Important information for buying tickets during the TaylorSwiftTix Presale powered by Verified Fan:

Our goal is to maximize the number of fans who have an opportunity to shop.

The link in your text will direct you to the show you were selected for — either a show that was available during registration or a show that was announced after registration closed.

If you were selected for a show available during registration, your code will enable you to shop  that  show  or any show in the same city  that was announced after registration closed. (You will not be able to shop a different show that was available during registration).

If you were selected for a show announced after registration closed — i.e., the link in your text directs you to one of those shows — your code is good for that show. We recommend you use the code for that show as it will have the greatest availability for you. If you choose, you can use your code instead for the show you prioritized first during registration; however, we expect demand for that show to be higher and your wait to be longer.

Remember, each code only allows you to purchase 6 tickets.

  • Please only join the Waiting Room once and only use one tab per show to reduce any delays.
  • Once you join the Waiting Room, do not close your page.

I got an email telling me that I’m on the Waitlist, what does that mean?

Due to extremely high demand, not all fans who register may be invited to purchase tickets during the TaylorSwiftTix Presale powered by Verified Fan. A limited number of VIP Packages + Tickets may be available at time of purchase. Check your event page for any VIP details.

What are the health check requirements?

Taylor Swift's 'Eras Tour' Is Going To Japan, Australia, Europe & More

The singer announced more international tour dates for the Eras Tour .

Taylor Swift is back on tour for the first time in five years. Since her last tour, she’s put out a whopping four albums, each with its own mythology, color scheme and unique sound to mark whatever era of her life — both creatively and musically — she’s currently in. When it comes to Taylor, there’s something for everyone: There’s the longing cottage-core of folklore and evermore , the self-hating, depressive late nights of Midnights , the dreamy rosy-eyed glasses of Lover . Swift is now revisiting these eras on her latest Eras Tour which, after an extensive 2023 U.S., Mexico, and South America run, will finally make its way overseas in 2024 to Japan, Australia, Singapore, and Europe.

In true Taylor form, she’s bringing her friends along for the ride — who encompass a wide swatch of generations and music tastes as varied as Swift’s own catalogue. Swift is supported by Paramore, beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, girl in red, MUNA, HAIM, GAYLE, Gracie Abrams, and OWENN on the tour’s 2023 U.S. leg. (Yes, you have permission to scream!) While Sabrina Carpenter will take over for Swift’s shows in Mexico, Argentina, Brazil and a few 2024 dates in Australia and Singapore. Paramore will return as openers for her 2024 European shows.

The Eras Tour kicked off March 18, 2023 in Glendale, AZ, the same place her “Reputation” tour began in 2018, with the U.S. leg wrapping in L.A.’s SoFi Stadium on August 9 — the same place she was set to open her 2020 Lover Fest mini-tour. Following shows in Mexico and South America, she embarks on her third leg of international dates starting February 2024.

For everything else we know about attending Swift’s Eras tour, including the full tour schedule, dates, and how to score tickets, read on.

Who is opening on the Eras Tour ?

Paramore is opening for Swift across all the European dates of the 2024 international leg of the Eras Tour — that’s a whopping 48 shows.

Sabrina Carpenter , meanwhile, will be the sole opener for the entirety of the Mexico and South America leg of the tour, and on select dates in the 2024 international leg.

For the U.S. leg, Swift had a different opener (or two!) depending on the city and which include entirely women bands. Many of whom are artists she’s collaborated with before and who make music you can cry, or scream to: Paramore, beabadoobee, Phoebe Bridgers, girl in red, MUNA, HAIM, GAYLE, Gracie Abrams, and OWENN.

Taylor Swift's Eras Tour: All the U.S. and international dates and opening acts

taylor swift eras tour june 30

Taylor Swift opened the Eras Tour at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, Arizona — which rebranded itself as "Swift Cit y" for the March 17 and 18 concerts — with a triumphant return to live performance as the first act in the history of that venue to sell out two nights on the same tour.

By that point, she'd already broken the all-time record for most concert tickets sold by an artist in a single day and passed Madonna's Sticky & Sweet Tour as the highest-grossing tour in history by a female artist.

And Swift rose to the occasion , leading her band through a marathon 44-song set that lasted more than three hours while delivering on her promise of "a journey through all of my musical eras."

So what does she do for an encore? Here's where the Eras Tour is headed next, adding two surprise songs to the set at each show. Here's a look at what she's played so far .

Eras Tour Openers: What To Know About Taylor Swift’s 10 Opening Acts

Sabrina Carpenter will be joining Swift at her international tour stops.

Who Are Taylor Swift's Eras Tour Openers? 9 Opening Acts & Dates: Paramore, HAIM, Phoebe Bridgers, b...

Taylor Swift has always been ahead of her time when it comes to selecting her opening acts. In 2013, she had collaborator Ed Sheeran open for her on the Red Tour before he blew up to superstardom. The same thing happened to Shawn Mendes after he was an opening act on the 1989 World Tour in 2015, and Charli XCX’s profile only rose after 2017’s Reputation Stadium Tour . So, it should come as no surprise to Swifties that Swift’s openers for the Eras Tour , her first trek in more than five years, are a who’s who of today’s most beloved artists and soon-to-be stars.

Rather than bring one or two artists to open every date as with her past tours, Swift has assembled an army of up-and-coming musicians and Grammy nominees, spreading them across the tour. Paramore, HAIM, Phoebe Bridgers, beabadoobee, MUNA, girl in red, GAYLE, Gracie Abrams, OWENN, and Sabrina Carpenter will all be opening for different dates on tour. In fact, if fans wanted to catch them all, you’d have to go to at least six different shows across the country — and then all the way to Latin America to see Carpenter in action.

Tickets were hard enough to get for one Eras Tour show, so if you’re one of the lucky Swifties who obtained seats, you need to know who’s going to perform on your date. This guide to Swift’s 10 Eras Tour opening acts will give everything you need to know, including each artist’s notable songs and their own connections to the 12-time Grammy winner.

