Mid Season Umrah Packages

Duration: 15 days, child with bed, same as adult, child (2 & 7 yrs.), additional notes.

• All prices quoted are per person
• Airfare calculated at ₹ 38,000/- (Ex Mumbai) Via Saudi Airlines
• No Refund is applicable on partially utilised tours
• Quoted price assumes 1 Sar Equivalent to ₹ 22. In the event of any increase pilgrims may be called upon to bear the difference.
• Stated dates and itineraries are provisional and may vary based on Hijri calendar
• Any change in date of travel by you, cancelation / rebooking charges will apply by the Airlines

All rooms in the Hotels of Makkah & Madinah are double beds only. Requests for third and fourth pax go in extra cots (smaller beds) which are adjusted in the room.

• Check in time: 18:00 hrs & Check out time: 12:00 hrs in Makkah & Madinah
• In case of passenger tests positive for Covid-19 in Saudi Arabia, accommodation, food etc. will be borne directly by the Pilgrim

For booking, a non refundable deposit of ₹40,000 is required per person

Where do the pilgrims get quarantined?

Who bears the cost of quarantine.

Your Tour Package cost includes Quarantine cost.

Is this 5 days Quarantine period included in the 14 days package

What age onwards are children allowed to perform umrah.

All children above the age of 12 are allowed to perform Umrah, provided they are vaccinated with both doses of vaccines approved in Saudi Arabia.

In case after booking for Umrah, due to guidelines, Umrah gets cancelled, what’s the process for refunds if any.

Are all meals included in the package cost.

Yes, All Meals are included in Group tours. Individual packages can be customised to either Bed & Breakfast or Full Board, as per your choice.

Is airfare and visa included?

Can we select the hotels as per our choice.

In Group tours, Hotels are fixed as mentioned in the itinerary. However, you can book Individual package and choose your desired hotels to stay.

IMPORTANT* : 1 SAR = Rs.22 Any increase in the visa fee, airfare, exchange rate or any other charges introduced by Saudi Government, like Taxes etc. will be levied additionally and same will be collected from pilgrim before departure. In case of non-acceptance of the additional amount the booking will be cancelled and no refund will be applicable. In case a pilgrim tests positive for covid-19, additional quarantine charges will be borne by the passenger.
