I received a response within 7 mins of contacting them where they arranged return (with postage costs covered), shipment of replacement item (received only 2 working days after I first contacted them) and refund of price difference.

Wonderful service from Daisy in Coolock

Went into Tony Kealys in Coolock this morning to try and figure out how we could fit three car seats into our five-seater vehicle. Daisy was so incredibly helpful. She even had us pull up the car in front of the shop, put on a raincoat, and came out to try out different configurations for us. Excellent service!

Excellent service

Very knowledgeable staff. Great information which was clearly explained by phone. It was regarding a child car seat that can be secured by car safety belt and does not require Isofix. Good price and prompt delivery. I previously bought a travel cot and highchair from Tony Kealy's and had the same positive experience.

Gaia Serena feeding chair

Bought the Gaia Serena feeding chair & footstool online. Was advised it would take 7-10 days and it arrived within the week. Very happy with the speed of delivery and the chair is absolutely beautiful. The video on the website was really useful and it’s even nicer in person. Car seat advice …

We are due our third baby in the coming weeks and we were trying to configure three car seats across our back seat of our car. We had tried another shop nearer to where we live and did not have a good experience . It was absolutely horrendous weather this morning . It was absolutely pouring rain . The girl who helped us had long blonde hair . We pulled up our car to the front of the shop and she put on her rain coat and tried various car seat configurations to find the right fit . When she was happy her colleague also put On a rain coat and double checked the configuration . Honestly I’m so impressed by this level of help and will be recommending the shop to everyone . Thanks again . I was also impressed that the girl noted the details in a notebook for future customers who might have the same issue.

Very positive experience overall!

Had to wait a while for item to be back in stock, which is happening with all retailers these days but was kept informed at all times. Once Kealy’s took delivery of the twin pushchair it was sent to me immediately and arrived very quickly. Great value for money and well worth the wait. Thank you!

Today I went to Tony Kealys with my husband and had such a bad experience. The staff waited around the counter all four women, not one came over to us to help. I went up to the counter to ask for help and the girl I had could not tell me about the Icandy we were looking at it or any of the types of the buggy’s we were looking at it any detail ! She had zero interest in selling us anything. Then I asked another lady about a changing unit that my friend bought back in August and she told me they never stocked it ? Honestly if it’s your first time having a baby don’t come here as it will disappoint you ! We went on to Bella Baby in Fota retail park after and had the best experience!

Ordered a Tripp Trapp high chair

Ordered a Tripp Trapp high chair, was delivered to the wrong house and the picture as ‘proof of delivery’ shows a black front door, and we have a white one. They have investigated the case for weeks, and always comes back with the same answer saying the courier is looking into it. Very disappointing.

Had to wait a while for item to be back in stock, which is happening with all retailers these days but was kept informed at all times. Once Kealy’s took delivery of the twin pushchair it was sent to me immediately and arrived very quickly. Great value for money and well worth the wait. Thank you!

Today I went to Tony Kealys with my husband and had such a bad experience. The staff waited around the counter all four women, not one came over to us to help. I went up to the counter to ask for help and the girl I had could not tell me about the Icandy we were looking at it or any of the types of the buggy’s we were looking at it any detail ! She had zero interest in selling us anything. Then I asked another lady about a changing unit that my friend bought back in August and she told me they never stocked it ? Honestly if it’s your first time having a baby don’t come here as it will disappoint you ! We went on to Bella Baby in Fota retail park after and had the best experience!

Ordered a Tripp Trapp high chair

Ordered a Tripp Trapp high chair, was delivered to the wrong house and the picture as ‘proof of delivery’ shows a black front door, and we have a white one. They have investigated the case for weeks, and always comes back with the same answer saying the courier is looking into it. Very disappointing.