Swift is kicking off the Eras Tour with a bang, having platinum-selling band Paramore open for the first two shows. Swift has been friends with lead singer Hayley Williams for quite some time, having her star in the “Bad Blood” video and bringing her out to sing “That’s What You Get” on the Speak Now Tour, and their friendship will only grow when Paramore also joins the European leg of the tour.

“Having Paramore join me on tour is such an honor,” Swift told Billboard in January. “We came up alongside each other as Nashville teenagers writing our own music, so it feels insanely special to kick off the tour together nearly two decades later.”

In May 2022, Swift posted a TikTok of her getting ready to make her NYU commencement speech, set to the tune of beabadoobee’s dreamy and bittersweet “See You Soon.” Swifties should’ve caught it as an Easter Egg, because the Filipino-British songwriter , who is labelmates with one of Swift’s favorite bands The 1975, will probably sing that ballad at her Eras Tour shows .

“I remember telling an interviewer that my dream support was Taylor Swift, and then I got a call from my manager saying she wants you to go on tour with her,” she told The Times in February. “I messaged all my girlfriends, ‘Guess f*cking what…’”

In October 2022, MUNA covered Swift’s folklore fan favorite “august” for Spotify’s “Live at Electric Lady” series. Just a couple weeks later, the proudly queer synth-pop band, who are signed to fellow opening act Bridgers’ label, were announced as one of the Eras Tour openers . It will be Katie Gavin, Josette Maskin, and Naomi McPherson’s biggest slot to date, after opening for Kacey Musgraves’ Star-crossed Unveiled Tour and Lorde’s Solar Power Tour.

“We were just starting to make music in college when 1989 came out,” McPherson recalled to Variety . “I remember a friend of mine gave me Fearless on a flash drive, and I was obsessed with ‘Fifteen’ and in my feelings.”

After collaborating with Swift on her Red (Taylor’s Version) “From the Vault” track “Nothing New” in 2021, Bridgers is taking the next step in their musical partnership by opening for Swift, even taking a small break from her supergroup boygenius for the Eras Tour. The duo has constantly praised each other’s catalogs, with Bridgers calling Swift’s music “high art” on Charli XCX’s radio show Best Song Ever . “She’s like the king of her craft,” she said. “She’s just a perfect example of someone who uses all the resources at her disposal to be completely genuine.”

Swift has a special fondness for the color red, so it’s no surprise that she quickly became a fan of girl in red , supporting her debut album If I Could Make It Go Quiet on her Instagram Story in May 2021, which would also double as a hint about Red (Taylor’s Version) . The emerging artist said that Swift even sent her an email that was as long as a “f*cking book.” “I was like, ‘I love you so much... you’re my everything,’” she told iHeartRadio.

Swift and the HAIM sisters have a long history. The band appeared as opening acts for a few shows on the 1989 World Tour, and they’ve all stayed close friends ever since, with Swift often joking that she’s the fourth Haim sister . Their musical partnership has grown as well, with HAIM lending story inspiration and background vocals on Swift’s evermore track “no body, no crime,” and Swift returning the favor for a remix of their 2020 song “Gasoline.” At this point, the Eras Tour is just another fun reunion.

Gayle probably wouldn’t say “abcdefu” directly to Swift, but she will be singing it with thousands of people at the Eras Tour. After releasing her two-part EP A Study of the Human Experience and landing her first Grammy nomination in 2022, Swift has now given Gayle a new feat to check off her list.

She’ll technically be the first person overall to perform on the Eras Tour, as she’s the first opener on opening night. “It just means the world to me,” she said on Apple Music 1 on March 10. “I had no clue what I was going to do this year. I was like, ‘Oh my God, I had the best year of my life. What am I going to do next year?’ And she was like, ‘Here’s something to add to your calendar.’”

After opening for Olivia Rodrigo’s Sour Tour and making her debut album Good Riddance with Swift’s folklore and evermore collaborator Aaron Dessner, the indie-pop singer is now slated to play the most shows of all Eras Tour openers.

“She’s as spectacular a person and friend as she is an artist, writer, director,” Abrams told Billboard in February. “She’s really that great. To be able to lean on her in any capacity really means a lot. I’m so stoked to watch her crush it every single night. To see her up close in that way and be able to study that is the greatest gift.”

Owenn opens for John Legend at Lucca Summer Festival on July 09, 2022 in Lucca, Italy.

While OWENN may not be an immediate familiar face, you’ve seen him before without even realizing it. He starred in Swift’s 2019 “Lover” video as the titular lover, and before then, he got his start as a dancer and choreographer for the likes of Beyoncé, Miley Cyrus, Lil Nas X, and Swift. After Swift helped him get signed to Republic Records, he’s putting his music career in the spotlight as the only male opening act on the Eras Tour. “I cried like a little baby,” he told iHeartRadio about his reaction to finding out he’d be an opener.

Carpenter is one of pop music’s fastest-rising stars, with her fifth album Emails I Can’t Send breaking her out of the Disney mold and becoming her highest-charting record. The singer doesn’t have a huge public history with Swift, aside from attending the Eras Tour in Philadelphia, but her reaction to joining the Latin American shows proves she’s been a Swiftie all along.

Taking to Twitter, Carpenter shared a screenshot of a tweet she wrote after attending the Fearless Tour in 2010, alongside the Latin American tour poster. “Trying to process this but alas i shant,” she wrote. “Thank u @taylorswift13 u the 1 :’) this is the dreamiest dream come true.”

‘This Is Extraordinary’: Why the Eras Tour Is Taylor Swift’s Greatest Live Triumph Yet

  • By Rob Sheffield

Rob Sheffield

“Jersey, welcome to the Eras Tour!” Taylor Swift yelled on Friday night. “There is one thing that I daydream about with the childlike enthusiasm of a hundred birthday parties, and that is MetLife Stadium Night 1.” That gets the mood about right. She spent this weekend at her long-awaited MetLife Stadium shows in New Jersey destroying the hearts and lungs of 83,000 of the planet’s most godforsaken messes. All three shows were chaotic jubilation, full of songs we’ve waited years to sing. And Taylor missed this more than any of us.

