , Everforward, Sourstrips , and more.
The shopping feels luxurious with the dark colors of the stores and elaborate fixtures that show off the apparel for sale. To go shopping at Alphalete, you do not need to purchase day passes for access. Anyone can come into the store to shop whenever they want during the open hours.

How to Get In
Dying to take a trip down to Alphaland Texas to see this place for yourself? The good news is that it operates like amusement parks with daily passes offering the ticket inside. If you’re in the area and are looking for a gym that offers a monthly or yearly membership plan , you might have to think over this system.
Anyone who is over the age of 18 can freely buy a day pass and go in, but those who are 15 years old need a parent or legal guardian to sign a waiver and remain with them on the premises. 16 and 17 years olds need to have a waiver signed as well but have the ability to workout without a parent or legal guardian present.
Here is how Alphalete Gym works with their day passes and admission:
- 1 day pass: $25
- 3 day pass: $65
- 5 day pass: $100
These day passes come with stipulations for when you can use the pass and when it runs out. The 1 day single pass is good to use for up to 24 hours after you purchase the ticket.
For 3 day passes, you have up to 7 days to use those 3 check-ins and 10 days to use the 5 check-ins. If you leave and come up two times in one day, those are counted as two check-ins.
Alphaland FAQs
How old do you have to be to visit alphaland.
Anyone starting at age 15 can visit Alphaland Texas and use the facility, but there are a few exceptions. Those that are 15 and 16 must have a legal guardian present to sign a waiver and stay with them in the complex. Those that are 17 must have a legal guardian sign a waiver but can roam freely. Anyone who is 18 and older can use the facility as their please for the duration of their day passes.
What Are the Hours?
Alphaland is open Monday – Friday from 5 am – 12 am, Saturday 8 am – 10 pm, and Sunday 8 am – 9 pm. If you are needing to plan accordingly for meals at Alphaeats, know that they serve breakfast, so you can stop by during the early morning hours when they open.
What If I Want to Tour?
You are welcome to tour the facility but will be accompanied by a sales representative who will walk around with you and discuss the different facilities. To schedule a tour, you will have to do so during the hours when representatives are present, which are 8 am – 11 pm Monday- Friday, and 8 am – 9 pm Saturday and Sunday.
What About Parking?
There is parking available outside of the complex. The parking lot is massive, so hopefully, you will land a spot!
Is Alphaland Just For Fitness Professionals or BodyBuilders?
No! While the facility may seem intense from its state-of-the-art equipment and opulent atmosphere, anyone of all fitness levels can come and enjoy what Alphaland has to offer.

Positive experience: If you read any reviews that say guest passes are $10, they’re most likely old. It’s closer to $40, but if you go back within 24 hours the pass is basically good for 2 workouts. ALSO bring a water bottle as there is no drinking fountain! You either purchase your own to refill at the gym or buy one from them! As for the gym itself, if you’re easily intimidated or have low self esteem, this place isn’t for you. Lots of people here with incredible physiques. Only giving 4 stars because of all the “influencers” with their cameras. Everybody and they mama out here trying to record or take pics. Too many high school E-boys with their ramen noodle heads and long single earrings talking gym bro nonsense. Otherwise, energy is great!
Fantastic experience: The gym is great! Many different types of people and a variety of equipment for all. You can find any type of equipment you could want. The gym is clean and equipment well maintained. The front desk staff is always friendly and the smoothies make for an occasional nice reward.
Fantastic experience: Sickest gym ever - massive complex with state of the art equipment but also very unpretentious (this place caters more to powerlifters and doesn't try to be a pseudo spa like an Equinox with eucalyptus towels and mid-tier moisturizers). I only got day passes since I'm from out of town but monthly memberships start at $110, which is an absolute STEAL for a place like this. Wish I could find a gym like this in NYC.
Fantastic experience: Fitness paradise... that's it! Amazing gym just try to go earlier when they open to avoid overcrowded areas.
Positive experience: A lot of equipment, but most of it needs to be sent out and refreshed. Good amount of diverse lifters, beginners to advanced. The place can be distracting with all the people setting up cameras trying to be influencers, but if you don't mind, it can be quite f#|

Fantastic experience: Sickest gym ever - massive complex with state of the art equipment but also very unpretentious (this place caters more to powerlifters and doesn't try to be a pseudo spa like an Equinox with eucalyptus towels and mid-tier moisturizers). I only got day passes since I'm from out of town but monthly memberships start at $110, which is an absolute STEAL for a place like this.
