Very nice, clean, safe place for children to play. The staff was very nice and helpful.
I went to Safari Nation on Sunday for a birthday party. It had a cute jungle gym situation for the kids of varying ages, 4 bumper cars $3, and a zip line. It's a small cozy spot. Probably somewhere to spend 2 hours tops.
Great place to let the kids run wild. Slides, tunnels, kids zip line, tree house with bridges and ropes. They also have video games in another section. There is a toddler area for smaller kids. Prices were okay. ~$15 a kid, with a multi-kid discount. Adults are free. If you buy a shirt then you get a discount on future visits, when you wear the shirt. It is a safe environment. I didn't worry about the kids falling off anything. The staff does a decent job with telling kids to not run or play rough.
We were pleasantly surprised at great this place is. I wasn't expecting much, especially being in a strip mall shopping center, but it was big and there was lots to do. Our kids are 6 & 8 and they loved the zip line (which they did over and over...and over) and the maze of a playground. It's a great place to bring kids and let them run around, have fun, and do it in a safe environment. One of my favorite parts was that there's no charge for adults, so my wife and I could both come and be there but not have to pay to sit there.
We took the kids to a different location a couple of times before the pandemic, but this is first time to this location. Place seems mostly clean enough, aside of the bathroom. About what you would expect for an indoor kids place like this. Admission price isn't too bad (goes based on age ranges) and they seem to run deals online you can find for discounts, including a Yelp check-in offer. I like that they don't charge us adults admission for having to enter and supervise our kids. Feels really exploitative when other places do that. I'm obviously not there to play. Kids had a good solid couple hours of fun here. Some of the slides seem like they were giving the kids whiplash, but I'm sure it's good for them...Not much to speak of as far as the concessions go, but you're not really there for that anyway. They have some bouncy houses and a small zip line too. The bumper car area is small and seemed a bit like a throwaway idea. Staff seemed pretty hands off and let the kids go about their business. I will say it was hard to tell who actually worked there half the time. Seems like they do have staff shirts but they wore street clothes over it. Definitely on their phones a lot too, as working kids tend to do. For ownership responding to that one review about the lack of supervision by staff on the bumper cars, I'm including pics below showing staff on the phone while supposedly supervising.
Bumper car area
Yep, that's staff. And yep, that's "supervision."
Best place to take a toddler !!! My time of place for some fun and time for a snack. I can come any day of the week and enjoy some fun as much as my litttle one enjoys. Very clean variety of snacks. Friendly staff no doubt.
Excellent place for toddlers, they have a separate area designated for them to play aside from all other ages. They offer snacks and beverages too. Good parking available outside. Just wish the toddler area was slightly bigger, as once that's done it's kind of like ok what now?
My daughter had a blast! Somewhere inexpensive to let your little ones run wild for a while on a rainy day! Also great for birthdays and events! Was a little dirty and dingy, but fun and exciting for the most part. I can imagine how many children run in and out of this place in a week! Would be great if they had sanitizer stations here and there. Friendly staff. Filling out the consent form before visiting is quick to do online. Saves time for when you get there and your child is ready to run loose.
Here now. What happened Safari Nation? I use to bring my kids 1-2 times a week. When summer hit I decided to divide the summer into 2 memberships between here and another indoor park. So, we're back after a month. Immediately upon coming in the employee that checked us in rolled her eyes when asked her a question. My son has gone to her several times and she ignores him. It's dirty, not as clean as it use to be. There's water or drink or maybe pee on the floor. If your employees cared more about their job than their phone we may be back. But after the eye roll, uncleanliness and lack of everything I'd drive to Greensboro before coming back here.
I just happened to run into safari nation while visiting family and I took my 2 year old and little Cousin and they had a blast. I can tell this place is new because it's super clean...if you ask me this place is true fun...there's something for all ages...my son whose turning 3 soon was sure to attempt everything. The staff was friendly and explained everything to me clearly before we entered. All of the games worked, bathrooms were clean, and to be honest I wish they had a safari nation in DC. If you ask me I will take this place over chuckie cheese any day. I didn't get a chance to check out the snack station because there's a brand new zaxbys within walking distance that makes date night with your child that much more fun lol. Keep up the good work safari nation, I can't wait till return

Flooding Inundates Kenya, Killing at Least 32 and Displacing Thousands
Heavy rains also pounded other nations in East Africa, including Tanzania, where at least 155 people were killed, according to the country’s prime minister.

Days of torrential rains have pummeled parts of Kenya, leaving at least 32 dead, 15 injured and more than 40,000 people displaced, according to officials. The flooding has killed nearly 1,000 farm animals and destroyed thousands of acres of crops, with more rain expected across the country in the coming days.
The rains began in March during what is known in the country as the “long rains,” but intensified over the past week, according to the Kenya Meteorological Department .
Heavy rains have also pounded other nations across East Africa. In Tanzania, at least 155 people were killed and 236 others injured from the relentless rain that has swept several parts of the country in recent days, Prime Minister Kassim Majaliwa said on Thursday.
The rains affected some 200,000 people, Mr. Majaliwa added, and caused damage to farms, bridges, roads, schools and places of worship. The Tanzania Meteorological Authority warned that heavy rains and strong winds would continue to pummel several towns and cities, including the port city of Dar es Salaam.
In Kenya’s capital, Nairobi, where some of the country’s heaviest rain has fallen, more than 30,000 people have been displaced, according to the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs . On Tuesday, 18 people there were stranded and later rescued, including seven children, the Kenya Red Cross Society said.
Edwin Sifuna, the Nairobi County senator, said on social media that the local government there was “clearly overwhelmed,” and he called on the federal government for help.
“The situation in Nairobi has escalated to extreme levels,” he wrote in a post that included a video of people stranded on rooftops surrounded by floodwaters.
Kithure Kindiki, cabinet secretary for the Interior Ministry, said in a social media post on Thursday that several government agencies were beginning a joint operation to assist the victims, conduct rescues and evacuate those who remain at risk.
The heavy rains on Wednesday forced Kenya Railways to suspend commuter train services. The Kenya Urban Roads Authority also partially closed four major roads in Nairobi and warned of heavy flooding along several major highways in the capital and in the coastal city of Mombasa.
The rains were not expected to subside over the next few days, according to the Kenya Meteorological Department, which had rain in the forecast for parts of the country, including Nairobi, through Monday. The agency also warned of a high likelihood of breakouts of diseases such as malaria and diarrhea in some areas.
The latest downpours come just months after torrential rains and floods killed dozens of people and displaced thousands more nationwide.

We've been driving 45 min to visit the one in Greensboro before the winston one was open. It's definitely a favorite though pricey. Having 3 kids, it cost about $50 to go. They should offer a discount to families with multiple kids."