This weekend I spent three consecutive nights at these shows, singing and weeping and suffering and agonizing through an emotional epic Tay-pocalypse every night. But it feels brutal that it’s over so soon. Nobody wanted it to stop. Not even Taylor, who paused on Sunday night at her piano during “Champagne Problems” to rave, “If you think I’m just coasting along thinking this is normal, I can assure you this is not the case. This is extraordinary.”

Editor’s picks

Every awful thing trump has promised to do in a second term, the 250 greatest guitarists of all time, the 500 greatest albums of all time, the 50 worst decisions in movie history.

The communal vibe is always intense at a Swift show, but never more than at this one. I was in the Night 1 parking lot about 10 minutes before someone I’d never met gave me a BETTY’S CARDIGAN friendship bracelet that I’m still wearing right now. I brought extra packs of pocket tissues, which came in handy when the Fearless interlude inspired a few meltdowns in my row Sunday night. When Taylor began the Evermore section into “Tis the Damn Season,” the security guy came over and said, “You the guy with the tissues?” Another couple of fans were having tear-duct emergencies, sobbing to me, “I really love this album!” ONLY at a Taylor show.

Over the show, she celebrates every part of her career, except her 2006 country debut, which surprisingly doesn’t even make a token appearance, though she’s done some of the songs as acoustic one-offs. (There’s no other career where such a great debut could turn out to be Not Era Enough.) Some of the eras turned into full-blown dance parties, like 1989 , Reputation , and Midnights . Fearless was the one era where she flashed her early twangy side — she made such a statement by stepping out on the catwalk after the first verse for a triumphant power twirl. It was pandemonium when she introduced “You Belong With Me” and “Love Story” by asking, “Jersey, are you ready to go back to high school with me?”

By the time she got to the Folklore era, it was already a few hours into the show, but her emotional brutality never let up — honestly, the worst thing that she ever did was what she did to us. She sang “The One” on the roof of a mossy cottage — the line that blows up into a real audience screamer is “You meet some woman on the internet and taaaaake her hooome .” She did just the peak of “Illicit Affairs,” the “don’t call me kid” chant — a song about sordid meetings in parking lots hit hard coming an hour after “Fearless,” a very different song about a couple in a parking lot, but maybe the same girl a few years down the line. So many of the songs felt extra cathartic live, since virtually all of us in the crowd learned to sing these songs in a moment of extreme solitude and isolation. She did “Betty,” “Cardigan,” “My Tears Ricochet,” and the unstoppable “August,” pouncing on that final “get in the car!” Also, it wouldn’t be Tay’s style to forget that MetLife Stadium is literally behind a mall .

She slips acoustic surprise songs into the set list every night, one on guitar and one alone with her piano. On Friday night, she did “Getaway Car” (with Jersey boy Jack Antonoff) and “Maroon.” On Saturday, it was a pair of New York love songs, “Holy Ground” and “False God.” But the peaks were Sunday night, when she did a stripped-down “Welcome to New York,” leaning hard on the line that people chose to overlook in 2014 — “You can want who you want/Boys and boys and girls and girls.” Then she did a devastating “Clean” on piano. Her enthusiasm spilled over with quips like “You guys always give 113 per cent” or “You will get a treat for that!” Early on Friday night, she declared, “You guys are historically a great crowd. Do you think that you want to continue that tradition?” When the fans roared, she replied, “I was hoping you would say that. In case you said no, I was going to just ditch this plan completely.”

“All Too Well (Ten Minute Version)” was the coup de grace, filling up the enormous space with the sound of just Taylor and her thousands of confidantes. It couldn’t help but evoke the moment when she sang it the first time she played MetLife Stadium — 10 summers ago, in July 2013. That night, it already seemed incredibly to think of how far she’d come so fast. But 10 ears later, hearing “All Too Well” in that same venue, it seemed to sum up everywhere she’s traveled in those past 10 years. Like the rest of the Eras Tour, it was a celebration of all the holy ground she and her audience has covered.

At one point on Sunday night, during the Midnights finale, I heard voices and thought the security guard near me was arguing with a fan. It turned out they were just trading friendship bracelets. It’s THAT kind of show. That’s the world this woman and only this woman creates, on an epic scale, night after night. There’s no experience in music like being part of that world Taylor Swift creates for a few hours. And there’s no way not to feel joyful about taking it all with you when you leave.

Owenn

Eras Tour opener Christian Owens, who goes by the stage name Owenn , says he was in the recording studio “in the womb.”

Granted, his mom was a Sony-signed artist and part of the 1990s group Lyric. Given his mother’s background, music was always around him.

Owenn spoke with Variety over Zoom in his hotel room having just arrived in Chicago for his second stop on Taylor Swift ’s Eras Tour . His next day is jam-packed, starting at 7 a.m. and ending with his performance on Soldier Field.

Popular on Variety

Owenn’s big break came in joining Rihanna’s “Loud” tour as a teenager in 2011: “It was one of those big opportunities… I went on tour, and then I just never really stopped.”

Since his first tour with Rihanna, he has also danced and choreographed for stars such as Beyoncé (including the “Lemonade” visual album movie and the iconic 2018 Coachella “Homecoming” performance), Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga, Lil Nas X, Alicia Keys, Demi Lovato, Megan Thee Stallion and, of course, Swift.

Owenn’s relationship with Swift started as a dancer on her 1989 tour.

“I actually auditioned for Taylor in 2015. I think I was number like 500,” he says. “I had come from such a different background of more hip-hop… I just went forward, and they cut people round after round, and I was like number 12. I was like, ‘Okay, cool.’ And then Taylor walks in and she hand-picked us… She was very nice to all the dancers and treated us really well. We all bonded on that tour.”

In 2019, Swift’s team reached out to offer him the “Lover” music video gig (“I just look so different now. Like my hair’s so long,” he jokes). That music video now plays before Swift’s Eras Tour.

“I went to the concert one of the nights in Jersey, and I was able to walk around and watch the show. And it was cool because I would see [“Lover”] on the screen, and I was walking by, and nobody knew,” Owenn says. “It was cool to be one of those people that could just actually watch and enjoy.”

As Owenn began to launch his singing career, Swift also helped him sign his first major record deal with Republic Records in 2021. “She’s always been that driving force and a supporter,” he says. The singer is now signed to AE Records, which is a division of Atlantis Entertainment.

In a “crazy turn of events” in November 2022, Owenn was announced as part of her exclusive list of Eras Tour openers that includes Paramore, Muna, Gracie Abrams, Phoebe Bridgers, Girl in Red, Haim, Beabadoobee, Gayle and the newest addition Sabrina Carpenter.

Born and raised in New York City, Owenn’s dance career started when he moved to Atlanta around age 13. Working largely in hip-hop, he credits the Monsters Dance hip-hop conventions where he took classes from the industry’s top choreographers such as Janet Jackson’s and Britney Spears’ (and he returned to the convention in 2022 as a musical performer). At 17, he wound up in Los Angeles and pursued dance.

After having established himself as a powerhouse in the music industry’s dance scene, he showed his single “Luv” — which was released in February 2023 — to his mentor Nuno Bettencourt from the rock band Extreme (and Atlantis Entertainment CEO and co-founder), after keeping it in his back pocket since touring with Rihanna. “I love dance so much, and I could always sing well. My mom would try to get me to sing all the time, and I didn’t. I had to do it on my own basically,” he says.

His music draws from his inspiration Prince, as well as Fleetwood Mac, Marvin Gaye, Aerosmith and Kiss, and his live performances are unmistakably enhanced by his dancing ability.

Now with four singles — “Baby Girl” (and its remix), “Rest of My Life,” “Show Me” and “Luv” — he is set to drop his latest “Dark Side of the Moon” on June 16, which acclaimed songwriter and producer Rob Grimaldi helped write. “I’ve been recording a whole bunch of new stuff and trying to capitalize on my new era basically,” Owenn says. The singer says the new single “felt perfect to launch the new side of me. Still rock, still electric guitars, still a little grungy, but also on the more pop side.”

Formally introducing his music persona with his debut European festival tour this past summer, the singer landed at the Paris Lollapalooza main stage. Later in 2022, he also opened two of Lil Nas X’s “Long Live Montero” shows (a tour where he also choreographed numbers) and was slated as an Eras Tour opener for 2023.

Despite his burgeoning music career, Owenn still struggles with being taken seriously as a singer coming from the dance realm. “The transition is hard,” he says. “Especially from becoming a dancer and now doing music. I’m like, ‘Yo, I’m actually an artist,’ and they’re like, ‘Oh, you’re a dancer.’ It’s just balancing that and being that true artist and getting people to see that — it’s a task within itself. But it’s definitely something where you just have to keep pushing, keep going and keep believing in yourself…It makes for a good story, and it makes for a good backbone, building that callus.”

The biggest lesson he has learned from working with so many stars is that “preparation meets opportunity,” he says, which he has carried into his Eras Tour stint.

Owenn doesn’t intend on ditching his dance background as his music career takes off, however. “That’s something that’s inside of me and something that is a part of my arsenal as a performer,” he says.

Looking ahead a few years, Owenn says he hopes to dive head-first into his music, and that it makes an impact on its listeners. “I pray that I’m mentally happy and strong. And I pray that I have succeeded in inspiring and sharing great music and making people feel good or making people feel emotions from my music, and taking that leap with all my fans,” he says. “Just really making history.”

I went to Taylor Swift's Eras Tour in Chicago. Here's what I'll do differently in Cincinnati

taylor swift eras tour june 30

It's been a long time coming , but Taylor Swift is coming back to Cincinnati!

After a 13-year hiatus from the Queen City , Swift makes her Cincinnati return June 30 and July 1. She was here in 2010 to promote her "Fearless" album at what's now known as Heritage Bank Center.

The Eras Tour is bound to be one of the biggest, if not the biggest, concerts the city has ever seen, with impossible crowds, over-the-top outfits and hours of jumping and dancing like we're 22 .

So are you ready for it? I'm here to make sure you are.

It's me, hi : I'm Madeline Mitchell, education reporter for The Enquirer . I'm also The Enquirer's resident Swiftie, and I'm still riding an Eras Tour high after spending the weekend with my sister and our childhood best friends at Taylor's Chicago show at Soldier Field stadium earlier this month.

  • $1,024 for a Days Inn room? Taylor Swift concert has Cincinnati hotels sold out
  • Taylor Swift fan? Prove your Swiftie level with these chants, rituals at The Eras Tour

The night was sparkling and I won't let it go . But I lived and I learned , and talked with other fans who know what they'd change to make the night go as smoothly as possible.

So, dear reader , here's my advice:

8 tips for attending Taylor Swift's Eras Tour

I was running on barely five hours of sleep (and had just driven five hours from Cincinnati) for the Chicago show.

Adrenaline and a lavender haze kept me in the moment, but next time I'm prioritizing sleep the night before. After all, Swift isn't the only one performing at the Eras Tour. If you're like me and plan to not miss a single lyric all night, you'll want to rest up.

Find out which gate is closest to your seat

If you fail to plan, you plan to fail .

My group didn't take this crucial step prior to the Chicago show, and we spent at least 40 minutes squeezing through tight crowds and lines inside the stadium to make our way to our seats. It was sweaty, uncomfortable and stressful.

Had we looked at a map of the stadium in advance, we'd have known which gate was optimal to enter through so we'd get to our seats with little hassle. Especially for families going with young kids, planning which gate to enter from will help ease the stress of sticking together.

Bonus tip for parents bringing little ones: Don't try to get there too early. Unless your kids care a lot about the opening acts, I would get to the stadium just 20 or so minutes before Swift takes the stage at 8 p.m. It's going to be a long night, and most people will be in their seats an hour beforehand. Getting to the stadium closer to 8 means less crowded gates and more reserved energy for Taylor time.

Have a post-concert plan

Similarly, make sure you know exactly how you'll get home after the concert. Pin your parking location on your phone's map app.

I can't emphasize enough how chaotic the post-concert exodus is, or how exhausted you'll be after more than three hours of scream-singing and dancing. After we left Soldier Field, we walked in circles for an hour or longer to find our way back to our getaway car . Don't be like us! Be the architect of your Eras Tour adventure and draw up the plans in advance.

Phone prep: Bring a portable charger and make room for new photos and videos

How are you supposed to capture it, remember it if your phone is out of storage?

Before the concert, be sure to make room for all of the photos and videos you'll want to take during the show. We also brought portable chargers that we didn't end up using − but it was a relief knowing we'd be able to charge up if one of our phones ran out of juice.

Some fans placed their phones on low power mode and/or airplane mode, too, to save battery.

Wear comfy shoes and bring a sweater

The number of people I saw ditching their sparkly cowboy boots halfway through the show or in the scramble to leave the stadium post-concert was astounding. I promise, Swifties, you'll be gorgeous still with your trusty tennis shoes − and much more comfortable!

Where I personally went wrong was making fun of my mom for suggesting I bring a sweater. It was in the high 80s all day, but the second the sun went down and the wind picked up I wished I had a cozy cardigan . One of us even spent $75 on a new sweatshirt in the middle of the show just because of the cold.

Stay hydrated ... but not too much!

The first thing we did when we got inside the stadium was buy overpriced bottles of water. And we didn't regret it for a second.

Between summer heat and sing-along exertion, you will want to stay safe and hydrated throughout the concert. But if you're planning to go three hours without a bathroom break, don't overdo it! That goes for alcoholic drinks, too.

Make sure to use the restroom at home beforehand, or brace for long lines inside the stadium just before Swift begins.

Buying merch: Honestly, good luck

Let me tell you now, I was the lucky one with getting concert merchandise. My parents waited in line for us while we went into the arena. They said they were in line for only 20 minutes, but from what I've heard that's not the norm.

One thing I can tell you is sizes small to XL will be sold out a few songs into the concert. So if you're planning to get merch, go early ... or even on a different day. There will be merch stands outside the stadium, so if you get downtown the day you're not seeing the concert you could buy a T-shirt during the show.

Also worth mentioning: All of the merch runs big. My size small hoodie goes past my fingertips.

Write down your favorite memories

One thing I really regret not doing post-concert that night was spending even 5-10 minutes writing in my journal. During the concert, I was taking pictures in my mind so I can save 'em for a rainy day − but even 24 hours later, some of those magical moments were already lost.

" Good Morning America" reported how fans all over the country say they have "post-concert amnesia." I'm not sure that's quite what I experienced, but when I see the show again in Cincinnati I'll be sure to write down my favorite memories in my journal or in my phone's notes app before bed.

Trust me, this is an experience you'll want to remember all too well .

Time to start saving up, Swifties. The news that Taylor Swift is going on her first tour in five years is exciting enough, but once you see the star-studded list of guest artists she’s bringing along for the ride, you’ll really want to purchase a ticket.

The pop star announced Tuesday (Nov. 1) that she would be embarking on The Eras Tour , a celebration of all 10 of the studio albums she’s released since 2006 — at least, that’s what the trek’s title suggests. Swift also shared a poster advertising the tour’s 27-date U.S. leg on Instagram featuring a collage of photos of herself through the years, from the time of her self-titled debut to Midnights , which dropped less than two weeks prior to the tour news.

All the Surprise Songs Taylor Swift Has Performed on The Eras Tour (So Far)

The Cats star hasn’t hit the road since 2018, when she launched her best-selling Reputation Tour. She had planned on performing again after the release of her 2019 record Lover in a concert series called Lover Fest, but canceled the shows due to the global coronavirus pandemic.

For those who are keeping count, this means that Tay has six albums-worth of new material that she’s never played live — if you include the previously unreleased vault tracks on 2021’s Fearless (Taylor’s Version) and Red (Taylor’s Version) . Studio albums Folklore, Evermore and, of course, Midnights , have all also been released in the time between Lover and the Eras Tour.

Though additional international dates won’t be announced until a later time, Swift did also reveal exactly who’s joining her during her highly anticipated return to touring. A total of nine artists make up the supporting act lineup for the tour’s first leg — with two acts slated per night to open for Tay night — and some of them are very familiar faces for the Swiftie community.

Keep reading to see who’s joining Taylor Swift on her 2023 Eras Tour below:

The “Anti-Hero” singer brought Williams out during a show on her Speak Now tour to sing “That’s What You Get” in 2011, cast her in the award-winning “ Bad Blood ” music video in 2015, and reveled in her praise of Swift’s 2021 record Evermore .

All the proof Taylor Swift is making first major change to Eras Tour

Welcome to "The Tortured Poets Department" (Eras Tour Version).

taylor swift eras tour june 30

It looks like Taylor Swift 's Eras Tour is getting a brand new era, straight from the Tortured Poets Department .

Since the announcement of her new 11th studio album ( which dropped April 19 ), fans have been anxiously waiting to see if her worldwide, career-spanning tour would get a shakeup to accommodate the new music. While Swift is remaining mum, and a rep for the singer didn't respond to an EW request for comment, a new YouTube Short posted to Swift's account seems to provide all the clarity Swifties needed that a change is imminent.

In the video, which is part of Swift's #ForAFortnightChallenge tied to the album's first single, "Fortnight," the 14-time Grammy winner can be seen rehearsing for tour with her backup dancers. While some shots are obviously from the Folklore , Lover , and other existing "eras" of the show, several blink-and-you'll-miss-it moments have never been seen before.

In one, Swift, clad in workout gear, appears to be wearing the same boots seen in her "Fortnight" video . She's holding on to a banister that looks like it has the Tortured Poets Department emblem on it — the "P" and the "D" can just be made out.

taylor swift/youtube

Although the video is in grayscale, and therefore exact colors are impossible to identify for sure, several shots feature what looks like a new white-ish mic, which has never been seen before. The new era's color, of course, is also an off-white hue.

Perhaps the most interesting moment of the new clip, though, is one that features what looks like new choreography and costumes. Swift's backup dancers can be seen in top hats and dancing with canes, while she sings in the front middle of the group — choreography and props which have so far not been featured in the concert.

This is all speculative until the tour resumes in Paris, France, on May 9, of course, but if Swift is adding a whole new era, it would mark the first major change to the setlist since Swift began performing it last March.

Throughout the tour, she's made little swaps here or there: She added performances with some of the artists who opened for her like HAIM or Phoebe Bridgers, and she added "Long Live" to the Speak Now section when that re-recorded album released during tour. She also swapped out "Invisible String" for the "The 1" in the Folklore section after news of her split with Joe Alwyn broke.

But, nothing has majorly been added or subtracted from the show, which is already a whopping three-and-a-half hours long. Now, if anyone could pull off adding more runtime to Eras, it's the "Mastermind" herself, but it's more likely that some songs will be getting cut to make room for new material. Fans have theorized that the tracks that didn't make it into the VOD rental of the Eras Tour concert film — "The Archer," "Wildest Dreams," "Cardigan," and "Long Live" — could be first on the chopping block, but we'll just have to wait and see what Ms. Swift has up her cryptic and Machiavellian sleeve.

How to get tickets to international shows on Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour

The “Shake It Off” singer’s fan base  infamously crashed Ticketmaster  when they overcrowded the system while trying to buy tickets when they went live on Nov. 15. Since then, the platform has employed a new ticket purchasing process that has kept crashes at bay, so far.

The new purchasing multi-step process first requires pre-registration in order to be eligible for pre-sales and regular sales.

Registration is now open for all of the 42 new concert dates and is accessible via  Ticketmaster's  or the  "Anti-Hero" singer's  websites. For the eight original international dates, registration has closed.

Registering for a concert automatically signs hopeful concert goers up for more information about their selected date and location.

No tickets are currently on sale, but dates, timelines and more information will be communicated to registrants on a rolling basis.

Taylor Swift stares into the camera from the stage.

There’s no time like the present, Swifties.

On April 19, Taylor Swift dropped her 11th studio album “The Tortured Poet’s Department.” As expected, the 34-year-old singer-songwriter became the internet’s main character.

Some raved about the sprawling, ambitious double album; others criticized the record for its length, subject matter, and lyrics.

All we know is that in the seven days that have passed, ticket prices to see Swift’s ‘Eras Tour’ live have plummeted for most of her concerts in Europe.

Based on our findings, most shows have seats available that are significantly cheaper than they cost just a week ago.

In fact, some tickets are over $1,000 less than they were on April 19 already.

While it’s not the case for her U.S. and Canada gigs — where prices have mostly stayed flat or slowly risen — we’d argue it might be in your best interest to book tickets to an overseas ‘Eras Tour’ concert given this cooldown.

Want to find out how much tickets cost for ‘Eras Tour’ concerts versus what they were going for on April 19?

We’ve got everything you need to know and more about Taylor Swift’s 2024 tour below.

All prices listed above are subject to fluctuation.

A complete calendar including all upcoming tour dates, venues, and the best ticket prices for all concerts versus what they cost on April 19 can be found here.

(Note: The New York Post confirmed all above prices at the publication time. All prices are in US dollars, subject to fluctuation and include additional fees at checkout .)

Vivid Seats is a verified secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

They offer a 100% buyer guarantee that states your transaction will be safe and secure and your tickets will be delivered prior to the event.

Taylor Swift set list

While Swift is known for dropping a surprise song or two into her shows, the tracks stay surprisingly consistent for most gigs (although that will likely change in the wake of “TTPD’s” release).

Taylor Swift ‘Eras Tour’ news

Our team has been following the ‘Eras Tour’ closely over the past year.

Over the past few months, we spoke to a Swiftie who  shared some helpful tips  about seeing Taylor live and  came up with a list of all the most exciting fan trends .

Taylor Swift new music

As noted above, Swift’s  “The Tortured Poets Department”  was released at midnight (and subsequently at 2 a.m.) on Friday, April 19.

While every listener will likely come away with their own favorites, we particularly enjoyed the sleek, synth-y “Fortnight,” icy “So Long, London,” anthemic “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart,” bombastic slow build of “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived” and gorgeously arranged “Chloe or Sam or Sophia or Marcus.”

If you want to give it a spin — if you haven’t already, that is — you can find “The Tortured Poets Department”  here .

Taylor Swift opening acts

Taylor only has two opening acts lined up for the ‘Eras Tour’ this year.

Here’s what you need to know about her well-established special guests.

Paramore  will play alongside Swift after mounting a massive 2023 tour of their own. The group, fronted by lead singer Hayley Williams, reunited in 2022 after a five-year hiatus. For fans who want to check out their latest, you can listen to “This Is Why,” their sixth studio album, which dropped in February 2023.

Gracie Abrams , the daughter of film director JJ Abrams and producer Katie McGrath, is a star in her own right. Her song “I miss you, I’m sorry” has upwards of 100 million streams on Spotify, she opened for Olivia Rodrigo on the 2022 “Sour Tour” and headlined her own tour last spring as well.

Huge stars on tour in 2024

Although it will cost an arm and a leg (sometimes more!) to see Swift live this year, there are much more affordable concerts you can attend this year.

Here are just five of our favorite artists you won’t want to miss live.

•  Olivia Rodrigo

•  Kacey Musgraves

•  Pink

•  Chappell Roan

•  Alanis Morissette

Who else is on the road this year? Check out our list of the  50 biggest concert tours in 2024  to find out.

Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce

Taylor Swift was back on the golf scene this past weekend as the pop star was in Las Vegas with her boyfriend and Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce . He loves to play golf and has participated in multiple celebrity charity events.

They attended The 15 and the Mahomies Foundation Golf Classic gala.

The famous duo were photographed together at the gala, and she was seen cheering Kelce on during the charity golf tournament.

She is not new to the golf scene, and any die heart Swiftie knows she uses a golf club in the “Blank Space” music video. Swift also uses one when she plays that song during her Eras Tour. The 34-year-old also wore a bracelet designed by Michelle Wie West at the SuperBowl.

Thanks to Golf.com’s Claire Rogers, her incredible sleuthing skills and fellow obsession with Swift, fans now have all the evidence they can want.

Photos of her and Kelce arriving to the gala started to surface on the internet, and fans went wild over it.

After all of the charity items on the docket had been sold, Kelce took the stage. To everyone’s surprise and excitement, he then auctioned off four Taylor Swift Eras Tour tickets.

Incredibly, they garnered $80,000, which was confirmed by the Auctioneer through social media.

The footage of Swift and Kelce did not stop there. At the celebrity golf tournament, there is a reel that features the tight end, and for a split second, one can see the 14-time Grammy winner cheering on her boyfriend in the background.

Kelce is a massive golfer. He and Mahomes played together in The Match and beat Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson.

The SuperBowl winning tight end also participated in last year’s American Centry Celebrity Golf Championship Tournament where he was a crowd favorite.

Kelce has gone all over the world to support her at various tour stops and now it’s her turn to be the cheerleader at something he enjoys.

Swift is on a break before kicking off the last leg of her international Eras Tour that starts back on May 9.

Screen Rant

Hulu's new docuseries is perfect if you're sick of hearing about taylor swift's eras tour.

Though Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour is one of the hottest concert movies right now, Hulu’s Thank You, Goodnight is a different and perfect alternative.

  • The Bon Jovi documentary on Hulu offers a refreshing break from Taylor Swift's Eras Tour hype.
  • Bon Jovi's journey from the 80s to now is explored in Thank You, Goodnight, a four-episode docuseries.
  • Despite their different stories, both the Eras Tour and Bon Jovi's anniversary concert showcase huge behind-the-scenes work.

For over a year, Taylor Swift's Eras Tour has taken over pop culture, and with its release as a movie in October 2023, it is very hard to avoid, but luckily Hulu has released its own concert documentary, Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story , which is a perfect replacement for those interested in music but sick of hearing about Swift. Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story is a four-episode docuseries currently streaming on Hulu, which follows iconic rock star Jon Bon Jovi as he reminisces about his band, Bon Jovi, and rehearses for a 40th anniversary concert.

Bon Jovi's band members include lead singer Jon Bon Jovi, keyboardist David Bryan, drummer Tico Torres, guitarist Richie Sambora, and bassist Alec John Such. The band, originating from New Jersey, put themselves on the map in 1984 when they released their first single and album, "Runaway." However, they truly blew up two years later upon the release of their third album, "Slippery When Wet." Since then, Bon Jovi has become a staple of the rock genre, with countless iconic songs including "Livin' on a Prayer," "You Give Love a Bad Name," and "Wanted Dead or Alive."

8 Ways The Eras Tour Movie Is Better Than Taylor Swift’s Previous Concert Films

Hulu's new bon jovi documentary shows a very different world compared to taylor swift's eras tour, thank you, goodnight focuses on rock.

What makes Thank You, Goodnight a great watch in relation to The Eras Tour is that it tells a similar story but in a completely different world . The Eras Tour is a retrospective on Swift's previous albums, and Thank You, Goodnight looks back on Bon Jovi's 40 years as a band, but their paths are wildly different. Thank You, Goodnight starts off in the 1980s, exploring Jon Bon Jovi's roots in New Jersey, then delves into the world of 1980s rock .

Where The Eras Tour is cemented in the current, Thank You, Goodnight is very reminiscent of the past.

This difference in time periods really sets Thank You, Goodnight apart from The Eras Tour. Taylor Swift is incredibly popular, and her career is still booming, with Eras being a definite peak. Bon Jovi, on the other hand, has slowed down considerably, but more than that, they have a legacy preceding them. The docuseries has less to do with their current endeavors, and more about their impact on an entire genre from the 1980s and beyond. Furthermore, the ambiance is quite different. Swift's sparkly Eras Tour outfits and scenes are replaced by long rockstar hair and old concert footage.

Jon Bon Jovi is 62 years old.

Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story Complements Taylor Swift's Eras Tour In One Respect

Bon jovi and taylor swift have one thing in common.

Despite their vast differences, The Eras Tour and Thank You, Goodnight: The Bon Jovi Story have one thing in common. Both projects explore what it is like to put up a huge concert in the current day. Though these concerts are coming at different times in each artists' career, the Eras Tour and Bon Jovi's 40th anniversary tour are both massive moments that have incredible work put into them. Both the documentary movie and the docuseries successfully explore the highs and lows of putting on a stadium tour when you're an incredibly beloved musical artist.

Why Are Taylor Swift Eras Tour Tickets So Much Cheaper in Europe?

Taylor Swift is returning to the road to complete the final leg of her Eras Tour for fans eager to hear the singer-songwriter perform new tracks like "Fortnight," "Down Bad" and "Florida!!!" from her new album, The Tortured Poets Department .

But those fans may be in for some sticker shock. Prices to see Swift at one of her final nine shows in the United States have increased following the release of the album April 19, with the average get-in-the-door price - the lowest price available - hovering around $2,600 per ticket, according to data from TicketIQ. That means it would cost a couple more than $5,000 just to be in the same building as Swift in Miami (Oct 18-20), New Orleans (Oct 25-27) and Indianapolis (Nov. 1-3) this fall.

In Europe, however - where Swift starts a 51-show run on May 9 with a kickoff date at Paris' La Defense Arena - tickets cost only a fraction of that. Right now, the get-in-the door price to see the opening of the European leg of the Eras Tour is $340 a ticket - 87% cheaper than the average price in the United States.

That means a fan in Miami could fly to Paris for about $900 a person (according to prices generated on kayak.com), spend two nights at a four-star hotel at $250 a night and purchase a $340 concert ticket for a grand total of $1,740 - which is still $760 less than the cheapest tickets currently available for her Miami shows.

Tickets to see Swift in Stockholm (May 17-19) are even cheaper, at $312 for the cheapest tickets, while tickets for her show in Portugal (May 24-25) start at $336 and in Spain (May 29-30) start at $324. Prices do start to climb in the United Kingdom, with the get-in-the-door price hovering around £540 (about $674 USD) for Swift's Liverpool shows (June 13-15). Prices to see Swift at Wembley Stadium (June 21-23) hover around £720 ($900).

The reason for the huge difference in price, experts say, is due in part to longstanding consumer skepticism about resale tickets in most of Europe. That's coupled with a much more aggressive regulatory environment where artists and consumers are empowered to report and remove illegal ticket listings, and where prices are kept low thanks to laws limiting how high tickets can be marked up over face value.

The European approach is significantly different from that of the United States, where ticket resale is not regulated and deceptive marketing practices, including the use of deceptive websites and speculative ticket listings, continue unabated despite widespread outcry from consumers. And federal officials don't regularly enforce the few ticketing laws that do exist. It took five years after the BOTS Act - banning automated programs that jump the queue and buy up tickets - was passed for the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to bring a case against brokers for violating the bill.

Sam Shemtob , managing director for ticket resale advocacy group Face-value European Alliance for Ticketing (FEAT), points to Europe as a model for how governments can be more vigilant about regulating resale markets. In countries like France, Germany and the Netherlands, ticket resellers face limits on how much tickets can be marked up on secondary sites - typically 20% over face value. Other countries like the United Kingdom allow resale but restrict who is allowed to post tickets for resale and give artists and event promoters the right to take some resale ticket listings down.

Adopting European-style regulations in the United States by restricting ticket markups to 20% above face value would transform the concert business overnight and likely drive prices down dramatically on the secondary market. Markup caps would also likely make programs like Ticketmaster's platinum ticket pricing (which charges high markups for a small percentage of tickets to offset the resale market) obsolete and significantly reduce the number of ticket brokers and bad actors using bots to disrupt ticket sales and illegally buy up tickets.

A federal cap on ticket markups would also significantly disrupt the secondary ticketing market and push many brokers out of business, which might create unintended consequences for sports teams that are much more willing to sell season tickets to brokers and depend on resellers for distribution. It's also unclear if Americans would even accept a regulatory framework capping how much tickets could be marked up. Lawmakers in New York, Utah, Colorado, Connecticut and Virginia have all passed laws in the last decade making it illegal to restrict how and where ticket brokers resell tickets. While U.S. consumers often complain about the excesses of ticket resale and like the idea of using technology to keep tickets out of the hands of scalpers, they also dislike the restrictions that come with non-transferable tickets and tend to loudly oppose policies that create inconveniences.

Shemtob notes that Europe's ticketing rules aren't just about protecting price, but are also designed to empower citizens to take action.

On Jan. 1, 2025, Europe's Digital Services Act (DSA) will go into effect, creating a uniform set of guidelines for online ticket resale requiring resellers to disclose their names and contact details to potential ticket buyers. The DSA also mandates that resale platforms track takedowns of public ticket listings (to help provide a record of the deceptive activity taking place) and ban deceptive marketing practices.

While many of the DSA's reforms mirror U.S. efforts to clean up ticketing, Shemtob says a provision in the DSA bill that makes it simple to flag, report and take down ticket listings that violate the rules is a game-changer for consumer advocates. The law creates "a clear process for removing illegal ticket listings as and when they appear," he said in a statement provided to Billboard , putting in place "the groundwork for a fairer, more transparent ticket-buying experience for consumers."

Besides keeping prices in Europe low, the legislation has also led to a surprising boom in tourism from U.S. fans traveling to the continent to pursue cheaper Eras Tour tickets: A spokesperson for StubHub told Billboard that 68% of ticket purchases for Swift's 51-show run in Europe have come from U.S. buyers.

How Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce’s Relationship Has Changed After Spending Tour Break Together

preview for Taylor Swift’s Iconic Career Evolution

As Taylor Swift gets ready for the next leg of her international Eras Tour, she is also preparing to part ways with boyfriend Travis Kelce again. The pair have been dating since 2023, and have had to manage very different and distant obligations. Luckily, a source says that “all the time they’ve spent together recently” in between tour dates has “deepened their bond.”

The source added that the couple took “a trip up the California coast” after Swift’s new album release of The Tortured Poets Department to “celebrate privately,” saying, “They’re making the most of the time they have together.”

The pair were not entirely alone—they were seen in Carmel-by-the-Sea with friends Gigi Hadid and Bradley Cooper, as well as Kelce’s mom, Donna.

Another source previously said that during this break from work, the pair were “focused on rest and recuperation and relaxing at home and having low-key and chill time together.”

“They are enjoying movie nights in her home theater, catching up on films and shows they’ve missed,” they continued, explaining that the couple is working on “scheduling” the upcoming long distance and their various projects so that they can “see each other as much as possible” because they “don’t want to spend too much time apart.”

Kelce is spending the NFL offseason in Los Angeles after the Kansas City Chiefs’ Super Bowl win in February, taking time to see Swift in both Singapore and Australia when she was performing. He is currently filming a new game show called Are You Smarter Than a Celebrity.
